I had tikona connection just for 2 months, and thereafter due to Covid-19 lockdown I moved to hometown. I didnt even use after that, but I paid 3 months bill up-front. I was having my own Router.

I communicated over email lot many times, why should i pay for the month for which I have not used your service.

Later on I got call from Lawyer (Delhi) from tikona forcing me to pay extra bill. Just because they put it in auto-renewal. I explained everything to this Lawyer, he didn't agree finally forced me to pay that extra bill. I paid that extra amount also.

It's been almost one and half year, I don't even use their service.
I have settled the dues. Also had written communication over email many times for disconnecting the service. I have confirmation mail from Tikona about the service disconnection.

But still, today also I get unnecessary emails, SMS and calls from Tikona to pay extra bill. What is this due amount for?
Literally I am getting mentally harassed. I finally told the Tikona representative caller, first check your emails, before calling the customer to pay extra bill.
It's been 1.5 year, why are you harassing over email, SMS and phone calls. Please help with this. I am heavily frustrated.

        I've requested the connection disconnection request like more than 15 days ago instead I'm getting calls from tikona regarding offers and when i ask for the update on disconnection they just answer that its in progress ... I'm sick and tired of this... I hope this may settle my complaint

          I have requested to terminate the Tikona broadband line Account no: [protected] on 26/6/21.

          I have disconnected and removed the equipment on 26/6/21. I have sent mail to Tikona Customer service many times asking them to collect the equipment and provide the final bill for settlement.

          I am not getting any reply from them. Please help to resolve this issue

            It started happening after I discontinued from Tikona, I shoot an email 15 days prior to my end date of plan. Also I have got an pre paid plan i.e. I play first and then use the service.
            I also asked Tikona to collect modem.
            But they are charging me for extra bill cycle and also charging me for modem. Their recovery agents are calling me giving legal notice. I am disturbed from this behaviour.

              I had taken tikona connection in the month of May 2021.but since then in every week atleast once or twice the connection has some problem and it stops working.
              It is one of the worst connections as the other connections in the area are working fine.
              Kindly look into it and solve the issue as fast as possible

                In a new way of cheating people and harrasing cunsumers, TIkona has come up with a new way of charging money from customers in the name of plan change. Now even for any plan change customer needs to pay 1000 INR extra for nothing.

                  I had a Tikona broadband connection and faced frequent internet service issues. So I wanted to disconnect but their customer care was not contactable. Even their app does not have that facility to request disconnections. I paid my last bill and took a new connection and stopped using Tikona totally. But they kept on sending bills and when they call regarding payment, that is the only way I can contact them. I told them that I am not using Tikona any more and please disconnect the same. They do not accept my request and keep on saying what is the problem— we will sort it!! So there was absolutely no way I could disconnect. Now they made some calls through someone faking to be a lawyer and claiming that they will file a case. I even paid yesterday ₹3358 (which is an amount I have paid for services that were never taken from them) as demanded by them yesterday through the lawyer (most probably fake) as full and final amount. But now I see that they have not disconnected and still continues to harass me. I am sure they will send another bill again. So I am being harassed to keep on paying for services that I am not taking. Please help in resolving this. At this point I have paid all dues and also paid amounts that were not due as I was not using Tikona and want to get a mail from them confirming disconnection.

                      So this started a month ago when we tried to terminate the service. I've raised this request so many times but almost everyday thrice I get calls from tikona sales person notifying about the bill due. A point has come now that I feel harassed and helpless. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE OR I'LL HAVE TO TAKE THIS TO CONSUMER COURT

                        I had taken the plan preulh_c5 in 5th Oct 2020. I have pre paid the service charges of Rs. 5452, the plan expired on 5th of March 2021.

                        To the best of my knowledge I do not owe Tikona any further services charges.

                          I am 1.5 year old customer but I was using tikona wifi it's now 10+ days completed my internet was not working properly after few hours of working my internet was stopped working sometimes disconnected too .I reported to tikona customer care also but I didn't get my resolution and now I was getting to much problem but after complaining in tikona also I didn't getting any help .

                            I want to remove/disconnect Tikona internet connection permanently Kindly take remove/disconnect request on high priority and remove/disconnect Tikona internet as early. And Stop billing cycle. And please stop sending massage mails. And please stop calling unnecessary. This is my 2nd and last request by mail i sent to tikona to 4th JANUARY i have all mails and records and now
                            JULY 9th I got a call from NEHA saying that she is an advocate from Delhi high court and charging us on the behalf of the Tikona office of rs. 900 as according to them we didn't make the payment on time and didn't notify Tikona about cancelling the payment plan.

                              My internet plan is already over and I don't want to continue with the service. I'm trying to reach customer care and sent almost 15 emails, but they said they stop rentals and added extra GB on your plan every time they said they stop rentals.
                              As I clearly mentioned, please remove the device from my home in all emails and don't want to continue the services anymore, they are not doing this.

                                The Internet started issue on 10th May 2021 and I complain on the Tikona App. It's not fixed till 20th June 2021. Now they keep sending emails, Calls & messages asking to pay the bill during non serviced months. ID-[protected]

                                    I emailed Tikona customer care on 15th March 2021 to disconnect the connection. The next due date was on 22nd March 2021. Last payment date was 4th March 2021. As expected there was no response from them. I raised service request many times by calling their helpline number. All they said was that the technician will visit my address to collect the modem. But it never happened. I again emailed them on 24th March 2021 and 2nd june 2021. but there was no action taken and connection was still active. However, on 2nd June I got Demand Notice email from [protected]@tikona.in for non payment of bill. How could they generate a bill when I had asked them to disconnect the connection much prior to the billing date? Today i.e 7.7.2021 I got a call from "so called as advocate" Mr Harendra Choudhary for the same. When I told him the history and asked him his email id so that I can send the mail chain of complaints I raised with Tikona, he asked me to get a lawyer and fight the case. I do not understand how can they harass a customer this way when this is clearly a mistake from their end. I will have to take legal action if this harassment is not stopped immediately. I need immediate resolution to my problem and please don't say that the issue has been forwarded to Tikona. I know that they won't resolve the issue instead keep piling up the bill. It's just a fake company here to loot people.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    Today I received call from Tikona, again asking me to pay the bill amount.
                                    As per them, I have last used their connection on 28th March. I asked them about the data usage for which the executive said that since my account is blocked she cannot fetch the details.
                                    The closure email I got from Tikona has the following details,

                                    "As per your request for termination of Tikona broadband [protected] registered against your name, your service has been terminated.
                                    Mentioned below are the Full and Final Settlement details for your Account.
                                    Billing Cycle- 7th
                                    Disconnection Date 3/24/2021
                                    Last login date 28-Mar-21
                                    Payable Amount Rs. 1, 550.54/-
                                    You would be liable to pay Rs 1, 500/- as penalty for breach of the terms of services if you failed to surrender the modem even after several intimations from our end.

                                    In the event of not being able to clear the penalty charges of Rs 1500/- along with the outstanding dues (if any) we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings, inclusive of legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you at your entire risk, costs and consequences."

                                    If the service was disconnected on 24th March, how could I use it on 28th March? This is the proof that it's a false bill generated.

                                      I have already disconnected my connection around 4-5 months ago. Even I mailed to tikona care from registered mail id and got confirmation from tikona customer care call.

                                      Lawyer from tikona called me saying he(Nikhil Nayak) was from delhi court, threatening me to pay due bill. I have disconnected my connection 4-5 months ago, then what is this due amount for? Please help me with this.

                                        We have tikona broadband plan and are trying to upgrade for better speed since end of june however my current plan got auto renewed and they are forcing me to pay that first and then apply for plan upgrade request.
                                        i informed the customer care executive that i am ready to pay the plan change cost and the package cost however please adjust my bill and send me revised bill however i am being forced to pay for the old plan.
                                        Please note they are charging more amount for 10 mbps plan Rs 4653
                                        against the new plan we want to take which is 30mbps @ 2394.

                                        This is unfair as they are auto renewing for less speed at higher cost and not letting the customer choose and change the plan but forcing them to settle the bill first which is from june 2021 to november 2021.

                                        I have not received any call from customer care. I had to forcefully make full payment and as informed earlier by customer care i placed a plan change request. But again they are asking for additional 1k which is unnecessary as already i have made an extra payment as they are charging more for 10 mbps whereas i need 30 mbps 6 months plan. Customer support number is useless as there is no way you can reach out to any executive.
