Dear Tikona Management Team, I have used tikona broadband service in 2015. Due to location shift and change in my working place, I have opted for disconnection of the broadband services from Tikona. This I have communicated this to Tikona through email and later confirmed with tikona customer care. All my bills are paid till Oct'2015, all evidences are available with me. Tikona has taken back all its equipments. Still I am receiving the bills from Tikona even after your representative has already taken back the devices 6 or 7 months back. Surprisingly am getting calls threatening calls from a lady and a man pretending themselves from Mumbai Session Court and Tis Hazari Court to pay the amount of Rs.3500/- and today one person named Mr. Sandeep Sinha from Number [protected] introduced himself as an advocate from Mumbai session Court called me and threatened me to pay the dues of an amount of Rs. 3, 500 within half an hour else have to pay 3, 500/- + Rs. 35, 000/- as penalty. Further he mentioned that, I have to physically present in session court Mumbai. When I asked for his advocate ID, he got irritated and started abusing me and disconnected the phone. Later I found from this forum (consumer court.net) that Mr. Sandeep Sinha is actually a recovery agent of Tikona. Such kind of activity is highly undesirable and unethical. I request Tikona management look into this matter urgently. I request Tikona Customer care team to update their termination records and stop these kind harassments. Otherwise I’ll be forced to take legal action against Tikona.

Updated by vishal4291 Again I have started receiving threatening calls.. The phone number now is +91-[protected] saying he is assistant of some lawyer and will send a notice if I won't pay the amount.. While I checked the number on truecaller its not from any lawyer firm but from Tikona itself.. Can you please help, now this is complete harassment.. Please help..
What do you mean by full and Final settlement.Why should i settle, when I have disconneted the connection and payed my bills. It is your negligence, I am getting second time call from Lawyer and asking to settle for Bill. I have already payed the huge bill before and closed the connection one Year Back.
I need to clean update on this, close this issue. If not taking it further to Customer Court.
