I have raised the issue of disconnection of my internet connection to Tikona. Till date there is nil progress, as Tikona has yet to accept my request.
I had received email from Tikona on 2.08.2021, but there are certain discrepancies in the email.

It is stated that Tikona will stop charging rental from 6 th June 2022. I wish to state that the year is 2021 and not 2022. This means that Tikona will still charge me rental from 6 th June 2021 to 6th june 2022.This is not acceptable, as I am not using the services any more, why should I pay for services for one year, which I am not using?

I have already disconnected the power supply to equipment of Tikona and therefore there is no chance of any accidental use of the services.

As Tikona has already stated, there are no outstanding dues on my behalf.
I have again requested Tikona to kindly send their representative to collect their equipment from my premises . I have also ask the company & its executive not to call /email me for retention or any other proceedings.
I have still not recieved any meaningful communication from Tikona about my complaint. I strongly suspect that Tikona is trying to dupe me, by planning to charge me rental for the equipment which I have repeately insisted to collect from my home. Why it is so difficult to understand by Tikona that I want to terminate my broadband connection service.
I am enclosing the copy of the cunning crafted email sent by Tikona.
I wish to resolve this matter immediately.

This is to inform you that Tikona has sent email on my email id on 5.08.2021.

Tikona is claiming that my service is in use, when I have already disconnected the power supply to Tikona equipment, so how can the service be active and any chance o[censored]sage. There is no usage of Tikona internet service after 2nd July 2021.

I have documentary proof from Tikona that there has been zero usage since 2 nd July 2021, the facts can't be contradicted.

I just can't understand how Tikona can charge me for the broadband service which has not been used.
This is a very pathetic attempt by Tikona to dupe customers, this only highlights the true character of the company.

I am enclosing the proof for your kind enlightenment. Please be free to contradict the facts and prove me wrong.

There are no outstanding dues, on my account.

I am not willing to pay any bills for any service which I am not using. This is a democratic country, I have freedom of choice to protest against injustice.
I am complaining to enlighten about the harassment tactics of Tikona.

My request to collect Tikona equipment from my premises is being continuously ignored, Tikona is not willing representative to collect the equipment. Tikona plans to charge f rental for the equipment, which they are themselves not collecting .

I had lodged three complaints earlier against Tikona Broadband about the harassment, the result has not been successful. They have acknowledged my request for termination of connection and left me alone till now . Tikona broadband has started harassment again for renewal of service which I am not using and have no wish to use in future. I am enclosing all the communication and proof of clear dues for my case.
I owe Tikona Broadband nothing, yet they have sent me the mail/text message for renewal of the non existence service.
I wish to ensure that this is last time they will harass me, as I am aware of the harassment tactics of Tikona Broadband.
Please take suitable action against this fraud company and kindly resolve the matter.

      I have requested tikona to discontinue my subscription on 10th of July 2021 and send their engineer to collect their stuff but they seemed to be ignoring and sending/calling multiple times with multiple offers. I have been very specific to my decision and explained verbally more then 5 times to the team members and each time they say that they will forward the request for unsubscribe but even now I’m getting same kind of message/emails or calls to recharge my connection. What kind of ### human power have tikona hired? Can anyone help me how to paste this company??

        Respected Authority,

        I made more than 5 complaints in last 15 days regarding frequently disconnection to Tikona customer care. There will be no resolution yet and customer care close all the requests without asking for confirmation. We need refund and fix this issue as soon as possible. I am frequently disconnected from VPN and it causing my official work everyday.

          I have cleared all the bills and there is no outstanding due and I have stopped using the service.
          Please send an engineer to my location to collect the Router/Modem and wires.
          Also, I have stopped using the service. I won't be paying if I am billed.

            I requested Tikona to discontinue my connection but they are giving invalid reasons and asking useless and irrelevant questions just to delay. I had informed them way before my validity expired to terminate my connection but they have not yet done it and looking and their tradition they would keep on billing me for services which I have asked them to discontinue. I am fed up of their customer service and their addiction to cheat their customers. Below i have also attached a mail which I sent them way before my validity was about to expire.

              My wifi is not working and I've registered a complaint 48 hours back. I was given an Engineer's number who said he will come to my place in the evening. Later he said your complaint is not assigned to me. I'm having work from home setup and this is costing me as Im unable to work without wifi. Engineer is not at all helpful neither there is any help available online. This is the worst service I've received and this is not the first time I've been facing such issues with Tikona. Taking service from this service was my worst decision.

                I have made a multiple deactivation request for Tikona calling customer care but they did not act on my request. after I stopped paying the bills they started to call me multiple times daily to pay the bill even if I told that I want to discontinue the subscription.
                They had not provided any modem or any instruments while providing the connection and I was using my own. now they are threatening me with the legal notice.
                I have made all the payments even if I was not using their service just because of the legal notice.
                There was no response to any of my complaints through app or through their website and emails during connections issues and for disconnection and transfers.
                they used to cut lines of other service providers so I had to choose and bear Tikona for a year. now after getting alternate option i took other connection from Jio and requested deactivation from Tikona and stopped using their service. it was pre-paid connection even then they used to generate bills and torcher me to pay bills saying I have used their service but they were not providing any usage report.
                Daily I was getting nearly 10 calls from their customer service to pay bills and now I got legal notice. I have made the final payment 1840 INR (27-Jul-2021) as well which was mentioned in legal notice. I had made a payment of 2592.46 on (14-Mar-2021) for 3 months. and requested disconnection on June 3rd 2021.There was no proper connection during March, April May and June so I had not used their connection even bill was payed.
                kindly help me in getting back my money which they have made me to pay by blackmailing me with legal notice.

                            Hi,
                            I am really frustrated with the service of the Tikona digital networks. I requested to cancel my connection much time. But they always sent a mail about to call their tech support. And I got a call from one of the agents of Tikona digital service and I told them to cancel it immediately, but they sent me a mail regarding bill payment and not cancelling my service.
                            The most irritating thing is that I requested them for cancellation for many days but they are doing nothing,

                            Exactly the same issue with me. They took a sum saying this is full and final but still they are not disconnecting and sending me bills after bills. I have disconnected the router, not using their services but still getting bills and they do not disconnect. This is harassment.

                                I have been a customer of Tikona Broadband since the year 2019 and my User ID is [protected]. I have taken an annual subscription internet plan from 07-Apr-2021 to 06-Apr-2022 for an amount Rs 5649.84. Recently I have not been satisfied with their poor service in resolving issues and even after multiple follow up with them (over phone/email) they have not responded.

                                So finally on July 12th 2021 I emailed them to discontinue my service and return the remaining refund. But the company representative is giving an excuse that they can only refund under one condition which is relocating to a remote place where there is no Tikona service available.

                                So kindly please look into our issue and issue the remaining refund for the period from 12July 2021 - 06th April 2022.

                                  I requested account closure on 28 march 2021, via email which is the only correct way to do. I disconnected tikona internet forever after this email from my end.
                                  All my bills were paid and had no dues.
                                  Since that day to today’s date (18 July 2021) the account is not closed even after 2 reminder emails and constant communication with tikona team.
                                  They are still billing my account and calling me to ask why I want to close my account. At the end of each communication the tikona agent agreed to close my account but it never happens and the bills keep coming.

                                    I am using Tikona service since 2012. I requested for a connection termination 2 months ago. All amount were paid, even though they charged another bill. After talking to their executives multiple times they show very little interest in resolving the issue.

                                    The same issue has troubled me before, I was asked to pay some late charge when it was not applicable, I talked to the customer care for 4 months and after that also they did not resolve the issue. At the end I was getting just too many calls and paid the late charge to get rid of the numerous calls.

                                    Now I get a call from an advocate in delhi ([protected]) which was a fraudulent call. The number is a spam, you can not revert the call to them. Now I get a call on different number (Other than registered number) from another advocate from delhi (some woman). I read on website and quora that all legal actions are under mumbai court and I was getting the calls from delhi. Everything is shady about this company. I have now paid the bill because I know they will spam me with numerous calls and will change number every time and will bug me for a long time.

                                    Strict actions should be taken against such companies which spams its customers ( who used their service for more than 8 years).

                                    One should always refer to complaints against such companies and should be aware of what they are capable of before opting their services.

                                    still they have not taken their device and I know they will make a issue of it very soon, I hope this platform be the witness when the next issue with tikona will pop up.

                                      I am putting this request since I am moving to my village and I can’t continue to pursue this connection.All my dues have been cleared as I am disconnecting in advance of my connection. But Tinoka didn't respond me & not disconnection my connection.
