i have bern complaining from first day of installation of frequently disconnection and slow speed as plan.
Complaining again and again through out from last two months

i tried to talk to surat office but no satisfactory answer from concern person

no satisfactory answer from person who attending complain.

I tried to talk to customer care to disconnect my connection and refund they said your complain will solve soon

i m tired to complain to tikona.

    I was a Tikona consumer for wireless internet services and I terminated the connection with them as their engineer told me that their service cannot be provided on my new location where I relocated in March 2021. I asked them to terminate my connection as I had signed up for service with another provider.

    Tikona deliberately did not terminated the account and generated a bill for bill cycle Feb 2021 to March 2021. Moreover the person who visited me at my new address in March 2021 took the router and other accessories with him but did not submit it to Tikona hence they applied a penalty against me for not returning their router.

    I was contacted by an attorney today i.e. 4th September 2021 as they've processed legal action against me for overdue charges.

    I have all the proof of payment, receipt and everything against them so would like to counter challenge Tikona and need them to pay me the charges plus compensation for harassment caused.

      Service ID No [protected] . Closed almost 2 years back after paying their full and final settlement. they send emails threatning legal action. This is torture . They had asked for the cable wire which I asked to collect as well. This is a fraud company which sends goons to make money even after closing the account. I have proof of email for disconnection and voice recording of the agent confirming the settlement .

        Pathetic service by tikona connection. It's been more than 15 days my connection is not there. I have already paid six month advanced. Still you pathetic people are not understand the seriousness.

        Additionally your people is advising me to get permission from other society. what is kind of service is this asking customer to ask for permission.

        Your advanced team has clearly told me dat they don't know Abt TAT to resolve the issue.

        Day by day I'm getting called from your contact center giving me same excuses. And no one is bother about customer complaint.

        I'm taking this matter seriously and going to lodge compliant to cancel ur broadband licences.

          I was using the tikona broadband connection having ID#[protected] since almost 3 years. In the month of June 2021, I planned to shift from the location and so to disconnect the broadband connection I have mailed the tikona customer care team on 28/06/2021. After that I followed up with the customer care team through mails and calls several times to get an update on the same. Each time I called them, the customer care team told me that the disconnection request will be processed within 7 to 10 days but on 18th July, I got a mail from tikona team that my connection will remain active till 25th August. Then I again called them to disconnect it as I do not want to be charged for the services which I was no longer using. The customer care team has assured me multiple times that though the connection remains active but it won't be chargeable to me because I have stopped using it after 9th July.

          I have also lodged a complaint with Tikona Appellate authority(TIL.[protected]@tikona.in) on 20th July by doubting that the tikona team will charge me. The appellate authority has reverted me by stating that the termination request will be processed soon and nothing mentioned about my complaint against the bill the tikona team is still charging me.

          To summarize my issue, I have paid for the broadband connection till 25/07/2021 and was only using the connection till 09/07/2021. To disconnect the connection i have sent them a mail on 28/06/2021 but from their end tikona has kept my connection active till 25/08/2021 against my wishes. They have assured me multiple times over call that no charges required to be paid by me at the time of final settlement (call recordings can be checked to confirm the same) but to my surprise the tikona team has sent me a mail today asking to me pay an amount of Rs.687.82. If I failed to pay this, they are threatening to take legal action against me.

          They are big time cheaters, so I request you to kindly help me with this issue as I do not want to pay this bogus amount.

            I'm having a complaint again the agent from whom I have taken the tikona broadband, he is pathetic person as he never answer to the call and doesn't even help when there is an issue with the connection... What kind of behaviour is this I don't understand, if these kind of people are there in the company I swear the company would really face many issues... Please look into my complaint and try to fire him from his job. As he is bot capable of doing so.

              I requested account closure on 25 July march 2021, via email which is the only correct way to do. I disconnected tikona internet forever after this email from my end.
              Still I'm getting email and account not closed.
              They are still billing my account and calling me to ask why I want to close my account. At the end of each communication the tikona agent agreed to close my account but it never happens and the bills keep coming.

                Hi

                Wanted to lodge a complaint regarding Tikona.
                They provide pathetic internet services. Their customer care is useless, when no one came to fix the internet connection, i called the company to to cut the connection. The number is not reachable. Then i mailed to cut the connection and get no response.
                Now i am getting letters by some advocate firm with no number mentioned in the letterhead to pay a hefty bill of Rs 2358 out of nowhere. Please note down the company name that is "Tikona Infinet Pvt Ltd" and take appropriate action.

                  I got a 100 mbps connection from Tikona most of the time the speed is around 30 mbps while I pay for 100 mbps. I made a lot of complaints to Tikona but the just say we will check and resolve and the close the ticket saying it's all fine.

                    Tikona broadband services people came today to get me the extended ethernet cable till my bedroom and they mentioned it will be 45/m cost .. after the work was done .. they said it was 24 meters and charged me 1100 rs and i paid the man thru my google pay account.., later when i chcked it was only 9 meters which shud be only 405 rs
                    So i m very unhappy and i need my money back

                      I logged a disconnection request on 3rd August 2021, then after getting lot of calls from Tikona executives telling me to retain the connection or transfer to my friends, I denied and requested for disconnection everytime.
                      After 15 days completed they were still calling me with same sets of questions (earlier they told connection will be disconnected in 15days but no confirmation till now 21 August, 2021).
                      I just want to disconnect this broadband.
                      I logged disconnection request on 3rd August, 2021 and my next billing cylcle started on 7th August, 2021 (both Tikona router and receiver are powered off from 3rd August), I just want this connection to be disconnected.

                        Hi,
                        I am Sheikh Imtiaz. I am a tikona broadband subscriber. My customer id is [protected]. I have used their service for near about 2 years continuously. Though their customer service is pathetic during my usages period, which i don’t want to discuss now.
                        But I was surprised when I have contacted the customer care for connection discontinuation. They really don’t care about the reason why you want to discontinue the service. I have requested them to discontinue my service as I was moving to my village where there service is not available. It’s been 8-9 months and they are yet to assign a technician to collect the devices and disconnect your service.
                        I think it is very easy to opt for their service but very hard to discontinue their service.

                        I have experienced worst kind of customer service from tikona.

                        Please check my mail copy when I have raised my first discontinuation mail.

                            Tikona is sending bills without any consumption of broadband services.

                            I requested disconnection of broadband service before 13 days of my next bill due date, tikona took time to process disconnection and stopped service after my due date.

                            I also stopped using internet before 8 days of due date still they showed consumption of internet and bills for unused service.

                              I am lossing my daily business due to bad services and very bad customer support from Tikona. From day one of Tikona broadband installation at my office no internet is working. Daily I request a complaint by mobile app, email, and customer care.
                              But no one is taking action, even service engineer and sales persons are not picking my phone. No one is helping me. So if tikona can't provide service pls disconnect my connection and refund my money

                                      No connection since the last 12 hours. Today's work has been screwed up for me & my sister and will result in Unpaid loss. I raised a complaint 1-[protected] in the morning at 11:35 am, still no one has attended. An Engineer named Vaibhav was assigned, but he said he doesn't look after our area. No one came. Still no connection at 10:22 pm.

                                      I login at 02:30am. Now again I will be screwed for my login for tomorrow. Customer service has been awful.

                                      Really disappointed. I expect Tikona to pay for my loss of pay as they have failed to provide the service. I have already paid for 6 months in advance trusting their network.

                                      Please fix my issue. No one seems to respond.
