I am associated with tikona last 1.5 years, and my internet is not working from 01/10/2015 to 30/10/2015, i had call more than 70 times only insurance within 8 or 12 hours solve the problem, after that i give the mail please disconnect the service unfortunately not disconnect the connection, after over due only disconnect the connection. today 20.06.2016 call [protected], she told me please pay Amount Rs 1655 other wise we will file complain...

Tikona closing the connection

I was using tikona connection for about 2 year.
Now due to personal reason, i was wishing to close the account.
since Apr-2016 i was not using tikona connection.
But till now representative from Tikona did not gave proper process to close the account.
i really fed-up with the tikona respresentatives, when i ask question, without any intimation, they are cutting the calls and it happened many times....

Net speed

Your damn net speed goes very low every day and every month between 6pm - 12am at the time where people normally use net. Plan i've taken is 4mbps plan but i get 50-110kbps speed at that time. I've complained about it many times but you haven't still rectified it. I'm so irritated about your damn low net speed at evening times, next time it happens i won't pay you full bill for your poor service....

Hi There,

Tikona is really very bad internet service provider. Most of the times internet not works. I recently shifted to place where airtel is not available previously I was using airtel from last three years but never had an issue regarding internet breakdown and it's 10 days only and I totally fedup from this scrap tikona company. I will never recommend this scrap company to anyone.

Data speed not as promised

Tikona promised me a speed of 512kbps after fup, but it never reaches a speed above 360kbps. When I call customer support, they give a fake reason there are fluctuations in the speed. But my task manager on Windows 10 shows that the speed fluctuates between 350 and 360 kbps only. It used to show 500kbps to 512kbps for the first 9 months. When complained to customer care the reply was always that the link is down the connection would be back soon. Mental harrasment

Bill even after disconnection

Hello looters,

You people are fraud. Tikona is a cheat company.

I asked to disconnect my services through an email on 10April 2016 as I was moving out. After that I got a call from tikona customer care and they started giving me several offers which I said no to.
I firmly said I don't want connection anymore and pls disconnect it. After that customer care lady said okay, your connection will be closed...

Frequent disconnections with poor technical service

I have used tikona service almost an year. During my initial 3-4 months I was happy with the service. The problem started after that where I never used it properly due to frequent disruption in service with disconnections. The technical team was unable to resolve it for couple of days again it used to work for a day or two and then the connection use to be in trouble. This made me sick actually and I gave chance to tikona for atleast 5 months...

Tower is out of range but need to pay bill
