My name is Arunima Vishwakarma and have pursued B.Tech from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. I am preparing for Indian Engineering Services.Being a student and preparing for technical field job I really need internet for my studies.
I had opted to buy internet plan by tikona digital services as they promised 30 gb data with 4gbps speed @ Rs.900/- or so. My service ID No [protected] and bought their plan in second week of December 2015.During the first month, internet speed was ok, not like they promised, but ok, i could at least manage to search pages.I still paid the rental amount.I had issues with the speed and loading of pages in the first month also, but the frequency was not that much.
In the second month of their service, frequency of problems related to connectivity, speed, uploading downloading increased and at the end of second month it increased exponentially. Everyday I used to call their customer services, mailed them about connectivity and speed issue, but every time they said we are trying to solve, in one day two days it will be resolved, there is some issue in your area, please wait till evening, till tomorrow, etc etc etc. 2 months passed only in day and night calling tikona customer care, but issue was never permanently resolved, for some hours I was able to connect internet and then NIL..I was hell irritated and frustrated calling them and wasting my time.
I had called them every now and then...
Then the asked for rental amount to pay them, that too without providing service they committed to provide me. Paying and amount of Rs 2353/- is just out of the question.
I have complaint number which according them, they have updated everyday when I complaint about their service. Following are complaint numbers they have given me:
1) 1st Jan- 1-[protected]
2) 22 Feb- 1-[protected]
3) 26 Feb- 1-[protected]
4) 8 Mar- 1-[protected]
5) 15 Mar- 1-[protected]
then they started to poke me every now and then to pay the billing amount. I was busy with my exams therefore I could not gave attention to this matter as I had already wasted so much of my precious time for this.Now today when I checked my email they kind of pressurized me to pay the bill and threatening me for legal actions as if only they have reserved all rights, without even providing any service they had committed for, and wasting my precious time and spoiling my temperament everytime. Its kind of mental harassment.They pressurize me to give them money for no service.
I had even tried to complain via online support service then they said that it can be done only through calling them, online support is for billing issues only..and it has happened many times that I used to become out of money only by calling for technical support. Even their engineers used to say that their service plan merely reaches 1-2 gbps and has never reached what they promise to provide.And I used to enjoy hardly 30-40-50 kbps internet service
It is the worst part of my internet experience. Tikona Digital Services lied about their services.They didnot provided what they committed for .They mentally harass during their on off service( mostly off) and after that harass for money .
