I had disconnected my internet connection long back and had talk multiple time to customer care about billing issue.

Last year aug/sep before 7th (i still remember this because of 100 time of explanation), i had called customer care for disconnecting my internet because i was shifting to other location where i was getting internet for free, after disconnection i did not had any dues.

Your bloody customer try to convince on continuation of service,
No commonsense they have, how can i use yr service abroad on which your senior dept as well as customer ask to continue.

Broadband connection issues

I have been using Tikona for 3 months. It works sometimes and rest of the time remains stop. Multiple complains are raised but there is no permanent solution.
It is very hard to reach Customer Care executives. Lines are continuously busy and for hours we need to listen to IVT tunes after that it gets disconnected eventually. I have recorded these experiences.
Now I want to get it disconnected but not able to connect to customer...

On 7 july i got a bill for 1500 rs. and i called them to please take away the connection but they still not taking it and are spamming me to pay the bills....

My issue is going on since January.
I am promised a speed of 4Mbps and I got their highest plan to ensure this.
But they neglected me as a returning customer. Everytime, anytime the speed hardly stays for 30 min.. Re:wrong disconnect date & unethical money demand

No solution, always provide same answer from last 2 month, we are looking, we will callback but i have received no solution and no call back

I don't understand how can you harass a customer, my request was simple
1. do a full and final settlement of my billing, adjust the non usage amount (due to technical issue of tikona side).
2. do terminate my connection and recover your device.

Tikona generated wrong bill, device removed without intimation/notice

I have already stopped my bill in few months back and i have stopped using tikona connection.
In june month, one of customer care representative called me and advise me to use connection. For that tikona has provided me 10 gb of data at no cost at the speed of existing plan. I have re-confirmed with customer care that this data is totally free of cost and i did not have to pay any single rupee upto 10 gb for one month.

Network issue & chitted company

This broadband company tikona is cheating customers only as i am using the services in a month only 10 to 12 days and other all days their network always dont work.

Poor internet speed and connectivity

Everyday after 7.30 p. M my tikona internet broadband is either not connecting or the speed is very low (Download speed 10 kbps), the next day morning it works fine..
