Hi,

I disconnected my Tikona broadband connection one year back on Nov'2020, as i shifted my house from bangalore.

I properly informed to tikona by call and by e-mail also.
(I am attaching the email proof and payment details here. )

Tikona person also confirmed that closing connection mail got on 27 nov 2020. But Tikona didnt able to close the connection.

Now after one year Tikona (they r saying its from lawyer) calling and asking for the payment of 3284 Rs amount is pending and need to pay immediately else civil case will registered in delhi court and i have to come there to settle the matter.

I repeatedly told that, I informed properly to tikona by mail, call and close the connection.
But they are not listening and asking to pay. which is heavy for me.

After one year its very hard to remember and face such situation and collect all proofs. But i found and attaching closing mail proof and payment details.

Technically Tikona has to close the issue after informing and should not ask such heavy amount.

    From 20th May 2021 to October'2021 customer was not in bangalore, Due to covid-19 moved to Tamil Nadu. Still Tikona charged as service utilized.
    Email sent to customer care on clarification, no reply received as of yet.
    Share me the utilized bill for the above mentioned dates. Sorry, would like to disconnect the connection as soon as possible.

    Completely cheating the customer and not responding to email query!!!
    Customer ID: [protected] plan: 30 Mbps / 499 per month. Connection taken for 3 month and paid Rs. 2356 as my installation and plan for 3 months.

    Act immediately and disconnect my connection ASAP

        I have already asked Tikona to terminate the service. I have even responded to their calls regarding termination of service. Still I am getting bills from Tikona to pay instead.
        I want the service to be terminated as early as possible. I already paid 1500 for the last connection and asked for termination. They said they will terminate but instead I got another bill for 700 rs. Please terminate the Tikona service I am not using it.

          I have terminated Tikona Services few months back and informed them about it. This was done since I switched to a better service provider. I started receiving numerous calls from them which were answered. They also kept sending me SMS regarding payment. Since I was not using their services and informed them about I did not pay. Moreso they confirmed about removing my services but kept sending SMS. Today some Legal entity called and told me about filing a complaint for payments not done. This is mental harrasment from Tikona service creating deep disturbances for nuisance post breaking business releations with Tikona. Please help.

            I Have Closed Tikona Internet since 3-4 Years back, Now am getting Mail that i need pay a amount of Rs 586.54. I still remember when last i was using there internet services, The internet was completely not working from 3 months, I have complained on every alternate days, Then I Asked them disconnect there connection, Still I paid some amount to them as they said, I dont Remember the amount.

            This is Last Warning from myside, If I have ever get such threat email, Be ready to face the consequences.

            When Everything is paid and final, Whats wrong with you ???

              I was coerced to take 15mpbs plan unlimited by your sales man on 08/10/2021 and details had been mailed to you. My Internet speed is slow within 2 days of Installation.I want you to increase my speed from 15 mbps plan unlimited to 30 mpbs for half yearly .And I had already paid you more than the 30 mpbs plan check in your system. Also refer my mail in regard.

                Hello,
                I am using Tikona wifi with 15MBPS plan of 6 months
                But my wifi speed is very low, while uploading and browsing it is very low and i am not satisfied with this speed, so i want to change my plan from 15 MBPS to 30 MBPS,
                Please change my plan ASAP

                  Hi,

                  Due to WFH i took tikona 60 mbps plan and after few months i moved to my hometown for few months and mailed tikona to hold my services for few months initially they didn't responded but after few days they generated bill for future months and told me if i will not pay they will sue me in court.

                  Its totally a harrasment how many time they calls, send messages even, i have extra amount on tikona that they should pay me, according to calculation.

                  So please harrassing people and stop your fake advocates.

                    We do not have wifi connectivity from last 36 hr .I registered complain against the issue but haven't received any response yet only received message that our engineer will reach out to you and they are not responding on call as well.

                        After being a Tikona customer for 10 years, I have requested for my connection to be terminated on 09th Sep 2021. I have suffered numerous issues with my connection in these 10 years - slowness, outages, login page itself not displaying etc.
                        Since my usage has increased in this lockdown courtesy my ward's online school classes, I have decided to terminate my Tikona connection as it is completely reliable. I have taken a stable and faster connection from another provider and I don't need the Tikona connection any more.
                        I have been chasing their Customer Service since 09th Sep to disconnect my account. I am always told that my request is under process and I will be given an update once it is completed. Does it take so long to terminate any account?? I have been contacted by their Customer Care reps for retention, and I have stuck to my ground for termination of connection. They have also taken down a service request number for this.
                        In spite of no usage since 09th Sep, I have got a bill for INR 885 on 30th Sep. Ironically, the bill shows usage charges as zero, and the entire amount is towards recurring charges and taxes.
                        I hope I receive some help through this forum in getting my Tikona connection and account terminated.

                          I m really feed up with Tikona now, we got the pre paid connection in the year of 2019 n were happily using it for another 9 - 10months. we left out flat in the month of August 2020 n shifted to our hometown and the wifi was disconnected henceforth. It's been a year now n every alternate week I get threatning call from some lawyer or sometime from Delhi court and what not asking us to pay the amount from September 2020. My question is if I have used the internet then get me the usage details and if there is no usage details then how my bill is generated also when my plan is pre paid. Do u feel we are fools and if you don't Stop fooling around with customers, you will eventually have to pay at the stake of your brand value.

                              Hi,

                              I have taken one Tikona 15mbps internet dated 20 Aug. 2021 but i was facing a browsing and downloading problem and nobody solved my problem. So 30th August 2021, i was decided to disconnect your Tikona internet and i have continued my previous operator's internet services.
                              So i request you please refund my amount of Rs. 1412/- as soon as possible.

                              Note- I'm not happy with your technical and customer care team. your local technical person already sends my refund request to your office.

                                Hello Team,

                                I had registered for a New installation for Tikona Broadband on 4th September 2021 but due to issues with speed and connectivity not available in my area the installation was unsuccessful. I paid advance of ₹1000/- using digital payment method.

                                I requested for cancellations & refund on 8th September 2021 and was informed by their customer care team that it will take 10-15 working days for refund.

                                I have followed up multiple times and every time they are stalling away and request for more 15days.

                                I have already escalated & reported issue to the following email IDs

                                  I have Renew my plan in 40 Mbps on 04-May-2021. from that, many compalin registered regarding speed issue and also Techinican told that change devices which is old and not supported 40 mbps. But, till date not replaced from your side.

                                  Find attached call recording[protected] with your team. she was accepting that device is not supported 40 mbps, and i have escalated to our team and will replaced your device within 24 hrs.

                                  15 DAYS GONE REGARDING ABOVE COMMUNICATION BUT STILL NOT ISSUE RESOLVED BY YOU. AFTER THAT MANY TIME CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE, BUT NOT A SINGLE CALL RECEIVED.

                                  After that, i have raised new complain- 1-[protected][protected]. Yesterday, Eng. visiting for complain and also he was accepting that req. to change device but it's not our hand till not any confirmation given by our Head team.

                                  I HAVE RENEW MY PLAN 40 MBPS ON 04-MAY-2021. I HAVE SUFFER ISSUE FROM LAST 5 MONTH AND TILL DATE NO ANY SOLUTION FROM YOUR SIDE.

                                        i tried to talk to surat office but no satisfactory answer from concern person

                                        I tried to talk to customer care to disconnect my connection and refund they said your complain will solve soon
