I need to close my broadband connection with tikona as it seldom works. I tried to put the request for the same but they always disconnect my phone after saying that they are diverting my call to the concerned department. I have also emailed them but i need this connection closed. My online request number is 1-[protected].

Please do know that i have already paid for this month's cycle and i need this connection closed before the next cycle start, that is 25th of the month. I will not be paying the company any money if they do not close this connection.

    II've raised complaint with customer care more than 20 days back to resolve my Internet broadband connection .I purchased this in 21st May 2016 and paid 3 months advance rent alalong with the router charges. Just after after few days net connection keep troubling me alot. After fed up all this when I haven't got a single call from customer care dept.dept . I wrote mail to nodal officer mail I'D ..not even once .Sent a mail to nodal officer 4 times I have all chain mail in records. Even till now nodal officer revert to my single which I've sent on 3rd June. How unprofessional he is .from customer services dept ti nodal officer no one is there to resolve my issue even after they charge me huge amount in advance against the services. .I want your intervention in this issue .Please help me to come out of this Harrasement

      I have used tikona service almost an year. During my initial 3-4 months I was happy with the service. The problem started after that where I never used it properly due to frequent disruption in service with disconnections. The technical team was unable to resolve it for couple of days again it used to work for a day or two and then the connection use to be in trouble. This made me sick actually and I gave chance to tikona for atleast 5 months and then I gave up.

      Even I didn't asked for waiver for the poor service. Still for the last 20 days which I never used tikona levied me a bill of 1070. AFTER that some legal notice.
      THIS REALLY MAKES ME THINK HOW SICK YOUR COMPANY CAN BE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. Still the story does not ends here I paid the amount and even after that there is a notice in my mailbox to return the modem. I am disinterested with stupid machine which didn't worked properly and for that I paid Rs.5000 for 6 months for nothing. Tikona previously gave a number of concerned person and it never worked to coordinate for modem thing. After all this things I need my money back with interest.

        I have discontinued tikona service as per my customer care call on 15 Dec 2015.
        I have paid bill of period 26 Nov 2015 to 25 Dec 2015.
        Please refund my money for 10 days which i have not used which is approx 200 rupees.
        Still i have been harassed for payment of bill, till date, increased by 100 every month, which is unethical.
        i have received fake calls from lawyers saying pay bill within 1 hour or you will be summoned in civil court.
        totally unethical company. should be banned by the telecom ministry.

          Hi,

          My Tikona ID is # [protected] .

          Almost a year back I have closed the tikona internet connection, by calling their customer care number . I had paid my full and final bill at that time and closed the account. Their customer care person also confirmed me that there is no dues pending with me and my account is closed successfully.

          But after that also I was continuously receiving bills every month with fever amounts and asking me to pay.

          I had called their customer care number many times but I received only automated calls saying they will call me in 48 hours, but no one called me.

          Today ( 16-June-2016 ), my wife had received one call from [protected] by saying they are calling from Delhi civil court, and they spoke very rudely and used abuse words and said that I need to pay the bill amount, ( for which I have never used after disconnection) and threatened her badly.

          Few days back 2 goons have come to my home, when I was not there, and said they were from Tikona, they never had ID card or any ID proofs, and threatened my wife.

          After using their internet service for few months, after dissatisfaction I have disconnected their service by paying full and final settlements.

          Please take necessary action, against them. They are violating the law and making cheap money in this way by cheating the customers.

          Even if the customers disconnect the service, they generate the false bills and threaten the customer and making money.

          Need to take severe action against this company, this seems to be fraud company.

            My user ID is [protected].
            To start with, I want to confess that tikona is one of the worst n most fraudulent service providers. I started using the service from around mid July 2015. Used it for about 3 months, I.e. till mid October 2015, paid the corresponding period's bill and requested to discontinue it thereafter. However, it was kept on hold for further 2 months upto mid Dec 2015 and then I again asked to discontinue it, but it wasn't done even then. At that time the custmr care executive simply told me that my service will be discontinued without informing me about sending a mail to confirm discontinuation to the email id [protected]@tikona.in. Also, my email id was incorrectly fed into my profile info by the tecnician who filled up my personal info form, even though I provided him the correct id. Then after 6 months, in around sec week of June 2016, I received a call from an advocate from Delhi informing me about company's complaint of my non payment of dues for the past six months. Upon enquiry, I came to knw that my connctn was smply deactivated bt my service wasn't discontinued. My frequent calls to customer care regarding discontinuing my service and for the change of my registered email have all been unanswered and disconnected from company's side automatically in the past few days.

            I came to know that I had been imposed a penalty of rs858.48 due to the irresponsibility of company's customer care executive. Also, the 300rs waiver given to me of rs 858.48, I.e. The penalty amount corresponding to the last six mnths (Jan - June 2016), has not been applied yet even after paying the waived amount of rs559 within the waiver's validity period, which was only for the date 11th June 2016. Again, this waiver was also provided by the company's own customer care executive when I called customer care for the first time on 11th June 2016.

            So now, as it seems that the company is not interested at all in responding to my mails and to resolve my problem, I hereby conclude that I won't be paying a single rupee henforth for the company's irresponsibly managed fraudulent service.

            I want my service to be discontinued completely without any further penalty being generated, as I wont be paying any henceforth. I also beseech the company to collect their device frm my home asap.

              As per Area manager tower is out of range now. but when i started service executive told me if signal is below 2 MBPS tikona will refund double amount. ervery time i complaint for no connection they never told me the fact. now continuously i am complainin for non availability of connection from 15 April no reponse. end of this the made bill of INR 700+ and Tower is out of range.

                  I was using tikona broadband and before end of subscription, i asked tikona executive to close connection. Already i was facing connectivity issues and made complaint for too many times. Still poor tikona customer support services never reacted positively and took additional month's just to close service. Afterwards unnecessarily i am getting so called legal calls. As it was all tikona service fault, i am not going to pay single rupee and expect to stop such calls before i take further action against tikona.

                    I, siddharth upadhyay raising this complain for tikona digital networks pvt. Ltd regarding fraud and pathetic broadband services (At indore).
                    Since last 3 weeks (After shifting in new location) i had called many time to tikona customer care and ask them to raise complain regarding internet speed as surfing and downloading speed was too slow. They have raised service request number[protected]Only one time they have given me complaint number) on 06/06/2016. Even i contact to their mumbai office 4 time[protected]. Every time they said there is some technical issue in your area and not only you but many customer facing this issue.
                    My question is if many of customer facing this problem, still you are not able to resolve this, it means you are bluffing your customer.

                      Hello .. i have shifted to the new house ...in new house the connection was unstable and i have given request to tikona in 5th of june that disconnect my network and i got another connection from another company.. but still tikona not disconnected and i didn't use from 6th of june..and they re calling me and ask for bill pyment..its really big cheating! please disconnect my network..

                        I am very disappointed with your customer service, I had requested for device shifting on 6th june but no one came from your end to reinstall at the new place, almost i have spoken to 15 times with different different executives every time they are saying sir today we will get it done today definitely we will get it done, but till now i haven't received any call or confirmation. its really harrasing me a lot, I am very genuine customer and using the tikon almost since 2 year.

                        there is a guy by the name ankit pandey ( [protected] ) provided by tikona customer care, we are trying to contact him from 7th of june but he is not picking up call at all. i am very fade up with whole team, even i am feeling shameful that how you guys are working, and how you all are handling too broad circle, you guys don't deserve to play with customers feeling and there harrasment.

                        Dear sir now i am planning to get new connection of world space, they are much batter then you,
                        forget about the net speed and all if your service is not good then no buddy will come to your place to buy.
                        If my issue will not clear by tm so i am gonna take very strict action.

                          I am a p santhosh kumar, 25 5th main 5th cross dwaraka nagar, bangalore. Disconnected the connection on 24 mar 16 through online customer
                          We have stopped charging you rentals for the service from 5/5/2016. You will be charged upto your bill cycle date or upto your request date or upto your last usage date whichever is later. If you wish to use the service anytime, you can do so. You would be charged 5paise/mb (Excluding tax)@ a speed of 4mbps only when you actually use the service.
                          We have closed your request number 1-[protected] for your tikona user id.
                          Again i complained to close my billing cycle from 24 mar 16. They accepted and given the id number of complaint.

                          Till now there is complaint on the same.

                          Abijeet of customer care on 13 jun 16 confirmed that you will get refund and will you should not pay the amount.

                          As you have stopped from 24 mar 16.
                          There is no coordination between the wings


                          But legal department is saying you have to pay the bill.

                            I've installed tikona network a couple of months back. I hardly used 50MB data as I was in no way satisfied. 2 months ago I got a call from Delhi court stating I have to pay 4000+ rupees as a bill amount. Which I paid even though I never put it into usage and immediately got the connection removed. Today(13.06.2016) I yet again got a call from Delhi court saying i have to pay an amount of 11000. I never used the connection and I can't put up with this anymore. How can a company charge a customer even after removing the entire connection? This is the worst customer support ever. The speed is pathetic. The system to log into the network is so very useless. And even after getting rid of the connection I am facing problems. I am all set to put this up in all blogs.

                              I, Arpit Shah raising this complain for Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd regarding fraud and pathetic Broadband services.
                              Let me explain in details. On 11/06/2016 I had called Tikona customer care and ask them to raise complain regarding Internet speed as surfing and downloading speed was too slow even though I have 4Mbps plan. I was facing this issue from last 3 weeks (actually from last 6-8 months). They have raised Service request number 1-[protected] and assigned it to their engineer. On 12/06/2016 their engineer had visited my place and after checking he said following things:
                              1) Wi-Fi router for my connection is fixed at wrong place
                              2) My house is far away from their (Tikona’s) server. I.e. more than 500m hence I am facing speed issue due to weak connection
                              3) I have to raise request to close my connection as my house is not feasible from their server.
                              Now on the same day I had called Tikona customer care to close my connection but I had wasted almost 40 mins time to reach to their customer care executive. Then finally I got chance to speak with their customer care executive but without taking my request he was arguing with me and he had disconnected the call.
                              Again on 13/06/2016 I called Tikona customer care but still they didn’t took my request to close my connection. So I have dropped email to [protected]@tikona.in.
                              In past (19/03/2016) due to same speed issue I had disconnected my connection (Service request number : 1-[protected]) but due misguidance from their customer care executive I was wasting my money hence I have again activated the same (Service request number : 1-[protected]).
                              If required I will provide further information.

                              Hi Team,

                              I am not finding proper justification from Tikona. As while selling connection in month of July 2015 why they have not checked feasibility and after 1 year they are saying that my Place is not feasible. You can ask them to check records for last 1 year that how many times I have registered call regarding Speed / Connectivity etc... but after 1 year they are saying that my place is not feasible hence I am getting weak connection.

                              With in this 1 year I suffered a lot and wasted much amount of time in calling & discussion with Tikona Customer care executive.

                              If while buying they had said that my place is not feasible then I would have bought another another service providers connection, hence I would like to request for compensation from Tikona.

                                The internet service is not consistent at all time of the day. Often the the internet is not accessible though every thing is connected. I even filed a complaint to the company but it took me to half an hour to reach someone who can file my complaint and after that also the employee was rude, unwilling to help. Its been 4 days now and the net is still not working properly.

                                  I am currently using Tikona broadband service from the past 1 year and in this 1 year I gave almost 200 complaints and I haven't received any proper response from them.Even if I ask for disconnection they are not disconnecting the service. Executives are calling daily and forcing me to use the service and I don't want to use their service.PLease disconnect the service from my home. I don't want to face any issues with tikona internet.

                                    I am waiting for my refund from january-18-2016, and regarding this i have sent so many mail, but till now i have not receive any response. I had given request for disconnection of my tikona Account UID- [protected] and for refund. This is my final mail to tikona after that i will not send any mail, please disconnect my connection and refund my money. Aslo, stop sending bill, which i am getting every month, after giving request for disconnection also. Here is a proof of my previous mail.

                                    I had given a request for disconnection of my tikona broadband on 18.01.2016. As discussed with tikona care executive, they said within 2 days they will disconnect and I will get conformation call. After two days they called and asked problem…but finally as per my request they told they will disconnect it. After some time when I called for information they said we have not disconnect your service but we have stoped your rental and for refund you will get call. Today one lady called me from tikona, and when I asked she told your rental has not stopen, now she will forward my request for rental stop. I was shocked, because I taught if tikona has said means they have stop, but I was wrong.

                                    Please disconnect my tikona broadband permanently.

                                      My dear friends, Never ever go with Tikona Connection in your life. They are the worst connection and customer support. I have paid 2000Rs for unused service.

                                      I was using the connection for 2 months and i raised the complaints to disconnect the connection. Stupid customer people didn't log the complaint to disconnect the connection. I am getting bill in email every month. I have replied to the email to disconnect the connection. But no response from Tikona. Worst Customer Support.

                                      After few months they are taking legal action through court for non used broadband services. I have paid 2000 Rs to stop the legal action. They are sending the bills every month. Customer support is worst and no response. Whenever you called, they will say will call back in 2days. But you won't get any response.

                                      So it's my humble request. Don't select Tikona Connection for you internet service. You will get same experience what I have now.

                                      Yes i totally agree with really it is bad network and as well as his employee..
                                      When i got new connection, tikona given me 3 months service but after 1 month i am getting bill and said you discount would be cover next month but every month i paid the service and still didn't provide me 3 months really tikona employees are fraud.
                                      Please guys let me know, how to complain against tikona network coz i have proof his recording...

                                        Its been almost a year since we got a connection but its been absolutely disappointing. Like many others Tikona only is keen on getting the business but after sales technical support is just too bad.

                                        The connection is erratic and half the times does not work, there are technical glitches often, which take long to resolve and the customer is left helpless...
                                        The customer care also is poor and they hardly have any good answers to give other than just blaming it on the technical team.

                                        I would be moving soon if all this does not get resolved. I hope the management can help all this.
