I have taken tikona broadband connection in april 2016. They had charged me the first 3 months charges (~rs. 3000) initially. From the day 1, i started getting connectivity issue. I used to call customer care atleast twice in a day regarding the issue. They used to send the technician, everything looks fine but i get frequest connection and disconnection from the network. This the daily routine, i call customer care, they send techinician, and issue still exist. You can check my call history in your call data.
I was so frustrated and called up the customer care to stop the service. Here comes the real issue. I asked for the refund the rest of two months (Unused) money, but i was told that they cant refund money as my area is in feasible for tikon internet connection.
My question is
1. Do you have taken any aggrement from me before giving connection to me that you dont refund the money?
2. If my area is feasible for tikona, why am i getting continous disconnection for a month?
