I am extremely dissatisfied with the usage experience of Tikona broadband services.

Today is the first day of my usage and I feel that I have made the most worst decision of my life. I want to terminate this account with immediate effect. Kindly refund me the amount paid.

I have paid Rs. 2156/- for 3 months plan which will be valid till 3rd Dec as committed by your technician who came to install the connection and collected my documents. But I get an sms informing me about my billing cycle to be 26th of every month. This kind of variance in the service commitment disappoints me heavily. Also i have been promised 4 mbps speed data usage, but i am getting only 0.34 Mbps download speed as shown in the snapshot below.

I have been trying to interact with the concerned persons from your team but I am unable to do so.
Sales Person: Prem – [protected]
Installation Technician: [protected]. (Please note this number is switched off from the moment this person left the premises with my documents)

We speak about digitization of India. If this is the way the ISP like you is going to provide its services then its really difficult for us to achieve the dream of our PM.

I also want a written acknowledgment of my account being closed and exact date and mode of refund payment for the amount paid towards 3 months subscription.

    Have spoken to Tikona call center executive on 2nd of August and as per his instructions i have paid Rs.2099 for one year validity. But now my connection has been disconnected since last 2 weeks.
    When I talk to customer service executive, they said that I should ve called tikona call center immediately after recharging it.
    First of all we cant call your call center because each time we end up holding the phone for more than 15 mins to halfn hour. With this condition don’t you think it is tikonas job to confirm once they receive the money.???
    This is not acceptable... why should I pay again for the activation which I have already done...
    Please do not cheat...
    kindly recharge my account as per the plan that I have paid the money for as per the instructions of your call centre executive
    Its been 2 weeks, i have not received proper reply...and my connection is disconnected.. it is really really rude from tikona.
    Kindly look into the matter at the earliest..

        Tikona Team,

        I have received a late payment fee of Rs 100. I want to understand why I have received this bill. I have not used your service starting from September 28. I made a advanced payment for the monthly bill and you have to refund me the amount for non usage of internet service from September 28 2015 to October 7th 2015. Instead i am getting a bill for Rs. 100 as a late payment fee with no other charges under that account. My account was terminated after my last complaint and now I have got a fresh bill of Rs. 100.

          Hello Sir,

          I am Robert Christian. I am writing this as I have registered my request to tikona for disconnecting my connection on August 29, 2016 (reference request ID given by them : 1-424a540696). But today, Friday after 4 days still they haven't contact me for the same. The person on call told me that in working next 72 hours their employee will contact me but still I haven't received any call from them. Moreover, they are sending me message like this "Your Tikona account is charged 5paise/[protected]@ 4 MBPS. Since you are using the service, we suggest you move to old plan to avoid high billing. Call[protected] immdly."

          When I asked them they told me that your service has been already disconnected. Then my question is why they people are sending me this kind of message?

          Request you to look into this.

            My internet package is of 2645 for 3 months with speed of 2mbps from 8 am to 8 pm and 512 kbps afterwords. i paid 3600 during installation after that i had to give the above amount for every 3 months, but now they are asking me to pay 325 as service tax in addition to 2645, shouldn't the service tax be included in the package, also if the speed provided was that good i would have given the money. please advice me.

              I have taken tikona internet connection on 15/08/2016. till then internet services not working properly. I have made complaints to customer care so many times but they did not take seriously. One sight engineer appointed by customer care visits my home so many times but he promised to change the device but did not take any action till date. I have deposited three month advances rs. 1730/- but since 17 days I am unable to use this internet connection due to wrong installation. Please take this matter seriously and rectify my problem otherwise, i will take harsh action.

                My costomer id [protected], i was uninstoll tikona broad band in jan to feb 2016, and after such long time. fraud call from no [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].and again and again call me 50 time in a day to pay a bill and tell me to come dilhi high court.so i dont know what heppening this ...
                becouse on the time o[censored]ninstollation our disscution happen ...of no due remainning.and for your unconvinient servise your person appologise for bed service and internet.and then after u uninstall internet.

                A BIG FRAUD COMPANY.INTERNET HAS NEVER WORKED SINCE PAST ONE YEAR AND IT HAS BEEN MORETHAN 4 MONTHS i HAVE BEEN SAYING THEM TO DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION BUT THEY ARE ALL DEAF PEOPLE BECAUSE THEIR BUSINESS IS TO RAISE BILLS EVEN IF CUTOMER DOESNOT USE IT. OUT OF THESE 4 MONTHS, THEY FORCED ME TO PAY 4 MONTHS BILL WITHOUT USAGE BY ARRANGING A FRAUD LEGAL CALL QUOTING THEMSELVES FROM HIGH COURT. EVEN AFTER THAT THEY GAVE ME A CALL THAT THEY HAVE NOW RECEIVED A PAYMENT AND ASKED ME 100TH TIME AGAIN M'MAM ARE YOU SURE U WANT TO DISCONNECT". i REPLIED " YES YES YES...100 TIMES". BUT NOW SEE THESE THIEVES HAVE AGAIN STARTED SENDING BILLS FOR NEXT 4 MONTHS.                   We are getting of your phone calls and messages they are asking me pay your bills. i have request them to disconnect my connection since last 2 months i also contacted there costumer care executives several times you can check the records also and i have also send mail on 26 august (7 days before)and i got your reply on the same date at 10:45, then also i am getting again and again messages and phone calls till now. and they are asking the reason of termination which i told several times before even when i was using your services because i was not getting prosper response from your executives.                     I am Manish kumar, i have taken new connection from my user User ID no- [protected], everyday between 7pm to 11 pm internet connection goes off, i am facing huge problem due to this .There is no one there to look after the custmer's problems. Please look into the matter as soom as possible .

                    I already have complaint to tikona customer care but no action is taken agianst that . complaint number is 8226155.

                      Tikona internet connection is really pathetic and although i have called their customer care number numerous times they have not taken any action and they have just taken 3 months rent from me. Please take strict action on them. I have even written a mail to [protected]@tikona.in explaining my grievances. but, not sure whether they take any action about it.

                      My connection was activated 20 days back and the internet connection has just worked for around 6 hours and when i call their customer care i lose money as the advertised number doesn't seem to be a toll free number and vodafone has deducted around 60 rupees for making 2 calls.

                      If i call from my other number they say i have to call them through my registered mobile number else they will not be able to help me.

                      I believe, you will make justification for this case. Thanks

                      I have proofs of the all the mails and calls that are communicated to and from Tikona. My user ID is [protected] for which i have got a termination letter and after that you sent me two mails with the wrong phone number to whom i needed to handover the device. Later a person himself called me from Tikona and collected back the device from me which i have even mailed you before. Why my mails are left unanswered. Is this the way to provide service to a customer or behave with a customer?

                        I am ANAND REDDY with user id [protected] has disconnected the tikona services almost year back and while disconnecting i had made all payments as they provided me in their full and final settlement. after the payment of this bill i got another bill after disconnection and when i contacted the customer care then they said that its technical problem and ignore it. but after 1 year dated[protected] i got message to pay the due bill and regarding this issue i was given a number in that message to contact. i do contacted the number and was threatened to pay or i shall meet in the tis hazari court for proceedings. then i wished to have a settlement with them and asked them to provide me a NOC certificate after i make the payment. so i payed the bill as they said and shared the details with them and they promised to send me the certificate in 30 minutes which i havent got even after 24 hrs and they are denying my calls.
                        i am seeking justice for me by providing me NOC certificate from the service and the details of my dues which i paid which i was denied by them to share

                          I have applied for new broadband connection for the plan of Rs 750/Month (which offers 30 GB with the speed of 4 Mbps then unlimited data with speed of 512 kbps).I have paid Rs 2160 for three months for this plan. But they have given me the plan of Rs 500 which offers only 10 Gb per month with 4 Mbps speed. I tried to contact customer care but they denied to refund or change the plan then i asked them to let me talk to your senior, then the customer care executive asked for a hold then after few minutes she told me that they will change my plan with in 48 hours. but it is already 96 hours and no respond from them.

                            I am using tikona broadband connection. My monthly plan is 500 rs in which upto 10 GB speed will be 2MBPS after that speed will be 512 KBPS. Now totally is opposite upto 10 GB Speed is around 800kbps and instead of 512 KBPS speed is around 100 kbps. I call 1000 times customer care from last 2 month but still no solution.My connection is installed on 19 may 16 and i paid 3 months amount now i got the bill which de date is 22 aug 16 i dont know how it is possible .i complaint 100 times abount internet but no responce. Same i talked about bill customer disconnect my call 4 times. within 2 month 1000 times i have seen no internet whenever i complaint they give the time more than 2 days means wait for 2 days but money meter is always on . horrible customer care . i'll request to all persons who want to install tikona, plz dont take . he is cheater and will frustrate you all the time .I want to expose this cheater company plz give me some idea . thans

                              I have opted for the termination of the connection before 2 years and the connection got disconnected and I got a mail about the termination of my connection.I paid the ammount which was due at that and only after that I've terminated the connection.I was getting mails even after an year saying that I haven't paid the bill.I gave a call to the customer care and said that I paid the ammount.They refused and said they would file a case againt me, and I said Go ahead and sue me I would face you legally.I have all the proofs and the termination confirmation mail with me.Today I got a sms stating that there is some ammount due.its been 2 years...and tikona is still sending me sms.I was wondering how many times i need to pay the bill.When I called them back, The customer support executive said that tikona will file a case against me in mumbai high court.Isn't this threatening??I'm mentally harrased by tikona.Is tikona a digital networks company or money swindling company??

                                  Am gopi, bought your tikona broadband service through salesman mr. Karthik (Mobile no - [protected]).

                                  I paid the amount (Rs - 2950.00)

                                  As there is no proper tower of tikona broadband service in my area (Perungudi), i decides to disconnect my service.

                                  I enquired about disconnection procedure to your sales man mr. Karthick (Mobile no - [protected]), as per his advice i have paid all my pending amount (Rs 2950) to him and got cancellation number i. E dc no ([protected]) by december 2015.

                                  But now i have receiving many calls and court notices from your end that i have balance amount of rs 1900 something to pay.

                                  My question is, i have paid all my pending amount and got cancellation number from your end, then how i got balance amount to pay and why i need to pay.

                                  For this issue i made a call to your customer care services, they have inform me that system has been not updated as that i have paid my pending and disconnected the services.

                                  Its not my fault and for that i wont pay any amount at any cost.

                                  As per customer care service person's advice am sending this mail and my cancellation number is [protected]

                                  So please am requesting you take necessary action to resolve this issue.

                                    My comments from previous post:

                                    I requested tikonaa detailed bill of my usage. i paid the bill till october and also asked to reduce the bill plan but in november i got a bill of 2000 and every month they are adding rs 100 as a late payment fee. i asked to disconnect the connection via mails, calls but they continued charging the amount. several times i told the customer care executives to send me the detailed bill of my usage. every time they said, we will send it to you and hanged up. i dropped few mails asking the same but no reply. for the entire month there was a problem with the connection. every another day i have to call the customer care and asked them to resolve but they could not resolve it permanently but kept charging.
                                    And after few days they started giving me legal threatening. someone called (number [protected]) and said he is an advocate from delhi high court and i have only half an hour to decide whether i want to fight the case or pay the bills. i explained him the same that i want the detail explanation of my bill. and if i find everything ok, i am ready to pay but he did not listen. and he also said police will come to your door with arrest warrant. he asked me to pay an amount of rs 3300. when i asked how come rs 3300? he said rs 2500 is your bill and rs 800 is the charged to withdraw the case. if i did not filed any case then why should i pay the amount to withdraw it??
                                    I again dropped a mail to customer care but no reply. yesterday they have sent a notice from some advocate in mumbai stating the dues of 2500 and their legal actions. i am receiving calls every alternate week and harassing me.
                                    I dont know what is stopping tikona to provide me the detailed bill. i even did not deny the payment but i will only pay when i will find the bill according to the usage and no of days they have provided the connection without any glitch.

                                    Now the another call, from Adv Rajiv Gupta, Phone Number, [protected], repeating the same lines about Delhi court, case register in half an hour.

                                    Tikona guys please look into the issue. I am fed up with your service. I already sent so many mails but you are not replying.

                                      I am using tikona from last 2 month my tikona user id is [protected]. From last 2 weeks i am not able to use the tikona net connection. Its due to technical problem in there device. I called customer care many times for getting assistant but every time when they raise the ticket, same day they revert the msg stating that your problem was resolved successfully. But there is no assistant provided by them.
                                      Even i mailed them so many time and asked to send there engineer to my house for resolution but still they have not sent anyone for resolution of problem.They are also not picking calls on there helpline no.Due to there poor service i am not able to use the internet form last 2 weeks as i already paid for 3 month at the time of subscription.

After some month I need to use the service I said them to put device to this address they said that we are not going to continue you withthe same net plan as before i said i dont want to restart that id i will apply for new id as i do and activate new id [protected] But after some month Tikona start sending me bill for service use of previous id and putting me pressure to submit i request them that i havnt shift that id and not use dat why why you send this bill My issue is clear that i havnt use net and they send me bill and now they are make calls to pay amount and say that call is from tees hazri court and talk very badly as i am metal harassment by them please tell me what should i do
