Bad connection speed and incompetent staff

I got a 100 mbps connection from Tikona most of the time the speed is around 30 mbps while I pay for 100 mbps. I made a lot of complaints to Tikona but the just say we will check and resolve and the close the ticket saying it's all fine....

Cheated for extra money and incorrect information

Tikona broadband services people came today to get me the extended ethernet cable till my bedroom and they mentioned it will be 45/m cost .. after the work was done .. they said it was 24 meters and charged me 1100 rs and i paid the man thru my google pay account.., later when i chcked it was only 9 meters which shud be only 405 rs
So i m very unhappy and i need my money back...

Tikona disconnection request

I logged a disconnection request on 3rd August 2021, then after getting lot of calls from Tikona executives telling me to retain the connection or transfer to my friends, I denied and requested for disconnection everytime.
After 15 days completed they were still calling me with same sets of questions (earlier they told connection will be disconnected in 15days but no confirmation till now 21 August, 2021).
I just want to disconnect...

Regarding service discontinuation

Hi,
I am Sheikh Imtiaz. I am a tikona broadband subscriber. My customer id is [protected]. I have used their service for near about 2 years continuously. Though their customer service is pathetic during my usages period, which i don’t want to discuss now.
But I was surprised when I have contacted the customer care for connection discontinuation. They really don’t care about the reason why you want to discontinue the service....

Fake bill generation and mental harassment

Tikona is sending bills without any consumption of broadband services.

I requested disconnection of broadband service before 13 days of my next bill due date, tikona took time to process disconnection and stopped service after my due date.

I also stopped using internet before 8 days of due date still they showed consumption of internet and bills for unused service.

I am lossing my daily business due to bad services and very bad customer support from Tikona. From day one of Tikona broadband installation at my office no internet is working. Daily I request a complaint by mobile app, email, and customer care.
But no one is taking action, even service engineer and sales persons are not picking my phone. No one is helping me. So if tikona can't provide service pls disconnect my connection and refund...

Discontinue my connection

I want to discontinue my connection.
Because i am moving to another city.
I already asked to discontinue 2 moths before but no action is taken and they still charge me even if i am not using anything. Plz look into the query. And take action...

Disconnection request

Id no [protected]
already mailed at tikona care for discoonection
there is no response from them ... i told to customer care executive so many times for discoonection
now they are generating bills which is highly disappointing...

No connection since 12 hours - 1126049304

No connection since the last 12 hours. Today's work has been screwed up for me & my sister and will result in Unpaid loss. I raised a complaint 1-[protected] in the morning at 11:35 am, still no one has attended. An Engineer named Vaibhav was assigned, but he said he doesn't look after our area. No one came. Still no connection at 10:22 pm.

I login at 02:30am. Now again I will be screwed for my login for tomorrow. Customer...

Not disconnecting my request for disconnection.

I have raised the issue of disconnection of my internet connection to Tikona. Till date there is nil progress, as Tikona has yet to accept my request.
I had received email from Tikona on 2.08.2021, but there are certain discrepancies in the email.

It is stated that Tikona will stop charging rental from 6 th June 2022. I wish to state that the year is 2021 and not 2022. This means that Tikona will still charge me rental...

I have requested tikona to discontinue my subscription on 10th of July 2021 and send their engineer to collect their stuff but they seemed to be ignoring and sending/calling multiple times with multiple offers. I have been very specific to my decision and explained verbally more then 5 times to the team members and each time they say that they will forward the request for unsubscribe but even now I’m getting same kind of message/emails...

Frequently disconnection from last 15 days

Respected Authority,

I made more than 5 complaints in last 15 days regarding frequently disconnection to Tikona customer care. There will be no resolution yet and customer care close all the requests without asking for confirmation. We need refund and fix this issue as soon as possible. I am frequently disconnected from VPN and it causing my official work everyday....

Collect your Router and wires

I have cleared all the bills and there is no outstanding due and I have stopped using the service.
Please send an engineer to my location to collect the Router/Modem and wires.

Termination of my connection

I requested Tikona to discontinue my connection but they are giving invalid reasons and asking useless and irrelevant questions just to delay. I had informed them way before my validity expired to terminate my connection but they have not yet done it and looking and their tradition they would keep on billing me for services which I have asked them to discontinue. I am fed up of their customer service and their addiction to cheat their customers....

Wifi not working

My wifi is not working and I've registered a complaint 48 hours back. I was given an Engineer's number who said he will come to my place in the evening. Later he said your complaint is not assigned to me. I'm having work from home setup and this is costing me as Im unable to work without wifi. Engineer is not at all helpful neither there is any help available online. This is the worst service I've received and this is not the first time I've...
