I am using tikona brodband service & from last 10 days i am not able to use the service.
I have logged a service request as mentioned in subject & it has been told to me that there is problem with the building on which tikona's router is installed to cover the connections in thermax chowk, chnichwad, pune-411019 area.
But after that i am calling to get status of my complaint & it goes to auto answering machine.
I am really fed up with the service given by tikona. Who is going to pay the loss which is occurred & what are the arrangements made by tikona in this case.
Why there is no call from tikona to give us the exact status.

    Hello sir,

    My name is aadarsh kumar. I used tikona internet last 8 months. But now before 15 days i faced problems.Internet connectivity problem or internet agar connect ho gya to speed problem.
    Meri user id hai [protected]. Or mera mobile no hai [protected]. Sir customer care pe fon karta hu to problem solve kiye bina disconnect kar dete hai call. Compliant submit karta hu to bina resolve kiye close kar dete hai.
    Ek dam fraud company hai. Koi help nhi. Or bill genrate kar dete hai 15 din net chalta hai vo bhi speed slow. Or 15 din net nahi chalta. Please sir help me. What can i do sir. I m totally frustrate. :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: : (: (

      Myself akshay mishra,
      My tikona id is [protected]. I have registered my request to stop my broadband service in feb 2016. I have shifted my room from that address hence stopped using their service from feb 2016. But after one month i received mail to pay bill of amount 1800. Now few days back i got a call from court that you have to pay rs 3028 to tikona for using their service. As informed by court that as per tikona service cannot be terminated by requesting on customer care via phone call. So i submitted rs 3028 online to tikona to avoid any legal action.
      During online payment every time i received message of transaction failed from tikona website. Hence i tried to pay twice. After 5min i got acknowledgement message and email from tikona that my both transactions are successfully completed and in this way i paid rs 6000 instead of 3028 to tikona.

      Now, i have registered my complaint on their customer care e. Mail id but with no response. I need my money back else this time i will take legal action against tikona for taking excess amount from customers by cheating. I have downloaded the receipt showing failed transaction by tikona then how did they deducted amount from my account.

      My online complaint id is 1-[protected].
      I tried to call on customer care no many times but every time they say that our executive will contact you within 28 hrs. Tikona is fraud company and govt should take action against it.

          I have been receiving calls on my number for some bill payment issues.

          Tried calling customer care no response

          Some background: i have not used tikona from february this year (2016).
          You can check your service log if there has been any usage. it seems to stop working one day and customer care did not bother to listen. now you are asking for bill. please send a formal bill to my given residence where i have the connection. so i can take a further action.
          Ps: i have been receiving some calls from lawyer regarding the same if you have done some litigation please share the details. otherwise i am filing a complaint against these people and sharing my concerns on social media.

          Tikona's service is worst, Once after disbursement of the connection they stop bothering for their customers. No speed.
          No bandwidth.
          Frequently breakdown of the network connection event if the weather is fine.
          Mistakenly paid the same month twice. Wrote a mail for the procedure refund request but didn't recieve any reply for my query.
          Even tried calling customer care but it is always engaged, no one picks up the call even after 30 mins of the call. Don't how to reach out to this people.

            I had taken Tikona connection in month of Jan'2014 and was using it till Nov'2015, despite regular connectivity issues / poor quality of connection.

            During chennai floods of Nov'2015, my house was completely submerged in water, leading to huge losses, including those of all electronic items.

            My personal laptop and other electronic devices were completely damaged/lost.

            Upon observing the losses, immediately, i had raised a request for disconnection with customer care of Tikona, which was accepted/confirmed.

            I had paid all the dues till Nov'15 and given the flood situation, was assured by Tikona customer care for disconnection with no dues pending.Only because of huge financial loss, i didnt wanted to continue using the Tikona service for some time. Even till now, i havent bought a personal laptop/device for accessing the internet at home.

            However, after a month or so, I started getting calls for payment of dues for which i consistently kept reminding about the flood situation and disconnection of internet services.

            Since last few weeks, the level of follow up has gone into threatening mode with someone claiming to be lawyer, calling my wife ( instead of me) and threatening to take extreme actions for payment of some dues ( which i dont owe to Tikona).

            It is really very shamefull/unethical/horrifying act on part of Tikona to hire some goons/anti social elements and start threatening for collection of dues, which are not to be paid.

            During days o[censored]sing Tikona, i had gone overboard with my friends and convinced them to use Tikona for their internet usage and was a very positive promoter of its services.

            Due to the recent cheap steps/act/threats from Tikona, now am completely against using its services and dont recommend to anyone.

            Request to please take notice of mental harassment, caused by Tikona personal and through this forum an earnest request to completely close the connection and stop threatening anyone of my family.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I had subscribed to Tikona's service in nov/2015. The service was poor so I had told them to disconnect it in jan/2016. They still sent someone to collect payment for feb/mar in feb/2016. My father paid the amount - which we should not even have received in the first place - but he was not aware and paid it. I told them again to disconnect the service. They still continue to send us bills even though we are not using their service since jan/2016.

              I looked online and found many other similar complaints against them in the forums.

              I really hope to get some relief from you.

              Also, I should not get any further bills from you guys. Please stop harassing us. Please remove your equipment and deactivate our account permanently. Again telling it to you today. This should have been done in Jan/2016 only. How come you guys are so quick to install & activate but so slow to deactivate.

                I am using tikona wi-bro from last 5 months, and there is a problem of web page login in every month, from lasr 10 days i am suffering from this and no response from the customer care, the engineer who is assigned to solve the problem has not came yet. Every time i called i have to explain the problem again and again to the helpine numbers and they neglect all this.
                Very poor service,
                I will suggest no other person to chhose tikona as a internet service provider.

                  Requested for a new connection on the 7 of july through a promotional flyer the very day a technician was sent to set up the connection, which left me impressed. On arrival the technical informed the d-link modem cannot be used for a tikona connection. I informed i would rather check other options that can use my d link router rather than buy a new router. He informed me he will get a connector the very next day, hence i agreed to set up the tikona connection and paid the 1580 the technician requested to pay.

                  As i have recently shifted to my kamothe resistance i had a number of errands lined up but had to stay and wait for the connection to be set up as the technician kept arranging a meeting time but never made their appointments. On the 15 of july i had an urgent work report to send hence went and bought a new tp router that was comparable to tikona s services and requested the set up be completed asap. But all was in vain as i wasn't attended to.

                  On the 17 of july i called the number[protected], but didn't get through. Asked for a different number from just dail as the number was showing incorrect. I put in a request with the call centre[protected] the tech requested me to wait for another day. I asked her to arrange for an online configuration to which she replied it wasn't possible. I called later on in on the other call centre[protected] and i was informed that an online configuration was possible. Was given a different number set up the connection then after setting up the connection i was informed i have network issue i neet to speak to the call centre. Spoke to the call centre who informed me they will send a engineer.

                  From the 17 of july i have been waiting for the engineer visit and everyday i spend hundreds of rupees speaking to the call centre. None have them have a clear picture of all the issues i have been through and what assistance i am waiting for every time i call i have to repeat my issue and help required. I have been repeatedly asking for a refund due to this terrible experience from each and every team member of tikona. But the only reply i get is i need to wait for the engineer, who hasn't visited not sent any sms.
                  I do not wish to continue my services with such an unprofessional unethical and tardy company. I have already put in a request for a different connection as i have run out of patience waiting for over a month for a service where there is no solution but only false promises. Just my humble request you to pay a complete refund of 1580 as the services very never used.

Waited all day with phone close to me but no calls at all. I spoke to the call centre they said I should receive a call within 24 hours 24 hours are up still no call back. It's really a joke the service you are providing I can't keep my life on hold just for your one call.

                    Hi,
                    My registered tikona account number is [protected] and i am not satisfied with the kind of service provided by your company. following is the reason of my loss in faith in tikona.

                    I had used your tikona broadband service for over a year and had never missed to make any bill payment on time (except for the first payment as i was not aware of the billing cycle which i paid with the late fees). there were some technical glitches in the first 2-3 months to which, when i asked the customer care they told me that - “once in a month 2-3 days you are bound to face technical issues”. i agreed to it, as it is part and parcel of the service industry. but somewhere in the months of june - sept 2015, i had faced a severe internet issue which changed the way i felt about tikona.

                    1.in june and july for more than half of the month, my internet service was down. i was regularly making calls to tikona complaint number to make my complaints and many a times, i was told that they had sent the technical guy home and he had fixed the issue. when i enquired at home, no one had come up. this non availability of internet issue spanned till the month of september.

                    A. also, they said there is issue in my service line at home so it’s not a fault from the server side. (i am also a technical person working in it industry who has basic trouble shooting knowledge) i told them the system is working fine at my end, but they said no. for this i personally had to take leaves from my office and wait for the technical guy to come up. once the technical guy comes over they check and say nothing is wrong at my end, server is not working. this happened 3-4 times over a course of 2-3 weeks.

                    B. after this i called your customer care, they said now we will check from our server end and i was asked to keep my dp (the small white connector which connects the tikona box and my router) on overnight. this also happened over 4-5 times

                    C. one day finally, i took off from work and went to your pune branch office (in viman nagar) and there also the situation was not friendly. i had a word with someone who introduced himself as the field force head (who manages the technical people on field) wasted my 2 hours and told that the technical guy would be at my home by 1:45 pm. i ran back home so as to not miss the visit but alas, the guy never turned up. he never answered the call and once when he answered the call by 6 or 7 in the evening, he said he would come on monday.

                    D.in the meanwhile, the net used to work for like 2 days and die for like a week or more. so, it was very difficult for me to use the connection and keep calling you guys again and again. i literally used to call your customer care every alternate day and talk to them for like 30-40 minutes. this hampered my time management and also my telephone bills because your toll free number had stopped working by then and we had to call you on a number which was chargeable 2 rupees/minute.

                    E. by the time the issue was resolved, it was september and i had asked for the bill waive off also. even for this; your team made me feel like they are doing a favor on me. for the month of june i was given 50 rupees waive off (net was out for 20 days). i asked the customer care to allow me to talk to the “waive off” team and i was told that, the “waive off” team does not talk to anyone. i had put up a series of complaints and requests for the proper waive off to be considered. and on and off i was informed to pay some amount or the other as settlement amount. finally, they called me and asked me to pay some amount as the final amount as the clearing of all the pending bills from june to sept which i paid.

                    F. even after that, i used to get continuous sms from your team to pay my pending bills and to ignore if the bills are paid. the sms which were sent to me did not have the exact amount of the payment mentioned. one sms would come with 900 rupees to be paid and next day as sms would come of 1180 rupees payment. the information given to me as a customer via sms from your team was also not reliable.

                    After all this hardship and mishap, i used the internet connection till may 2016 and the connection got disconnected from your side. when i called and asked the customer care, they said my sept 2015 bill was pending. this made me feel very bad and upset about everything. i requested them to check waive offs and all. i had a talk with 3 customer care executives in a row for about 2 hours and explained the same thing to all the people over and over again. but in all the 3 cases the information provided to me by the 3 members was inconsistent. one of the members told me my very first bill was never paid by me. one of them told me bill for the month of november was not paid. one told me, my waive off request was never logged in, so i am supposed to pay all the bills.

                    Coming to the point, at the end of this call i told the team i am not paying the bills as i have already paid everything and please close my connection.
                    From last 2 months, i am receiving threatening calls from your department. one day a female called me and told me to pay the bill or she will send me a legal notice and i will have to pay double the bill amount. even without proper conversation, she just told this much to me after asking my name and then disconnected the call.

                    Again today (24th july 2016), i received a call from your company from number[protected]. a guy claimed to be talking to me from your legal department. first of all, the atmosphere and the sound which i was able to hear from the other side did not make me believe that he was not who he designated himself as.instead i think it was a call center. his voice was completely breaking and he told me that i should either pay the money or i will get a legal notice by tomorrow and he told me that if i don’t want to pay the bill, tell that as well. to this i told him - i had a word with your team before also. he interrupted me here and told that –“mantri ji se baat karna hai toh bhi karlo lekin payment karne walo ho ya nahi ha ya na mein jawab do”. to this sentence of his, i replied when your mantra ji gets free call me and that time we can talk. he replied to this as “mera baap hi mantra hai” and i disconnected the call.
                    He called me again and told me - “phone kyu rak diya, sharm aari kya baat karne mein, aukaat nahi hai kya baat karne ke”. and in the end he told me “4-5 log ko bhejta hu aur teku pakadke liaege” and he disconnected the call.


                    This came to me as a shock, how can a person from a legal department talk in this sort of language. does your office teach/train people to talk like this to a customer? is this, what tikona refers to as professional behavior?

                    This does not mark the end, after this your team sent me an sms from number [protected], which said (typed as received)– we are tried to calling u i[censored] not receive our tikona call u r case going to legal department so. last date 24th. july 2016 pick up the call
                    I replied to this – d guy who called me was speaking very rude…. i answered d call… please chek ur call records.

                    I have already paid your bills and now still your team is mentally harassing me and threatening me. all i always wanted to have a proper resolution to my problem which i never got and on top of that, i am still facing harassment from your company. i never asked for the compensation of the amount i spent on calling your department again and again, or for electricity bills of the nights when i was asked to keep the dp on but there were no results. neither am i asking for the payments of the days i took leave from office to attend your technical guys nor am i asking for the compensation of the amount which i spent on my mobile data because my tikona internet was not working.

                    All, i am saying is that i have made all the payments and i am not interested in using your connection. so, can you please look into this and make sure that such calls or activities are not repeated from your company again.

                        Hey i checked my remaining usage limit on 22nd july around 10 pm, it showed me a remaining balance of 16.5 gbs. On 23rd july (Around 7 am) i got a message from their side that i have exhausted my fair usage! That left me shell shocked!
                        I immediately checked my session history and it showed that there were two sessions starting from 18:41:58 on 22 july from the same ip, of the same duration! One of the two session showed usage of 1698mb and the other one of 16405mb!!!

                        I called the customer care immediately and one of the tikona representatives i spoke to even admitted that the data got deducted by mistake... He was was about to transfer the call to one of his seniors but then it got disconnected!

                        I called again and then was told to mail the details and promised a 4 hour resolution. I was also promised that the i would get a phone from one of the seniors in next hours!

                        More than 12 hours have passed since the last phone call but neither my issue has been resolved nor have i got any phone call.

                        I have wasted around 130 rupees of my phone balance in talking to this clown, they have a joke of a customer care. Its very difficult to speak to their representatives and when you do manage to get connected to them, they put the consumers on hold for 5-10 minutes!

                          Not able to open any browser where internet is concerned. This issue is going on since last 1 month and today not able to access internet from any of the device. I have already recharged for 400 twice within 10 days but this issue is still going on. Need permanent solution or else would switch to some other isp if not resolved immediately. Also tried to call their call center several times but the support is very poor.

M still having the connectivity issues and speed issues.. After complaining for so many months m nt getting proper assistance... The problem persists frequently every next day even aftr having engineer visit... Every time the executives tells to w8 4 4hrs but ur 4hrs nvr end and i m nt able to connect vid ur excecutive aftr 4hrs by having a audio note dat ur engineers r working on my issue...                               Before taking connection of tikona there was very nice respone, but as we hv taken connection there is no proper resopne when i am calling customer care telling that i am enable to connect through internet they tell me call router dept and call other dept.In very few days my internet pack is exhausted everytime how i also dnt know.
                              Nw i think i must switch to sm better net.

                                I opt for tikona on Dec 24, 2015 but due to network issue not able to register on the network and even after Engineer visit problem remain same.

                                For installation I paid Rs. 3000 cash and didn't get any receipt for it.

                                As per Tikona engineer their is network issue and the transmitting point is at far distance.

                                Due to this issue I opt for dis-installation and for refund for all the amount.

                                Tikona Sales person for my region told me that i will get total refund and he remove the device from my premises on Dec29 2015.

                                Now after more than 7 months i am still waiting for my refund.

                                Please act on it fast and refund my Rs 3000.

                                  As per my request my final settlement of tikona connection done on 30/06/2015. Even after one year today i have received the following message from the vm-tikona "tikona wi-bro service id" is disconnected and bill amt of rs. 635.33 is still overdue. Kindly pay immediately. Call on some mobile number if paid or settled already". Please clarify me that after final settlement paid why did i have received this message from tikona. I have tried to call to the number mentioned in the message then its connected to somebody who works on legal department even i tried to reach to customer care but i could not connected to the call. Even for email i haven't received response. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                    As informed by a Tikona team that for service Id -[protected] having an pending amount of Rs-1684.94.

                                    My service is closed from 18 march-2015 and I have payed my last bill so then how this bill generated and I am getting informed after one and half year that I am having an pending amount .
                                    I have not got any mail from Tikona till now and suddenly I get a call from legal team, this is not a correct way to communicate with a customer .

                                    Please provide the Usage bill of this amount so I will pay it .
