Somebody calls from tikona by name of mr mohit, try's threatens and abuse. Despite making him understand that problem is from company side and i have all mails and proofs further nobody is reachable at tikona, dial in call centers and you have to wait hours to get a response still the person keeps on going.
He calls from [protected] and says i am calling from court and this is court line.
He gives his ([protected]) mobile number...

Hi i was using Tikona broadband service for 2 years and was very much upset with there service as i was not getting stable net connection as per my plan. but i continued to pay tikona bills on time and always mailing them to solve the same.

I took a new comnection of Tikona in 1000 rs. 50 gb prepaid in the second week of july 2016.
I was happy to get rid of mobile operators data plans. Now Aftr about 15 days i got a huge shocker when my Tikona data was shown to b consumed. I was exasperated. I spoke to Tikona call centre. The reply was i had consumed all of it. The chart showed i was consuming 4 to 5 gb in a day.
Now imagine i hav only two cellphones to use all...

Tikona broadband connection

I had a Tikona connection, I raised a disconnect request in Jan. and went out of town whenI came back they still haven't yet disconnected my connection and generated a new bill. I again raised a disconnect request as I was moving out of that address. They disconnected connection but mailed me about outstanding bill for one month that I haven't even used TIkona and had already raised a disconnect request.
Its their fault they took action...

I had taken their 3 month advance subscription in january by paying rs.2600 in advance, but could not use even a single mb of data as their service is not available in locality. The sales person hoodwinked us by saying service will start after 4 hours and left with the money. Then it was just repeatedly calling their customer care, which is the worst in the world for sure.

I am a user of the 4mbps, 30gb, rs.750 per month plan of tikona broadband, but for both my last bill payments, my account has not been recharged like it must, immdiately after bill payment.
