I was using TIkona wireless net work more than 3 month as they offered with startup pack

0% satisfaction with tikona network connection because frequent interruption.

So I asked to remove my network and don't wish to use further but they are not removing.

Even they are not stopping rental plan.

I was getting daily two calls for payment followup before due date even Two SMS. its Worst connection I ever used.

    Hi, My Tikona user Id is [protected].
    I have stopped using Tikona service before my billing cycle end and also requested for the disconnection for the service on 25th Sep 2016 and now rental is stopped.
    I want disconnection of the Tikona service completely.
    Please send the confirmation email for disconnection of the Tikona service and collect the hardware from my home as soon as possible.

    Now Tikona starts sending wrong bills. As my billing cycle end on 25th Sep 2016 and also I requested for the disconnection on 25 Sep 2016. I had already paid for this billing cycle. According to this I don't have any due remaining.
    Below is the email they sent :

    This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below.

    Dear Mr. Kumar,

    Greetings from Tikona

    This is with reference (TT: 1-[protected]) to your email regarding service issue with Tikona Wi-Bro account.

    Please note the following:

    "With reference to your disconnection request dated 25-Sept-2016, request number
    (TT: 1-[protected]) for your Tikona user id: [protected].

    "Entire bill cycle is payable based on your disconnection request date or your last usage dates whichever is later.

    "We have considered last billing period 26-Aug-2016 to 25-Sep-2016, post which we have stopped charging you rentals for the service.

    “If you wish to use the service anytime, you can do so. You would be charged 5paise/MB (excluding tax) @ a speed of 4Mbps only when you actually use the service.

    “Your current outstanding is Rs.779.03/- we request you to pay the due amount at the earliest to avoid late payment charges and any other inconvenience in future.

      My net connectivity is stopped since last more than 2 months and my location is now in non-feasible area. However, Tikona is now telling that they cannot refund my money and I can try to use it somewhere else. So, should I change my house to use your connectivity.

        Our Broad Band connection is not working. We are trying to contact the customer care since 10 days.

        Even we are contacting repeatedly no one is responding properly.

        Also created so much of mental agony and trauma besides huge deficiency of service which is prohibited under the Consumer Protection Act 1986.

        Therefore I am requesting you take necessary actions at the earliest with out causing any hassle and inconvenience.

          Threatening for bill to pay | Service ID – [protected]

          Took broadband service from tikona in 2015. No internet service was given and received properly. I compliant many times to the customer care but they wont respond me properly and for next month bill they called me correctly and ask me to pay bill to continue your service i told that i am not interested in your service so please disconnect your network they said ok sir we ll proceed as per your request after that they wont make me a call..then after two months later one guy called me from Mumbai and asked me to make your due amount. I told him clearly that i already give disconnect request to your company and i need refund from your side for my previous month coz i din't get proper net connectivity & proper response from customer care again he told i ll check and clear your problem as soon as possible after that for some days they won't make me call after long gap two persons called me from this number [protected] and told me that they are lawyers and would issue a summon regarding by bill payments and threatening me to pay

          Yes what Dinesh said about Tikona is absolutely true. Its one of the worst internet service provider even the technician who comes to our home to check for the connectivity agrees with the poor service.

          Never go for Tikona service.

          I have sent too many emails to tikona customer email id and never got proper response. I have asked them to either give continuous service or refund the amount which i have paid till date.

          But as Dinesh said someone reached my number and said themselves as advocate I said him the complete issue but he tries to threaten me. I can handle this since i have got all the proof with me.

          Just want others to know that don't take this "Tikona internet service" you pay for nothing.

            I had connection of Tikona Broadband connection and my User I.D. is [protected]. But after few months I face lots of problem with Tikona. I also complaint lots of time in customer care but my problem was not resolve. So finally i called for close my connection and customer care executive of Tikona request me for continuous my service but at that time i decided for stop the connection so i force him for stop my service finally the executive explain me process for disconnection and he told me simply plug out the wire in your device and not use service and after few time connection barred and also clear all dues so I pay my deus and unplug broadband wire from device. But i received continuous calls from Tikona side for renew my connection and i always reject for reuse tikona broadband because at that time i use another broadband service. And after few days I received a mail from Tikona side and that mail was my bill and that is my unused bill and my use is zero mb. Now this amount is approx 1491. I also complaint in tikona customer care and mail ([protected]@tikona.in) but not received any reply from tikona side.
            Please help me they call lots of time for bill deposit and when i told this is wrong bill then they say for legal process. Now i am frustrated. Please anybody suggest me what can i do in this case.

              We have received broser of tikona broadband then we tol them to give us a demo at that time network was not coming. so he told as he has taken connection by our name he will cancel it. but the tikona person gave connection to someone else (we were not aware of it). few days later one person came asking to pay the bill. we informed him we have never ever used your broadband so we are not going to pay any peny so asked to talk with his manager, we told him whole story then he told ok. we will look into the matter and solve it at our end. and now we have received call from tikona, they are asking us to come to delhi as they are filing case against us for not paying rs 1800.

                Dear Sir,
                I am very much fed up with the services of TIKONA. After 10 days of installation, I called tikona customer care executive for resolution but nobody had came. Now today, Somebody has calling us and threatening us for bill payments. I already mail tikona for disconnecting my connection on August 3 '2016.

                Below find the mail content :-
                "Dear Team, This is kind request to TDN team that please disconnect internet connection from my home (D-62 Alpha 1 Greater Noida). I am not satisfied with your services of Internet.
                I contact your costumer care executive several times but I didn't get any proper solution from your side. As per my last discussion with your customer care executive, I told him to discontinue my services two months ago. But there is no response from your side for disconnecting my internet connection. And your customer care executives are calling on daily basis for the Payment. I didn't use your services from last two months.So I can't pay the amount for the services that I never used.
                As per your Consumer Charter of TDN
                As point no 2 (b) Service Availability TDN is bind to subscriber with various Service level agreement. And I never get proper speed and availability of your service.
                We already follow your exit policy of PTC. As we never get proper service from Tikona.
                I request to TDN team please disconnect my internet connection and do settlement of all balance outstanding. Thanks for your services Hope to see you in future with best services. :) "

                But no response got from Customer Care Team till today.

                One of the executive of tikona are very rude with us and said "Kaise kaise logo ko line pr le lete ho" .
                They are not listening to my problem and ready to file the case against me.

                Please look into this matter and help us regarding this.

                  This is mohan from bangalore. I have requested Tikona to disconnect my connection 3 months back because the issue I was facing related to my connection when I called customer care and raised the issue they were keep on giving reasons and finally asked them to disconnect or send a person to resolve my issue. A person came and said some he has done but its not working. After few days i got a call from another tikona executive saying he is on the way but he has not arrived till now. I called customer care and informed i dont want this connection anymore. few months later I was informed that bill is due for 700 later 1500 like that and again I called customer care and argued to check my last login to there network and in turn I asked explanation from them regarding without usage how they keep on adding bill.but no response.

                  Though i have used for 2 months paid 2300 for 3 months in advance and 200 extra to that executive.

                  I have recently subscribed to tikona internet where they bought three month rental advance and failed to provide me the basic internet connection . I have raised several compliant and no use for that . Even their support technical people confess that there is no enough coverage in my area .

                    I have requested Tikona to disconnect my connection 4 months back because the issue I was facing related to my connection when I called customer care and raised the issue they were keep on giving reasons and finally asked them to disconnect but few months later I was informed that bill is due for 1700 like that and again I called customer care and argued to check my last login to there network and in turn I asked explanation from them regarding without usage how they keep on adding bill.but no response.

                    I was paying all my bills in advance and there was no outstanding balance till the date I have asked for a disconnection. Still I was repeatedly receiving emails saying "Kindly pay your outstanding bills". Tikona started giving me "MISSED CALLs" ya "MISSED CALLs" every now and then and even when I am in some emergency in the name of advocate they torturing.

                    Now, suddenly today I am getting call from some XYZ saying that he is an advocate from Delhi high court (Phone No: [protected]) and going to take legal action against me by file a case against me and going to block my passport/debit/credit cards. Also, he has started using the foul language over the phone.
                    I have seen lots of complain are coming from many customers, that they are also facing the same problems repeatedly.

                    My strong appeal to the government to take very strict action against Tikona for harassing their costumers during their services and after their services.

                    Please take this issue very seriously, otherwise many more citizens have to face this kind of tensions unnecessarily.

                      I have requested to close my connection on 11 july but they told me to change plan which is prepaid of 1000 rupees for 30 Gb and this plan is for lifetime and that no monthly bill will be generated.Then i got a confirmation call on 13 july in which she told me that if i opt for stop bill cycle then no monthly bill will be generated so i opt for it. My plan is advanced rental and my bill generation date is 15 of every month. After opting for bill cycle stop on 13 july they instead generated my bill on 15 july which is not genuine as i have stopped using tikona internet from 13 july. And now they are harassing me by making calls and messages.I have requested them to close my connection permanently but they did not close it . I have sent them several mails on [protected]@tikona.in but they have not closed my account till now . they told me to pay rupees 1000 for a lifetime plan of 30 Gb . I dont want any plan just close my connection .Thank you.

                      My id is[protected] my plan is advanced rental and bill generation date is 15 of every month i requested to stop my bill cycle on 13 july and i was told that bill will not be generated for my account so i stop using the services from 13 july .But they generated my bill on 15 july which is not genuine. So i request you to completely close my account and give me waiver of false bills . i have mailed requests on [protected]@tikona.in but i did not get any reply from them . Instead they are harrasing me by phone calls and messages every day . moreover its very hard to talk to customer care in relation to close any account it took 20 minutes to connect to a concerned person and then also they will not close your account . Any customer can try it .they will not close the account and keep sending bills.

                        Hi, I've been a Tikona customer for almost a year or more now. At the starting of the service with Tikona tha speed and service was good, but later Tikona has just become a fraud. I've opted for the 4mbps plan but the speed even at off peak hours is near to 600kbps for surfing. I've spoken to the Tikona care several times regarding the same but all they do is always provide a temporary fix for just 10-24 hours. The internet keeps on dropping out in every 10-20mins for 10mins every time. The speed is so low that even search engines take a lot of while to load. The worst part is that if a bill is to be paid Tikona CC keeps on calling me every day at least 6 times and a message is dropped for the same at least 10times and believe me this is not am exaggeration. I request strict action to be taken against the servixe provider or justice being provided to me. As of now Tilona can be rated just Pathetic. Thanks!

                        Tikona can be termed as a fraud because while opting for a new connection they show demo which is almost at 2mbps for all their customers but once the connection is installed the speed is as low as 2kbps. Its completely a fraud, the forum has to take strict action against it. Even the customer service centre is useless too. Thanks!

                          My billing cycle starts on 16th every month and right from the first day they have put me on secondary policy which is a speed of 512kbps (actually I'm not even getting that speed).                               Series of emails sent to tikona after cancellation of account and continued billing

                              I stopped this connection two months ago and you can check your logs. your customer support told me on 25th july that i won't be charged until i reactivate because i was moving.

                              Now you're raising a bill for two months?

                              This is criminal extortion and fraud and your directors are liable under indian law.

                              I am going to message them and file an fir for malafide intent and an attempt to cheat.

                              I'm have also noted how your emails and sms keep asking for different amounts as extortion continues.'

                              This is to confirm that i got a call from tikona this morning again asking me to pay an outstanding amount.

                              I clearly indicated that my last use/login was in around july 25th which they confirmed. the person also confirmed that there has been no usage thereafter.

                              Also, the person hung up the line after realizing they probably said the wrong thing as now there was no amount due from my end.

                              This email is to put it on record in the event i have to go to consumer court with this.

                              And the harassment continues and continues... email, automated sms + automated calls (despite my number being on dnd and me cancelling this service 3 motnhs ago)

                              If you are new to this conversation, please refer to my previous trail of emails to get an update on the situation at hand.

                              I am putting on record another email i received from tikona just now asking me to change my password to keep my account secure. i would like to repeat i cancelled and terminated my account on 25th july by way of phone call to tikona. it does not concern me if tikona wants to fraudulently not cancel my request but continue to trouble and bill me for inactivity. the directors of your company are liable for this fraudulent activity and i am prepared to file a legal notice and take this battle online and offline and to various media. it simply criminal and unjust.

                              Also - i see some clause in your email you just sent me which says...

                              "you will be charged upto your bill cycle date or upto your request date or upto your last usage date whichever is later."

                              My usage date for 25th july 2016

                              My bill cancel date was 25th july2016.

                              You have not said anywhere that your cancellation procedure and system takes 3 months to register. unfortunately, that is not included in your email and terms and it is silent. so, that means you cannot keep billing me.

                              I'm done sending mails and wasting my time. i have enough work to do, and if i am troubled further - then its going to become irreversable damage to your brand.

                              Your choice.

                              I'll be very blunt.

                              - would you like to get interrupted at work like this with calls to your personal number?

                              - emails are there for a reason. use them.

                              - calls are there for other reasons... use them appropriately. dont abuse tech.

                              - having great outbound dialers that can call your customers every sunday at noon reminding them of due amounts - does not show you are hep and have access to fancy dialers that anyone can get.

                              Its just a horrible use of technology... and very bad for your branding.

                              This is to put on record that i am still being harassed by tikona. even though i received a call saying that i will not be troubled and there is no amount due.

                              I will be filing an fir for fraudulent activity billing and extortion with harassment against the company directors if this occurs one more time.

                                Am having probelm with tikona broadband connection since last 1 1/2 half month and i have beeing infromed to tikona customer care through call centre, email.

                                Whenever i try calling your customer care number it’s just ends calling saying already service agent is been assigned and call gets disconnected and provide the number of the person.

                                But when i call the service person he says he not been assigned with and will get with other person details. Post which he is not answering to my calls at all.

                                This is getting every alternative dates and and am not getting resolution.

                                I have also infromed that since am not able to continuesly use internet i have asked for waiver as well. To which they have promised and infromed that they will be provided with in next one week. But in recent bill also i didnt see any will waiver for the same.

                                  Tikona co. is tottaly a cheating co and his sales persons are liyer.. they promise for a big service and co. provide 0% of commitment. its main problem. it works only one or two days in a month and after complain customercare executive tells that problem is resolved but now another problem is there so wait 24 from now and next day again same. it never worked properly.. its payment mode is advanve and now when i have disconnected, this co. sent me bill and this bill increases day by day.. company person also harashed me and also decreses my cibil score..

                                    I will be registering case against tikona on monday in consumer forum court.

                                    Tikona customer care has mentally harassed me from last 15 days and fooled me saying you internet will be fixed in next 24 hours whereas now its more than 360 hours my issue still not resolved.

                                    I request atleast 10 times to disconnect my connection but tikona senior department keep on saying give them 24 hours to fix the problem which they never did.

                                    On 23rd september i called tikona helpline number for 3 hours but still my call never went ahead to customer care.

                                      I was using tikona broad band more than 2 - 3 years. when took the connection the executive told that the will having a new booster near my soceity and internet will fasten further. Initially it opted for 2 mbps for cost of 750 for 20 gb..and Rs 1500 for one time installation. there after I started faced connection issues and i have been complaining for the same. later i thought it could be speed issue so i upgraded to 4 mbps for Rs 900. even then i was not able to get proper network..after complaining the issue they sent their technician several times but the problem was not resolved. later on they finally declared that they don't cover my area and shifted as unfeasible area. as i was facing the problem regularly in finally decided to cut down the service and requested the customer care to stop the service... despite of so many call they did not disconnect the service and changed my plan to pre paid... later on they started sending bills even though it didn't use the service... when i asked they how did u gave a connection when my area is not feasible as per your network...they had not answer for that.. i am that not only one my member of society has faced the same problem...

                                        I've made full payment for a broadband plan. It has been 1 week that it is still not working.
                                        Tikona raised request and i got a message saying it has been resolved whereas it is not.
                                        When i call them, technical team never picks up the call. If they pick up, they keep on escalating the issue every time.
                                        And, i'm sure if they see this post, they will again ask for details and ESCALATE it again.

                                        If i call customer care people, they transfer the call and same thing happens.
