Hi

I have been facing the whole world of latency with your service

I mean i can complain but how many times i should be doing that...is that the only job i got

The person comes and fixes and as soon as he steps out of door the problem starts again

We are literally cursing ourselves for having gone for your service.

I want this problem to be fixed and to be fixed once...

I, Arpit Shah raising this complain for Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd regarding fraud and pathetic Broadband services.
Let me explain in details. On 11/06/2016 I had called Tikona customer care and ask them to raise complain regarding Internet speed as surfing and downloading speed was too slow even though I have 4Mbps plan. I was facing this issue from last 3 weeks (actually from last 6-8 months)....

The internet service is not consistent at all time of the day. Often the the internet is not accessible though every thing is connected. I even filed a complaint to the company but it took me to half an hour to reach someone who can file my complaint and after that also the employee was rude, unwilling to help. Its been 4 days now and the net is still not working properly....

I am currently using Tikona broadband service from the past 1 year and in this 1 year I gave almost 200 complaints and I haven't received any proper response from them.Even if I ask for disconnection they are not disconnecting the service. Executives are calling daily and forcing me to use the service and I don't want to use their service.PLease disconnect the service from my home. My dear friends, Never ever go with Tikona Connection in your life. They are the worst connection and customer support. I have paid 2000Rs for unused service.

I was using the connection for 2 months and i raised the complaints to disconnect the connection. Stupid customer people didn't log the complaint to disconnect the connection. I am getting bill in email every month. I have replied to the email to disconnect the connection....

Its been almost a year since we got a connection but its been absolutely disappointing. Like many others Tikona only is keen on getting the business but after sales technical support is just too bad.

The connection is erratic and half the times does not work, there are technical glitches often, which take long to resolve and the customer is left helpless...

I have never come across such shabby service. I got the internet installed last week and it worked only for 2 days. Despite numerous calls NO ONE has come to check it. The service man and the engineer who came to install my connection also made excuses when I asked them to install my router. The whole company feels like a group of scamsters who cheat the public.
