    I have been facing the problem of internet hanging right from the day i had taken the net service (About 1 years) from them. The internet given by them gets hangs so often time and again like for 2 hrs., 1 hrs. Some times whole day approximately every day.
    Regarding this i had informed them again and again. Every time the assurance was given by them to sort out the issue but nothing was really done by them. I am still facing the hanging internet problem.
    This had incurred not only mental but also financial harrasment on me as the proper service is not provided to me by company even after complaing them again and again and paying their bills regularly.

    I have been using tikona since 10 days. I am facing lot if difficulties accessing their Internet. Whenever I switch on the adapter, It takes forever to get connected to Internet. I had to restart the adapter and router repeatedly. After an hour and half it gets connected. I had raised complaints but no use.

      Hi,
      I have recently opted the Tikona broadband connection with 4mbps package. The day it has installed and showed me 4mbps once paid the amount online then my account got activated, when tested with my account id then the speed is not upto mark. Agent told that your id is get activated now so wait until next day but never exceeding speed of 0.5mbps.
      I have been following up with customer care for last 5days no proper response and resolution, everyday am sending the speed test results but no body replying to emails. I have been requesting to close the connection and refund the money but not doing anything. mentally torturing not fixing the problem or not closing the connection simply wasting my time and money.

          Dear all,

          I am writing complaint about my new connection, which most of the time show "connected, no internet" and if you call the local number meant for tikona connections ie. "[protected]", no body bothers to take care of your complaint.

          Most of the time they don't pick up the phone and if they pick they say they will assign someone to call you and come home. After been fedup, i registered the complaint no. 1-[protected], asking in midnight to keep your router on and you will get the details shortly.in morning you get the msg, that engineer rakesh is assigned and his number is [protected], who does not bother to pick up phone many times. Once he picks the phone and ask who has come to make connection, i told pushpendra and he told that he will be there at my home.

          Daily we have to go office and from past three days i am calling up the engineers, local office to get rif of this problem.

          Kindly get this resolved immediately and take off your connection and give my entire amount as refund.

            I got the tikona connection on 05-mar-2016 and was rarely working since then. i was trying to close my tikona account[protected] from 09-jul 2016 onwards and could not succeed. whenever i call customer care, even waiting for 30 mins, i could not contact the executives (even after spending at rs2/min). if i try to send a mail complaint, they just close the complaint, saying that "you are on secondary policy and no monthly rental will be charged etc... if you want to use the internet, you can do so...". i have tried morethan 5 times to close this account. please note that i have paid twice for the last billing cycle (due to your website problem) and i do not want you to return my money. but, please remove all your instruments and issue full and final settlement. this is mainly to avoid any claims later from you. i am really upset with tikona service, as i did not get proper support for internet and i am now not getting support to close my account also (even my account have money balance) and never recommend tikona to my friends. very pathetic customer care.

              This s regarding my tikona connection, i am facing non connection issue from last many days.
              And in have put compliant for same in customer car and email to customer care but there was no good response.
              Finally it has been communicated that on 22 aug-2016 one concern person has visited to check the problem and some setting has been changed.
              But after some time again same issue has reported. Now there is no further communication from customer care over phone and email communication.
              Therefore finally i requested for closing my connection but again there is no response.

              Now i am moving ahead for new connection with other company and i will not liable to pay any further payment dues to tikona.

                My name is Arunima Vishwakarma and have pursued B.Tech from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. I am preparing for Indian Engineering Services.Being a student and preparing for technical field job I really need internet for my studies.
                I had opted to buy internet plan by tikona digital services as they promised 30 gb data with 4gbps speed @ Rs.900/- or so. My service ID No [protected] and bought their plan in second week of December 2015.During the first month, internet speed was ok, not like they promised, but ok, i could at least manage to search pages.I still paid the rental amount.I had issues with the speed and loading of pages in the first month also, but the frequency was not that much.
                In the second month of their service, frequency of problems related to connectivity, speed, uploading downloading increased and at the end of second month it increased exponentially. Everyday I used to call their customer services, mailed them about connectivity and speed issue, but every time they said we are trying to solve, in one day two days it will be resolved, there is some issue in your area, please wait till evening, till tomorrow, etc etc etc. 2 months passed only in day and night calling tikona customer care, but issue was never permanently resolved, for some hours I was able to connect internet and then NIL..I was hell irritated and frustrated calling them and wasting my time.
                I had called them every now and then...
                Then the asked for rental amount to pay them, that too without providing service they committed to provide me. Paying and amount of Rs 2353/- is just out of the question.
                I have complaint number which according them, they have updated everyday when I complaint about their service. Following are complaint numbers they have given me:
                1) 1st Jan- 1-[protected]
                2) 22 Feb- 1-[protected]
                3) 26 Feb- 1-[protected]
                4) 8 Mar- 1-[protected]
                5) 15 Mar- 1-[protected]

                then they started to poke me every now and then to pay the billing amount. I was busy with my exams therefore I could not gave attention to this matter as I had already wasted so much of my precious time for this.Now today when I checked my email they kind of pressurized me to pay the bill and threatening me for legal actions as if only they have reserved all rights, without even providing any service they had committed for, and wasting my precious time and spoiling my temperament everytime. Its kind of mental harassment.They pressurize me to give them money for no service.
                I had even tried to complain via online support service then they said that it can be done only through calling them, online support is for billing issues only..and it has happened many times that I used to become out of money only by calling for technical support. Even their engineers used to say that their service plan merely reaches 1-2 gbps and has never reached what they promise to provide.And I used to enjoy hardly 30-40-50 kbps internet service
                It is the worst part of my internet experience. Tikona Digital Services lied about their services.They didnot provided what they committed for .They mentally harass during their on off service( mostly off) and after that harass for money .

                  I was using the tikona internet at my home from last one year. There was several issues with the internet like speed, no connections etc.
                  After the poor service i decided to disconnect the service and called a customer care in month of jun2015 (Again getting a customer care line is one hour challange).
                  Also sent an email for the same, there was no response from tikona, the internet was not working when i applied for disconnection.
                  Still they sent a bill for month of june 2015.
                  Tikona excutive kept calling me for bill payment, even after i was not using the internet i paid a bill on assurance from excutive that there will not be any more bills further.

                  Still in month of august they sent me a bill, i called a customer care and confirmed that the request was made by me in month of june itself and i have not used any internet after that.
                  Still i am getting reminder for the bill payment.

                  Please help me here, i know so many friends who has suffered with this from tikona. They are charging people for unused internet. This should stop.

                  I have already paid one extra bill and i don't want others to do this.

                    My used id [protected], i had taken the tikona connection june 6 2016. After 4 days and speed was dropped 20 kps and after 4 days i am not getting the login page and its shows me limited connection. I made a complaint many times and i couldnt get any proper response from the tikona. On june 19 one service visit my home and he said that this area was not feasible to connect the internet and also he added that they disconnect the service and pay the refund as soon as possible. I made many many complaints regarding this to customer service, they said within august 14 2016 you going to get a refund check but i could not get any response from the customer service. Everyday while i am calling they said that within 24 or 48 or 72 hours you are going to get a check. Till now iam not getting the refund amount. Please some one help to get my money back

                      Tikona's service is terrible. They were unable to fix any of my complaints. They sent engineers but they were incompetent and i was left with the same complaint.

                      1. Their internet service required a sign in. This was disconnected every few hours. Reconnection was allowed only through one device, and if that device was not available - there was no internet at all, inspite of paying for it.

                      2. My user id and password were not accepted and recognised on the official webiste. Repeated complaints were ignored.

                      3. I have been trying to cancel my subscription since august 5, 2016. I have sent 4 emails, and i have spoken to a customer service representative everyday. Inspite of being assured that the service will be discontinued, i have not received any official acknowledgement that the service will be discontinued and i will not be billed.

                      4. The next billing cycle will start in 4 days - their intention is to keep stalling so that i keep paying for a service that i am no longer using.

                          I have 4mbps plan. I always get the speed of 2 to 3 mbps. They count this low speed as primary usage data as like they provide me 4mbps. After few days they told me that you have completed your primary usage and now you are in secondary speed which is 512kbps. Even in secondary speed they provide me 200kbps.
                          After so many complaints to customer care, they are not resolving any issues.

                              I requested for disconnecting tikona in april 2016. Service man disconnected the same and took all the equipments. The wifi was not good at all in my area. After two months i started receiving harrastment calls from tikona, that the bill for may month was not paid and they are filing case. I have even tried to find the logic with them, and they say if you start using our service again we can reduce 600 out of 1600/- amount which has be paid otherwise.

                              Intially i took it as fake call. But this has increased a lot in last few days.
                              Tikona please stop giving me such harrasment calls.

                              I am continuosly receiving harassment calls.
                              Is there any end to this fraud?
                              Or should we file a case?
                              Tikona is harassing me also regarding this issue. Tikona is run by bunch of fraudsters. They lured me with a waiver amount if I continue their pathetic Internet service. But still they did not made a waiver and continuously increasing my bill amount even when I have already made half the payment.

                              Nehagup003 good job.. Their licence should be cancelled immediately.. Heaps of complaints piling up each day for harassment called from tikona advocate.

                                  I have been tikona customer from past 8 years i never disconnect my internet even when my internet won't work for entire 14-15 days.

                                  On 13 aug 2016 i called tikona customer care regarding technical issue. Customer excecutive asked me what the issue is, so i told him that "net frequently disconncted (Kabhi ata hai kabhi nhi ata) but he heard that i want frequent disconnection and raised a disconnection complaint without my telling me or without my knowledge.

                                  On 17 aug 2016, my internet connection got disconnect without any notice (No phone call, no sms, no email).

                                  When i talk to customer care they told me that you have discconected my account

                                  I told them that i didn't make disconnection request.

                                  I still don't know why my account got disconnected i have been a tikona user for so long.

                                  After making 100s of calls to customercare and sending couple of emails. I got no response from their side. My issue still didn't resolve.

                                  I am thinking about filing a case against tikona digital networks in consumer court.

                                    I have taken tikona internet connection on 15/8/2016 (Rs. 500 plan). User id [protected]

                                    Till then my internet works only 10 to 15 minutes in morning and after that it does not works. I have made so many calls to customer care but they don't rectify my problem and falsly send sms that they rectify the problem. Sight incharge and all concerned persons dont pick up telephones.

                                      I am using tikona wireless broadband, internet speed was very worst.
                                      Download speed: 131 kbps (16.4 kb/sec transfer rate)
                                      Upload speed: 378 kbps (47.3 kb/sec transfer rate)

                                      I have called customer care and register the compliant before one two weeks, but still i am facing this issue. When try to contact customer support, already your compliant was register and support work on your issue message from system.

                                      I have talked about technical support with more then 10 times, every time they told will fix the issue in another 8 working hours. But it'a all fake.
                                      And i have write mail for customer support but still not resolve any issue.

                                        I was the costumer of tikona net service, but due to non performance of service i disconnected in november 2015 after paying proper bill and taking ref. No. I-[protected] the disconnection is done, now since june getting call for june 2016 bill now and then, this was informed to tikona but no response, now calls started to come from delhi that the case has been filed against me. This is just ridiculous. Please see in to matter.
