Wifi speed is low , Changing plan

Hello,
I am using Tikona wifi with 15MBPS plan of 6 months
But my wifi speed is very low, while uploading and browsing it is very low and i am not satisfied with this speed, so i want to change my plan from 15 MBPS to 30 MBPS,
Please change my plan ASAP...

Tikona Money Extortion

Hi,

Due to WFH i took tikona 60 mbps plan and after few months i moved to my hometown for few months and mailed tikona to hold my services for few months initially they didn't responded but after few days they generated bill for future months and told me if i will not pay they will sue me in court.

Its totally a harrasment how many time they calls, send messages even, i have extra amount on tikona that they...

Wifi Connectivity Issue

Cancellation of our services

Account Termination

After being a Tikona customer for 10 years, I have requested for my connection to be terminated on 09th Sep 2021. I have suffered numerous issues with my connection in these 10 years - slowness, outages, login page itself not displaying etc.

I was a Tikona consumer for wireless internet services and I terminated the connection with them as their engineer told me that their service cannot be provided on my new location where I relocated in March 2021. Legal threats and payment email after 2 years of closed connection

Complaint against the tikona agent Rahul

Account not closing even after reminders

I requested account closure on 25 July march 2021, via email which is the only correct way to do. I disconnected tikona internet forever after this email from my end.
Still I'm getting email and account not closed.
They are still billing my account and calling me to ask why I want to close my account. At the end of each communication the tikona agent agreed to close my account but it never happens and the bills keep coming.br...

Harassment related to Internet Bills

Hi

Wanted to lodge a complaint regarding Tikona.
They provide pathetic internet services. Their customer care is useless, when no one came to fix the internet connection, i called the company to to cut the connection. The number is not reachable. Then i mailed to cut the connection and get no response.
Now i am getting letters by some advocate firm with no number mentioned in the letterhead to pay a hefty bill...
