My name is ketan kanaujia. I applied for an internet connection when i was staying at 60/18, friends colony, sector 15 part 1, gurgaon from tikona digital networks. My connection was activated in the month of october 2015 and user id was [protected]. I used the internet for around two months and then left the apartment in december 2015. I cleared my dues and called the tikona customer care to terminate my connection as i will no longer be living in the apartment. No action was taken on it and despite hundreds of reminders, my connection was not terminated by tikona and the bill was kept on been generated for months. Since i was not using it, i didn't pay anything to the company.

Last week out of nowhere i received a call from some lawyer (She said she was from tees hazari court, delhi & mobile no. [protected]) that company has filed a case on me and i need to clear my dues. I decided to file a complaint against the company. The lawyer from the company said that i have to clear the dues and then only i could file the complaint. Being a responsible citizen of the country i cleared the dues then (Inr 2359/-) for the services i never used.

And now i have again received the bill from the company stating that my previous bills are still due (The amount i already paid) and next month’s charges are again applied. Pls note that first of all i am not using the connection anymore so there is no question of bill getting generated again and again every month even after hundreds of reminders. Secondly there are no previous dues and i am not going to pay anything now.

I have been mentally & financially harassed by the company. I have never been involved in such kind of activities and my credit history also reflects the same. This is a serious issue for me and seek help from the consumer forum. Kindly take necessary action and help me get my money back (The amount i paid for the services i never used) and terminate the connection and take strict measure with such ignorant and fraud companies so that consumers do not face such issues in future.

    I took tikona broadband connection last week, i have done the payment and it have been credited to tikona. the people who installed tikona connection are pradeep ([protected]) and manthesh ([protected]).

    They told me to open the tikona login page (1.254.25.254) after payment is done and to reset the password to continue browsing.

    From last week im not able to open login page, it says no internet access and site can't be reached. the people who installed device are not responding to my call. there details are as above. please assign technical person so that he can come to my place and fix the issue

    Please help me to fix this asap

      I have taken tikona broadband connection in april 2016. They had charged me the first 3 months charges (~rs. 3000) initially. From the day 1, i started getting connectivity issue. I used to call customer care atleast twice in a day regarding the issue. They used to send the technician, everything looks fine but i get frequest connection and disconnection from the network. This the daily routine, i call customer care, they send techinician, and issue still exist. You can check my call history in your call data.

      I was so frustrated and called up the customer care to stop the service. Here comes the real issue. I asked for the refund the rest of two months (Unused) money, but i was told that they cant refund money as my area is in feasible for tikon internet connection.

      My question is

      1. Do you have taken any aggrement from me before giving connection to me that you dont refund the money?
      2. If my area is feasible for tikona, why am i getting continous disconnection for a month?

        Hi, i have not been using tikona services for almost 6 months now.In january 2016, i have requested multiple tikona representatives to de activate my account. But, without maintaining my requests, they have been generating the bills. Anyway, i have paid the amount specified on 01-aug-2016. But, i still find another bill generated without closing my account.

        By now itself i have paid unnecessary amount of rs. 3000. Still find account not being deactivated.

        My humble request to the persons who are having a thought to avail the service of tikona.

        Please don’t ever think about “tikona” network. They are the biggest fraudsters in india. Once you availed their services, you wont get the proper network. We need to phone them often and complain it. Every hour your you face the technical issue. It will disturb you mentally and affects your job. If you decide to disconnect the service, they will bully you to pay a fine of 3000rs or more by saying petty reasons.

        Ways and means through which they will bully and extract money from you:

        1) as per the companies terms and conditions: after your disconnection request, you will get the “full and final settlement” mail from tikona. You need to return the device within 7days by calling the person said in the mail id. If you failed to return the device on time, you need to pay whatever the amount(fine) they are going to charge you and if refused, you can be tried in the court of law under both civil and criminal cases. Why criminal case—- because that device can be used for terrorist operations too. This is where the tikona will legally trap you.
        The device collection team will not collect the device and you have to phone them daily. But they will respond you properly only after a month. So now you are legally bound to pay the fine or penalty or you will be charged under the court of law.

        2) first the local tikona person will call you to negotiate the penalty amount and to avoid a court case against you. We will be in a situation to accept the offer. They will charge you atleast 1000rs. When we accept to pay, within 2 hours the team will be there to collect the device and the amount in person.

        The most important thing is they will not give you the receipt. They compromise you by telling that “ your actual penalty is 3000rs and you are paying only 1000rs. We will finish the problem in our own illegal way, don’t worry, your problem is over”. So here after they will stop bullying you.

        3) even after paying the penalty, we keep on receiving the mails from tikona asking us to pay them the penalty amount of around 3000rs. When we inquire about it from the customer care, they will say “you no need to pay any penalty amount and don’t bother about the mail, the fault is on our side, we did not collect the device on time. Also don’t give the money when you return the device and no problem will arise against you”. We will be shocked on hearing that and nothing can be done thereafter because we don’t have any receipt for the money paid. Then we will console ourselves.

        4) but the problem doesn’t ends here. After 1 year from the date of returning the device, a man or woman from tikona will call you and introduce him/herself as “tikona lawyer” from mumbai or delhi highcourt and ask you to pay the amount of 3000rs or more as penalty for not returning the device on time (within 7days). He/she will shout at you and threatens you to pay the money immediately by saying “civil and criminal cases will be filed against you and you need to arrive at the mumbai or delhi highcourt with your lawyer to defend yourself within a week”. We will be mentally tortured by him/her. He/she wont give us a minute to explain our pathetic situation and all he/she need is “money” from us. He/she will hardly give us 1 hour to decide to pay the amount. If you are a weak hearted person, you will be definitely collapsed by his/her rude behavior and accept to his/her offer to pay the money to avoid legal charges. Then under their advisory, we will pay the money through “tikona online bill payment” and finally we will get the receipt of paying the penalty. If you are a strong hearted person and deny them, he/she will keep on bullying you from time to time and give you mental torture.

        Even if you pay the penalty amount, your “name” attached to your “tikona id” will not be erased. Even after 1 year from the date of payment of “new penalty” if you enter the tikona id in tikona online bill payment option, it will show your name and welcomes you to pay the payment. Again we will be shocked. Still we will not have a clarity that whether our account has been permanently closed or not. Anytime the so called “tikona lawyer” may resurrect.

        5) the funniest part is, that so called “tikona lawyer” will be a “tikona fraudster” disguised as lawyer and gives us merely a life threat by torturing us in many illegal ways.
        Conclusion: availing “tikona service” is equal to availing the “room service at hell”. You will have many network issues, mentally tortured, depressed and even try to attack others to quench your angry on tikona.

        No coordination between the customer care, technical team, device collection team. Everyone idiotically blames one another and says we function as separate units. Whenever you phone them, we need to explain our problem from the root to every team and it will be taken as a fresh issue.

        Normally customers believe tikona. But tikona believes money and they will go to any extent they want to extract money from the customers forcefully and illegally.

        Important thing: tikona has two(2) face.

        1st face will be good to the customers who live in the it hub areas. They don’t want to loose that huge market by using the illegal ways. Also they will provide good network and customer care to them.

        2nd face will be rude to the customers who live in the non it areas. They will do many illegal things to extract money from them. They provide bad network and customer care to them.

        So don’t ever believe the positive reviews of tikona. Because they are mostly wrote by the it people. Actually don’t even believe the name””tikona””

          I am facing a serious problem of network failure for continuously 2 weeks and i am trying to contact customer care, but i am not able to reach any the concerned team, also i have registered complaint through ivr and mail. But there are no actions taken against my complaint.

          Finally i contacted the guy who provided connection, then he provided his supervisor (Uday kumar-[protected]) number. I have been following him for continuously 8 days. He said he will ask the concern team to work on the issue.

          Still my problem has not been resolved so i have called him and asked him, he said he is not responsible for the connection issues. Again i asked him for the concerned team before two days. When ever i ask him he said he will provide the number and putdown the call.

          I have never seen such a worst service provider from any team, if i am not paying the bill they follow me like something. But they care nothing about customer problems.

            I am very unhappy with the kind of services provided by tikona, and now these people are calling and harassing me for the payment for the services i have not availed. I am told them to disconnect my connection but they are making not doing so. They are calling me from different number and harassing me for the payment. I have chased them with my email id. I calling their customer care 100 times to tell them not send me the bill as i am not using the id. But no one is coming for my rescue. Company staff is misbehaving and irresponsible. Company donot give any promised benefits. On telling them that i will launch a complain. They told me we will resolve now its more than a week. None came.

              Hi,

              I am requested to disconnected my internet service from april 22 2016,, now it is aug 1 2016, but still they are not responding.

              They are generating bill even after the rental plan is stopped. i keep on calling them number of times as they are doing a fraud, but still they are not responding. harassing the customer is their usual practice.

              Also the rental get increased every month, even if i am not using the internet from last 4 month.

              I have sent mail to all the executives and also said them i will not pay any bill after april 5.

              Is there anybody there or is it an automatic machine that keeps calling and harassing customers? stop all calls stop sending me bills.

              I will also go onto every social networking site there is and warn customers about tikona.

              You are doing a fraud by calling the customer, I got a call from a person name Ranjit singh Dhillon . He is mentalling harassing it .

              I have recorded the call . You are mentally harassing a person by calling them .

              I want a compensation for all the mental harrasment done to the customer . No advocate talks to a person like this FYI . Please stop doing all this fraud .
              The customers are for granted for them, never picks up the call but always messaging regarding the money things or the billings, m unhappy with the speed and the service .paying the whole amount but not getting the correct speed

                I had told them that i want disconnection because at my place there is problem for net it cant work properly i have call many times to customer care and told i want disconnection but they are not taking any action on it there had told with in 7 days you will get disconnection by know 10 days had happen they had not done any thing on that there eng had come many time to cheak the connection but they cant do any thing what would i do of that net which is not working at my place and they are not giving my money back also i told them i want it urgent know i will not wait & why i will wait they are giving fake ans to me and they dont do any process on people complaint we dont want like this company in our india which dose not help the people & dont process there request i am searching the md no of tikona if i will get his no na i will tell him how there people is working and pleople is having problem with tikona they dose not help or cooperate with them they give commitment and dose not do

                today is 13/11/2016 till date no call no any feedback is given by tikona team they are not refunding my money back whenever i call them they tell will give after 30 days i thing they dont know 30 days means what i want my money while doing connection payment take 1st and while giving 30 days and wait its very very 3rd class company of tikona

                    I am Chitra K a former customer for tikona internet connection. despite cancellation of my connection with a confirmation of email recieved from tikona dated april 28 2016, Now that i recieve billing saying that the connection was re activated. I strongly disagree about the re activation from my side. there is no evidence of proof in this regard. Please take actions in this regard.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I called several times & folloups but still my money not refunded in my account.

                        actual matter is, your net service not in my area but you had given connection and deducted for yearly plan 2108/- dt. 08.07.2016.

                        After my several complaints finally engineer told that tikona service in not here so i told to disconnet yout service within 15 days but passed one year but they are not refunded money back and no one give proper reply on calls.

                        Please solve this as early as possible.

                          I have called on toll free no of tikona digital networks fo complaining as i was not getting the speed i paid, i paid for 4 mbps speed though i got onli 512kbps from last two months and during this time it only connected as 4mbps 2 to 4 times and i didnt get any valid response from them they just keep on telling me its secondary policy going on again and again thoug i know that then keeps on hold many times and when i cut down the phone i was charged 20 rs on tatadocomo sim on toll free no.

                            So I got my internet connection 15 days back. I had to get it from this company cause my society allows me to take it from them only. After they set it up my connection has never worked. I've been dialling their customer care no everyday but nobody responds and I keep getting a sms saying my problem has been solved. The person who put the cone croon has stopped taking my calls and nobody ever responds. today I finally got through to somebody and I asked them for a refund and they put my call on hold for 15 mins and then somebody else came on the phone asking what my problem was. So after explaining everything again she said they will take 24 hrs to solve it. But this is my 14th complaint to them in 15 days. I don't know what to do?

                              They are not disconnecting the service irrespective we have asked them many times. Also they need to refund an additional payment of 800Rs, that we did as they said that we will get service at new location, which did not happened.
                              I have emails and call recordings of everything if required.

                              Lot of time wastage to follow up with a new customer executive every time Lot of time to send out emails
                              Loss of 800 Rs

                              We want to get a full and final settlement done with refund of 800 Rs and actually they should pay me more for the amount of time we wasted for this They should actually be fined for such a worst service

                                  I have requested to close my tikona services as they have very worst service and when my complaint is in process i called customer care and told him to give my final amount he told me the final amount said after that i dont have to pay any penny he also said that after few days your service will be automatically closed and so i started using it till i don't get new airtel connection after getting i stoped it totally after we days i received a call from tikona that my 200rs is balanced i said it was charged wrong and please specify how and why they told me that your connection is over and they have charged 50rs per GB. I told them after stopping my services at least you should notify me that i will be charged you have not said and notified me. Then they told pay otherwise they will take legal action i said i will pay but clear my doubt then they started giving 100rs panelaty every month and now they started calling me by saying that lawyer is calling and he start mentally harassed me he is threatening me i got too tensed even i got migrane problem as he daily harassed me and asked me to pay 1510 rs i said tell me give chance to talk to tikona person even i called them but no one responded. I am mentally disturbed by tikona and i request every one please never go for tikona. I told that lawyer to have a settlement as i am too mentally disturbed but he is not ready to listen to me nor anyone from tikona is ready to listen to me.

                                    First of all the connectivity is poor and frequent disconnection is there... And further the service people are worst... I am using tikona from last one months july 2016 and that time is worst time in my life. I have big problem of connectivity. It work for 15 to 20 min in a day and then connection was disconnected. I do lots of complain in customer care but they are always promise you problem will resolve in 24 hours.

                                    And next day when i call in customer care they promise again for problem resolve in 24 hours. Around 15 to 20 days not proper working in the month.

                                    Please refund the amount.

                                      I got tikona connection 3 months back. Since the day of installation i'm facing continuous issues.Internet works only 2-3 hours a day. I've called customer care more than 100 times, every time i was told this is last chance problem won't occur again and right after 1-2 hours my internet is gone again. I asked them for refund to which they denied and said you won't face any issue now. I'm still facing the same issue.Internet disconnects every hour and have to call customer care and spend 1/2 an hour. It has become my daily routine now. I want my money back. Please help me

                                        I have been facing issue with tikona broadband service, in my area there is less/none competition in broadband service due this tikona is playing with customers here.

                                        I am an it professional, wanted to do work from home due to bad health, but relying on tikona broadband hampered my work as well as the discomfort due to the financial loss and feeling sick by this worst service.
                                        I am facing the frequent disconnect issue (Daily basis), poor ping rate and low bandwidth (Plan 2mbps and getting around 50.3kbps).

                                        Their annoying calls for bill payment comes without fail, and mail & sms too many times. But the service is not providing worth of 500/600 rs. Per month at all. On the other hand if i take leave for day due to bad network it would cost me 10times of their monthly bill for just one day.
                                        Now should i request refund for my loss too?

                                        I have been paying them from last 6 years, but from last 6-10 months service got worst and i need that money refund. I don't feel they are trying to improve service.

                                        Also, if i decide not to pay bill due to bad service, they hire some local authorities who calls and threaten up and say we will collect money from anyhow from your home (Without permission).
