(Sub: no services provided by company after installation no engineer visit etc

I am ashish dubey, residing in the above mentioned address. I am writing this letter requesting you to cancel my broadband connection i took this connection last month 26 june and activated by on 29 june. 1st 3days speed was good after that no internet connection available, i tried to follow up with customer care but body pick the phone. (Phone number – [protected]) user id - [protected] which was allotted in my name. I do not want the above services bcz all time network problems henceforth, kindly co operate and process my request.

    This tikona internet service is just like scam, many people are fed up of their service, and this people do not disconnect their services even after 100 of request and also i read on mouth shut.com, they give a prank call of lawyer of legal cases, this tikona internet service should be expose out of their poor service and harassing nature in public media like tweeter, face book etc

      Hi,

      My tikona service id no: [protected] & billing account number:[protected]. I have opted their services around 15th october 2015. But after few days only i was facing issue with the internet connection, which was reported to them. The issue was resolved for some time and afterwards it again started creating problems.

      After all this i called them up many times in november/december 2015 and told them to stop my services which they agreed but didn't stop it. After few days i received a bill on 30.12.2015 from tikona of rs 1219 which i should not have received. Someone told me to drop a mail to stop their services which i did on 07th january 2016, even after sending e-mail after some days my service were deactivated.

      This was not the only thing, i have been tortured mentally by phone calls each day and their executive talking in rude, unethical, inhuman and unprofessional manner. I was even tortured till my limits. Now they have added late fee charges and made the bill as rs. 1819 which is unacceptable, at first place i told them to stop my connection and they sent a bill of 1219 rs and now 1819 rs after late fee. What are they doing to consumers like me.

      Today they have sent a demand notice telling me they will take legal action which is unacceptable when the fault is theirs. Company like these are bogus and doing fraud with consumers like me. Kindly look into the issue and help me.

          I am facing serious problem of network failure, also i am unable to contact customer care. I have called tikona care and have been waiting for 15 mins and still i am not able to contact and my balance has been deducted for that 15 mins.
          And i am facing the problem very often and still not able to connect also i work in night shift so i am not able to go in search of some other options for internet usage.
          Try solving the issue or take away your connection. I cant take it any more.

            Tikona: only service provider which harasses it's customers after they choose to leave. I am shocked now. How the hell is the lawyer same for everyone. I got a call today (16th july 2016 at 10:59 am) from a lady lawyer in delhi. She asked me to deposit money online within 30 mins or visit delhi court. I paid that foolishly immediately to avoid any conflict as i am staying in chennai. Just searched for that lawyer's number online ([protected]) and found all fraud related links. What the hell is tikona management smoking? Is this the way to shell out money??? I have paid my bills till january. Used it just for couple of days with pathetic speed during jan. Still paid my complete bill. Not sure how you guys have guts to call and force me to pay money for data that i never used. I expect a call today from tikona today to clear this. My details are below and you should be able to track me. Transaction id: [protected]tpc[protected] amount: 3000 user id: [protected]. This is a clear case of mental harassment by tikona management. They are faking lawyers and making mockery of india judicial system. Their license should be terminated immediately by trai. Tikona is a disgrace.

            Their connectivity has been pathetic after floods in Chennai. I have raised more than 10+ complaints (confirmed with their call centre employee) and every time asked them to disconnect if they can't fix. Half of December was spent like this. I used internet just twice in the month of Jan, that too when they asked me to check for internet connectivity. I have not even used 1 GB in the month of Jan. Still, I paid full amount to them and asked the person who came to collect money to disconnect it immediately. Even that time I did not file complaint against this fraud organisation. Today I got a call from Delhi and the lady told that she will file a notice on my name in Delhi Court and I will have to report there if I do not pay Rs 3000 in 20 minutes. This is a criminal offence on their part I believe. How can they fake someone as a Delhi High Court lawyer? I want them to be punished severely this time. If you just type this number [protected] in google you can see what this company is upto. They have taken money from me for no reason. I just need my money back. In this way anyone can fake to be a govt. employee, show fear of Judicial system and shell out money from individuals.

              Please resolved my speed issued. I complaint per day for speed problem but my problem was not resolved. Please take an action to resolve my problem shortly. My issue is going on since july.
              I am using tikona service with user id [protected] but from 10-15 days speed is decreased and now my speed is 10 to 12 kbps. After my complaint only 1-2hrs working properly then speed issued again

              I am daily calling to customer care and have to wait for hours to talk to any executive. After waiting for hours he said to me problem was resolved shortly but till now tikona speed is very slow

              My issue is not resolved till now. No engineer has visited the site.

              I am not be able to connect properly from 5-16th july 2016.

              Everyday problem was found from tikona plz solved this issue
              Downloading speed will be 30 to 50 kbps. Plzz solved my problem shortly.
              Solve my login and speed problem fastly. I am not able to connect to internet
              Always facing problem like connection r ok but net is not working this has to be fix sometimes working sometimes not whats with this problem

                Kindly close my connection. I don't want to argue onto this. Please close it.

                Further as per my commitment with one of your tikona employee she will waive-off 50% amount (Reason - connection was most of the time dead and not running on time when it was required due to which i was not able to work from home and loss was/is huge) of the bill cycle 7th june - 7th july but this waive-off is not done. Kindly do waive-off and send me new full and final bill. Also most of the time i don't get even login page and if connected i don't get proper speed. So requesting to waive-off for this month too.

                I will not raise any closing connection request again so please consider this last attempt from my side. I will go for airtel 1899/- plan.

                As per my request you have closed my connection. Good !! there was some other request for waive-off as per commitment of Tikona employee. Why this issue is left behind and not resolved. Kindly waive-off 50% of amount (Last bill) and regenerate/send new bill. I will not be responsible for any late payment charges if this waive-off is not done before due date.

                  I am getting harrassment calls from some people who call themselves as lawyers from delhi high court. I have requested to disconnect and terminate my account then why i am getting bills on my mail? Your representative confirmed termination of my account still you have sent bill of one month after termination.

                  I got this mail:
                  Dear customer - arpit jain.
                  Tikona broadband user id: [protected] registered against your name is terminated.
                  Mentioned below are the outstanding details for your billing account no.[protected]
                  Total amount payable (Without termination penalty): rs. 498.06
                  Total amount payable (With termination penalty): rs. 1998.06
                  On account of service discontinuation due to non-payment, you shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition.In the event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company in 7 days from the date of this email failing which termination penalty charges of rs.1500/- will be levied on your account as per terms & condition mentioned in subscriber registration form.
                  Please call our isp coordinator to return our device.
                  You can contact our authorized representative himanshu makwana at [protected] for returning the modem

                    Hi,
                    I am the customer for tikona for last 2 years, recently i have disconnected my connection on dec, still i am getting calls stating i have to pay the money, i have called to cust care and they said your bill is already generated so you have to pay the amount, i have sent many mail to them including their appeal authority, but no one responded properly, and i got vexed and i called to cust care on jun22 and they said if you pay money of 909 at that day jun22 it is full and final settlement and i have paid the amount, sitll i am getting calls from legalcols stating i have to pay the remaining amount, i have mailed them called to [protected], [protected] but no response.

                      Whenever i called them they have given only excuse sir there is some problem server down, technical problem, engg will visit so many excuse they have but they don't have any solution last 3 months i am surviving

                        I just got a call from the ad. narendra kalar's office saying about any case that is going to filed against me.
                        The person named ad. virendra sharma told me that i have 30 min to make the payment and if not then they will file a case against me.

                        I had made the due payment as i was with my family and they said me to do this payment instead of any case (u know how they get scared by all that).
                        He also said about the cibil and all.
                        I had already filled a case against you in consumer forum no. 699107. and in the appellate department of your office.
                        I am still waiting for your decision from there i will update the case in consumer forum and will file a separate case against this harassment call.

                        You thought I will be casual with this. But, I am taking this all serious and you have to pay too much for this.

                          I have taken a new internet connection with ticona (uid[protected]) on 6/07/2016 by paying rs2600 in advance for 3 months and it was installed and from the day 1 i am facing issue with the network connectivity called customer care for support no action was taken and if taken also they are just giving some temporary solution which again i am facing issue with the network stability connection and even if the its connected i am getting the speed of 40kbps

                          The staff is very irresponsible and they are not at all bothered about customers and reaching customer care is the waste of time and after all they are giving the same response as our technical engineer will come and fix it

                          Technical engineers are coming but even though they are not giving any permanent solution they are closing the complaint saying as that issue was resolved i am fed up with your repeated replies saying ur team is working i am not at all interested in your service if you are not provided with permanent solution with 4mbps speed as promised, i will keep this feedback circulating to all my contacts and even try to

                          I demand point of contact were i can get permanent solution if you are failed to give this solution i want the refund of my money paid

                              I have used lots of internet service provide and if I need to choose top on the worst list, Tikona comes first.
                              I asked to install the internet at my house. the guy visited my house from Tikona, he could not initiate the internet for 3 hours, I had to sit with him on working day in my house. He asked if we can fix it next day.
                              Next day also I had to sit with him for 3 hours, and he could not start the internet to my house.

                              My patience got over and I asked him that I have given you enough chance but you have lost your customer. please remove the internet from my house. I paid him the charge he asked for trying to install the internet at my house and asked him to remove it immediately from my house. Following is the acknowledgement. I have already paid them more then enough without using single second of internet at my house but they keep charging me. I have requested them enough to stop harassing me more but they do it because they don't respect there customers.

                                I am using tikona service with user id [protected] but from 15-20 days I am not able to connect to the network (also from yesterday frequent disconnection) for the same I have also tried to contact customer care a number of times but automatic complaint number is provided and I am not allowed to talk to the customer care.

                                I am daily calling to customer care and have to wait for hours to talk to any executive. After waiting for hours call dropped off without any resolution. This is happening on daily basis. I have also raised disconnection request which is also not taken into consideration. Tikona is the most pathetic service provider I have ever seen.

                                My issue is not resolved till now. No engineer has visited the site.

                                I am not be able to connect from 19-20th June 2016.


                                I have also asked for the waive off but the same is also not provided.

                                Please consider this as urgent as I cannot handle this anymore your pathetic services.

                                Please help to resolve this issue on immediate basis.

                                Why should I pay If I am nor getting the services or else please disconnect my connection at the earliest.

                                  I had taken tikona broadband, after roughly an year o[censored]se and everytime i paid bills intime, i wanted to discontinue my tikona account after my office provided me with the official broadband connection. i sent several emails and contacted the tikona customer care, told them to take back device and close the connection, still fake bills are being sent to me and calls made to me to pay, this is utter nonsense. sometimes they agree to disconnect but then ask where will i want the connection to get transferred to as though the connection is my private responsibility. have written several times, and talked several times to their representative, few of whom were very rude and almost threatening to me to pay the bill which they generated after i stopped using it, moreover tikona connection is a prepaid, you prepay and then use.

                                        This is to request you for register a complaint against tikona broadband service provider that i have subscribed service for a quarter w. e. f.[protected] and after just three days my service has been stopped. i have been trying to contact their technical support since[protected] but as of now i didn't get any solution and i have loosed hope after trying so many time. because all the time they are giving same reply by computerized voice. many time my complaint has been registered by tikona care but still i am seeking for solution.
                                        I have provided them correct email address but even they have registered wrong email id. for the same i requested to correct it by sms him from my registered number [protected], but the same has not been done yet.

                                        I have sent a complaint mail to tikona care by my email id but i got auto reply mail received that this email is not registered to us by which i sent mail to them.

                                        Frequently i called them (aprox. 20 times) to resolve the issue but my complaint is getting registering and solved automatically without any solution.

                                        They are not attending calls till 20-25 minutes even there is no toll free number and we have to incurred std calling expenses from our pocket.

                                        No technician is allotted yet to resolve my issue. because i called to customer care and they given me assurance that you will receive a contact number and name of engineer though sms before two days but still i am waiting but not received yet.

                                        So for i request you to provide me a proper solution from tikona by refund of the amount which i paid to tikona internet service provider after deducting the three day service charges.
