I have purchased tikona broadband service on 13-may-2016 service number-[protected], in the name of martin micheal jeno, i have paid 3 month rent as advance to use their connection, they have promised me 4 mbps speed with 40 gb data. But from the day of purchase the speed is just.4kbps and i have put them mail and contact through the call to cancel the connection and refund my money. But they have promise me they will speed up the internet....

This is the third complaint i'm registering still no response from customer care. THE WORST SERVICE I HAD FACED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THEY ARE NOT EVEN READY TO TAKE THE WAIVER REQUEST! JUST WORST PEOPLE. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR GIVEN TO THEM.

I have communicated several times regarding incorrect billing details in tikona website.
I have only asked to avail postpaid plan of rs.850 from 21st Sept '2016. Tikona executive explained about no installation fee applicable, one time charges etc applicable for pursuing postpaid plan.

I even haven't availed any router equipment from Tikona broadband...
