I have made a multiple deactivation request for Tikona calling customer care but they did not act on my request. after I stopped paying the bills they started to call me multiple times daily to pay the bill even if I told that I want to discontinue the subscription.

I have discontinued there service but on asking for refund of my security fee.They say no such refund is done from there end....

There is no network. We tried switching off router as well but no improvement. Send your engineer as soon as possible....

I am really frustrated with the service of the Tikona digital networks. I requested to cancel my connection much time. But they always sent a mail about to call their tech support. And I got a call from one of the agents of Tikona digital service and I told them to cancel it immediately, but they sent me a mail regarding bill payment and not cancelling my service.
The most irritating thing is that I requested them for cancellation...

Our tikona brodband is not working since last 5 days.
my son can not study his online classes since last five days....

I have been a customer of Tikona Broadband since the year 2019 and my User ID is [protected]. I have taken an annual subscription internet plan from 07-Apr-2021 to 06-Apr-2022 for an amount Rs 5649.84. Recently I have not been satisfied with their poor service in resolving issues and even after multiple follow up with them (over phone/email) they have not responded.

So finally on July 12th 2021 I emailed them to discontinue...

I requested account closure on 28 march 2021, via email which is the only correct way to do. I disconnected tikona internet forever after this email from my end.
All my bills were paid and had no dues.
Since that day to today’s date (18 July 2021) the account is not closed even after 2 reminder emails and constant communication with tikona team.
They are still billing my account and calling me to ask why I want to close...

I am using Tikona service since 2012. I requested for a connection termination 2 months ago. All amount were paid, even though they charged another bill. After talking to their executives multiple times they show very little interest in resolving the issue.

I've requested the connection disconnection request like more than 15 days ago instead I'm getting calls from tikona regarding offers and when i ask for the update on disconnection they just answer that its in progress ... I'm sick and tired of this... I hope this may settle my complaint...

I have requested to terminate the Tikona broadband line Account no: [protected] on 26/6/21.

I have disconnected and removed the equipment on 26/6/21. I have sent mail to Tikona Customer service many times asking them to collect the equipment and provide the final bill for settlement.

I am not getting any reply from them. Please help to resolve this issue...

It started happening after I discontinued from Tikona, I shoot an email 15 days prior to my end date of plan. Also I have got an pre paid plan i.e. I play first and then use the service.
I also asked Tikona to collect modem.
But they are charging me for extra bill cycle and also charging me for modem. Their recovery agents are calling me giving legal notice. I am disturbed from this behaviour.

I had taken tikona connection in the month of May 2021.but since then in every week atleast once or twice the connection has some problem and it stops working.
It is one of the worst connections as the other connections in the area are working fine.
Kindly look into it and solve the issue as fast as possible...
