Tikona secured wireless broadband user id [protected]
A very bad and disgusting behavior from tikona network, they given internet connection on prepayment for six months and promised that billing will start from seventh month... Than a very low bandwidth from 3rd month and billing started... We didn't paid and tried to contact but they have basically no contact nos and emails the have only system generated outgoing mails... After that billing amount increases gradually and mails for payments as well, when executives came and we explained all and than asked why we are getting bills before, they promised it will not happen and everything settled now... But nothing settled never, same incoming mails are continued from tikona and than many times even on phone we explained all things to executive and tell them to give valid reason for billing in mail... But no reactions on that and same behavior is going on yet, 2 days before i got a mail form tikona that if i not paid bill amount in next 7 days they will go for action as i have never receive their call and response their mails... How ever i already sent mails to them on time to time to disconnect service and come with valid reason but no response there as well.

However before that last mail they have already sent one mail which stated that "with reference to your tikona secured wireless broadband user id [protected] registered against your name, please note we have closed the request number 1-[protected] as we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged upt o your bill cycle date or up to your request date or up to your last usage date whichever is later."

No resolution yet...
I am still getting the same mails from Tikona and now calls from legal advisers from Tikona as well, which are saying that they will call me to Delhi for hearing and than punish by imprisonment...
A very harassing behavior from tikona with people as i saw so many complaints with similar reasons. and I couldn't reply them as their toll free number never received by anyone and the mail id from where i get mails will never receive mails.
Can you please help by fasten the process???

    I vineesh choudhary was using the internet service of tikona digital networks for last 5 years and paid all bills. I stopped using internet service from sep 2015. I request customer care to stop internet service and close my account. But they are sending bill of internet which i am not using. I request them many times. They send me bills regularly. I got the threating calls from their collection team. They threatened me that legal action will be taken against me. They threaten me to file case in court against me for non payment of biils.I also got fake calls from delhi tees hazari court on behalf of tikona. My user id is [protected]

      Hi I purchased this network with 3000 Rs as installation charge

      I work for an IT organisation and a project wherein I have to take my status calls daily but the worst is if you are facing problems with Network and you calls up tikona guys, instead of fixing the problem they will straight away says it will take 8 hours.
      And the most irritating part is if it not fixed in 8 hours and your call them up again they will straight away again say it will take 8 hours which is really frustrating.

      With these issues happening over and over again customer gets so much frustrated that they just wan't to get rid of such a network and we did the same

      Almost 6 months before we have called Tikona guys and closed our network. The Tikone emplyee told us your request is raised

      But suddenly today we got a call from some Lawyer who told us to pay some XYZ bill amount otherwise some case will be filed in court
      Now I don't understand when I have already send a request to them to close the network then why it was not done. This is not my fault

      Don't really want to say anything about their employee skills or knowledge but one thing which is really bad for sure is there is no customer value or respect

        This ISP has shown absolute apathy towards its customers. 20 out of 30 days in a month I am without Internet. Their so called engineers can best suggest to restart the modem.
        And above this, on trying to contact them they will simply put you on hold or on an automated answering machine.
        They keep on generating the bill even in a pre-paid connection.
        Tikona extorts money without providing services.

            This is the worst ever service I have with Tikona. I have to call the customer care everyday for internet connectivity issues. Every time I call the customer care, I get the same response saying "Sir, it will be resolved definitely.There will not be any issue further". Every day I will face the same issue. Many times I have asked for engineer visit, and I get message also giving the details, but the engineer does not come. They want to schedule the engineer visit in their convenience time, not at the customer convenience. Internet connectivity is major issue.

            I have registered for automatic login feature which is such a crap thing that.. I have to login everyday. I dont understand the autologin feature.When enquired with customer care, I get the same response, sir it will definitely resolved. I would like to know do you really care to give proper service to the customers? if not, tell us, we will never use the uselss tikona service. Why should I suffer everyday and pay more than 1000 per month.

            Last evening on 17th Aug, around 9PM, I called the customer care, Rahul chowdhari, EmpId4502, has received the call. He ensured that, autologin issue will be resolved. But totally internet itself is gone now. How do I use internet now to check whether the autologin is working on it or not. when I call the customer care again, it hangs up saying.. engineer visit is planned. No one knows whether that engineer visit is really going to happen or not.

            This is so much irritating and frustrating to me as I am suffering a lot. I cannot do any work from home because I dont get guaranteed internet everyday. I had to wait in office late night and do my work.

              Sir, i have asked to disconnect my connection in the month of september 2015 only but you didnot disconnected my account and you have charged for that.
              I had called custmer care support she states that my connection was terminated in the month of march 2016.
              So why i am supposed to pay for that?
              And in the month of august your service was too poor that even we didnt login our account. And you are asking me to pay for that poor services??

                  I would like to share that tikona is an internet service provider, i have been using this service for the past 4months, it was good for first 2 months, but i have been experiencing trouble connecting to internet from past 2 months.

                  As per the plan the speed will reduce 4mbps to 512 kbps after 30 gb usage. But i hardly get 200 kbps, with constant interruptions in connection. I mailed the issue via mail and phone, but executive said 100kbps is decent speed and they can't do anything about the speed or constant interruptions, also they won't send any engineer to check the connection from my end, it's not their issue. I'm spending almost 900 rs/month for such bad service. Now when i send any email, they automatically send a message to my number that issue's been resolved. No checking no call no enquiry it gets resolved automatically. But the issue never get resolved. Im sick of this kind of third grade service, customer care is not supportive, fraud company. Need support soon

                    Since last 6+ days i am having internet connection issue. For at least first 3+ days the internet was not working at all. Despite of calling consumer care and writing email little was done to restore the connection. Further, since last at couple of days though the internet connection was restored, the speed was very slow, slow enough to delay the opening of the tikona page itself by about 5 mins. Again i have launched complaints to customer care but nothing is being done. Request is hereby made either to give them a notice/memo instructing tikona to restore the connection fully or refund every penny that was given.

                      We have purchased internet plan (Our id - [protected] on the name of mahesh abhang) from tikona on 16/8/16 afternoon now it's more than 24 hours but they have still not activated the same. We have called their customer care to sort it but every time we have received false promises and commitments. All associates are giving fake statement on each and every call, they are neither giving us any escalation on complaint number nor connecting it to any team leader. They are keeping our phone on hold for more than one hour but no one is resolving the issue. It is an utter harassment to customer. This problem made us face major issues for our office work which could not be done because of tikona's unacceptable services. We need our services in place asap.

                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                        My internet connection was installed on 27/11/15. Since then I've been spending tons of money by calling their customer care and waiting in queues since the number provided on their website is not toll free :[protected]

                        I had a 4mbps plan but I used to spend hours just to connect to their server let alone the speed. They took 2 months of advance while installing so when I asked customer care to disconnect and return my money they said please don't disconnect they'll reimburse everything and settle it in my bill once my issue is resolved.

                        After weeks of efforts when their engineer came he said "Someone just installed internet connection here to fulfill their quota as there's no tower here nearby". I told him to report it to their office and disconnect my connection. Everything was happening in month of January which I've already paid for in advance.

                        I still kept calling their customer care but they always said they are working on it. Until one day they called me on 5-Feb-16 for my next bill. I said I've already asked for disconnection and I'm not using it anymore. They said you've used it on 2nd Feb and I said my wife was only trying to connect to server.

                        I got so frustrated that I wrote them a mail to disconnect my connection on 5-Feb-16. Please find attached copy. I had already paid up to 27 January 2016. So I was hoping I'll get some reimbursements after disconnection.

                        But they did not disconnect and kept generating my bill and kept calling me everyday. But when I asked them to reimburse my money instead they filed a report to CIBIL. Yesterday I had to pay 1200 to Tikona just to save my CIBIL report.

                        I'm a software engineer so I needed internet connection desperately to work from home. I've bought 3 dongles since. I've 3 airtel internet connection reimbursement checks since they did not have feasibility in my area. Tikona should have done the same. My poor wife failed her online exam just because she did not had any internet to practice. And above all that I'm paying money to an internet provider who does not even care about their consumers.

                        I've read much about how consumer complaints are being resolved quickly these days. I never did it before but I couldn't help myself this time. Please help us.

                        No one picks up the phone and I end up waiting in lines. It's also chargeable so I've lost so much money just to talk to your customer care.

                          While i was paying for month of july there was some technical issue because of which payment was deducted twice from my account, i. E for month of july and august. I disconnected from tikona network in july due to their inability to provide service. Now tikona hasn't credited my account foraugust month payment and also the previous outstanding dues.
                          Our billing cycle start from 7th of every month. We were facing repeated technical problems and were unable to fully use tikona to fullest. So we filed disconnection request in june month. We were promised that our problems will be resolved. But alas, no resolution was provided and we were unable to use net in month of july as well. There was also 200 rs waiver for issues in may month. But now tikona hasn't credited any amount in my account which earlier they have promised it by 10th august.

                            I waited So long and did not got any response So I again flow-up with them they send Engineer to collect the instrument and promised to send the Refund amount ₹ 2280 with security amount by the Cheque, for that i m still waiting ..
                            Now, I received call from Lady she is said “i am a advocate (ritika[protected] i have your case file, so please pay the dues. Otherwise you will be charged case”...Is so embarrassing even they not refund the amount and threaten like this …,

                              I was using tikona broadband till january 2016 with customer id [protected].
                              Due to bad network and frequent internet disruptions i filed for disconnection and switched to other service provider.
                              Now i keep getting emails and threatening calls of legal action to pay the outstanding bill for the services that i have never used.
                              I had called up customer care in january 2016 and clearly mentioned for disconnection. They insisted that i do not disconnect and keep the service in suspension for 3 months. I rejected this claim and told them clearly that i won't be paying any amount for this for which they agreed saying i won't be charged for the suspension period.
                              I had clearly mentioned the reason for disconnection was due to their bad service and they do not give what they promised speed (4mbps in my case).

                              I request you to please look into this matter and take action against this company for cheating people by not giving the promised service and later threatening to pay up amount which was never due.

                                I had taken a broadband service from Tikona in September 2015 end of months and stopped using it by Jan 2016, I had called Tikona service center to raise a request for closing the account and they also confirmed me over phone that the account is closed after which I got another call a few months later saying that they needed to collect the wire from premises which I allowed. Now after 6 months, the lawyer from the company gives me call saying that you have not paid the bills for past 8 months for which you will have to pay the penalty of 53000 in Delhi court. What kind of torture is this. That despite disconnections of account, the company keeps charging you for nothing and then suddenly they are asking me such a hefty amount. This is a sheer fraud and if I knew that Tikona is a fraud firm who traps you in their billing cycles to keep taking money like forever your life, I would never have taken the subscription. They had even said that they are discontinuing service which will remain in my name as suspended and whenever, I want to restart it, I can do that with a call.. I didn't what they meant by this statement - They wanted to tell me - Dear you are in for a trouble now that you have decided to leave us..so now you are going to pay us free forever, or bear hefty penalty to make you bankrupt

                                  My broadband connection is down since last thursday 11th august 2016.

                                  I am continuously calling tikona technical support however getting auto answer with statement that "engineer with number [protected] is assigned to visit the site"

                                  When we call engineer since last 4 days either his number is off or he is not responding..

                                  Now it's about to complete 5 days however no response from engineer as well as from tikona technical support!!

                                  Today finally i tried to reach support engineer.. After multiple calls he attended my call and he asked me that he will call me back within 10-15 minutes after discussion with tikona technical support however it's more than 3 hours now he hasn't called me back and even he is not responding to my calls as well. I again tried to reach him almost 10 times.

                                  Pathetic service my tikona support as usual!!

                                  This is not the first time by tikona for such support, but day by day the service support and reachability of support team becoming worst!!

                                  When it comes about monthly payment i am getting calls everyday almost twice in day for making payment before due date!!

                                  I am seriously frustrated with your service and want to reach local police station to raise complaint against tikona technical support even after making payments on time. Else want to raise case in consumer court. I can produce enough evidences against worst support by tikona in last 2 years.

                                  I will keep this escalating until i get satisfactory response from tikona authorities with an commitment and improvements plan on this.

                                  Person was saying my payment is pending that's the reason tikona facing issues to provide support!!
                                  This is ridiculous!! My full payment was made on time. Complete 50GB download is pending to be utilised and how come they can say payment was pending..
                                  Also that person was saying it will take 10rupees per minute for call to activate broadband service again..
                                  Pathetic!!
                                  If that's the case then why engineer was assigned to handle this case!! NOT acceptable.. tikona acting like fraud!!

                                  Ankush Titawe visited site to address the issue.
                                  He changed the device of old configuration on the top of our building which fixed the issue.
                                  What I noticed tikona should have perform such changes with proper change implementation plan and after communication with customer for the downtime!
                                  It took 5 minutes to fix the issue however tikona took 5 days for the same!!
                                  You can not perform/make changes in device configuration without communicating customer.
                                  Improve on timely communication and easily reachability for customer.

                                        This company is a cheat. The representative showed me a demo with 2mbps connection and during the demo the internet was working great with a download speed of 2 mbps and an upload speed of 900 kbps. Based on this i booked a new connection (4mpbs) and the installation team came to my apartment and i asked them to show the signal strength and speed before actual installation. The signal strength was 13% and download speed is only 350kbps and i told them to cancel the connection. The tikona representative told me that he will speak to the office and disconnect it with two weeks. After three weeks i got a call from tikona team that my usage is around 15gb. First of all the installation itself was not done and how can i use it. They can easily find out who is using it and disable it. Even after repeated calls they are not disabling the connection. I guess the tikona executive is selling the information to outside world for some cheap money. I sent an email to ceo prakash. [protected]@tikona.in‎; [protected]@tikona.in and customer care still no response. I realized that still consumers dont have any rights in india. This is my horrible experience in my life time. Please don't try the internet connection given by this company they know how to cheat & frustrate the customer only. The customer care of tikona is world's worst service i ever seen.
