I called multiple times to tikona customer care, I recorded each conversation and some time they will not pick, you will get most of times busy, when you informed that, you are going to close a connection. Not sure, they have a mechanism or it is coincidence.
After calling more than 20 times with recording, I sent mail to "
[email protected]" around 3 times. Same day raised complaint in consumer Complaints.
I feel in India we don't have stringent policy's on broadband. That why are begging here to close the connection. Do not know when India becomes customer friendly policies.
Disconnection should be happened by 1 single SMS or Mail. Our regularities have to change.
