Shame on you tikona, shame on you tikona... You are a group of fraud, cheater and rogue.
Total 23 nos. Of reminders sent to tikona regarding refund of rs. 1, 972/- (As confirmed by tikona customer care), because tikona has sold me dead internet connection, which was not at all feasible at my house, by making fraud and representing wrong facts and it is confirmed by tikona's mr. Wasim abbas zaidi, ojt code - 202341).
In reference to my earlier e-mails sent to tikona customer care, finally, i got a call from tikona's no.[protected]. The tikona official confirmed me that a refund of rs. 1, 972 shall be made to me by way of cheque after returning the cpe/ modem and other devices (Audio recording attached). in this regard, i state that the cpe/ modem, adapter and cable have already been submitted to tikona's field engineer - mr. Mukesh, send by mr. Ranjan khurana.
therefore, you are requested to refund me rs. 1, 972/- immediately. The tikona's acknowledgement certificate is attached for doing the needful.
Flashback:-
I have been suffering since the very first day, the tikona connection had been installed at my residence because the connection was not feasible at my place and i have been regularly complaining to your customer care numbers
and e-mails. Placed below in the appended e-mails are the regular reminders, that i have made to tikona, but, tikona team is just playing with my sentiments and my grievances has not resolved despite complaining since[protected].
in response to my earlier e-mail dated 10th july 2016, marked to you, i got a call from mr. Saurabh agarwal, sr. Technical advisor (Mobile no. [protected]) on[protected] evening, confirming me that mr. Wasim abbas zaidi, area manager, shall visit to my place for checking the feasibility of the tikona connection. At around 12:30 pm he came and did all the mandatory verification and checked the feasibility. After checking, he found the connection was not feasible here at my location and the connection was sold to me by violating the tikona's standard for setup of new connection. He also told that no tikona tower was visible from where the connection can be setup and existing connection was setup by configuring it with some other far away society's tower, which is located beyond the standard distance of 500 meters.
Now, tikona's area manager has also declared that the tikona connection was sold without due diligence by tikona's installation team and connection should not have been granted at my location. he assured me to give the status to the tikona mumbai office, same day i. E,[protected] by evening. However, as always happens with tikona, i did not listen any response from tikona till[protected], so, i talked to mr. Saurabh agarwal (Mob. No. [protected]) for obtaining the status. He checked and assured me that you shall get a call from tikona mumbai office, either today (22.07.2016) or tomorrow. He also told me that you will get a refund due to non-feasibility of the connection. (The audio recording is attached for your reference).
I got the tikona call same day evening and was very shocked with what the customer care lady shamelessly told me. She told me to go for lower rental plans because the connection is non-feasible. I replied when the area is not feasible, you are still offering me low rental internet plans, instead of immediately terminating my ever dead internet connection and refunding me my deposited money of rs. 2, 580/-. She shamelessly told me that based on your request to terminate the connection, i am processing it for termination. I replied her that listen madam, your tikona people are very shameless and instead you have to terminate the connection as you people have sold me this connection with out following the due procedure. You have not checked the feasibility in my location and setup the connection by means of fraud and misrepresenting/ hiding the facts, i am asking for terminating since the connection is forever dead connection due to non-feasibility. Then i asked for my refund money of rs. 2, 580/-, she told be it shall be refunded with-in 15 days. (The audio recording is also attached for your reference).
sir, during the whole process, tikona team is showing that i am keen to terminate the connection, but reality is i am not keen to terminate, but if tikona services are not feasible and still connection was issued to me with out obeying due diligence, then what will i do with dead connection. Even any body, shall opt for termination of dead connection and want his money back. But this shameless, fraud, cheater team of tikona is not only hiding the facts and extending the issue in other useless directions but also don't want to take action against their installation team for installing the non feasible connection at my home.
I also received an e-mail dated[protected], from tikona, mentioning some false and illogical facts, which i like to bring to your knowledge -
(I) they shamelessly charged me that the tikona services discontinuation has been initiated as per my request, but the circumstances and the reason were not mentioned in the mail are terminate. The reason for such disconnection is, tikona has provided me a dead non-feasible connection by making fraud, cheating me and by hiding the truth. Tikona team has not undergone any feasibility checking procedure and taken rs. 2, 580/- from me by telling lie. So, rather initiating the disconnection process on their own, they are shamelessly shifting the blame on my head for disconnection of services. Tikona customer care is a group of fraud, cheat and raogue people, who are robbing money from innocent people by making fool of them.
(Ii) the tikona team is very cleverly mentioned in the e-mail -
You will not be charged any recurring/rental charges after the final bill period in which usage is seen or request for service disconnection was registered (Whichever is later). A full month (As per bill period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill period. Your bill period is indicated on your tikona service bills.
Dear mr. Jayesh, as i have already shared above, that i have been regularly registering telephonic and e-mail complaints since begining i. E.,[protected] regarding tikona's dead and non feasible internet connection, and what tikona's duffer team has done, they just arranged the visit of service engineer's at my place in a rotation manner and no one has able to resolve the issue. Two have told me that signals are not coming at all because the tikona's tower is located very far and not visible from even from my 4th floor's roof. I always requested them to send the area manager, who will check the problem and give his feedback. But it was part of great plan of tikona team, even after ensuring me several times, the area manager was never send to my residence. Tikona team want to just kill the time period of 3 months for which i have paid the charges rs. 2, 580/- as advance rental (W. E. F.[protected] to[protected], which as expiring on tomorrow i. E.,[protected].
Sir, the connection was not given to me as per tikona's due diligence/ feasibility prodedure to be undergone before starting the installation of new internet connection. Therefore, the above mentioned statements of tikona - you will not be charged any recurring/rental charges after the final bill period in which usage is seen or request for service disconnection was registered (Whichever is later). A full month (As per bill period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill period. Your bill period is indicated on your tikona service bills. We shall compute and intimate you, within 15 days, your final payable amount against above service account. You may receive an interim bill in this period if your bill cycle is already due. Any recurring /rental charges after your final bill period, if applied in the interim bill, shall be waived-off. For subscription under the advance rental scheme, where service disconnection is initiated before the completion of the term, waivers and rebates provided under the scheme shall be reversed. Are not enforceable on me bound to be void, rather i shall be paid my money (Rs. 2, 580/-) back to me for delaying my issues, intentionally.
further, an equivalent amount rs. 2, 580/- be also be given to me against all the restlessness, harassment, mental stress, and wastage of my precious time during regular correspondences with tikona. also, an amount of rs. 5, 000/- also be deposited to me against all the financial looses born by me due to ever dead connection of tikona.
(4) last but not the least, a strict action be taken against the careless and cheater tikona installation team for not following the standard procedure in my case.
Finally, since the connection is ever dead since begining and not working, the cpe/ modem and all accessories can be collected any time by your authorised representative from my residence.
at the end, keeping in mind the statement of tikona's area manager - mr. Wasim abbas zaidi, the following points immediately be taken care off:-
(1) when the connection is not feasible, which is confirmed by two of tikona's technical engineers, then why the connection was sold to me, and why tikona is delaying my issues and not giving my money (Rs. 2, 580/-) back to me.
(2) the deposited amount of rs. 2, 580/- be refunded to me without further delay on the ground that connection was sold to me by violating the tikona's standard and i had suffered from the very first day of april 2016, the connection was set up at my residence.
(2) further, an equivalent amount rs. 2, 580/- be also be given to me against all the restlessness, harassment, mental stress, and wastage of my precious time during regular correspondences with tikona.
(3) also, an amount of rs. 5, 000/- also be deposited to me against all the financial looses born by me due to ever dead connection of tikona.
(4) last but not the least, a strict action be taken against the careless and cheater tikona installation team for not following the standard procedure in my case.
Already, long period has been lapsed, now, i want prompt favorable response from tikona towards the above 4 points.
Kindly treat the matter as most urgent and arrange to refund the money back.
