I have been using Tikona for quite some months and I have seen some or the other way additional charges are being applied, so I wanted to get rid of the service.
Here is the detailed information:
I wanted the service in june so i was told there is a 6 month plan and installation would be free and would be given some GB for each month. If it is getting exceeded the internet would become slow but would deduct any charges.
Thus I paid Rs: 3400 on jun 13th (for 6 months jun, july, aug, sep, oct, nov---assuming installation is free)
Now i need to just pay Rs: 500 for december month which i paid, but i got a bill saying i have to pay another 500Rs for installation.
To get rid of everything I paid Rs:1070 on jan 10th month as per the bill it showed in my account.
I sent an email to them to close the account on Feb 12th and to send a person to sort out the issues. This happened only after couple of calls.They sent a person and he collected some amount which I dont even remember now, but he said nothing would be charged hereon and account would be closed. So i disconnected everything and stopped using the internet.
I got couple of calls saying to use the service and they will waive off everything which I ignored.
Every month from march to until now they have been charging 100RS, though I said to close my account in many calls and nothing happened.
Now i get messages and emails to me which is a very big torture saying I have Rs:423 outstanding.
complete trouble and harassment by TIKONA to an innocent girl.
