Updated by sachin.saini Now Tikona starts sending wrong bills. As my billing cycle end on 25th Sep 2016 and also I requested for the disconnection on 25 Sep 2016. I had already paid for this billing cycle. According to this I don't have any due remaining.
Below is the email they sent :

"Entire bill cycle is payable based on your disconnection request date or your last usage dates whichever is later.
"We have considered last billing period 26-Aug-2016 to 25-Sep-2016, post which we have stopped charging you rentals for the service.
“If you wish to use the service anytime, you can do so. You would be charged 5paise/MB (excluding tax) @ a speed of 4Mbps only when you actually use the service.
“Your current outstanding is Rs.779.03/- we request you to pay the due amount at the earliest to avoid late payment charges and any other inconvenience in future.
In order to provide prompt and immediate attention you may call us at Customer care no[protected].

Never go for Tikona service.
I have sent too many emails to tikona customer email id and never got proper response. I have asked them to either give continuous service or refund the amount which i have paid till date.
But as Dinesh said someone reached my number and said themselves as advocate I said him the complete issue but he tries to threaten me. I can handle this since i have got all the proof with me.
Just want others to know that don't take this "Tikona internet service" you pay for nothing.
