Even after multiple reminders Tikona not sending the Confirmation Email that they have Closed the Connection from their side???
Then every now and then they email about plan change etc.
Tikona does not talk when I call on their customer contact phone number and their voice message says that email for any concerns but when I email them they don't reply.
How many times they need the reminders to close the connection??
I sent an email to close the connection on 28th Nov 2021.Still they are sending the bill.
All my dues have been cleared as I was disconnecting request in advance of my connection cycle.
Even after multiple reminders Tikona not sending the Confirmation Email that they have Closed the Connection from their side???

    I had chosen to go for Tikona internet connection in the August of 2020. Ever since I have been utterly disappointed. I was promised 80 MBPS up and down and have never received that speed. My internet connection hasn't been functioning for the past week and I have no clue why. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORST INTERNET CONNECTION I HAVE EVER AVAILED.

      They have forced me to pay money even if am not using and even after multiple requests made to discontinue my services they continue to charge me even if no use . They have pathetic customer service team n only there legal advisor call me to pay 5k-6k or else you will face leagal actions i don't use there service i have mailed evening to them .

        Pathetic service, never got response and service as committed. Had paid for 2 years and finally told to disconnect. That too they don't understand and now sending some legal notices.

        How I can file legal notice against tikona for poor service and such idiotic progress on payment which is not legitimate

          I am a customer of TIKONA services for more than the last 2 years and using their internet services on a prepaid basis.
          My pack was to renew, and I was not taking further renewal due to some personal and financial issue, hence had requested the same to the Tikona team by mail as well through verbal communication to their representative.
          I had not used and disconnected my router much before the existing pack end and conveyed to the representative to take off the equipment as not required me anymore and they had confirmed that the connection will be terminated, and their engineer will take out the equipment.
          Post that I often got calls from Tikona forcing me to continue and renew the connection but like every time I explain to them my hindrance and inability to proceed and not able to renew, they assure me the termination process is in progress and will happen surely.
          But post 15days now today I again get a call for renewing of the package with the amount to be paid when I tried to connect the representative, after waiting also no one responded to it.so, I mailed it to Tikona but now there is also no response on it.
          Hence, I request here please complete the process and collect the modem,
          I had disconnected the router and kept the router in packing aside from the last 15days. whereas I had the communication and follow-up records as well if required by the Tikona team.
          Apart its my humble request to please calling me with unknown nos which I am getting irritate as well mostly are coming in office hours.

            Hi, experiencing bad network service from tikona broadband since 3 Dec. I have made daily calls with no resolution . All they say the issue will be resolved from network team permanently however it still persists . Me and my wife both wfh and get disconnected frequently from conference calls . There is no escalation matrix for the case to be escalated .

              Hi team

              I would like to inform for all
              I taken plan 40 MBPS, but we have received speed 0.57, what I do this speed very very bad, and not provide proper connectivity, I'm daily complaint but not proper response and not received my call

              Already complain raise with tikona application but hear my problem

                I have made lots of complaints about frequent disconnection and very low speed issue but no one from customer care is responding on the complaints neither resolving the issue. Worst ever service. All the customer care numbers are only run by IVRS. No one is personally solve the query. Not a single time the engineer had visited.

                  Hello There,

                  First of all I am using Tikona broadband for 1 year, last year on November that is[protected] after installation the guy charged around 4500 for 1 year at 25mbps, so now for next year the bill ads up to 4500, which I will be using, but I decided to change the plan to 40mbps and total ads up to around 6500 something so now instead to paying for 25mbps or 4500/- I want 40mbps and I paid 6500/- for next year that is[protected]. So why does some Tikona Customer Care calls up and asks me to pay your pending bill of around ~5000/-? and argues that you changed your plan request multiple times, yes I did But ultimately I chose 40mbps and cleared the payment too, now Idk why Tikona is calling and argues to clear the pending payment. Even the Bill in Tikona app doesn't show any pending bill for 5000.

                  Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                    I have paid INR 2825 for new home internet connection on 21 Nov 2021 for 30 MBPS speed for 6 months. I had also sent email to them on 21st Nov 2021 about payment done of iNR 2825 & to change earlier registered plan of INR 499/mo for 40 MBPS speed. Tikona sent me bill of INR 3954 & said INR 767 in balance due on 11 Dec 2021. I tried contacting them on customer care number[protected] but they do not have option to connect with billing team. Also. I have registered complaint on MyTikona app for the same TT: 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. Tikona is just sending mails about balance payment & IVR call reminders for balance payment. There are no other source of communications.

                      But tikona not provide proper service

                      Company has cheat with me
                      So many time complain raise but get not the solution,

                      And also not give the by technician

                      If tikona company not provide proper service, disconnect my connection and do the refund I don't want to this type service

                        Its been 5 days since I am getting intermittent connection. When engineer comes and fixes area device it works for an hour or two and then it does not work anymore. I've raised complaint many times but they never resolve it permanently. The uneducated people keep telling me that router is not working. I have checked each and every port on router. It works perfectly fine. Its their devices that are not high quality and gives issues every 2 months. The guy who visits never visits actual premises to check it installed device is working fine. Today I called the guy at least 18 times but he simply doesn't care to respond. So for this bad service I want to terminate my services with tikona but they are not telling me how to end it. And its not first time, the issues with tikona not providing service exists from past 2 years.

                        + the issue of area device being faulty was raised multiple times. Some engineers who visited in past themselves told me that area device is faulty and root cause for all the network issues.

                        In last visit I had upgraded connection on specific condition that I get a separate high frequency device dedicated for my connection. Today when I visited the rooftop the device is not there and the wire is plugged in regular device. The device on top has no green light which definitely confirms its a dead device. Why did someone removed the high frequency device that was installed specifically for my connection for such issues that occurred in past and that too without informing me??

                        Now tikona has silently choose to resolve the issue overnight which was going on for last 5 days (I hope its resolved permanently, because their yesterday's fix lasted for 2 hours before everything going dead). But the issue of separate HF device still remains at large. I upgraded my connection only on the condition that I get a separate HF device which was installed at a point (btw that too took me posting to social network to get attention as their sales guy told me device is available while technician said its not available for 4 days) but now its not a dedicated HF device for my connection. I request you to re-install it in only in my own terrace at 2nd floor as your service guys conveniently took it when it was installed on rooftop.
                        They have not resolved the issue till date. This request should be open.

                          My name is Manoj Narayan Late. Tikona account no.[protected]. Since recharge of 4358 Rs. for 6 months on 25 Nov 2021 internet is disconnected. I have called many times to customer care but they are not resolving and then I have mailed them for disconnection. Still they are not resuming the services. They are sending messages the problem is solved but there is no internet connection since 25 Nov 2021.

                            Hi,

                            I initiated for tikona net services in August 2021, after I got call from one of there sales person, I paid 1000 Rs and have receipt for it. Technical staff visited my location and confirmed, that tikona doesn't have services at my location. And said I should claim for refund of initial payment. After that I provided all the required payment receipt and my bank account number. I was told refund process takes around a month to clear the refund. I awaited that time duration and called customer service.. Executive said refund is processed on 29 sept 2021. I confirmed upon checking my bank statement.. I didn't got any refund in on the mentioned date.. Executive told me to email the same statement to refund email ID and company will reply you with solution.. But since then.. There is no communication from company s end... Its now more than a quarter now. I need tikona to look into this case and resolve it ASAP.

                              Hi,

                              I have been repeatedly sending emails to Tikona team but they are not addressing my queries and sending very basic replies to my emails which are irrelevant. I was Tikona customer from last 4 year but last month without discussing with me they have changed my plan to prepaid. After the plan change i have faced lot of technical issues and not got adequate internet speed as per the plan. Since, i was no getting proper support from them i have decided to delay the payment till the time technical issues are not resolved due to this reason they have put Rs 107 late payment charges.

                              I am jsut asking for Rs 500 waiver from Tikona and apology for changing my plan without discussing with me. I have all the recording. Need your help to resolve this issue

                                  Our account was closed by our mutual consent on 10th June 2020 and I have paid all the payments as you mentioned. This issue has been discussed with you many times but you are sending me wrong bill again and again. He also closed the account and informed that there is no payment left now.

                                  Now I got a call from a woman's mobile number [protected]

                                  She beckoned me to come to Delhi for this wrongly sent Rs. 1200 bill.

                                  And she threatening me that I will have to face court action in Delhi.

                                  Then I called immediately to your representative Srikant [protected]

                                  He denied that such a call was possible from Tikana and suggested to me that I should not pay for such a call.
                                  but still I will noted this through this mail and want to confirm that
                                  Is it started by your company or it is a fake call? Please confirm to me,

                                  I am mentally disturbed by this type of threatening call. If such call is made with your consent then I have to take necessary action against it .

                                    I have taken new connections 20 days back and from day one internet is not working and 5 times technician came but problem still same. Now sales person not picking phone and in service no one is responding and customer care is telling refund is not in policy.

                                      I stopped using Tikona since May 2021 because of the pathetic bandwidth, connectivity & speed. However the payment was done till July 2021 before hand. I tried calling the customer care to get the connection terminated but no one receives the call. In the app there is no way I can request for the termination of the connectivity.
                                      I amReceiving threatening calls from lawyers and asking to pay Rs2707 as the bill or else he will generate legal notice and seize my educational documents, Aadhar & PAN Card, Passport etc. I want a justification for this bill amount and since I was not using the Tikona how has the bill got generated? I want this to be refunded and need the termination to be done asap.

                                      I also want to update that the Rs2707, the lawyer forced me to pay the full amount even though it was mentioned in the email that Rs983 is the outstanding bill and Rs1500 to be in case of failure to return the modem.
                                      If no body from the Tikona company is coming to collect the router whom should I return this? The lawyer threatened me and forced me to pay this amount as well. Kindly get all the false amount refunded.
