Hi, I'm a new user with tikona and I'm not happy with the connection. It disconnects automatically & doesn't connect back,
It takes 4to5 hours to connect also usage shows very high so please resolve this or else I would cancel the service.

    KINDLY READ FULL.

    I am facing low connectivity issue since 3 months and i have to call their tech team to repair it every other day but they cant fix it permanently.I have complain count-less time in their tech department still no permanent solution done from their side.

    I am tikona customer since 2014 and i have faced very few issue in 2 years and i thought tikona is good broadband provider. But now when i facing issue now i know their real face and how bad are they as every one say.In past even i have recommend tikona to a friend and now i am regretting that decision.

    As i am unable to use my service properly i get just so much frustrated and i have to take another internet connection for my work.

    Everyone who is looking for new connection please stay away from this.
    They are not providing what we paid for.

    And i have heard lots of issue at termination time also.

      I am new user for tikona networks i used 3 month offer pack from april to june 3490 and before taking new connection the tikona service told me u have a offer ur paying 3 months amount then there is a installation charges will be free Rs 500.i was paid 2990 one time payment.After 3 month my plan over n after that i am not using internet at all after 10days they call and telling me to pay the 500+ 1month i, eRs900 amount otherwise they will do case they arr told.i told i didnot used your internet service why should i pay the amount...nw last day 04/10/2016 some peoples are calling me telling to pay the amount otherwise you should face the problem in court

        This is Advaitha Gurumurthy (User ID - [protected]) from Bangalore.

        The connection under this ID was disconnected early this year when i was told that at my new address tikona network was not feasible. Hence i had made all payments that were due. Million times the customer care executives were updated regarding the network issue and the change of address. One of your technicians came at the registered address and took the modem and necessary equipments as well. and now i get a legal notice saying i need to pay Rs 400 now or go to delhi to prove otherwise. The tikona website says the last bill date was september when i have received the mail from tikona saying that my rentals will stop from march.

        Please find attached all the screen shots of the mails received from you and the receipt of my payment. Also attached is the the audio file of the call that i had made to your customer care clarifying the disconnection.

        This is the final reminder to the concerned authorities @ Tikona.

        I have everything that proves the disconnection as well as your response of not able to continue the connection at my new address due to feasibility issues.

        Check the date on the attachments and connect the dots yourself. In case of failed reply from your side strict legal measure shall be taken at the earliest.

          Hi,

          This is Ritesh from gurgaon, i was using tikona broadband service and after asking to close the service they generated bill for following month.

          Now they called me from a mobile number - [protected] saying, i am priya mehra a advocate from kakrduma court and, tikona have launched a complain against you and you have to submit the amount within half hour.

          Now they are not picking up the phone on that number. also she was saying this is a court line and everthing is being recorded.

          Please take a strong action against her.

          mine also same issue ...brother even i also got call from them they told me we are calling from delhi court u should pay amount within half hour otherwise we rise the case and u ll get notice from high court they said like this ...
          Same thing happened to me. sometimes they call that this is lawyer from tikona, they are going to file case in Mumbai court, sometimes Tees Hajari court.
          I suggest you that next time when they call simply lodge a police complaint against that number and Tikona.

            I have a complaint regarding tikona salesman has given me wrong information. I have asked the salesman to give me a prepaid connection but he has given me a postpaid connection without knowing me. So why should i pay the bill after 3months.               Hi, I am a tikona customer and using it's service since Feb 2016. I have worst experience with tikona services. I have to connect tikona connection every hour, some times twice in an hour, some times in every 5 minutes. Now the situation goes at height of worst that I am not able to see login page since last 4 days. I raised a complain regarding the same but they are looking the issue only not resolving. I had to do some urgent bank transactions but I am helpless.

              The worst thing with all this situation is, I am not able to talk with tikona executive. Once I call toll-free no. IVRS says that we are looking already your issue and the call get disconnect automatically.

              Could anyone help or tell me some solution of this?

                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                My User ID is [protected] and i have requested for the disconnection because the internet service which was provided by Tikona was pathetic in my location. I have requested disconnection on 1st Sep 2016 and till today am following up on getting the F&F letter from Tikona. When i contacted their Customer care and i was assured that the devices whatever they have installed on my home will not be taken back as they have received 3 months rental from me but, they were not able to provide services and hence got the cancellation request. I have got multiple calls from Tikona for retaining my connection and when i refused to do so. They disconnected my connection and later after mail follow ups i got a mail from Tikona which stated my connection is terminated and i don't have to pay anything to them.

                On[protected] i have got a mail from update.tikona where they said I have to return back their CPE devices else i will be charged 1500/- towards not returning the device and they will file a Criminal/ Legal case against me. They also have provided a wrong phone number on the mail and upon reminding them about this i again got a call from their customer care and one more mail was sent to me and again a wrong person's name was communicated. I have mailed them about this stating that it is not my mistake i they have failed to collect back their devices.

                After all this mail exchanges and phone calls finally a person from Tikona called me on[protected] and he collected back all the devices from me on[protected]. I have mailed Tikona saying that the Tikona executive has collected back all the devices and have attached the copy of the acknowledgement along with the same mail. I have asked Tikona to provide me the F&F for the same through mail on[protected] and am still awaiting response from them. I have not got any mails or calls from Tikona after i surrendered them the CPE devices.

                So, Still how much time i should wait for getting the F&F certificate from Tikona and why a customer is tortured and harrassed by these companies. Just opting their services and make them to exist in the market is a sin which customer is doing?

                I hope you will provide me justice in this regard and oblige.

                  I have purchased tikona broadband service on 13-may-2016 service number-[protected], in the name of martin micheal jeno, i have paid 3 month rent as advance to use their connection, they have promised me 4 mbps speed with 40 gb data. But from the day of purchase the speed is just.4kbps and i have put them mail and contact through the call to cancel the connection and refund my money. But they have promise me they will speed up the internet. But they haven't do that. I was keep on complining abt the speed and asked them to cancel the connection. Please find the attached photo for speed and cancel mail sent by me to tikona.

                  But now they are keep on sending me mail and calls to pay 438.02 the rent for aug month were i am not using any internet connection. Please help me to get rid of this people eating my money and troubling me to lead my pease full life. Already i hove lost rs 3500/- for not using internet for 3 months.

                  This is completely forward mail, I have sent several request for cancellation from May to Aug, But they didn't even provide me the said speed and didn't close the connection.

                  But now they are keep on sending mails and calls to pay Rs 438/- which I didn't even use internet.
                  today 14-Oct-2016 I have another bill for Rs 200/- for this month bill.

                  Request you to cancel the connection and I will not be paying any money to that company.

                    I am not being able to connect to the Internet since the last 15 days and even after registering multiple complaints nobody is doing anything about it.I have also written mails to their Customer care but they are just overlooking them.
                    I had requested them to send a technician but they are just not paying heed to my complaints.

                      This complaint is regarding the continues drop of Internet connection by Tikona Digital Network at our company premises. Tikona Account # [protected] at Vihang's Hotel, Ghodbunder Road, Thane. We had been assured about the high speed service and Internet speed stability. However, we have been facing the system down of Tikona and we do not see any service from the Service. Frequent complaints have been made, however still the internet drops which is effecting our service and business name.

                        Tikona has sent me bill reminder of rs. 2689.71 to be paid but i have not used their services since may 2016.

                        Earlier (Feb) i lodged many complaints for the speed issue in tikona but they were unable to rectify it so i decided to disconnect from them and applied for it. But they stopped my rental plan instead of disconnection. I asked them about the process of getting noc but non of them helped me to get it. Upon asking is there any process of providing noc to the customer they said we don't know and one of them even said we don't provide that.

                        One day () i received a call from one of their employee to restart the connection on one condition (They will provide me 10gb of data to be used for one month) and carry on with my plan if satisfied by their services.

                        So i started using their services but after 2-3 days i received messages that i am running on default plan that means no 10gb data were given to me.

                        Then i called them to verify the same but they refused it, according to them, there were no 10 gb plan running on my account. I told them about the call (10gb data) that i received earlier but they denied and said non of the call has been made to me for the same.

                        After hearing this i finally decided to apply for disconnection from their services. I never used their internet.

                        Then a bill was dispatched to me for rs 93 on 12 jun 2016 and bill reminder mail of rs. 1993 on 18 jun 2016. From that day i regularly receiving the mails and messages for bill submission till today date and now this bill is rised up to 2689.

                        One interesting thing is bill amount is keep on changing for the same but it should be same.

                        I have already told them that about the wrong bill generation via email or phone calls but didn't get any positive response from them.

                        Today i called them again and inquired about the bill generation then they said i have renewed the plan on 6 jun 2016, but i haven't.

                        Bill generation date is 7 of each month.

                        I have all the calls and mails as the evidence.

                        If i am not going to pay this amount they will add fine on bill day by day which results in thousands of amount under my tikona account and me.

                        They can also take legal action against me for not submitting the bill.

                        First of all please take strict legal action against them so that they never happened to any body in future.

                        I don't know why it is raised up to this amount.

                        Due to personal reasons when we discontinued Tikona internet services, we are getting messages and phone calls daily many times asking us to pay the rents which we have already disconnected. Yesterday we got a phone and a message threatening us that they will file a case.

                          Since tikona has lot of connectivity i had requested for discontinue the tikona service to my user id on june 15. Since i had already paid bill till june 25 i requested them discontinue before june 25. Even i clearly told to customer executive if any bill generate after june 25 i will not be the responsible even in the mail also i have mentioned the same. After making numerous call from june 15 to july 3 they discontinued partially on july 3 and generated outstanding adjustment monthly rental bill of 297 rupees (From 26 june to 3 july). I dint pay this bill since i already stopped using internet from june 25.

                          In september i got call from tikona asking me to pay outstanding bill immediately otherwise we will take legal action on you. I don't want to take this risk and hence i paid bill immediately.

                          Now it is october still my account is active. I got new bill of 100 rupees claiming late payment charge. I really don't know what to do i am frustrated. Please take necessary action on tikona fraud company.

                          I request every consumer to never take connection from tikona as this is a fraud company and making fool out of customers is the forte.

                              My Tikona user ID is [protected].
                              I have communicated several times regarding incorrect billing details in tikona website.
                              I have only asked to avail postpaid plan of rs.850 from 21st Sept '2016. Tikona executive explained about no installation fee applicable, one time charges etc applicable for pursuing postpaid plan.

                              I even haven't availed any router equipment from Tikona broadband connection too.
                              They said there will be only rs 850 + tax for monthly from the day of plan change.
                              Today, I have received billing detail shows surplus charges nowhere related to the things we have been falsified and communicated wrongly by your executive on 21st Sept 2016.
                              I have already raised service complaint ticket no. 1-[protected] ( undertaken by Tikona care officer "Afreen" ) since 23rd Sept 2016 regarding incorrect bill details of Rs.2334 mentioned in tikona.in website. She explained complaints could resolved soon after communicating daily.
                              But this complaint is not yet resolved till today.

                              today, I have only due of rs.337 and rs.850 availed for Tikona postpaid plan .., nothing else shown in bill is valid. They have made excess charges of Rs.2334.

                                I'm using the Tikona network for past three months, from last week Internet was not working and I have customer care they've messaged me automatically resolved but still facing the issue. im so worried because for paying the bill they've called me but for technical support call waiting for more than 15 mins.
                                Is there any way to disconnect from Tikona service ? I'm totally dissatisfied with this network and I'm not going to refer to any of my corporate friends.

                                    I have installed tikona service on 15 aug 2016 the person who installed the internet facillity promised that amt of 1380 is refundable if we cant use it properly n for three month no amount will be charged my user id -[protected] of tikona service i have started facing problem with the internet since 2nd day onwards my 1st complain was on 17th sep 2016 at 7.19 am refrnce no of my complain 1-[protected] next complain on 19 aug 2016 7:15 am ref no1-[protected] after that for few day i dint use my net again on 26 aug 2016 my net dint work ref no 1-[protected] again on 27aug 2016 same problem faced problem was not solved i stop using i got the issue reply on 2 sep i got ref no-1-[protected] i totally stop using the internet and sent a mail on 2nd sep to stop my service as i am feed up of bad service on email id [protected]@tikona.in and dint got any respond on 12 sep 2016 got a msg from tikona of not using the internet and after few day tikona representative turn up asking that they got a complain of disconnetion and when we told them that we dont need there service anymore and refund our amount, they told us to send another mail to the company asking them to refund the amount after deducting the amount for the internet have been used i did as i was told on 21sep 2016 then on 30 sep i got a bill from tikona and when i call tikona customer care regarding the bill n the amount to be refunded the person clearly told me that they dont refund the amount and his executive has made fake promise of refundable amount

                                      Took broadband service from tikona in 2015. No internet service was given and received properly. I compliant many times to the customer care but they wont respond me properly and for next month bill they called me correctly and ask me to pay bill to continue your service i told that i am not interested in your service so please disconnect your network they said ok sir we ll proceed as per your request after that they wont make me a call..then after two months later one guy called me from Mumbai and asked me to make your due amount. I told him clearly that i already give disconnect request to your company and i need refund from your side for my previous month coz i din't get proper net connectivity & proper response from customer care again he told i ll check and clear your problem as soon as possible after that for some days they won't make me call after long gap one person called me from this number [protected] mohit and told me that he is lawyer and would issue a summon regarding by bill payments and threatening me to pay.

                                      Please don't use tikona broadband service it's fraud company.
