Dear Tikona Management Team, I have used tikona broadband service in 2015. Due to location shift and change in my working place, I have opted for disconnection of the broadband services from Tikona. This I have communicated this to Tikona through email and later confirmed with tikona customer care. All my bills are paid till Oct'2015, all evidences are available with me. Tikona has taken back all its equipments. Still I am receiving the bills from Tikona even after your representative has already taken back the devices 6 or 7 months back. Surprisingly am getting calls threatening calls from a lady and a man pretending themselves from Mumbai Session Court and Tis Hazari Court to pay the amount of Rs.3500/- and today one person named Mr. Sandeep Sinha from Number [protected] introduced himself as an advocate from Mumbai session Court called me and threatened me to pay the dues of an amount of Rs. 3, 500 within half an hour else have to pay 3, 500/- + Rs. 35, 000/- as penalty. Further he mentioned that, I have to physically present in session court Mumbai. When I asked for his advocate ID, he got irritated and started abusing me and disconnected the phone. Later I found from this forum (consumer court.net) that Mr. Sandeep Sinha is actually a recovery agent of Tikona. Such kind of activity is highly undesirable and unethical. I request Tikona management look into this matter urgently. I request Tikona Customer care team to update their termination records and stop these kind harassments. Otherwise I’ll be forced to take legal action against Tikona.

Again I have started receiving threatening calls.. The phone number now is +91-[protected] saying he is assistant of some lawyer and will send a notice if I won't pay the amount.. While I checked the number on truecaller its not from any lawyer firm but from Tikona itself.. Can you please help, now this is complete harassment.. Please help..

    Tikona digital network is providing very bad internet service, I am facing frequnt internet disconnection, and whenever i complain about this, they provide me with compain number and assure me they will fix the problem but they don't... they just ignore customer problems and only contact us again and again when they need to collect bill

      I am using tikona from 6 months but from two months i am not getting internet connection properly and the data gb is getting over so fast even if i dont use yesterday i could not connect to internet but it showed that i used 1 gb
      i am really irritated by the customer care and now i finally decided to complaint a case in consumer court

        Hi,

        I have been using Tikona for more than a year. On August 15, I called tikona support and requested for Closing the Connection since Im moving out of Chennai that day. They told they don't want to close the connection but they will keep the connection on hold till I come back for 60 days. I agreed and vacated the house and went to my native.

        Now the bill has been generated for September as well. Now they have charged me 1500 Rs for two months(Aug & Sep). For august I used only for 15 days. So Im ready to pay for that. (i.e) Around 375. But they are saying like if I continue the connection they will refund the amount but if I terminate, I need to pay 1500 full amount.

          I had used the tikona broadband service for 3 years and on May2016 due to medical emergency i had to vacate my house and travel to native. For disconnection, i had requested Customer care.
          Latter i could understand that the bills are getting generated. Again i gave a call to customer care and seeked for explaination, when they were insisting for payment i escalated the call to senior staff. i was ensured that the case will be taken care.
          But they still kept on generating the bills and Now after few months, someone who is pretending to be from Tikona legal team is calling and threatning to pay the bill else they will file a case.

          The company is unprofessional and making money by cheating the customers.

            A Nightmare which tikona is giving me consistently.

            I have installed tikona broadband at my residence, south-west delhi, on 16th August 2016 and till now it been almost 24 days i am not able to use internet,
            Tikona is just giving me more and more stress,
            There technical team is the worst of the worst, they told me that my problem will be resolved in 48 hours on 30th august then again on 4th September and now again today, 8th of September. Means they eveb didnt know how much of stress i'm having... the worst of the worst network i can say NEITHER THEY ARE RESOLVING MY PROBLEM NOR THEY ARE REFUNDING.. took a while 3 mnths payment in prior and they services are like PIG.

              Hi,
              i took up your connection on 27th aug 2016 and from 30th aug am facing browsing speed problem.The speed in wifi router is very slow that no messages arrives and gets delivered nor any browsing pages opens.And half the time your service provider and technician cell phones are switched off and if this still goes on am going to cut the connection.

                I am receiving threatening calls from tikona .
                I am very sad from 9th May 2016 . My net was not working since 9 may but they send bill and when there was no connection in may month .
                Tikona are the company of fraud and cheaters. They all make money by harassing people and does not give services.
                I request many times in last last 4 months from may to august to close my connection but no response from tikona customer care all they tell that query solve in 7 working days but no resolve of my problem.

                When i have paid all your bills and return your device . And not want your service from 9th may 2016 . When you cut and discontinue my service in oct 2016 then why you sending bills continously in dec 2016 ?

                  My user id is [protected] and i got connection a week back and i was told that i dont have a router so it will not work, so i ordered a tenda wifi router as suggested by the executive who came to install connection since then he is not showing up. nor i am able to access to internet, i called the router support customer care and they configured my wifi and that as the first day i used net but next day same problem came in front of me and i am unable to access to net. I am calling the executive from last 4 days but there is no reply. In this situation i feel like CHEATED coz tikona's after sale services are VERY POOR and i want my money to be refunded and surrender my connection.

                    I am took new connections of TIKONA BRADBAND, 3 months plan they charged RS-2300/-, only one day i am using the Internet of demo user it getting fast Internet, on next day the provide the my user id i am not able to connect the GOOGLE page as well, i complaint the service engineer and TIKONA customer also, they are taking a complaint like distance is not in range so we can't provide the internet your place so we can remove the modem and refund your amount, still now i am not receive any response on TIKONA side, i am receive only voice call and messages like suspension alert.

                      Same thing happens with me. Same no. calling me. Even on making Tikona Payment. Tikona is asking to pay me more payment.

                      Tkona and Sulekha like companies should not exists. They are a Dark Spot in name calling themselves as "Indian" companies.

                      Me and my known people (23) connections has been disconnected from Tikona (15) people from sulekha haven't renewed their packages.

                      I was a new customer to tikona and in 2 months I had problem almost every 2nd day. Tikona made me loss of 1000$. Still I had made payment. Then also they are calling from [protected] in name of Mumbai Lawyer. This guy don't have any manners to speak.

                      Tikona said that please pay 1000/- Rs (Which I paid and I had receipt) but this guy said to pay 1668/- Rs otherwise magistrate will take action over you. When I said I already paid, he was not even listening.

                      He is calling from Rajasthan, Showing himself from Mumbai High Court and Customer (I) is from Delhi.

                      What is this, If I am your servant

                      or you people are customer based company or Insiders Criminals who are threatening me?

                      Your company and you people are paid when customer pay you. Your Salary comes from customer. And this is how you treat your customers.

                        Had a very bad experience, with tikona broadband service, i am still getting bills after one year after disconnection, this is by far the most himulated broadband network service providers. Ever faced. I have disconnected the connection a year back and fully closed the bills.

                        - no proper customer support (Response for call after a week).

                        What do you mean by full and Final settlement.Why should i settle, when I have disconneted the connection and payed my bills. It is your negligence, I am getting second time call from Lawyer and asking to settle for Bill. I have already payed the huge bill before and closed the connection one Year Back.

                          I am raising complaint every week to tikona but i always get automated message that my query is resolved.

                          Also they are not providing a disconnection.
                          I am not going to pay 850 rs a month for this worthless service.
                          These hopeless company either provide a disconnection that will be a far better option or solve the issue.

                          My granted speed is 4mbps and what i am getting is 0.28 mbps.

                              I would like to say that i have tikona connection from august but this service only know that how can harass the customer. From 7 days my internet is not running and when i call tenda customer care services that it only provides me complain number sir, many times i call to the ground executive but they said to me that it is in process. I have also email to the head executive but no reply by this side. I am not able to understand because i am preparing for civil services and no internet that is very big issue of life. I am harassing day to day but nothing to do. I kindly request you to please, please resolve my blunder problem. I, therefore always grateful to you.

                                I have paid the bill on 22 November, 2015 for the period of 7 November, 2015-6 Decmeber, 2015. I had called fr disconnection around 27, November, 2015 to disconnect the connnection from the next billing cycle. But Tikona had disconnected the connection on 4th December, 2015 without any prior information. Now, they generated a bill for the period of 4-6 December, 2015. I am getting a call from their lawyer and advocate. Kindly look in to this matter and give me a solution.

                                  On july 4, 2015, i received mail from tikona providing TT no. [protected], against customer id : [protected] for final closure as i had requested them 2 days before. they said it will take 45 days for final closure.
                                  but after that also i'm receiving bills & mails for payment in spite of making final payment on[protected] after speaking with Customer care executive.
                                  once i received mail saying that device will be picked up from my location, but no one came, on calling them they say they will come in a day or two. this is happening since last 8 months.
                                  from last few days i'm getting harassment calls saying that they are calling from Delhi civil court & there is a warrant on my name. they say that either you make settlement or fight in court, i said that i will fight in court, so they are threatening me saying that i have to pay penalty of 85000/- & other charges.

                                  please help me, if anyone can suggest me.

                                  I havr taken connection on 26 th august and today is 27th august but there is no connecyion even in 2 meters. Your engineer and sales person is only committing last 2 days about will visit your place but not yet visited any one. Plese reply as soon.as possible or else will complaint to consumer court..1st and final complaints
                                  dear tikona team,
                                  there is no such thing like full 7 final settlement as i had already cleared my FINAL BILL.
                                  so please forget about SETTLEMENT, as i had already requested to close this connection about 14 MONTHS BACK.
                                  i don't think that this can take this long to close the connection.
                                  i want no dues for the same.
                                  i'm taking this matter to consumer forum within a day or two, as i have all the evidence mails & transaction records of payments done to tikona.

                                    While taking connection i was told to have 4 mbps but most of time i am getting less than 0.8 mbps. I am raising this request from last 15 days but system close request saying we have corrected this issue and issue is not resolved. I am asking for refund from last 5 days but every senior customer care executive is saying "sir give me 30 mins i will rectify this issue. From last 5 days i am following but not getting any response from tikona team neither i am getting proper service nor i am getting refund and customer care executive is not responding properly and not able to resolve the problem. I want full refund because i have already spend more than 20 hours calling customer care and not getting any proper response.

                                      I have taken Connection on Sept 2nd.
                                      The Issue here is in demo you showed 4 MBPS But in reality its 1.28 MBPS. and upload is 0.27 MBPS.
                                      I paid Amount of 2329/- in advance of 3 Months you charged. On behalf of it you should give full pledged service.
                                      But in my 13 hours i haven't seen +2 MBPS speed. I need Explanation for this, since I'm paying amount with Service Tax.
                                      My Every Rupee is important to me.

                                      If a Customer unable to make a payment in time you will charge fine for that.

                                      Now tell me you take money and not able to give proper service so what fine I should ??
