No solution, always provide same answer from last 2 month, we are looking, we will callback but i have received no solution and no call back
I don't understand how can you harass a customer, my request was simple
1. do a full and final settlement of my billing, adjust the non usage amount (due to technical issue of tikona side).
2. do terminate my connection and recover your device.
But always instead of provide the solution, you always say we are looking the issue and same thing you are repeating from past 2 month

Regarding the tikona internet ([protected])
Issue#1 (wrong disconnection date)
My disconnection request was sent on 4-june-2016 with request id :-1-[protected]
And further around 10 mail reminder mail was sent.
Why you are referring disconnecting date as 14 june 2016 and billing for entire cycle from 8 june to 7 july 2016
It should be from 4-june-2016 with request id:-[protected]
Issue#2 (wrong demand of outstanding bill 1177 rs)
For what you are demanding this amount, did you provided any service to me, it was more than 2 month you fail to resolve the technical issue
And every time i was assured by your customer care we will not charge you both incase your technical problem resolve or not and it was not solved for more than 2 month
The problem is from your side you failed to provide me the service despite of multiple complaint, if you are not providing any service then what is point of demanding the money.
Issue#3 (why you are not cancelling my connection)
I have place the termination request, i don't want to continue further
Why you have suspended the account, please terminate the connection and take your device.
You are following unethical practice i don't know in future also you start demanding the money for your device
