Hi all,

I am posting this my complaint fourth time against tikona broadband in just 1 month. i got response for my first complaint then later so, i did not get any response from them. this shows how careless these people are about their customer services and their satisfaction.in response to my first complaint, they sent a same engineer who worked before. and he did the same thing which tikona people are doing from last many years to make the people fool. he showed me the some connectivity and speed at that time and next day, there was the same thing (no connectivity, no speed). engineer told me to call him if there is any further problem. but later they do not pick the call or make their cell phones switch off for sometime. i do not have any regret with these people because this is how they are running their business. please tikona guys if you are reading this, i want to tell you i do not want your services anymore and take your connection back and refund my money. and please do not reply by saying that you will be sending your technician to look into it because now i do not have patience to see them again. and one suggestion for you people, do not sell tikona by telling lies. my plan is 500 rs, 2 mbps speed, 10 gb download and he charged me rs.1750 and said by paying this amount, you need not to pay anything for next 3 months.

    Installed the tikona device on 6th july. from the same day till today i am raising complaints daily. no effect of my complaint. pathetic customer care. no interaction with user. automatically open a ticket and close it without even asking the customer. paid money in advance for 3 months. they are looting the people. there license should get cancelled.

    I want refund or waiver of my days wasted without internet. I installed your device on 6th but actually i got the service to use on 13th july.
    So either extend my 3 months subscription period or refund the money.
    I have dropped a mail yesterday to tikona customer care.

      Hi team,
      I used tikona internet services in 2015. My user id is [protected]. And billing account id is[protected]. But i got transferred from bangalore to hyderabad on dec10. So i called tikona customer care on dec 9th and asked them to disconnect my connection. Since my billing date is 7th of every month and my service is pay and use. So till dec 7th whatever i used i paid the same.
      Then from 7th januray onwards i got mail from tikona billing team asking me to pay around 1000 rupees. Then i called customer care and asked them about the details. They informed me that it is technical error from their side and they are going to raise the request for the same. Since then every month i got email from them to pay the money. Every time i called them and they informed me the same thing. Recently i received legal notice from tikona team. The same day i called them and asked about the same. They told there is a problem with their end and don't bother about that. Today i received a call from tikona legal team informing that they are going to file a case against me. Today i called customer care again and they are asking me to pay the amount and they are informing that i used their internet services through out december. From dec 11th i am in hyderabad. I informed the same thing to them. They are not in a position to listen to my words. Please look into this issue and suggest me the needful.
      I am requesting you to wave this amount from their side since i didn't used any of their services on the dates they are mentioning.

        I have taken an internet conncetion from tikona . i asked them to put it on hold on 15th nov 2016, but they didn't do that and i got the bill for whole month then same thin in december when i asked them to disconnect the connection they didn't do that and sent me bill for whole month many times i complaint them in writting even verbally but these guys don't reply to my email till now and every month they put panelty on that and send to me in mail but do not reply to my query . I am very fed up of all this please help me.


        i have all mail sent to them and haven't got reply for single one

        why don't you reply in written, I have not received any call from tikona and please don't call reply in written.
        But i have got a call from [protected] this number who was threating me like tikona has filled case under section 420 in patiyala court.
        For your information i have raised complaint against this in consumer forum hope you will get notice soon.
        please check all mail communication by me on account number [protected]
        you can check mails, in those mails i have mentioned my alternate number also.
        because I have sent more then 15 mail at-least now I can expect you to read all mails

          Tikona broadband employee name sandeep told me about the plan of 2500 for three months and he told me that i did need to pay anything extra except modem/router but after a month i am getting a message of payment bill of rs.264. after that i called to custmorecare of tikona broad band service and the told me that they will work on my complaint and will take action on that employee but nothing happened with it. even that guy told me that he will do fitting of wireing and he said he will come next day of installation but he didnt come. i called him many time but he give excuses always and now his number is off. i request you take action on this otherwise this kind of employee will create image down of this company.

            Hello sir,
            My name is vivek thakur and registered no with tikona is [protected].

            I bought a broadband internet connection from tikona worth rupees 2950 rupees for 3 month (from 1st june). since day one i made several complaint against connectivity but they are not resolving. even i told them to refund my money if they can't provide service. it's been more than 20 complaint is one and half month. i can't express my problems in words.

            I am feeling cheated from them. please help me.

              I just want to notice in your mind that we are using your service since last four months and we observed that we can not constant do our works and suffered lots of company works due to the worst Internet services.                 My name is amit kumar singh, as i got the tikona connection on 10/7/2016, but i am facing the problem that i am not getting the internet properly, everytime the internet keeps dropping. I ahve complaint to the tikona customer care plenty of times, but they have not fixed my issue yet, everytime they use to give fake promises, they said that the technician will visit my home within 2hrs and fix my problem. But no one came. I complaint on 11th july, and till now no one came and fix my problem. The customer service team is very irritating, they dont know how to talk properly. And they never gave me satisfactory resolution. When i asked them to refund me my money back, then they said they cant refund the money. It seems i have paid money to a fraud company (Tikona) who is not giving me the service. They just make the people fool for money sake,

                To be frank your Tikona team is not working at all, you guys are just fooling me around daily, kindly check my call recordings, or else if you want i send send you the recordings, your customer service team and your technical service team is disgusting, they never gave me permanent or proper solution, from past 4 days your team is promising me that they will send me a technical, but no one came. i know you tikona guys are completely fraud and fake, i have never seen a 420 (thief) like you guys. you guys have wasted my time and money a lot. So its better you refund me my full money back, as i am facing the problem of internet from the day i got your service. i am unsatisfied with your service. If you guys dont refund me my full money, them i am gonna file a legal complaint against your company from court, as i have got all the proofs which states clearly that you just cheated me for money sake and never gave me the service.
                Hi.

                You can check my call recordings and timings at your place, that how many times i have called you in order to get my issue resolved, i am facing problem everyday, and from 8 days i am calling to the customer care, but i never got a permanent solution from your end. I have requested for a technician visit also, but no one came, every time i got fake promises and commitments from your end that the technician will visit my place within 24hrs e.t.c. But no one came.
                You guys are just fooling me around, now i am completely frustrated and irritated by your service and promises. So its better you guys refund me my full money back, i dont want your service any more.

                  I was a customer of tikona internet service. My customer id is ([protected]). I have used tikona for 3 month and i found service of tikona very bad. I stop using that service, then in march 2016 i received a call from delhi civil court by mobile no-[protected] and she informed me that i have to pay 1877 rs extending bill to tikona. I have paid that amount on 21 march 2016 and i send a confirmation mail to tikona about it and i got a call from tikona about cancellation of my account.

                  Again i am getting new call for paying again the extending bill. I got frustrated about it and completely annoying by tikona legal dept.
                  I made call to tikona customer care several time but got no response.

                  Now a person by name aman from delhi civil court calling me everyday by no ([protected]) and try to threaten me by putting case against me.

                      I had disconnected my internet connection long back and had talk multiple time to customer care about billing issue.

                      Last year aug/sep before 7th (i still remember this because of 100 time of explanation), i had called customer care for disconnecting my internet because i was shifting to other location where i was getting internet for free, after disconnection i did not had any dues.
                      From next month after disconnection i started getting sms regarding bill, i called customer care and i was assured not to worry about this,
                      This continued till november and finally after explaining more than 100 time customer-cares did not get it and one weird guy called and started threatening me for payment,
                      Next day i got a call again from tikona and he asked me for re-staring the connection and i was assured that tikona will not charge any previous bill amounts since i was not using it.
                      Finally i re-stated the connection 19th dec 2015 and i was assured by surabhi agrawal (customer supper executive), no previous amount has to be paid, when i asked for out-sending - she told it will be soon cleared.
                      30 mins after starting the connection internet stopped, when i asked the customer care ex. he told that since the out-sending is more than it should be that's why connection has stopped, i[censored] pay half of the out-sending (~>760) then it will be started automatically and the amount what u are paying will deducted from next month bill, because it was more than actual plan (500).
                      Next month i got bill everything added which was more than ever expected.
                      Finally according to me what the actual payment had to be done, it did that and rest i left because it was tikona's fault.
                      Since then i have been talking to customer care related this issue and explained several time but nothing really happened.
                      So if there is anyone who would like to sort out this issue it would be a great help

                        Requested many time from email and mobile, to disconnect service as i am moving abroad,

                        Your bloody customer try to convince on continuation of service,
                        No commonsense they have, how can i use yr service abroad on which your senior dept as well as customer ask to continue.

                        They do not accept request for cancellation. They just stop service and keep charging as they want.

                        After calling 10 times they took request, lets see what happens.

                        Billing cycle : 26-jun-2016
                        Weaver for 3 days : 18, 19, 20 - jun-2016

                        In final settlement they did not consider weaver and charged 5ps/mb for[protected] jun-2016.

                        Making fool to customer.

                        They are mafia, nonsense at time of cancellation.

                          I have been using Tikona for 3 months. It works sometimes and rest of the time remains stop. Multiple complains are raised but there is no permanent solution.
                          It is very hard to reach Customer Care executives. Lines are continuously busy and for hours we need to listen to IVT tunes after that it gets disconnected eventually. I have recorded these experiences.
                          Now I want to get it disconnected but not able to connect to customer care representatives. I have sent mails to get it disconnected with immediate effect but no response from TIkona end.

                            I requested Tikona to disconnect my network 2 days befor billing date so i can avoid paying advance money for the next month. They said they will look into the matter and no one responded to me. On 7 july i got a bill for 1500 rs. and i called them to please take away the connection but they still not taking it and are spamming me to pay the bills.

                              I was not getting internet. Even after repeated complaint also it was not getting rectified.
                              Mail set for cancellation on 1/7/16. They are not cancelling connection. This month also i have got bill of last complete month. I am getting repeated call for bill payment.
                              They are just generating bill even though i am not using internet and not cancelling even though i have given written mail for cancellation.

                              I am not able to recieve internet connection properly and the customer care team is not at all responding to my complaints even though i am paying my bill in time and the customer care team is disconnecting my call from 2 days.

                                  My issue is going on since January.
                                  I am promised a speed of 4Mbps and I got their highest plan to ensure this.
                                  But they neglected me as a returning customer. Everytime, anytime the speed hardly stays for 30 min.. I need to start rebooting my PC, adapter etc. Because of this and several other forum suggestions I got a router, a Mac computer to check if it was my computer as an issue.. again same problem.. the connection gives up in 30 min. I have called many many times and wrote them mails after mails, but Everytime I get only same response.. my issue is resolved and ticket is closed. It went beyond harassment and I demanded a manager to call, guess what.. they still closed the ticket despite sending reminders after reminders.
                                  All I need is to have the company uphold the promise and give stable internet connection. I am now moved to a different organization and requires me to take online classes, as a result of this my career is getting spoilt as my home internet is not reliable.

                                  I am appalled by the internet speed - right from the moment someone read my complaint.. Jul 11.. One week has gone by and its seem to be a walk in a park so far. I know i will soon be writing to u.. I am sure you guys are doing speed deceleration from back end.. Lets see how it goes.

                                    No solution, always provide same answer from last 2 month, we are looking, we will callback but i have received no solution and no call back

                                    I don't understand how can you harass a customer, my request was simple
                                    1. do a full and final settlement of my billing, adjust the non usage amount (due to technical issue of tikona side).
                                    2. do terminate my connection and recover your device.
                                    But always instead of provide the solution, you always say we are looking the issue and same thing you are repeating from past 2 month

                                    Regarding the tikona internet ([protected])

                                    Issue#1 (wrong disconnection date)
                                    My disconnection request was sent on 4-june-2016 with request id :-1-[protected]
                                    And further around 10 mail reminder mail was sent.
                                    Why you are referring disconnecting date as 14 june 2016 and billing for entire cycle from 8 june to 7 july 2016
                                    It should be from 4-june-2016 with request id:-[protected]

                                    Issue#2 (wrong demand of outstanding bill 1177 rs)
                                    For what you are demanding this amount, did you provided any service to me, it was more than 2 month you fail to resolve the technical issue
                                    And every time i was assured by your customer care we will not charge you both incase your technical problem resolve or not and it was not solved for more than 2 month
                                    The problem is from your side you failed to provide me the service despite of multiple complaint, if you are not providing any service then what is point of demanding the money.

                                    Issue#3 (why you are not cancelling my connection)
                                    I have place the termination request, i don't want to continue further
                                    Why you have suspended the account, please terminate the connection and take your device.
                                    You are following unethical practice i don't know in future also you start demanding the money for your device

                                    It now more than 2.5 month of mental harassment but no soln till date

                                      I have raised a request for my number change. since my previous is blocked so i raised a request. request was raised on thursday by mail for which a call should come on friday (within 24 hrs.) but it did not come. then i raised a request on friday afternoon by calling customer care and explaining them the issue. a request was registered. a call came on sunday around 4:30 pm but i was not in my room so they told that they will again call around 10 am on monday. i was waiting for the call in my room but it did not come. from friday to monday i had called customer care many time and each time they assured me that a call will come in one day or after 2 hrs. or after half an hour or after few minutes. but it did not come. this brought me to a conclusion that, i will never go for tikona. also, i will never ever tell anyone to go for tikona. tikona service is very poor.

                                        I have already stopped my bill in few months back and i have stopped using tikona connection.
                                        In june month, one of customer care representative called me and advise me to use connection. For that tikona has provided me 10 gb of data at no cost at the speed of existing plan. I have re-confirmed with customer care that this data is totally free of cost and i did not have to pay any single rupee upto 10 gb for one month.

                                        Secondly, tikona technical person has taken off device from my terrace without any notice or intimation whereas i was already using
                                        Connection (10gb foc). It is ridicules. You should at least confirm about connection.

                                        Still tikona has raised bill o[censored]sage for which i am not liable to pay. There is some confusion from tikona end and wrongly bill generated.

                                        Tikona is such irresponsible customer care, they haven't replied me on email since 5 days. This is how they treat their customer.

                                        My name is vidhya kumawat . and i m from jiapur Rajasthan .

                                        And i m not using your tikona servies from last 6 month .

                                        because the starting period to tikona my net connection did not work properly .

                                        It lost the connection . and i already complained to company .

                                        But not get any responce by tikona . Not only you solve my trouble but you send me the bill also .

                                        The bill amount is 1422 . and i also pay this bill amount on 5 -9-2016 .

                                        But when i pay my bill amount u again send me the bill panding bill amount 372 rupee.

                                        This is not fair to your costmor . Again i saying that pls disconnect my account.
