I am highly disappointed, feelling mentally harrased from Tikona Team

Tikona guys are worst service providers, insane people with no mind, can not understand what customer service is.

I have terminated my service/relations with tikona 4 months back, and Tikona people are sending me bills and harassing me by calls, SMSes for my Bill Payment for no usage.
I have already disconnected my Tikona connetction by reporting for disconnection from customer care and Tikona support staff in Indore. But the frustrating part is that they are not terminating my connection and sending me bills. Why should I pay them.

If timely action from Tikona is not taken, your company will be in soup!

I have clearly unsubcribed(Terminated) to Tiokana services through the customer care of tikona 4 months back.

Since than every day i am getting the calls from tikona, do'nt know for what reason, in every call i told to disconnect my services many times but again the next day I get call in which I say same thing but they ask for payment.

I have already mailed them on Thu, Jun 9, 2016 at 2:07 to all tikona id available on its website, but than also no response on that mail, infact they are saying that termination request is under process but you have to pay bills.

I have told in 20-30 calls clearly that I do not want tikona services or any contact from tikona team, i have cleared all my dues/payable/bills with Tikona.

Tikona team is mentally harassing me by calling me again and again to know the techincal issue i am facing, which i am not. I just do not want your services any more I have cleared all my dues'.

But i got a call from Tikona that i have Rs500 surplus with Tikona, so i can use that amount. But i discarded the option as i do not want to have any relation or services with tikona. Than also you guys started my services without my consent. I have also called your people in 'Indore Tikona Team' to cancel my connection and take your device. Than also your team have done nothing. I have told Tikona team in 20-30 calls that kindly disconnect my services, but rather you sent me a bill Rs467.86 due on 10/06/16. This is the last warning i am giving you guys, i do not want your services, i have already told many time please disconnect my services as i am not using you services. You guys are pathetic and doing fraud with customers, if timely action is not taken from Tikona, than you guys will have to face the music!

The issue is still not being resolved! Tikona is fraud, big time time who harasses the people

The issue remains same, why should i pay for the bills as i have not opted for your services. I have already cancelled my connection, but Tikona have started my connection without my consent. I have not applied for connection. So why i am being harassed by Tikona for paying the bills for the services i have not used. Kindly cancel my bill, kindly stop cheating people and stop doing frauds and harassment of customers.

It's my earnest request to Indian government to ban this fraud service provider, as i am being mentally harassed by Tikona for false bills payments. I have complained more than 40 times since 6 months, but the issue is still not solved. Its a shame on the company management as they are making fool of Indian customers and its laws based on the pathetic harassment which i and thousands of Tikona Customers have faced. Proof is the long complaints list against Tikona on this and so many other websites - " With the same complaint, forcefully bit terminating the connection or harassing the customers". If this issue is not being resolved in coming week, than i will launch a social media campaign highlighting the harassment done by tikona to customers based on real Tikona fraud cases!

    I had opted for tikona internet connection on 22nd may' 2016. engineer and sales person who came for installation on 22nd may 2016, told me that after couple of hours, i just have to reset password by ordering otp and internet connection will start. this password reset page never worked for me as it always threw some error. even after multiple follow-ups with engineer and sales person, my internet connection never started. they kept on telling me that issue with password reset page will get resolved but it never worked. i wrote three emails to [protected]@tikona.in but no one replied. finally on 30th may' 2016 (on 8th day after installation) i called up customer care and asked for disconnection & complete refund. i was told that refund of internet plan will be given by tikona in 15 days which is on 15th june' 2016 (complaint no 1-[protected]).

    I didn't received refund even after 15th june and so i called up customer care on 17th june 2016. to my surprise, my request was not even started for processing even after 18 days. bijo from customer care assured me that i will receive cheque from tikona by 20th june' 2016.

    Multiple times i asked for escalation matrix; but no one told me how to escalate issues.

    After that i made multiple calls to customer care and everyone gave me new date.

    I have written 3 mails to [protected]@tikona.in. no one bothered to reply.

    Even today (6th july), customer care is giving me new dates for refund and in fact it looks like ny complain has not been imitated for processing.

    I am completely frustrated with the service given to me by tikona especially related to refund. their network never worked for me, people never responded, emails were never answered, customer care never cared for me and appellate not even bothered to acknowledge the mail!

    I want my money back.

    Its been 50 days I paid money to you. Without giving copy-pasted replies like above, can you tell me, by when I will receive my money? I have mentioned to your billing dept that I want interest on this amount because its your mistake that you could not provide me the internet and its been long time now that you haven't paid me back my money. Also, I have spent at least Rs 400 calling your staff and customer care. I also want that money.

    BTW, I had written mail to your CEO (Mr Bajpai) a week back; but I cannot see any progress on my complaint.

    Don't reply saying you are working on my complaint, its been 50 days now !

    I WANT MY MONEY (WITH INTEREST AND EXPENSES FOR CALLS I MADE) BACK.

      It's not even been a week i took this tikona connection and as per my plan i'm suppose to get 4 mbps
      But it doesn't even give 1 mbps
      And many times in a day internet suddenly stops working without any hardware problem! I'm facing this problem from last 2-3 days! Please resolve it as soon as possible because i need internet 24X7.

        I have installed Tikona before 10 or twelve days... nd took a plan of 50gb data... bt now... all the gb's r finished nd my speed is exhausted by uh ppl... how can be is this possible... how can we use 50 gb in just 10 dayz... uh ppl disappoint us very much... m gonna uninstall it very soon becoz uh ppl r very fake... nd evn giving the speed of 4mbps as uh promised... still exhausted the speed... very fake promises uh made... do not play wid the money o[censored]r costumers plz..

          My user id is [protected] and regstd.name is souvik datta .From 18 to 21st may 2016 and from 4th to 8 th june 2016 there was no internet connection. Its too slow although as per scheme we had applied for 4mbps speed and got 1.2mbps and dat too many a times d connection did not stay for too long.
          From 4th june we had no internet connection and u send d technician Govindo mullick on 8th june and connection lasted from 2:00 to 8:30p.m. My complaint number is 1-[protected]. Again we had to made a complaint and d technician Rishi Ghosh was send on 10th june but still internet did not come so he said dat dis tym it will be a area manager visit so d vry next day another technician Atish patra was sent ..internet came around 12p.m which lasted till 3p.m. Again d same thing happened again we made a call and dey all said internet will come it came around 6p.m .Again in d morning dere was no connection again we made a call and dey all assured dat my problm will be resolved and internet came around 11:00a.m but d connections did not last and speed should be 4mbps but we r got 1.19 mbps download speed.
          Internet speed is fluctuated very much ranging from 500KBps to 5 KBps. Sometimes d message is showing host destination unreachable.After few days area manager Subhro visited and said dat the tower is not all feasible.From 24/06/2016 dere is no connection at all so when we called d customer care dey said dat dey can't do anything and dey cant refund any money(installation money i.e Rs 500/- + the advance money Rs 862.50/-). This is really ridiculous we r paying Rs 862.50 for 4 mbps speed and till date ie .5/07/2016 no action have been taken. Please do take action.The following screenshot is attached.Please do d needful asap.

            Dear all do not even think of taking tikona connection as internet provider. They do not provide service forget about proper service but ask for money like shameless. My connection is not working from last 10 days but even after multiple calls to customer care and service engineers no body bothered to come. They call themselves as service provider instead of service takers. Because tikona people have no idea about what a service should be. Sick behaviour of engineer who are not even qualified to talk properly. The customer are people are the fake most one who can lie as their habit. Spontaneous fakeness they can provide. They are cheater and fake. They lost thousands of connections from different users still they are such a shameless sick and illiterate people that they don't understand the importance of money and customer. They will loose their entire business because of their behaviour. All the best losers.

              On 3rd july, 2016, a sales executive named ranjan kumar came to our house, installed the receiver and took the subscription amount of rs.2158.
              He said that as soon as we receive the payment confirmation by sms and mail, we shall send : otp userid to a given number. we did the same, and received an sms in reply saying, "thank you. your request has been received".
              So as per the sales executive's instruction, we logged on to 1.254.254.254, opened the login page and tried to "reset password".
              But on clicking on "reset password", the following message shows up:
              "please contact your service engineer for the feasibility of your connection". "
              Thus, we don't have internet working yet, even though we have received the payment confirmation. the person 'ranjan kumar' isn't picking up the phone and there is no internet connectivity since the installation.
              He even didnot give us the demo, which you mention in your website!
              Resolve the issue as fast as possible, or we will take serious steps. the receipt is enclosed as attachment.

                I have taken this connection in the beginning of april'16. It worked fine for the first 2-3 weeks. Then all of a sudden i am not able to connect to the internet using the router, after multiple attempts of getting fixed over a period of one month nothing got fixed. (I have got my router get checked up and it was working fine, i got my laptop formatted even then i'm unable to connect to the wifi)
                So i called up the guy who installed this connection and during the installation he said it is one of the best and there will be hardly any complaint. So he came to see the scene and not he bought a new d link router to check and note that my laptop is still unable to recognize the wifi signal (The very same laptop i use everywhere to connect to internet, office or any other public places and it perfectly recognizes the every other wifi). He connected his mobile and made some timepass and installed quite a few applications and updated all the existing ones and once done. He gave up saying he doesn't have any clue what is wrong. He assured me that after he got the device installed in my house in april, he had installed 2 more new connections in the very same building and i am the only one who is facing the issue. So i have asked him to leave and called up call center to escalate. These guys are another bunch of. After all these mental torture still i was taking very patiently with these guys and these guys were shouting on me. So i talked to a level 2 executive, according to him there is something wrong with the roof top device and when asked how could it be a problem with the rooftop device when the other 2 connections in the same building were working fine. He said the other 2 connections were also having issues. I was already pissed off by then so i asked him to disconnect the service and refund the balance amount, he tried to convince me for the next 20 minutes or so and said he would send an expert engineer to fix the issue by the next day morning and if it is not then he would refund. So the next day the engineer did come and said he fixed the roof top device (Please note that this was the 2nd or 3rd time they claimed that the rooftop device has been fixed or replaced). However he was still unable to fix the router issue/configuration. He said he will get an expert the next day to get this fixed as it came as a high escalation and priority. Three weeks passed no one turned up to fix it.
                Now i was completely mentally drained by these guys so i called up the call center again and the executive said there is some packet data loss and the rooftop device is not working. I was completely mad and asked him to transfer the call to the level 2 executive. I was on hold for 20 to 25 minutes even though the ivr system kept on saying that the time to connect the call would be 1 minute. So i started talking to this, i had to tell him what has happened till now and then asked him to disconnect the service and refund. Now note that i am still trying to talk very patiently and this again tried to convince me not to cancel the service and that he would send his expert engineer to resolve the issue for which i did not agree as this was the third or fourth time someone promised the same and nothing happened so after nearly around 40 minutes he trying to convince me not cancel and i trying to cancel the service, i was fed up and said "boss! Will you cancel the service or not?"
                Guess what his reply was? He has cut the call.
                So if i have to call again to the call center i have to go through all this process again. I have now requested to terminate the services even though it is a loss for me.

You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later.                   I am having frequent disconnections and speed issues since 24th June. I have emailed many times and called many times. 2 Engineer visits are arranged but my complaints are getting marked as closed without solving problem.
                  Here is latest screenshot as a proof.
                  This speed issue and disconnections are frequent and NOT continuous so technicians are just closing each complaints by just checking connection once and hence I had to lodge so many complaints so many emails for same issue.

                    I mailed to tikona customer care for disconnecting my broadband on 14th december 2016 after struggling for 4 year and they processed my mail on 28th december.
                    In between they generated bill too and telling me to pay it. when i didn’t use the connection why i should pay the bill??
                    Now i am getting threatening calls from number [protected] & [protected].
                    I already paid all the bills for 4 years and complained a hell lot of time for speed & connection problem, but tikona didn’t care for this at all.
                    Now because of this threatening call my family is getting disturbed now. this is not correct at all.
                    You cannot harass any one like this.
                    Now they are telling you have to come to high court.
                    This is now heights... is it possible to put harassment case against it?

                      I have taken Tikona connection at my home on 19june 2016.internet service working good and speed also good.
                      but my complain is against tikona person who install my connection at my home.
                      i was buy router (TP link 150 mbps) rs.1050 by him.but after 5 day router is not working.i call him .he ask me contact to tp link router service site.i was also visit tp link router service site at Sativali vasai east.
                      but i was sock when tp link router service person ask me this router is republished router and also without serial number and warranty. when i call tikona preson again he not receive my call right now.i trust tikona person and buy routre with him but he cheated me.
                      now i purchase 1 new router (TP link300 mbps) just rs.1150 local shop.

                      so pls anyone not buy router by Tikona installation person.and also request to Tikona digital service pls pls don't allow to sell router your installation person.

                        I am using LAN connection. I am not able to connect to internet. It is showing unidentified network.
                        When i call customer care only telepromter speaks, I am not able to conatct customer care executive. Kindly do the needful. My internet is off since 2 days.
                        Connection gets lost frequently. When in morning I start the adaptor it does not connect. I have done resetting adaptor, switched off-on adaptor, every time it doesn't work and I have to do it frequently. Kindly look into the same. and resolve.

                        Thank you for reverting. Engineer has come and catered for the query. But for mean time problem was resolved, still I am not able to connect to internet. Please get the complete solution. I am not able to talk to tikona customer care executive also. Only teleprompter message plays whenever I called. Kindly help.                           This is the complain no. I make on 1-[protected]. - 30/06/2016 for connectivity problem & not get any solution.

                          Since last 40 days, I was too much bothered by tikona company, there was a problem in my internet connectivity & I had lodge around a dozen mail to Tikona & called around 30 - 35 times, but they always make false commitment & even their technical team in Indore was not able to solve my problem.

                          I was a regular customer of tikona but from last 40 days I am having too much problem of connectivity, for that I had complained many times but my complaint not resolved, so i decided to quit the connection, when I wrote a mail in that context then their representatives making commitment of solving problem in 48 hrs, 72hrs, their 3 - 4 technical engineers visit my home & all declare that there is no any problem from my end, so i make a decision to wind up connection, but after that their team sending me a bill for June - 16, I denied to pay that bill, after a long discussion with their representative the conclusion was as follows.

                          "This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail

                          after that their customer care representative call me by saying that this was old tarrif, if you pay INR1150/-(inclusive of ST) then you can get a 60GB 4 MBPS Connection speed, with life time usage.

                              I requested tikonaa detailed bill of my usage. i paid the bill till october and also asked to reduce the bill plan but in november i got a bill of 2000 and every month they are adding rs 100 as a late payment fee. i asked to disconnect the connection via mails, calls but they continued charging the amount. several times i told the customer care executives to send me the detailed bill of my usage. every time they said, we will send it to you and hanged up. i dropped few mails asking the same but no reply. for the entire month there was a problem with the connection. every another day i have to call the customer care and asked them to resolve but they could not resolve it permanently but kept charging.
                              And after few days they started giving me legal threatening. someone called (number [protected]) and said he is an advocate from delhi high court and i have only half an hour to decide whether i want to fight the case or pay the bills. i explained him the same that i want the detail explanation of my bill. and if i find everything ok, i am ready to pay but he did not listen. and he also said police will come to your door with arrest warrant. he asked me to pay an amount of rs 3300. when i asked how come rs 3300? he said rs 2500 is your bill and rs 800 is the charged to withdraw the case. if i did not filed any case then why should i pay the amount to withdraw it??
                              I again dropped a mail to customer care but no reply. yesterday they have sent a notice from some advocate in mumbai stating the dues of 2500 and their legal actions. i am receiving calls every alternate week and harassing me.
                              I dont know what is stopping tikona to provide me the detailed bill. i even did not deny the payment but i will only pay when i will find the bill according to the usage and no of days they have provided the connection without any glitch.

                              Now the another call, from Adv Rajiv Gupta, Phone Number, [protected], repeating the same lines about Delhi court, case register in half an hour.

                              Tikona guys please look into the issue. I am fed up with your service.
                              I already sent a mail to your team on 3rd July. Replying to it your executive sent me the same bill without any waiver and no justification/explanation of the bill.
                              And on top of it, the executive was being rude and harsh while speaking.
                              I also posted a comment in forum.tikona.in but could not find it now. I think it has been deleted from there.
                              If you want I will send the mail again but please provide me the solution. Your team is harassing me a lot daily. Calling from different number and threatening me.
                              If your team is working than why I am not getting reply of my mail from them.
                              And again I started getting the harassment call from Advocate Manish Pandey, Phone No - [protected], repeating the same. I dont want these calls again. Please ask your team to stop the non-sense. I am really fed up with these things.

                              Please let me know how long you will take to settle the matter.

                                This is my personal advice for all users please don't use tikona internet service as they all are fake they charge me wrong amount .Today they make a call from advocate hand that tikona is filling a compalint in court for the amount 1455.You have to pay otherwise legal action is taken .The person who call me send me their number and told me that pay the amount then message me successful recept message.when i pay and called him they were not receving my call after making so many calls a girl pick up the phone and said me that she is the asst. of advocate and arrange call back after 2 mins but2 hour pass away no call. and when i call they said their is meeting. I think some tikona person called me and charge me the amount and know they are not taking my call...
                                I m planing to take some action against tikona team.
                                My personal advice to other users please d'not choose tikona they all are fake and their service is too bad...

                                  I had made several contact to you customer care executive and they are not responding and resolved my issue.
                                  Naveen came to install a internet connection to my home and got RS.2920 from me.. he said there is no feasible in my home so i go to the office and activate my connection but unfortunately he went to his native.. more than 4 days he had not activated the internet connection.. and there was an issue so he had deposited 2820 to my account.
                                  And then i had received call from naveen to pay the payment of 2920 but i had paid 2820 via net banking and rest of the amount i asked naveen to pay.. but unfortunately he had not paid the amount of RS.100

                                  Note: RS.2920 is the plan for 3month free internet with 50GB for each month..

                                  so as per the plan i should not get the bill for 3rd month but i got billing.

                                  and i explained to your customer care officers and senior executive 'Shilpa'.

                                  I had spent Rs.300 to resolve this problem but yet it was not.

                                  and also i had requested to disconnect my internet connection..

                                  many times i'm getting call from tikona to pay the bill amount RS.703 and i asked to transfer the call the custromer care and explain the issues but they will disconnect the call before resolving the problem..

                                  Note: please consider this as my request to resolve the problem since i'm not going to pay the billed amount.. and disconnect my internet connection.. since i'm not getting proper internet connection you can check my internet usage for your reference... i hope i will get proper response from your side..

                                      Guys my log id is [protected]. I purchased the tikona broadband connection on 24.06.2016 and since then i have been trying to configure my wifi router. I have been calling their customer support team on 1800 and 022 both numbers which are toll free and chargeable. However, their customer support is horriiiible. The worst thing is i cant speak to their customer support team, as their ivr system pathetiiiiic. Guys i have decided to discontinue this connection post completion of 3 months, as i have paid 3 months rental in advance. Their internet connection is speed is average. However, no one will be there when you need any sort of help as in technical support and wifi router configuration. I feel i wasted my rs.1381.00/-. Its a humble request not to go for this connection, else when you require any clarification or billing or tech support you will cry, as they have the worst customer support centre.

                                      Please note that once I connected to the internet, I dont get an option to log out the connection as a result I face problem when I re login. Secondly I am still unable to connect on my mobile phone through wifi router. You will need to send your engineer at my home to check whats wrong has been happening.

                                        This us bhupender my id is [protected] from july 29 2016 i am not able to connect the internet. Everyday i talked with technical team the told that problem will resolve in 8 hours but now 5 days passed but the issue remains same. I will not pay any single penny. I want only one thing stop my services. This is the worst company. They don't know how to support a customer.
