Tikona forcing users to pay 1000 INR to change any plan

In a new way of cheating people and harrasing cunsumers, TIkona has come up with a new way of charging money from customers in the name of plan change. Now even for any plan change customer needs to pay 1000 INR extra for nothing....

Issue with discontinuation of Tikona service

I had a Tikona broadband connection and faced frequent internet service issues. So I wanted to disconnect but their customer care was not contactable. Even their app does not have that facility to request disconnections. I paid my last bill and took a new connection and stopped using Tikona totally. Harassment through calling everyday

So this started a month ago when we tried to terminate the service. I've raised this request so many times but almost everyday thrice I get calls from tikona sales person notifying about the bill due. A point has come now that I feel harassed and helpless. Billed for services not used

I had taken the plan preulh_c5 in 5th Oct 2020. I have pre paid the service charges of Rs. 5452, the plan expired on 5th of March 2021.

To the best of my knowledge I do not owe Tikona any further services charges.

Bad Service and Internet Not Working

I am 1.5 year old customer but I was using tikona wifi it's now 10+ days completed my internet was not working properly after few hours of working my internet was stopped working sometimes disconnected too .I reported to tikona customer care also but I didn't get my resolution and now I was getting to much problem but after complaining in tikona also I didn't getting any help .

Harassment calls from tikona

Not remove device from home

My internet plan is already over and I don't want to continue with the service. I'm trying to reach customer care and sent almost 15 emails, but they said they stop rentals and added extra GB on your plan every time they said they stop rentals.

Internet Service asking Payment for non-Serviced Month

Connection closure

I emailed Tikona customer care on 15th March 2021 to disconnect the connection. The next due date was on 22nd March 2021. Last payment date was 4th March 2021. As expected there was no response from them. I raised service request many times by calling their helpline number. All they said was that the technician will visit my address to collect the modem. Tikona threats for legal notice.

I have already disconnected my connection around 4-5 months ago. Even I mailed to tikona care from registered mail id and got confirmation from tikona customer care call.

Lawyer from tikona called me saying he(Nikhil Nayak) was from delhi court, threatening me to pay due bill. I have disconnected my connection 4-5 months ago, then what is this due amount for? Please help me with this.

Internet package renewal

We have tikona broadband plan and are trying to upgrade for better speed since end of june however my current plan got auto renewed and they are forcing me to pay that first and then apply for plan upgrade request.

Refuse to refund

I have recharged for 6 months plan and since i don't want to use the services anymore I requested customer care to disconnect my services. I have used the internet only for 3 months but the tikona customer care says they will not refund the remaining money of my account if I disconnect the services. They didn't gave any explanation for that. I want my connection to be terminated and the remaining balance refunded.

Unable to contact Tikona for service termination

This is a request to disconnect my Tikona broadband service. I am putting this request since I am moving, and I can’t continue to pursue this connection. But I am unable to contact Tikona or send any email to them as they are blocking all my emails and also there is no way to communicate over the phone with any of their executives.

Low speed and no resolution of complaints

I'm a old tikona user with Id [protected] and I update the speed from 10-40 mbps .Due to non availability of other service providers in my area, I have to tolerate tikona .I have 40 mbps plan for 6 months, but I am getting only 1-28 mbps speed which is also with frequent, they took amount in advance and at the time of service, they only say our backend team is working, I have raised a complaint more than 50 times, but still no resolution to...

1126049304 - Frequent Disconnection/Speed not upto the mark

Hope everyone is safe and healthy.

I have been using Tikona since May last year and have been pretty happy. Initially, started with 10mbps for 6 months by paying 4620. Then upgraded in December for 25mbps by paying 5k. Now recently, upgraded to 40mbps on 15/06/21 for another 6 months and paid Rs 5451.

Connectivity Issue

I’m hell frustrated!

Help me resolve this no connectivity issue permanently. Check my router no issues from it. This is the 10th or 12th-time I'm raising a request. I would like to inform you that I no longer wish to take your internet service since the standard of your service is not up to the level of satisfaction. Although I complained about the speed of internet and its connectivity problem for a number of times you failed to take necessary steps to improve the service.
