      I have closed my tikona internet many months agi but still I am receiving overdue messages from tikona.

      PFA the billpaid receipt I have paid for my last outstanding amount.

      Below is the message i had recieved today from tikona-

      Your Tikona Bill is overdue for Rs.595.08.Current plan is suspended, you will be charged 5paise/MB @ a speed of 4Mbps when you use the service. Call[protected]

        Due to poor connectivity i was unable to use their internet service from past few months i was still paying the bills as the resolution was in progress from their side, but after my problems got worst, and even their engineer suggested me to shut down the account as my CPE was not getting any range because they have shifted their device to another location without giving any information to me due to which i suffered for so many months.

        And as per my request they have deactivated my account, i have paid all the bills till then, but still they are asking me to pay the bills and harassing me everyday. they didnt process my request for 15 odd days i dont know why, and now they are saying me to pay the bills for that even when i havent used their service even for a minute.

        i called for the help many times while facing the issue, they didnt respond at that time not even a once, but now they are unnecessarily harassing me.

        please take a strict action against them.

          Hello,
          My name is Anamika Singh, User ID: [protected].
          I was not satisfied with the services so i decided to cancel the subscription. I called the costumer care no. and the represantative told me to send an email for cancellation. I did as I was told to do but they never replied and did not cancel the subscription. They came with bill to my house next month and I paid them the person gave me a phone number to call on for cancellation. The guy on the phone gave me a complain no. ie. 1-[protected] and was told that after 3 days I will recieve a confirmation call on my number but it never came. Now the person who comes to take the payment tells me that i have to disconnet the router in my home and the subscription will automatically get cancelled! This really annoying and i want my subscription to be cancelled ASAP!

              I am writing this email full of rage. I am living and working in new zealand, and keep visiting india a few times a year to meet my parents.

              I will explain my point in minimum words. My father is an ex-serviceman. We had taken a tikona connection in delhi. Y-213, sector 5, plot number 2, dwarka.

              We had to discontinue soon because of your horrible service.

              You have harassed my father constantly since 3 years by lying, and saying you are calling from the court. How dare you do that? You liars!!!

              He is a heart patient. He has served the nation all his life. Liars and thieves like you are stressing him out and killing him. He has retired and living his life in peace in panchkula. You are still constantly harassing him.

              I want you to compensate us with a written apology and call him back to apologize for the treatment over the past few years.

              I want this done within 72 hours. My next step will be the newspapers.

              Corporate giants like you have no respect for the defence, and what we do for the country. It is because of people like him, that you are able to stay inside your houses and sleep in comfort. I have lost a lot of friends and family in the wars fought by our country in the past. Have you even applied to get into the defence.. Or politics?

                Hi,

                As i am moving to other city, i submitted request to disconnect all my tikona services via email/customer care. After so much discussions with customer care representative over the call, he finally agreed to disconnect and he calculated the amount for the days i have used their services and told me to pay the amount. I paid the same amount, till the date i was using their services.

                Tikona has put my account on secondary usage policy. What is the purpose of that, when i don't want to continue or don't have any plan to resume services in near future? I requested them to please collect your devices and provide me noc for the same, as i'll be leaving this place and will be moving to some other place, but no action on this and replied to leave the devices there only.

                Now everyday i am getting calls like "why you want to disconnect, to continue with services and to pay the bill amount, which i din't know what bill when all my services are disconnected?

                Everyday 5 - 6 smss like,"to pay pending bill amount, as you are using tikona services, you are being charged". I don't know, how this company can send me these messages when i have wrapped up their boxes and wires, how i can use their services? How tikona can send me these kind of messages when i am not using their services and already have paid the bill, the same amount which customer care rep. Told me to pay.

                I have (3) call recording available with me for the conversation which i had with customer care for disconnection request and agreed bill amount.

                Currently, i am attaching the email screenshot which i have sent to disconnect my services and messages screenshot which i am getting on daily basis.

                In a hope, this issue can be resolve asap.

                  Took broadband service from tikona in 2015. No internet service was given and recieved. After many complaints they agreed that service cannot be provided because the signal could not get to the house and they agreed to refund money paid (rs3000). After calling hundreds of times They said cheque was on the way. Never recieved it. Called the company to make complaint but found out They had closed the account and i cannot get in touch with anyone now

                        I'm from Chennai Taramani area and I've opted for this Tikona broadband since there is no other service providers in this area. The broadband service will work very rarely or the net speed will be very slow. Even the google page will take a lot of time to load. I'm calling their technical support on daily basis to correct this problem, they say it will be resolved in 4 hrs or 8 hrs, but the problem occurs daily. I even asked them to disconnect the broadband service, but they are not doing that as well. Very frustrated with this service. Please take necessary action on this ISP.

                          Hi team, i am saikumar i am residing in chennai. One year back i have taken broadband connection from tikona broadband serviced. I have told them to cancel my connection as i am leaving from my present place. They haven't terminated my internet service and they after 9 months i got a call from following number [protected] and [protected] from these numbers stating that they are lawyers and would issue a summon regarding by bill payments and threaten me to pay 900 (Previously i have paid 1500 also after i told the to close the service).                             Dear Team,

                            I had been using tikona broadband service till Jan-2016. Latter I moved to new location. Due to un-availability of signal of my new location, tikona's technician told me that they could not be able to provide service at my new location. I raised complaint to close the connection.

                            In month of june I got the message from tikona that I have to pay unbilled final amount of rs. 2677 & also have to return the device. They are going to charge extra if I was unable to return the device. At that time they threatened me if I did not pay amount they are going to file case against me & I have to go every time court whenever they call. Due to fear in mind I paid all the amount & asked tikona to re-close the connection. Also I returned the device.

                            Now in the month of September one advocate from delhi called me again and threatening that I have unbilled amount of 596. I have to pay that, if not; I have come with advocate to resolve this matter. Although I have paid last time the full amount I don't know how they have charged me this new amount. And most interesting thing is I have been asking to pay for services which I have not used. Even they have collected their device they are generating bills.

                            It is100% Threatening with out any legal notice or information. I don't know how he derived the amount 596 now even I settled last time. I asked him to provide 7 days that i want to speak with Tikona about my issue but he denied my request and Threaten me to pay the amount on that day itself.

                            Please let Tikona answers my question below
                            Why I should pay 596rs for non services ?
                            Why Tikona;s Advocate Threatening me with out any legal notice and forcing me to pay the amount on that day itself ?
                            How you generated bill for a customer from whom you have collected the device ?

                            I lost my whole day by thinking of this. Got my BP high due to threatening from advocate. Feeling like mentally harassed.

                            It's not the right way to communicate with consumer.

                            Biggest fraud company, Internet doesn't work no matter how many times u call them, unprofessional ppl. They are only concerned about sales.

                            I strongly recommend all the ppl not to opt for Tikona services, they took the money any vanished like anything.

                              My customer id is [protected], I have been using tikona post paid connection for more than 10 months initially it was so good but last 3 Months I am not getting the connection properly. I have called customer care more than 100 times but they didn't solve the problem till now and they generated bill For not using the internet. then I called them to disconnect the service but they asked me to change the prepaid 1000 rupees plan they gave assurance to give uninterrupted service. But they simply cheated me

                              Will it take another two months right?? Atleast 100 times I heard the same response from your side. But the problem didn't resolved till now. However I changed the connection to prepaid or else you will keep on generating bills for your death internet connection.

                              We certain group of people will register complain against tikona.. We all facing the Same kind of issues and tikona is not allowing us to go out from their network instead they are forcing us to change 1000 rupees prepaid plan. After changing to prepaid plan they are not providing internet. The worst network I have ever seen in my life.they will not allow us to go out from their network and they are keep on generating bill for their dead connection

                                My User ID is #[protected] used Tikona service for an year and i am quite happy with service. I shifted my house and requested to cancel service. They initially said rentals will be stopped with in a week and service will be cancelled later, as they said rental is stopped. I removed the LAN cable from the roof.

                                But now every day i am getting a message "Your Tikona account is charged 5paise/MB @4Mbps. Since you are using the service, we suggest you move to old plan to avoid high billing".

                                I contacted customer care but they are refusing to disconnect service and they say as per company policy we can only stop rental and your account will be always active.

                                All that i need now is to disconnect the service permanently not just stopping the rental.

                                      The technician who was there had no knowledge of setting up the router.We were promised that the head guy will come and do that job the next day .full payment as mentioned in the ad was taken .
                                      almost two weeks after that, the response to our call is "no, we don't set up router .it will cost you rs 250 and we will send a guy "
