Hi my name is diwakar yadav and my user id is [protected]. Actually i am very upset and angry with tikona services. The reason is few months before i recieved a call that my tikona bill is pending of somewhat 1000 or so which i paid the very next day i recived the call and told him to cancel my connection as i have to shift to a new place and he agreed that its cancelled and you need not to worry but after a month i recieve a call again that your some amount is pending and after calling the representative i told him that am not free to come to the office as i paid the amount earlier and he said sir no issues as i will look over the matter and get this closed. So now after a few months i got to know from my brother that a case has been filed against me from tikona . As i dont like any legal alligations against me i paid 1492 the amount today that very day i am informed. But i will make sure none of my friends or family use tikona ever again and after this i will even file a case in consumer form that the way i have been cheated i try to call tikona but no reply has been recieved till yet.     I am Kaushik Birmiwal,

    I had lodged a Tikona disconnection (connection no [protected]) in May 2016 as I was moving out of the apartment in few days time. I requested the Tikona customer care people to disconnect the connection right away but they kept insisting me not to continue the connection, rather transfer the connection to your new location or to your friend/relative to which I clearly said NO and told to disconnect the connection for which they said confirmed about the disconnection.

    From June onward, I started receiving calls from them to pay the outstanding bill for the connection to which everytime I told them the same story for disconnection request which was made in May, to which everytime they responded saying it is a mistake from their end and it will be resolved soon. Despite this, I have time and again emphasized that I will pay the bill of 45 days, the duration for which, I had used the connection. Everytime I was assured by your customer care that they will raise a fresh bill and then I can clear the dues.

    Today (12th September 2016) I received a threatening mail stating that I need to pay rs 1500 to Tikona else he will drag me to court. Requesting you to please let me know the procedure to sue Tikona into court as I have all the necessary proofs with me to take this forward. I have written mails to Tikona to which Tikona always called and insisted that I transfer the connection rather than getting disconnected.

      HI Team,

      I have mailed to Tikona care regarding the disconnection of my connection and even though I have called them multiple times. I got a call from you executive regarding the 5 days of free service so that they can resolve my issues. I then insisted for removal of my connection. After having a chat regarding the removal of connection, I again got a call and she told me to continue with the connection and the amount that is implied for those 3-4 days will be waived off as this is the fault from Tikona. I again got a call from you desk regarding the payment of my account. I need a proper resolution from Tikona else you can disconnect my connection.

        I have been facing frequent loss of internet connectivity for the past one month. I was initially informed by their technician that its a router issue and so I got a new router but the issue remained unresolved. I called up the Tikona Wifi setup customer care and they confirmed that the issue is with the Tikona wifi weak signal and dropouts.
        Subsequently I raised the issue again and even sent a mail with the above info from the Tikona Wifi setup customer care. I had informed that I will be available on Saturday so that the technician can visit. Got no reply and the days passed. On a working day got a call from technician asking me to come before 7 PM as they cannot work in night. Tikona expects me to take a leave or come early so that they can provide a "good service". Not at all expected. Pathetic customer service

          I had taken a new connection in Vasai (E) after seeing the advertisements across vasai and before taking the connection I had spoken to the contact person "Abdul" about my requirement, to which he suggested me to go for the 3 month plan so that the installation becomes free for me, to which I told him that I would be out of Mumbai starting September so it will be a waste of money.

          He was very kind (sarcasm) to tell me that I can call the customer care and stop the connection for the time being that I am out and I agreed to what he said, today when I called the customer care number, they informed me that this thing cannot be done at all.

          Is this kind of service you offer to just have a sale done??? Pathetic service. I had taken this connection few years back but stopped it due to the service, I took it again last month thinking the service must have improved but no change. Please advice me on what needs to be done next now.

          Strategy to save cost by tikona

          Internet does not work on weekends and holidays where the customers need the most

          Poor customer service training given and seems their seniors are relaxing letting the company go for a toss

            Hi, I am RAKESH PANDEY, user ID [protected], I was a customer of Tikona from NOV'15 to APRIL'15..
            The delightful sick service, at worst situation, is acceptable but the real cause of it being so good in being the sickest company of all is it's unethical code of conduct for its customers.

            I was quiet a lot irritated with its services and yet maintained the audacity of continuing its services for couple of months. Gradually that I realized that the next millions visit of their engineers, because a little less than a million times their engineers paid the visit is not going to solve the discrepancy but dirty my place instead. To name a few Santosh who came for the first 3 days, but he could not solve though he worked hard, Then came Aditya for next 2 days. Yet could not provide me with a better service. and the last 2 days the team of three( SANTOSH, ADITYA AND THE AREA MANAGER OF TIKONA came and left disgruntled and aloof of the solution.

            I was then asked to be patient as within that week a new tower installation was planned that would cater to my complaint.

            I waited for the week but there was no move as such. I, then, called the customer care number and obtained a complaint ID describing the issue.
            BY then I had gone to another network that sufficed me well with its connectivity.
            Till this time I had cleared my account and yet i kept on receiving messages of my new bill that was, apparently, created, without having to use any data.
            I ignored the 1st time but the bill generation kept on generating and what was more amusing was the amount soetimes were shown 800 and in a week it reduced to 670 and so on but finally they started harassing with continuous calls.
            Initially I attended few calls and narrated my concern that validated that I must not pay as I had not used any data but their continuous harassment reached a peak when I received a notice and advocates call who introduced herself as varsha and then Priyanka came who happened to be the boss.

            I hope Tikona realises that it is okay for us customers to pay our bill because that is what we have become good at over the period of time. That a vicious cycle but, having said that, we do understand one thing quiet clear, as we good at paying bills, that it is the company that deserves to be paid.

            So align your motives in most ethical ways and you shall be paid with no complaint even if your services are not at par with the current societies expectation and as far as this case is concerned I have cleared my bill and I stand firm to not pay you anymore.

              I am facing frequent disconnection issue. Till now more than 20 complaints are raised and still facing issue. No one is looking for permanent resolution.

              Customer care team is pathetic. They don't send any reply to emails. I had sent 5-6 email but no response received in last 2 months.

              Call center is poor. Agent and senior desk from call center are disgusting. Senior desk raised complaint for adjustment 1-[protected] and today I called and they informed that there is nothing mentioned about the adjustment in this complaint. I spent around 1 hour on 24th Aug 16 on call for this complaint and now they are saying there was no such call on 24th at 11pm.I have bill in that I am able to see the call but don't know how it is not available in their records

              Speed is always issue, raised many complaints for that as well but still I face issue of slow internet connection.

              I don't recommend Tikona service to anyone. In fact, I already persuaded 2 friends for not using Tikona service.

              I sent message to CEO of tikona as well but no response from them as well.

              This clearly shows why services are pathetic

                Hello,

                I want to raise a complaint on Tikona for false promises and unnecessary troubling me.

                I applied for their connection in the month of June 2016. The plan they offer me was of 4 MBPS speed, in my area. But the speed was not as promised and there was frequent disruption everyday. Due to the issues I raised a request for discontinue their service on 20th Aug 2016.

                Till 20 Aug 2016, whenever I called their customer support team, they used to inform me that sir you haven't used the assigned data limit and 17GB of your data limit is still left.

                As per their policy, charges are applicable once the Data Limit is over. But if the limit was not fully utilised, no extra charges should be applicable.

                But then also they send me a message of 343 INR. When I contacted their support team no one was able to give me a proper response.

                Also, since I was not using their service, none of their engineer showed up to remove the device and on 11th Sept 2016, they again send me a bill of 1346 INR.

                I want them to take out their devices ASAP and should stop troubling me anymore

                  Please Do kindly refer my earlier complaint No. 1-[protected] dated : 08-Sep-2016 which was attend by Sharadda

                  It is regarding about failure of Access Point from your side.

                  It happened From 2nd Sept 2016 to 4-Sep-2016 that one of your Sales Executive Mr. Shivkumar Tikona Userid : [protected]
                  and Your Enginers attend and took the payment of Rs. 1000 prepaid and done incomplete installation at priority basis.

                  But Demo was unsatisfactorily and made me 100% assurance o[censored]nbreakable connectivity.

                  On the very same day they made me believe with assurance to made the payment of Rs.1000 which is the copy for your reference.

                  But later I & him made several attempts to complete the installation but fail many times due to Unavailability of Access Point

                  I could not succeed to visit or reset the password and hence i decided to request the refund of the said amount.

                  Eventually I did not used a single word from your website.

                  Faithfully,
                  I have also accomplished to access the customer support via phone being difficult to reach and consuming time, cost and energy.

                  I wastage nearly hours and minutes via phone speaking to your Sales Executives and Engineers but all of them put me in vain.

                  So I have decided to take this matter in to court of law.

                    Hi Tikona Team,

                    Hope You Guys are doing Great!!

                    This is regarding Connection ID - [protected]. I am using this connection from June 28th and facing several problems. Since, 28th june I hardly used the connection 6 or 7 days as it is not working properly.

                    When i connect my internet, it gets disconnected within 10 minutes. The antenna on my Terrace is not installed properly due to which it keeps on getting disconnected. I am requesting you to solve my problem as quickly as possible.

                    I have paid Full amount of INR 4300 which includes Subscription charges and Installation charges. I am once again requesting, if my connection will not get fixed by Monday then i will move to consumer court and File a case against your company.

                    Let me know if you guys feel interested to solve my problem.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I used to use Tikona company's internet services. I had requested them to discontinue my internet services due to poor service and paid their fees in full after verifying with their customer service.

                      But i am still receiving the bills and when contacted the customer agent says that since your Rs.2/- was pending we are charging Rs.100/- every month as penalty. This is ridiculous and since then the bill has gone to Rs.500/- but the company is mute on my query.

                      Kindly help me out and suggest what needs to be done!!

                        I am a furustrated TIKONA customer who need to call first in TIKONA then use internet only for 45 mins and max 1 hour after that the connection goes... BS service man. They took three months advance from me than the sales person don't even pick my call bludy rascals... I want my three months money back. Other wise will take a strict action against TIKONA.

                          Requested termination of internet services to tikona. Got confirmation of termination on mail on 25 May and cleared all dues on 02July. Still getting bills from tikona for use of intetnet services.
                          When I wrote a mail to tikona customer care, they replied saying, "As per your request for termination of Tikona broadband [protected], registered against your name, your service has been terminated on Date:
                          9/7/2016 07:26:27 AM".
                          I have two mails for confirmation of termination, one on 25th may and the second one on 7th Sep.

                          I also have screenshot of dues cleared.
                          I keep getting calls from lawyers of tikona who keep haraasing me to complete the payment.

                            Hi Team,

                            I had raised a Tikona disconnection request on 12/23/15. This mail was also followed up on Jan 13, Feb 15​. There was no response for my repeated mail. In spite of helping to disconnecting the connection, You gave me calls telling I could transfer it to others or keep it in temporary disconnection. This was completely a mistake from your end . I do have mail proof and audio proof of the conversation that I had with your customer care representative asking for disconnection.

                            Now Coming to a point o[censored]sage, I had prepaid connection. And I had paid for it in the month of the November. Disconnection request was raised before next billing. It was mistake from your end that You had not disconnected on time and continued Billing. Moreover die to the Chennai flooding, The internet was rendered useless.

                            My latest call with your manager was stating that there was no due amount and my connection was disconnected. Only after that I stopped getting calls from you. Now all of a sudden I get a call from niharika saxena from Phone Number [protected] threatening to take legal action. when Tikona has agreed there is no due amount how can a legal action be taken in Delhi Court ???

                            Please help to get a closure for the above topic.

                              But had no response from your side, many times, we are calling & registered the complaint, without listening to our complaints the call register is dropping the call

                              We request, if this complaint has not been resolved by monday - 12.09.2016
                              Kindly disconnect the wifi system under the login code

                              If monday wifi found not working, we are not eligible to pay any due towards the wifi facility of tikona, as any how, it's not working

                                Hello beloved Tikona Service Team,

                                Myself a poor Tikona Broad Band user took the subscription from this year 2016 January on wards.
                                since I have shifted my existing residence to a new place. I requested Tikona service for transferring my connection. 0n 30th Aug 2016. And the technician allotted have came did the installation on 05th Sep 2016. But once after the installation i didn't getting able to access even Tikona Login page. I keep on calling customer care Representatives daily But they lagging & pushing me by saying everything will be alright by within 24 Hrs. time. i dont know what Tikona mean by 24 Hrs. Even a Single minute can also change things upside down in this era.

                                But nevertheless nothing happened got so far, And I have received the bill amount with new renewable internet monthly data as per my plan - BBM4M650. but please what I need to do with this. I yelling service center for disconnecting my subscription & took away the Box. But they come with new drama, staying still my request for residence relocation is under processing that is why the reason I am not getting connection. remember 10 days got over after re-installation still the documentation not updated in your database.

                                    I was using the services of tukona 4 months back n i hv used it fr around 5-6 months n those were d worst connection i could ever get for internet... I was unable to use internet for 20-25 days in a month... We use to complain evry second day fr no services n when we thought to get it diconnectd that was not enough with the company they have sent fake bill to us when we had prepaid plan for our connection... How can tikona even ask for unbilled amount when we have paid advance rental evry time we have not used the services... Infact we should be given refund for it... We have to file a complaint against tikona as we are regularly been harassed by tikona people..gettng calls for non payment... Shame on tikona..

                                        Hi,
                                        I am parnab kumar chanda. I was a tikona internet user. My tikona user id is [protected]. I have surrendered my connection and Have received all forms of confirmation from their side that my connection is disconnected and rental will not be charged. But for some strange reason they indicated that they will charge 5paise/mb if i use the service. I dont understand what that even suppose to mean when even the physical connection has been removed and account password reset as suggested by customer care. Today they send me the following sms
                                        "
                                        Your Tikona account is charged 5paise/MB @ 4Mbps.Since you are using the service, we suggest you move to old plan to avoid high billing.Call[protected] immdly."

                                        I have asked them to disable my account as i dont like to have such provision open for future.
                                        kindly look into this and help me resolve the same.
