Whenever i called them they have given only excuse sir there is some problem server down, technical problem, engg will visit so many excuse they have but they don't have any solution last 3 months i am surviving...

Tikona team previous one week ago we have registered the complaint 5 times but still not resolve the problem now have face the same problem, whenever we have open the system not connected the your tikona net access.

I have used lots of internet service provide and if I need to choose top on the worst list, Tikona comes first.
I asked to install the internet at my house. the guy visited my house from Tikona, he could not initiate the internet for 3 hours, I had to sit with him on working day in my house. He asked if we can fix it next day.
Next day also I had to sit with him for 3 hours, and he could not start the internet to my house.br...

I am using tikona service with user id [protected] but from 15-20 days I am not able to connect to the network (also from yesterday frequent disconnection) for the same I have also tried to contact customer care a number of times but automatic complaint number is provided and I am not allowed to talk to the customer care.

I am daily calling to customer care and have to wait for hours to talk to any executive. After waiting...

I had taken tikona broadband, after roughly an year o[censored]se and everytime i paid bills intime, i wanted to discontinue my tikona account after my office provided me with the official broadband connection. i sent several emails and contacted the tikona customer care, told them to take back device and close the connection, still fake bills are being sent to me and calls made to me to pay, this is utter nonsense. sometimes they agree to disconnect...

Tikona takes advance amount initially only and this is not reflected in our last bill. i had called to ask and their explanations are unsatisfactory. they refuse to acknowledge our complaints. i changed from my plan of 500 to 650. they still refuse to payback the initial advance of previous plan and are asking for advance of next plan. worst customer care we have to wait about half an hour to get connected. rude people. thoroughly unsatisfied,...

The network connectivity is very poor. i was given with a message that the plan will be restored in 4 hours of the online payment of bill. but still the network speed is not 4 mbps as assured.
Please take immediate action on this. the service from tikona is very poor since the beginning of connection. please act immediately before you loose customers...

I am posting this my complaint fourth time against tikona broadband in just 1 month. i got response for my first complaint then later so, i did not get any response from them. this shows how careless these people are about their customer services and their satisfaction.in response to my first complaint, they sent a same engineer who worked before. and he did the same thing which tikona people are doing from last many...

Installed the tikona device on 6th july. from the same day till today i am raising complaints daily. no effect of my complaint. pathetic customer care. no interaction with user. automatically open a ticket and close it without even asking the customer. paid money in advance for 3 months. they are looting the people. there license should get cancelled....

I bought a broadband internet connection from tikona worth rupees 2950 rupees for 3 month (from 1st june). since day one i made several complaint against connectivity but they are not resolving. even i told them to refund my money if they can't provide service. it's been more than 20 complaint is one and half month. i can't express my problems...

I just want to notice in your mind that we are using your service since last four months and we observed that we can not constant do our works and suffered lots of company works due to the worst Internet services. Even thou whenever we tried to contact your customer care and local office as well, no body has pick the call and replied back.
