I am facing connectivity issue for last many days, every i try to call customer care number and it goes to ivr system there no one to attend the call i wonder what is the business model of this service provider where no one is available to listen your problem. I feel i made mistake to buy tikona services. And i am thinking of ending my service contract with tikona

    I am a user of the 4mbps, 30gb, rs.750 per month plan of tikona broadband, but for both my last bill payments, my account has not been recharged like it must, immdiately after bill payment. Kindly make sure i get my due 30gb + 30gb = 60gb as soon as possible and that such issues never happen again.

    I have called their customer care number[protected] multiple times only have been kept waiting to no response for minutes until i cut the call myself. Even emails sent to their respective address [protected]@tikona.In has not been fruitful.

      Tikona is asking for bill surcharge for period of 45-60 days which is period from initiation of disconnection request and actual disconnection from their end. There was absolutely no internet usage from my end during this period as per instructions given on call for request for disconnection. I have proof in email for date of request for disconnection. Their executive have confirmed zero usage of internet during this period. Still tikona is not refunding my deposit amount saying i will have to bear the auto generated bills until final disconnection from their end. Even i am getting threading calls from their legal departments... This is ridiculous!!

        I bought trial plan of 3 months with username of jethalal kodvara, registered mobile no - [protected] and after 3 month we send mail for discontinued because we are not extending tikona service.

        But till date from your end not able to disconnect our service. Hence in future we are not paying any bill or payment.


        We mailed for stop our service and we also called 5-6 times and we also mailed for the same 3-4 times from registered mail id & from my personal mail id as well till date you did't stop service any we continuously receiving call for payment and the actually demanding more amount compare to my plan.

        Anyways i will not pay any amount and i am going to complaint in consumer court. See you in court tikona.

          Dear sir / madam
          This is to bring to your notice that i've been using tikona wifi services since past 3 months. Not only they have irregular network but also bad technical support. The executives are not available for assistance over calls and when they are they disconnect the calls before resolvong the problem. Just making sure i'm not paying their current months bill as i'm unhappy with the services and they sent the below msg like 16 times since two days yet their services haven't started.. It's been 5 days and i can't deal with these who claim to have their tower in my society.

            Login page not coming from 7th august 2016 onwards + emailed to customer care raising the same issue on 7th august 2016 + no response after calling customercare, gives auto generated replies that your problem is solved, but nothing gets sorted out + no response from customer care + cannot contact local service providers (Phone not reachable) + wish to disconnect permanently and get refund of the remaining balance

              I am using tikona broadband service at my residence. I pay six months in advance. I paid from Jan to Jun 2016 and had constant pioblems with connectivity. Please go through my numerous and almost daily complaints to your service centre.
              There was a hardware problem and when some hardware was changed on my terrace in April 2016 and since then I have had service. There have been intermittent problems but they were resolved in 24 hrs.
              The best part is that I have never received a bill vide mail or email and my services have been suspended. Your shameless billing department calls at odd hours and expects me to entertain their calls at work which is not possible.
              I live in Surat and your team here rises only for collection of dues.
              Even for my complaint I have been asked to escalate my problem vide mail.
              I want a written apology for the inconvenience that I have been through and compensation for not receiving connectivity inspite of advance payment. My contact no is [protected] and I expect tikona customer service from Mumbai to resolve my issue immediately.

Daily i call to customer care and it didn't get connected and get a service id and after sometime a message come that ur problem is resolved but it is not at resolved.                     My tikona broadband id is -[protected] and my name is ketan patel from new naroda, ahmedabad.

                    I was keep emailing about my internet speed and disconnection of internet.

                    I stopped complaining since one month and they started to torture me by not giving speed now. I attaching image which is showing very low speed 0.39 mbps and plan is 4mbps.

                    Tikona is rubbish company. I request everyone not to buy tikona internet.

                    If you will buy then you have to keep emailing about your problems. If you stop complaining on email then they will stop or decrease your speed of internet. They never solve problem on the phone. So never try to call customer service centre and i dont call anymore.

                    I request tikona to give what speed i have paid money.

                          The story is tikona connection on my address was not working and we were made several complains about it. Meanwhile we were using this handicap connection and after making back to back calls one technical person from tikona came and he checked the connection. "he told that the tikona connection you are using is not actually feasible i. E. There is no solution of the problem if you continue to use it you have to face the problem". He stated that "it is the mistake of one who provided it very first on this location. We politely replied that"the connection is not working approx two months and in the hope that tikona people will fix this issue we were paying the bills of not used connection. Since you are saying it is not feasible, just close this connection from today only." he replied that he will update it to billing and other teams of tikona to close the connection. He didn't close the connection and bill get generated and tikona started calling me every day. I replied back with the same story but they said you have to pay the amount. They filed a case of non-payment in court. I got the call from the his advocate. This is complete harassment. Since we were paying the bills of handicap connection and baring it from the first day in the hope that tikona will fix it soon. As the advocate was threatening me about the consequences so i paid the amount, but i want it back.

                              I have disconnected the connection on June 6 2016 after paying off all the dues, but then also the company raised invoice on me and its showing Rs 500 something due and I get repetative calls from company regarding bill payment.

                              User Id is [protected] and after I have stopped the service they are saying service was stopped a week later and then u have not cleared all your dues, but they disconnect connection only and only when we complete all due payment which i alredy did.

                              I have attached the last bill and last payment advice, bill is for 962 and payment is for 862 because I had a talk with the official on 6th june regarding disconnection and waiver for 100 which was added unnecessarily so the amount to be paid was settled for Rs 862 which I paid next day as I have told him and he disconnected thye connection from 6 june.

                              Kindly help me regarding the calls from company and the false billing.

                              When I have paid i have cleared the dues in full but now also mails are being sent to me almost everyday to pay and the company keep on increasing the dues which are now currently showing at 616 rupees. I have disconnected my account on 6 June but till now I am getting mails and the connection is not cut till now as I get mails that u will be charged at so and so price for per mb etc etc. Kindly disconnect my account and clear those incorrect dues which are raised against me.

                                My tikona id is : [protected], I had taken this connection three months ago. . from past 1 month i am not getting internet connection and now i am getting bill reminder for next month as i have already paid 3 months advance internet bill.Technicians are of worst quality. they dont pick up the calls. they come whenever they want with 15 min prior warning. We cant always leave our office and come home just for this internet repair thing every week.I have called more than 100 times to customer care but not getting any response from their side and during this three month i was able to use tikona connection hardly 15 days...as everytime there was some issue.I am fed up with this connection...Kindly look into the issue.

                                  Raised request for disconnection on 29-Jun-2016.
                                  Bill cycle 26 every month.


                                  1) They only accepted cancellation request after i escalated. It took 3 request to accept cancel request.

                                  2) At the time of cancellation and before cancellation, Tikona executives confirmed me that "post billing cycle if you disconnect, only the days internet used will be billed", so in my case it 3 days i used post bill cycle. however bill is charged for 9 days post bill cycle. 6 days billed unnecessary.

                                  3)As i raised concern now executive(KAMINI NAIR 4373, Mumbai) says reverse, they will not do anything once bill generated. And calls will not be stopped. She is not ready to listen anything, When i say its yoyur executive whoi provided information on billing, She started asking me NAME of EXECUTIVE who told me, " I asked them to check voice recording of calls and go thru requests i raised, But she only keep saying, You have to pay bill It, and calls wont get stopped.
                                  This indicates how is tikona system and their executives.They do not listen.
                                  They do not go back and check even complains and try to solve it. Simply they want money.

                                  Service was not workign for 3 days before connection canceled.
                                  Previous executive says you will get weaver of it in final bill.
                                  Instead of wwaver they put 6 days more charges.

                                  Very POOR experience. Very POOR people. Very bad company Tikona,
                                  Guys do not go for it.if you go You will have to suffer a lot. They simply behaves like machine, do not listen once you ask for cancellation.

                                  VERY BAD SERVICE.

                                  Going lodge police complain if Tikona will not stop unnecessary calls.

                                      You collection team has been calling me and harassing me for payment that i do not owe you. I have clearly requested for termination of my Tikona broadband connection in Gurgaon through an email and phone communication.

                                      I informed them that i am moving out of the city and will not use your services after end of Jan 2016 and made advance payment for usage in month of Jan. I also received a confirmation from Tikona accepting my account termination. However nobody came to collect the wireless router.

                                      After that, i have been receiving monthly bills form Tikona and each month i keep replying to them that i do not owe you any money. Moreover the call center people just don't seem to understand the problem and keep repeating that i need to pay the amount.

                                      Now i am receiving calls from your collection team posing as high court judges pretending to send me a summon for payment of Rs 2000.

                                      I have already filed a complaint against Tikona for trying to extort money out of me even when i have ceased to use your services. I have also complained against Tikona employees impersonating as judicial officers to threaten its customers.

                                      I would like a written assurance fro your company that this nuisance stops immediately. I want written document stating i have cleared all my bills. I have all the written email evidence to show that i have requested you a number of times to terminate the connection, but you keep sending me e-bills each month.

                                      Almost all consumer complaint forums have a similar story on Tikona and i now believe that this has become a business model for your company to harass and threaten people to pay up money for services they are no longer using. This needs to stop or your brand will be soon reduced to a petty scam.

                                        As i am getting disconnection of my internet connection at regular bases and i use to call daily for this then they are solving the problem but they takes long time and like this i'm wasting my precious time by caling customer care number and some times they re not picking my call and put me in que and if they will picthey will hold for long time
