I just want to disconnect the useless service of tikona i have completed the amount you mentioned and i have not used... On 12th august, i want the full and final settlement to be done and router has to be taken away from my premised as early as possible.

I donnot wish to get any auto renewal and anymore bill in my name

    I am using tikona net from last 8 months and from the first day onwards, when ever I raise a complaint your customer care representatives ask me to stop power supply to the adoptor for few mins.

    Not even login page doesn't come some times. Please solve the issue asap

      I have no internet connection from last 3 days, customer support provided my tikona is worst, everytime i called they have been asking same question with no solution. Yesterday got msg from tikona that tech engg will be visiting my home and i will get contact details but since then no msg from them. And now i m not able to reach customer care as ivr says tech engg is assign and i will get message shortly and call ends. My uid:[protected] and complaint number is 1-[protected]

        To whomever it may concern

        This is to inform you that at the time of connection I was told that the area is feasible for the connection and I will never have a problem with the network but after some days the network problem started and it continued for 2 to 3 months as you can see in your system that I have complained more than 25 times but the issue was not resolved even your Engineer who visited to my place said me that the network is not at all feasible at my place it’s better to discontinue

        I have done a last payment for the month Sept 2015 and at the time of payment I clearly said to your customer department that I don’t want to continue so please discontinue the same they said me ok sir I will do the same from my side and from next time you won’t receive any bill.

        But after 2 days I got a call from your department manager and she said me I want to know why you want to discontinue I said I am not getting proper network and she assured me that I will resolve your problem you just keep it for a test basis for one month if you are satisfy than fine or else I will discontinue the same and she also confirmed me that my bill cycle is been stopped this will be free services on trial basis.

        May be just to check I once logged in and I dint get any network so again I called and complain and strictly said to remove It. But as after the month completed I got a bill so I called to you customer care department they said me you have to pay it because you logged it after that I called several times but I dint got any resolution so at last I decided not to pay the bill because it’s not my fault I was given wrong information

        And if you want the proof whatever said is correct or not than this is my number [protected] you just check in your system and listen the recording after that everything will be cleared. Before 2 days I got a notice from your advocate and a threatening call from the advocate that my legal documents will be closed.

        If again I won’t got a proper reply for the above mail I will go to consumer court and will have a legal action

          I made a request to shift my connection to the new address on 22rd April. On the very same day i paid the bill of Rs 573 for the month of April. After that i haven't used their services.
          I got an acknowledgement that your request will be processed. After that they didn't respond for few days.
          We shifted to the new place on 25th April.
          Again i called them to shift my connection their customer care executive replied that we are processing the request.
          Again i called them after 5-6 days and they told me that the new area is not feasible to them, i was concern about may month's bill, so they said you needn't to "pay anything" and worry about the bill it will be waived off.
          so i asked them to disconnect the connection. They told me that a person will come to take all their stuff from the old place and that happened between 20th -25th may.
          I have returned everything belongs to them. I have paid all previous bills till April (and after that i haven't used so why should i pay). It was a delay from their side not my fault but they are not ready to accept it and generated a bill of Rs 1026.44. I don't know for what they want me to pay.
          They are threatening us by sending mails and by making calls. This should not happen. Please resolve this. Really getting frustrated by all this.

          My account was on hold state for few months and last month i was not here so i forgot about safe custody of my account and i started using the service from 10th of august of this month and i called so many times to tikona care and still they are saying that i have a outstanding balance but i did not use the service in the last month.so why should i pay for that i want my balance to be adjusted otherwise i am not interested in using tikona service .plz look at the problem and solve it quickly as much as possible thankyou.

            This is complaint regarding July bill payment of Rs 863 which was generated by the company
            Since we have not used internet service from 6/7/16 to 18/7/16 regarding this I have informed the customer care executive before 5 July
            The executive told me not to use the service until required and to keep tikona adopted off and when bill will be generated waiver will we provided according to holding charge...but no waiver was provided in the bill and when I called the executive that there was no request of connection holding and told me to pay the full month bill..

                I mailed to tikona customer care for disconnecting my broadband on 31.01.2016 and they have accpected my request.

                suddenly they have raised there due is pending 1500 and my CPE dive not return but i have done the return all the product to company even though i am getting payment remainder

                In between they generated bill too and telling me to pay it. when i didn’t use the connection why i should pay the bill??
                Now i am getting threatening calls from number [protected] & [protected].
                I already paid all the bills for 4 years and complained a hell lot of time for speed & connection problem, but tikona didn’t care for this at all.
                Now because of this threatening call my family is getting disturbed now. this is not correct at all.
                You cannot harass any one like this.
                Now they are telling you have to come to high court.
                This is now heights... is it possible to put harassment case against it?

                I have paid the all the due and return the CPE device .

                Finally they accepted that no due & account will terminated but recently i got the call and mail getting that I did not submitted CPE device and there some due amount.

                I have sent so many mail to Tikona team but there have not at all responding to my mail and call.

                Every time they speaking very harshly and we never ever see this such a people.
                They seem to have the worst customer service in the country. The executives are ill informed and put u on long holds. I hav been put on hold for more than 30 mins a couple of times. May b its their way of insulting the customers and letting them knw that we mean nothng.
                Pls make sure u hav all the necessary papers and always ask for a request num and possibly anything on mail from these poeple.

                  Somebody calls from tikona by name of mr mohit, try's threatens and abuse. Despite making him understand that problem is from company side and i have all mails and proofs further nobody is reachable at tikona, dial in call centers and you have to wait hours to get a response still the person keeps on going.
                  He calls from [protected] and says i am calling from court and this is court line.
                  He gives his ([protected]) mobile number and threatens to make payment and inform him in 30 mins.

                    Hi i was using Tikona broadband service for 2 years and was very much upset with there service as i was not getting stable net connection as per my plan. but i continued to pay tikona bills on time and always mailing them to solve the same.
                    But they never replied to me perfectly, so i decided to disconnect the same and mailed to tikona that please settle my account. and they generated a bill with some of higher amount.
                    Why should i pay when my net was not working and still they are generating bills with late payment fee.

                    Now last week i got a letter from their Advocate, threatening me to pay the bill otherwise will file a case.

                    Such a bad service from tikona and trying to foool the customers.

                    Still i am ready to pay the amount(as it's not about money), but just for the poor service what i got.

                      I took a new comnection of Tikona in 1000 rs. 50 gb prepaid in the second week of july 2016.
                      I was happy to get rid of mobile operators data plans. Now Aftr about 15 days i got a huge shocker when my Tikona data was shown to b consumed. I was exasperated. I spoke to Tikona call centre. The reply was i had consumed all of it. The chart showed i was consuming 4 to 5 gb in a day.
                      Now imagine i hav only two cellphones to use all that data in my house. And we all know the mobile uses lesser data as compared to laptop.
                      After various shocks and i Eventually accepted it as fate. And got another recharge done of 1000 rs. By choosing the same amount of voucher on website of 50 gb.

                      Now another major shocker after 7 days. The data is again consumed. I was majorly disappointed and felt so helpless. I cald the agent and found as the people who are so fast in giving new connection, when told such stories of discomfrt, ask u to talk on call centres for any problems, and wash their own hands off.
                      Now cal centre said its my mistake and i did a normal recharge of 1000 and all data is consumed by me. Now beat this.
                      I kept on convincing them but to no avail. To my discomfort the tikona lines are immediately disconnected 9 out of 10 times. Now tikona washed it hands off on any refund of data. And to my horror the call centre guy put me on hold for a period of 25 minutes, obviously hoping if wud tire and disconnect. Whch evwntually i did after so much of insult at long hold.

                      I gav up all hopes. Next day this guy cals me, cals himslf a senior at Tikona. And promises me 10 gb. I after losing 2000 rs and supposed 100gb of data in a month. Accepted. I hopelessly thought 10 gb is better than nothing. Now. Even after 72 hrs nothings being done and today is 12th of August. 2016

                      Thanks to the wonderful service of tikona in mumbai.
                      I m so sure there wud b so many tikona sufferers like me. Else the cal centre doesnt need to b in waiting all times.

                        My service request number is 1-[protected] & user id is [protected].
                        I am pretty much disappointed with the customer complaint services of tikona.
                        I am not able to use my internet as it is not working for last 15 days (Approx) and i have registered complaint also for which till date nobody has visited my home.
                        I do get calls from technical person but they after fixing time with them they dont show up and dont even pic up the calls.

                        Also i received a msg from tikona end that my technical issue has been resolved and i can use services or else call at your[protected] in 24 hrs and this is bull. Neither any1 visited to resolve my issue nor any1 pics the toll free number as well even after waiting on hold for 20 min.

                        I am really considering to change my connection now.

                          I had a Tikona connection, I raised a disconnect request in Jan. and went out of town whenI came back they still haven't yet disconnected my connection and generated a new bill. I again raised a disconnect request as I was moving out of that address. They disconnected connection but mailed me about outstanding bill for one month that I haven't even used TIkona and had already raised a disconnect request.
                          Its their fault they took action on my request one month later not my .. why will I pay for that amount.

                            Shame on you tikona, shame on you tikona... You are a group of fraud, cheater and rogue.​

                            Total 23 nos. Of reminders sent to tikona regarding refund of rs. 1, 972/- (As confirmed by tikona customer care), because tikona has sold me dead internet connection, which was not at all feasible at my house, by making fraud and representing wrong facts and it is confirmed by tikona's mr. Wasim abbas zaidi, ojt code - 202341).

                            In reference to my earlier ​e-mails ​​sent ​to tikona customer care​, finally, i got a call from tikona's no.[protected]. The tikona official confirmed me that a refund of rs. 1, 972 shall be made to me by way of cheque after returning the cpe/ modem and other devices (Audio recording attached).​ in this regard, i state that the cpe/ modem, adapter and cable have already been submitted to tikona's field engineer - mr. Mukesh, send by mr. Ranjan khurana.​​

                            ​therefore, you are requested to refund me rs. 1, 972/- immediately​. The tikona's acknowledgement certificate is attached for doing the needful.

                            Flashback:-
                            I have been suffering since the very first day, the tikona connection had been installed at my residence because the connection was not feasible at my place and i have been regularly complaining to your customer care numbers
                            ​ and​ ​e-mails. Placed below in the appended e-mails are the regular reminders, that i have made to tikona, but, tikona team is just playing with my sentiments and my grievances has not resolved despite complaining since[protected].

                            ​in response to my earlier e-mail dated 10th july 2016, marked to you, i got a call from mr. Saurabh agarwal, sr. Technical advisor (Mobile no. [protected]) on[protected] evening, ​confirming me that mr. Wasim abbas zaidi, area manager, ​shall visit to my place ​for​ check​ing​ the feasibility of the tikona connection. At around 12:30 pm he came and did all the mandatory verification and checked the feasibility. After checking, he ​found​ the connection was not feasible here at my location and the connection was sold to me by violating the tikona's standard for setup of new connection. He also told that no tikona tower was visible from where the connection can be setup and existing connection was setup by configuring it with some other far away society's tower, which is located beyond the standard distance of 500 meters.

                            Now, tikona's area manager has also declared that the tikona connection was sold without due diligence by tikona's installation team and connection should not have been granted at my location.​ he assured me to give the status to the tikona mumbai office, same day i. E,[protected] by evening​. However, as always happens with tikona, i did not listen any response from tikona till[protected], so, i talked to mr. Saurabh agarwal (Mob. No. [protected]) for obtaining the status. He checked and assured me that you shall get a call from tikona mumbai office, either today (22.07.2016) or tomorrow. He also told me that you will get a refund due to non-feasibility of the connection. (The audio recording is attached for your reference).

                            I got the tikona call same day evening and was very shocked with what the customer care lady shamelessly told me. She told me to go for lower rental plans because the connection is non-feasible. I replied when the area is not feasible, you are still offering me low rental internet plans, instead of immediately terminating my ever dead internet connection and refunding me my deposited money of rs. 2, 580/-. She shamelessly told me that based on your request to terminate the connection, i am processing it for termination. I replied her that listen madam, your tikona people are very shameless and instead you have to terminate the connection as you people have sold me this connection with out following the due procedure. You have not checked the feasibility in my location and setup the connection by means of fraud and misrepresenting/ hiding the facts, i am asking for terminating since the connection is forever dead connection due to non-feasibility. Then i asked for my refund money of rs. 2, 580/-, she told be it shall be refunded with-in 15 days. (The audio ​​​recording is also attached for your reference).​

                            ​sir, during the whole process, tikona team is showing that i am keen to terminate the connection, but reality is i am not keen to terminate, but if tikona services are not feasible and still connection was issued to me with out obeying due diligence, then what will i do with dead connection. Even any body, shall opt for termination of dead connection and want his money back. But this shameless, fraud, cheater team of tikona is not only hiding the facts and extending the issue in other useless directions but also don't want to take action against their installation team for installing the non feasible connection at my home.

                            I also received an e-mail dated[protected], from tikona, mentioning some false and illogical facts, which i like to bring to your knowledge -

                            (I) they shamelessly charged me that the tikona services discontinuation has been initiated as per my request, but the circumstances and the reason were not mentioned in the mail are terminate. The reason for such disconnection is, tikona has provided me a dead non-feasible connection by making fraud, cheating me and by hiding the truth. Tikona team has not undergone any feasibility checking procedure and taken rs. 2, 580/- from me by telling lie. So, rather initiating the disconnection process on their own, they are shamelessly shifting the blame on my head for disconnection of services. Tikona customer care is a group of fraud, cheat and raogue people, who are robbing money from innocent people by making fool of them.

                            (Ii) the tikona team is very cleverly mentioned in the e-mail -
                            You will not be charged any recurring/rental charges after the final bill period in which usage is seen or request for service disconnection was registered (Whichever is later). A full month (As per bill period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill period. Your bill period is indicated on your tikona service bills.
                            Dear mr. Jayesh, as i have already shared above, that i have been regularly registering telephonic and e-mail complaints since begining i. E.,[protected] regarding tikona's dead and non feasible internet connection, and what tikona's duffer team has done, they just arranged the visit of service engineer's at my place in a rotation manner and no one has able to resolve the issue. Two have told me that signals are not coming at all because the tikona's tower is located very far and not visible from even from my 4th floor's roof. I always requested them to send the area manager, who will check the problem and give his feedback. But it was part of great plan of tikona team, even after ensuring me several times, the area manager was never send to my residence. Tikona team want to just kill the time period of 3 months for which i have paid the charges rs. 2, 580/- as advance rental (W. E. F.[protected] to[protected], which as expiring on tomorrow i. E.,[protected].

                            Sir, the connection was not given to me as per tikona's due diligence/ feasibility prodedure to be undergone before starting the installation of new internet connection. Therefore, the above mentioned statements of tikona - you will not be charged any recurring/rental charges after the final bill period in which usage is seen or request for service disconnection was registered (Whichever is later). A full month (As per bill period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill period. Your bill period is indicated on your tikona service bills. We shall compute and intimate you, within 15 days, your final payable amount against above service account. You may receive an interim bill in this period if your bill cycle is already due. Any recurring /rental charges after your final bill period, if applied in the interim bill, shall be waived-off. For subscription under the advance rental scheme, where service disconnection is initiated before the completion of the term, waivers and rebates provided under the scheme shall be reversed. Are not enforceable on me bound to be void, rather i shall be paid my money (Rs. 2, 580/-) back to me for ​delaying my issues, intentionally.
                            ​further, an equivalent amount rs. 2, 580/- be also be given to me against all the restlessness, harassment, mental stress, and wastage of my precious time during regular correspondences with tikona.​ also, an amount of rs. 5, 000/- also be deposited to me against all the financial looses born by me due to ever dead connection of tikona.
                            (4) last but not the least, a strict action be taken against the careless and cheater tikona installation team for not following the standard procedure in my case.

                            Finally, since the connection is ever dead since begining and not working, the cpe/ modem and all accessories can be collected any time by your authorised representative from my residence.

                            ​at the end, ​keeping ​in mind ​the statement of tikona's area manager - mr. Wasim abbas zaidi, the following points immediately be taken care off:-

                            ​ (1) ​when the connection is not feasible, which is confirmed by two of tikona's technical engineers, then why the connection was sold to me, and why tikona is ​​delaying my issues and not giving my money (Rs. 2, 580/-) back to me.
                            ​ (​2​) the deposited amount of rs. 2, 580/- be refunded to me without further delay on the ground that connection was sold to me by violating the tikona's standard and i had suffered from the very first day of april 2016, the connection was set up at my residence.
                            (2) further, an equivalent amount rs. 2, 580/- be also be given to me against all the restlessness, harassment, mental stress, and wastage of my precious time during regular correspondences with tikona.
                            (3) also, an amount of rs. 5, 000/- also be deposited to me against all the financial looses born by me due to ever dead connection of tikona.
                            (4) last but not the least, a strict action be taken against the careless and cheater tikona installation team for not following the standard procedure in my case.

                            Already, long period has been lapsed, now, i want prompt favorable response from tikona towards the above 4 points.

                            Kindly treat the matter as most urgent and arrange to refund the money back.

                              I have made a payment for Rs: 2099/-- on Monday 8th August 2016 for 50GB Internet (transaction ID: "BIL/[protected]//[protected]") with a voucher = BF 2099 (50GB365days2099Rs), immediately payment got debited from my account and i got a "success" message on the screen of tikona webiste. Since then i am consistently following up with Tikona customer care for activation of the voucher, however they always keep saying that they haven't received the money yet. I confirmed with the bank about the payment which is successful from their side. How long does it take for such an simple issue. This is 2nd time i am facing the same issue. (previously in April/May 2016). This will be the last time i will using Tikona if this is not resolved at the earliest.

                                I had availed tikona service on 28th jun 2016 (Payment invoice attached), availing a 4 mbps, 100 gb plan against three month advance payment of 2674 rs, they gave me cust id of [protected].

                                Within next 3 days, i was so distraught with the service of tikona that i had to file a disconnection request with them. (Mail attached). (Request no - 1-[protected])

                                Without paying heed to my disconnection request, the service continued. What i got was a flurry of calls asking, requesting, pleading me to continue the service, while never confirming my disconnection.

                                Though i have an automated emailer from tikona on 7th july, saying my disconnection request has been taken into account and my rentals have been stopped with immediate effect.

                                On asking when i will get my refund of the balance amount, i was notified that tikona doesn't have a refund policy.

                                Then from 11th july, (After disconnection!) i started getting regular smss from tikona with the below content-

                                "your tikona account is charged 5paise/mb @4mbps. Since you are using the service, we suggest you move to old plan to avoid high billing. Call cust care immedly."

                                Then on 9th aug, i got an sms of my new overdue bill of rs 1264.48. When i contacted customer care they said that even after rentals have been stopped, i used their service, which is obviously false since-

                                A) their connection never worked from day 1-i was getting speed under 10kbps rather than the promised 4 mbps.

                                B) i disconnected everything after the first week and never, couldnt (Refer pt a)

                                On prompting them to share details of my usage, they made me hold for 10 minutes before saying that they don't have the detais and would mail me in next 48 hours. (I am never getting that mail)

                                Then on 11th aug, i got another new overdue bill, this time of rs 1475.43. Now lets try and understand this-within a span of 2 days when someone overcharges me, i would reconnect their connection and spend nearly 200 rupees (Which by the prev sms, should have amounted to 4219 mb or 4 gb!) preposterous! Yes!!!

                                Point 1-i know tikona is cheat/fraud/embezzling

                                Point 2-i know what their revenue model is-never give the service paid for, never refund, never provide customer care, embazzle more money from customer when he/she wishes to disconnect.

                                Point 3-then threathen the customer to pay the balance amount.

                                Mr prakash bajpayi-you should be ashamed of yourself and the way your firm is operating. I will publicly malign the unethical practices of your company. This email is going to all major news channels/newspapers/online media etc and a complaint on consumer court.

                                Rest assured i will not rest till i will find justice.

                                  I have tried to terminate my tikona broadband services connection but have been unable to do so.I asked them to terminate it immediately just before my bill cycle got terminated on 7th AUG 2016.And they gave me assurances that they have terminated it and that i will be notified soon.Instead of notifying me of termination they have recharged my account for another year and my account balnce is showing outstanding amount of Rs. 1000.Also i'm unable to contact them on their customer care number maybe they have blocked my number somehow.PLease suggest a way forward.Any help will be gladly appreciated in getting rid of this harrasment.

                                      I had taken their 3 month advance subscription in january by paying rs.2600 in advance, but could not use even a single mb of data as their service is not available in locality. The sales person hoodwinked us by saying service will start after 4 hours and left with the money. Then it was just repeatedly calling their customer care, which is the worst in the world for sure.

                                      A month passed, 4 of their engineers came and still no result. I called them up and asked for cancellation and refund. All they do is say we'll send an engineer for verification and then we'll update you. The customer care executives are very rude!!

                                      Its been 8 months now, i still haven't used a single mb of data nor have seen the sight of a refund. I keep getting calls from their recovery team, stating that i owe them money. Despite me calling several times and writing mails for cancellation, they still continue to have me as a customer and have the audacity to tell me that i owe them money.

                                      If this does not stop, i will be forced to file a criminal case against the horrid company and their useless ceo, who clearly doesn't know how to run a company.

                                        I am customer of tikona broad band service. My user id is [protected].
                                        I am facing the slowness of tikona broadband service and send the mail to tikona customer care team to stop the service. The service has been stopped.
                                        I am paid three months advance rental plan amount i. E rs :2319. The paid amount was not refunded. As i requested please raise the incident and do the needfull.

                                        We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
