Hello team,

Tikona id [protected]

This is harish and tikona customer from last 3 months.
From last week thursday 14/7/2016 my tikona connection is not working i keep calling your toll free number but yet no resolution found.

Every time i call ivr says engineer been assigned for me yet no one visited to fix the problem.
No call/sms/email from tikona...

I am really fed up of tikona support.
Its almost 8 days now without connection.


Request you to kindly take some serious action to solve my issue.

    Hi, i am suraj kadekar from pune. My customer id is [protected]. Since one month i have been continuously facing internet connectivity and internet speed problem. I have been trying to call customer care for this issue from long time but not able to connect the call. Now since 2 days i internet connection is stop working and continuously i am trying to call to customer care but unable to connect my call to them.
    I am frustrated due to this type of service providing by tikona.

      I had applied for a wifi set up for my home. The guy i spoke to over the phone had sent two people to my house. They set up a wire and gave me a adapter and took 2000 rs in cash as the payment for first three months. They left a few details like my user id and password and customer care number. They asked me to call customer care the next day, give those details and activate the number. It has been over a week now and my internet is still not active. The man who i spoke to does not respond to any of my calls. I have not recieved any payment reciept in hand or through email. The customer care executives are not giving me any information except that the payment details are not updated. I have called that man a number of times everyday but he never recieves my call. They have taken my money and now are not be found or heard.

        Hello

        I was a user of tikona broadband and i have been mentally harassed by tikona staff, my net did not work for almost 45 days and every morning i had to call the tikona customer care for the issue and every single day, they tell me the same old story that it will be solved. They didnt bother to send any senior guy as i dont think it matters to them if you dont get service as long as you pay bills. They get active only when you stop paying bills. I wrote an email also that i want to discontinue the connection, no one bothered to reply, i waited for 10 days and one fine day i just removed their connection. When they called for payment i asked them to pick up their stuff and get lost.

        Since i work from home, 45 days i used my personal hotspot from my mobile to do my work and paid almost double of my mobile bill.

        Now they have sent me a bill for the months the net was just not working and for the month when i already removed their connection. I have received legal notice also to pay the bill.

        I want to file a case against the company tikona broadband and its ceo prakash bajpai for mental harassment, mental torture and fraud.

        They cant cheat and behave with their customer like this.

        Now there is a very bad response from Tikona side. My internet is not working since 5 days. I had talked with assigned technical engineer, he is also not responding.
        I am having large loss. Getting very frusted.

          Hi,

          My name is datta kad and i am using tikona net services from last 6 months. However from last saturday (16th july2016) i am not able to connect the internet, so i tried to call the customer care number however this number is not reachable which is provided on internet.
          Then some how i got the customer care number and raised the complaint regarding net is not working on sunday and after that there support engineer visited to my place and said me that the server which is located near to my building that has been removed. So due to that your not able to connect. And he suggested me that you can disconnect the connection.

          O again i called the customer care and asked them without intimation how they can stop the net connection. So i asked regarding the reimbursement for my deposit and installation charges. So they directly denied to refund and they said sir we will be working on your query and you will get the call from our technical team but till date i didn't receive any call/update from tikona service center.

          Yes I agree on that your team is working on this issue, however till date I didn't receive any call/update from your team and your customer care executive told me that you will get the call from our team with 24to 48hrs but still I didn't receive any call.

          Would you please confirm what is cutoff date to fix the issue or how many days it will require to your team to fix the issue/confirm.

            Dear Sir, We are using your wifi for more than 02 years, we found your services are the worst one. We are your user no. [protected] since almost 10 days its not working. I tried to login thru several sources but nothing works I called up Mr. Rajendra who fitted the system he never picks up phone. Somehow he picked up yesterday and asked me to lodge a complaint to toll free no. I did so and got a message at 4 pm that I will get support engineer no. In 04 hours till now no nos.               Hi reader,

              Today i'm very very disappointed again by tikona services.
              After raising complaints in consumer complaints i was expecting they will improve their services but nothing happend.

              I dropped around 15 mails for further service related issue but no resolutions provided.
              Today at 19/07/2016 at 12:45 an engineer came when i was not in home, my family member attended this person.

              He reset my router settings without my permission and static ip gone.

              Apart from this, today he inserted a datacable into my laptop and connected his mobile. When i came to home and saw cable connected, i asked my family member who connected then they told we don't have your lappy password and we didn't connected. At 12:43 engineer told me i need to use your system for troubleshoot what is its password i told the password. I cross checked my cctv camera footage which is in my room and saw engineer had connected the cable. I called him at 20:20 to ask at [protected] that why he connected, he is saying just for charging mobile. I told if your intention was to charge your phone then why did you not asked for charger.

              Have he had stolen my lappy's data?

              If my data is stolen who is responsible for this?

              Is this the training tikona had provided to their engineer?

              I tried calling customer support at 20:15 on[protected] but 18 minutes of hold and no executive attended my call.

              Really, today all my belief from tikona had went away. I do not wish to continue with the services.

                I have requested for new connection, the person from tikona came and checked. He said that the signal is very low, so we can't provide you the connection. Though the tikona tower is 30-40 meters away from my home which is placed in 2nd floor. If it is placed in 5th floor of any other we could get the connection. They looking for their comfortable, not for the users. Very disappointed.

                  Hi, my name is nitin sharma.
                  I was user of fraud tikona before 5 months.in the beginning a technician (jitender sagar) comes to my place took money then he said your conection will start after 1 hour and he did not provide me any receipt or also my network start after 1 day.. till then no body was attend my call, then i came to know my wifi is showing me logout every after 30 mints, i talk with customer care they said if you don't want to log in again nd again give us 1000rs more for 1 year subscription except bill... i was calling customer care every day to fix this network issue, but no reply..in the end i didn't contact them nd silently used network.. i send so many mail give me my security amount back and cut your connection.. but no action from fraud tikona.. after 2 months a technician came to me for bill i tell him to take your all wires and i don't want my security amount i don't want to pay bill..

                  Now from last 2 months a lady calling me and telling me i am a advocate (ritika[protected] i have your case file, so please pay this amount.. after 2 months i pay this amount 2307.

                  Now i did not receive any confirmation from fraud tikona regarding when i will get my security amount and how?

                  O now its my turn to disturb you in the court.. i already discuss with my chandigarh high court criminal lawyer mr. cheema, and i am waiting till 21 july,

                  And yes specially for tikona (don't reply like please call us for problem on this or that number) i want call from you. you are for customer, customer is not for you.

                    Me and my flatmate took an Internet connection from Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. in my name i.e. Ms. Kasturi Haloi. The said connection was made operational from 26th August, 2015. The connectivity was poor throughout and we had registered several complaints by calling on Tikona’s toll free number as due to poor connectivity we were unable to concentrate on our projects, causing difficulties in our professional activities. By the end of November, 2015 we faced severe connectivity issues and were not able to use internet thereafter. Tikona tried to resolve the issue remotely and also sent engineers, but since the problem couldn't be rectified, vicegerents of Tikona communicated us through phone call that sector 71 A-5 pocket, Noida has been declared as non-feasible zone, which means their internet services would not work in the area. In such situation we having no other alternative requested Tikona to withdraw internet services in December 1st week, 2015. Infact all the residents of the area who were also using services of Tikona, got their connections disconnected for the same reasons. We have paid all dues of Tikona till December (bill date: 22/12/2015, Payment ID: 1-[protected]) while we were using the connection. Even after asking them to withdraw the service in December 2015 itself, I got a message that my rentals have been stopped only on 21st January, 2016. On the contrary, I got a bill for Jan, 2016 even though they weren't providing services in the area anymore. On enquiring about it, they said we had been using their internet, which was not possible as our zone was claimed by Tikona itself in December, 2015 to be falling under non-feasibility area. It was not possible for us to use the Tikona’s internet connection as all their cables had been removed and in January, 2016. We got a new connection available in the area and have not been using Tikona services since Dec, 2016. Upon making a complaint against such bills, officials of Tikona also told me that our ID was being used from a different area. I informed officials of Tikona that I apprehend that some of the officials of Tikona might be using it, since only they knew the ID password apart from us. I have registered complaints several times for which they gave me two reference nos: 1-[protected] and 1-[protected], but inspite of that they kept on increasing the bill amount every month. On enquiring about the closure of the account, they said it’s a lengthy process so that they could keep on charging us without even using their services. To our utter surprise, we have received a bill in the month of June, 2016 for a sum of Rs. 9792 which is totally false and frivolous. I have been harassed by the officials of Tikona by calling me again and again for the payment of the undue amount. Now, they have found a new way of extorting the exorbitant bill amount, as I received a call from one person Devraj Joshi claiming to be a Sr. Advocate from Tis Hazari court and representing Tikona, who threatened me that if I don't pay the outstanding amount within 1 hour, he will register a case against me. Also, the address that he claimed to have called from doesn't exist in the Tis Hazari court, as we have cross verified. When no attention was paid to their threats, they even called up my flatmate (whose number they claim has been submitted as guarantor, which is false) this week claiming that the same person, Mr. Devraj Joshi is now calling from Mumbai instead of Delhi. They couldn't answer properly when asked about the address of the court. Tikona Digital Services is a big time fraud and perhaps the worst service in India. Every other consumer forum and site is full of complaints from their customers who are fed up of their poor services.

                      My tikona user id is : [protected]
                      I am in a big need to get my connection terminated, account deactivated, and modem to be removed from my residence.

                      I have submitted multiple requests from my side, but i have only been told that my connection is put to billing stoppage, and rental charge is applicable.

                      I will leave for my hometown in which case the conneciton modem and wire will be remaining in my residence then what will i do if anyone use it or misuse it.

                      I have talked to multiple tikona members like: tejus, rituja, diksha around 7th july 2016 and i had been told that my connection is going to be terminated within 3 days+ my account will be deactivated+ engineer will come to collect the appratus

                      But till now only billing cycle has been changed to rental charge per use which is totally not a connection termination.

                      I have all the call recordings with me that i kept mailing to the customer care for requesting the connection termination.

                      I therefore request you to please please please termintate my internet connection, send engineer to collect modem, and deactivate my account.

                        Hello sir/madam,

                        My internet connection service not working since last 11 july 2016 (Monday). I have complained for the same. They have called me and asked me about issue. I have explained them the issue. Then they called me one day when i was on the way to home so could not attend the call. They messaged me that they will contact me very soon. For next one day i waited for the call. But they didn't call me. After that i sent email for disconnecting my internet connection.

                        Next day one of employee called me and asked me for the issue. Again, i explained him the same story. Then he told me that their employee will call you and i asked him to call me at 8.30 to 9.00 p. But once again they called me when i was on the way to home. Again next day, i sent an another email. But till now, today 18th july, 2016 (Monday), i did not get any call back from them except the message which was saying that we will contact you very soon.

                        Moreover, i have taken their service for 3 months period and for the same i have done the payment of 3607 rupees on 23rd april, 2016. And before 3 months gets over, they are asking me to pay the bill of rs. 531.23. And for the same they have also called me for 2-3 times.

                        Now i do not want to use the service. And they people told me that if i don't like their service then i can disconnect my connect anytime and they will charge me as per the usage of their service. But i don, t want anything except the disconnection of this service.

                        Request you to please do the needful here.

                        Almost around 15-20 days gone. And Still Tikona team have not disconnected my Internet Connection. Moreover, they are asking me to pay bill amount of around 167 Rs. I don't know for what they are asking me to pay as I have already paid in advance.

                        One more thing, one of them employee Named Bhavesh, who is on some senior post, called me one day and asked me to give them one last opportunity. And as per his request, I gave them one last chance. But they again failed to give best service.

                        So I am requesting you to please help me in this case.

                        Recently I talked with one of Senior Person Named Shahbaz. Iasked them that on what basis you people are deciding customer's billing cycle? He told me that it is decided by system. And he was unable to answer my question. Everytime he was repeating same ans that it is system generated. But he didn't know that how does the system creates billing cycle.

                        More on, the executive who will gonna come to collect my bill, he has paid my bill. And now askijg me for money. Immediately I called customer care and they told me that they do not give any kind of permission that thier executive can pay bill on behalf of customer.

                        Request you to help me to get out from this situation.
                        Today is 2nd day of my complaint and Still Tikona team haven't contact me except Due bill payment call.

                        I have call records for this due bill payment call. How can I provide you ?

                        Please help me sir.
                        Eagerly waiting for that moment. And please make it clear that for what you are asking me to pay bill amount of Rs. 531.23 ? As I have already done the payment for 3 months. And my 3 months plan will be expired on coming 24th July, 2016. So before 3 months get over, which kind of bill your are asking me to pay ? Refer below snapshot for your reference.

                          After multiple calls and complaints, we decided to discontinue our tikona internet service.
                          We raised this concern to tikona customer care, before 15 days of billing cycle (last week of june, 2016). tikona representative assured for service discontinuation from the next month.in-spite of this we dropped multiple emails to customer. [protected]@tikona.in for confirmation from registered email id, but no one replied.

                          Post multiple calls, we talked to another representative and manager. then they said, next billing cycle is open and we have to pay the next month bill.

                          This is ridiculous and direct way to cheat customers. being a service provider, such company should stop using all such ways to earn money and start giving good service.

                            After the last complaint my plan was changed from 5gb to 10gb. My complaint was there was change in the speed from primary to secondary despite not reaching the download limit. This time, my speed has become secondary at 6 gb despite having the plan of 10 gb. I have downloaded the session data from tikona website as the proof. Please suggest, how to approach the court for the same. Also, there is no one to pick the phone on the customer support number which is a paid number and always have automated answer.

                              The service was used by my mother for almost over a year but, due to failure in service from your end from day one she had to call it off after every struggle, this is due to bad infrastructure / never ending login issues / etc from your end i believe, there were so many days that there wasn't any connectivity and many times the tikona service technicians didnt show up either. Even after that we had made payments monthly.
                              My mother had clearly mentioned to the customer service to withdraw the connections, but tikona customer service over and over again assured that the service would resume efficiently. Post that day she hasn't used your service. My mother in her 70's is not as tech savvy as we are of younger generation, so how can she resolve such issues, i feel tikona as a company doesn't have any consideration and is not willing to confirm that they have issues with their so called wireless connectivity.

                              Now i have received a call for recovery the # are [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected]... For 2290 amount, when she hasnt used and already confirmed to disconnect the services long ago, so why hasn't that been done. I know that there could be balance payable for max 15 - 20 days beyond which she hasnt used any of your services.. And honestly in my opinion for having put through such harassment and torture, my mother should penalise tikona 100 times over of that value. Whenever the internet is needed it has never been there for her. This is a white collar extortion. Tikona monthly bill is been paid on the basis it serves us 24 x 7 x 30/31 days... Non stop.. So why should we make payment for services which was never correctly rendered to her.

                              Just to let you know we are using hathway services and since then its been 3 months now there hasn't been any such issues even once, its always working. I dont even recall once when she has called me to help her out with her connection. Unlike when she almost called me every day with tikona connections.

                              Its important you guys figure out a way to fix your infrastructural issues such as roof top device not working, no signal is been received by your roof top device, cable detoriation issues, transponder issues, ip issues, etc, etc and god knows what. Too many excuses and very little commitment towards client satisfaction.

                              All the consumers complaining here haven't lost their mind nor ethos. There is a very strong reason for people to come up and write this issues, we don't have anything against you guys, you do right and be efficient... I will be happy to consider your services.. Make that happen... And stop harassing people and cheating them... All know the truth and you guys yourself too.

                                I have purchased new tikona connection last month. From the first day i am facing issue. Every day i face no internet connection issues. When i try to call customer care, it took around 20 mins to connect these guys. Then they say your issue will be resolved within 4 hours or engineer will visit you soon.
                                I have complaint a major issue on 13th july and they assured me that one engineer has been assigned and he will visit shortly. Since 13 july i am complaining daily, but no one came yet. Some time i even cant reach these guys on phone or call. They have given one customer care number, when i try to call on this no and choose the technical support option call disconnect automatically. And it happens most of the time. I have became totally frustrated. I want to disconnect my connection and i want my money back. This tikona internet service is no useful at all.

                                  Its been more than 1 month i have terminated my connection with tikona. Frequently i get promotional calls from tikona executives to use their connection as backup.

                                  Customer executive keep asking me the same question every time they call, i am tired of answering their question.

                                  It is so annoying to answer their calls repeatedly and that too on my office timings in between meetings. Request you to stop these call immediately.

                                    Tikona is a fraud company. I was offered and delieverd a connection saying 4 mbps speed. Which i refused. As i wanted atleast 8 mbps min. I was told that in 8mbps ill get only 4mbps. But what tikona is offering 4mbps. They provide fully 4 to the customers. Bu speed what i get was 0.2 that was almost nill in 1000 rs. Whenever i called the tikona emplyee to whome i had called 100 times atleast, i used to get his message cant call right now. Call me back later. I tried to get in touch with him 100 of times. I mean is this some joke from tikona. Wha sort of employeed they had hired in addition to their bad speed. I cannot give them half star even.

                                    I need to change my tikona plan. Right now I am using 25gb 4mbps a month I need to change it to 50gb 4MBps a month. I have tried calling the customer care but the call never gets connected, I have tried using their email too, but I can never get to it.                                       I had a tikona broadband connection at indore (chhoti khajrani) and when i moved back to gwalior i applied for disconnection and paid all the dues but tikona (the worst service i have ever faced, i have 2 brilliant airtel connections) keep sending me bills and threatening calls to send me court notice and all. i have paid 1100 and then 1800 (not used a single kb of net because i moved to gwalior and thought my connection got disconnected). now i'm frustrated and helpless and moving to court is only option for me.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had requested for a disconnection of tikona serviceon september 28 2015. They mentioned that they will disconnect my connection. However, the following month, i got a bill for the october month. As everyone is aware, we pay tikona internet service bills at the beginning of the month. I called up tikona care and they acknowledged their mistake and mentioned to me that they will correct it. I also asked them to send a representative so that he can collect the device from my home. However it was not corrected in november as well. I again called up in november and they mentioned that they will correct it.In december i got a bill for 254 rs. I called them up and asked them why i have to pay them as i had paid them extra and they have to refund the money for the period from september 29th to october 7th which is the start of the new billing period. They did not correct it and they kept sending me reminders.In february, i am not sure what they did but they started charging me again for the full month. They again charged me in march as well. Finally i get a letter from their lawyers in july mentioning that i have to pay the mentioned amount or they will file a case against me. I replied back to them to clarify why i need to pay the extra money but they have not got back to me.
