Please note that the 4MBps billing plan was deliberately started for my A/C without my consent.
I had made no such request for this plan to be started as I was extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with Tikona's service.
I had cleared the outstanding bill amount previous to this and had disconnected my router since I wasn't using the same.
Now Tikona has raised a spurious bill and is levying late payment charges for the same. They are constantly harassing me and my family members daily demanding payment for this.

    I had a tikona broadband conection in indore from 4 months (From 1-feb-2016).

    My experience with tikona internet is worst. Every time when i connect tikona internet to my computer, it show me a message "authentication failed reason [login failed, you cannot start a session on this network]" and when i call to tikona customer care (Maharashtra) executive says you are already login. But i am not login actually.

    When i go to complaint they tell me this problem is not occur from company side, another user have access your account simultaneously (Parallel login).

    I want to solution of this problem as soon as possible.

      I want to disconnect my connection so i have called to customer care senior person but they (Amol from mumbai talked @ 10.15 pm today) have not informed me a proper solution. Each time they are asking me a reason and after listening it they are disconnecting my call without intimation. So it gives me a lot of mental stress. From joining tikona service i have wasted my precious 30 hrs on customer care call. Your service is a worst service faced by me in my entire life. So how i can refer my friend or anyone to buy your inter net service?

        Hi team,

        My tikona broadband user id is :[protected] customer name: munibabu p bill account no:[protected]

        I had so many connectivity issues with the service. Issues were not resolved after so many complaints and i had opted for discontinuing the service.

        Last logged on date: 14th dec-2015.
        Placed request to disconnect on : 20th dec-2015

        I had to pay around 800/- at that time. But even after placing disconnection request on 20th dec, bill for the next month (Billing cycle is dec-25 to jan-25) is generated..

        I don't know why bill is generated for dec-jan cycle also even after service is dis-continued and i had not connected

        Have done so many follow-ups after that to correct the bill so that i can pay the original amount of 800/-. Have sent so many emails and raised several requests by calling tikona customer care but no action was taken from them.

        A person who said he is a lawyer from delhi court called me (On 21st june) and asked to pay the amount with in 30 mins otherwise legal action will be taken. I paid the total bill of rs.2140/-

        I feel cheated as the bill was wrong and they are threatening to take legal action though it's their wrongdoing from their end

          Respected sir/madam,

          This is in regards to unethical billing practices of tikona services, bangalore. I had requested for service disconnection from tikona on 11/8/2015 as i was shifting to a different location. After informing them multiple times on customer care and sending them an email about the disconnection, they are refusing to disconnect and sending me invoices despite the fact that i had not been using it. I had also received calls from tikona customer care and they were relentlessly harassing me to continue with their connection even though i had clearly told them about disconnecting the services. There had been multiple instances where service provider had been unable to provide internet connection for days together. Although i had paid the final outstanding amount of rs 299.5 which i received from them, they are still sending me monthly invoices unecessarily. I have been harassed by some call from a lawyer for payment of fake bills amounts and threatened to file a case. My cancellation request number was 1-[protected] for tikona user id: [protected].

            Hi, i got tikona broadband connection on 8th july 15 with user id-[protected] also paid 3 months advanced rental rs. 2280.In september itself i requested to terminate the connection but they always tried to convince me to continue the service but i was no longer interested in the most unreliable broadband tikona and that time i had moved into other means to use internet. So, i stopped using the tikona broadband by september 2015 itself. But tikona has either intention to cheat or fool the customer and just delayed it and was never understanding the real problem, seems customer care people are all dumb people.

            Now few days back tikona advocate called and threatened to forward the issue to megistrate on court in few min, so i paid rs. 2005 compulsively which is not genuine.

            How can such company cheat the customer in such ways, tikona has cheated me few years back also with their misleading engineer.

            Kindly take action on this fraud and get my money back. It was not my fault that tikona did not terminate connection on time after request.

            One mor thing, when i was not using the broadband at all, it showed some consumption of data. It may be a tactics to cheat the customer.

                I am associated with tikona last 1.5 years, and my internet is not working from 01/10/2015 to 30/10/2015, i had call more than 70 times only insurance within 8 or 12 hours solve the problem, after that i give the mail please disconnect the service unfortunately not disconnect the connection, after over due only disconnect the connection. today 20.06.2016 call [protected], she told me please pay Amount Rs 1655 other wise we will file complain in court and i have your PAN card no if not pay than your CIBIL credit will be poor like that accordingly i had pay amount .
                My question
                1. Due to internet i had loss more than 50000 who will pay.( Share Market)
                2. Why only insure connection will be shot out with in 8 and 12 Hours.
                3. I need money Rs 50000 + 50000 mentally harassment + 1000 internet connection which is not used.

                  I was using tikona connection for about 2 year.
                  Now due to personal reason, i was wishing to close the account.
                  since Apr-2016 i was not using tikona connection.
                  But till now representative from Tikona did not gave proper process to close the account.
                  i really fed-up with the tikona respresentatives, when i ask question, without any intimation, they are cutting the calls and it happened many times.

                    Hi,

                    I used tikona internet in in 2014-15 and in august 2015 i asked to terminate my account since i was moving to another location. I formally sent the mail and i informed to their customer care number also (I have proof). But this company didn't close my account instead they put my account on hold (Which wasn't informed to me). So after september i started to receive billing mails for which i replied them through mails as well as i called their customer care and asked them to close my account. Still they don't want to close my account. I do not understand why a company is not willing to close an account if the customer asked for it.

                    And the issue is they are now asking me to pay the bills for all these months for which i didn't use single byte of data. I am fully frustrated with this mails and now i started to get harassment phone calls. This is the worst kind of service any one can ever expect from a telecom company.

                    Whenever i called their customer care number they won't answer but the call will be connected so i ended up wasting my time.

                      Your damn net speed goes very low every day and every month between 6pm - 12am at the time where people normally use net. Plan i've taken is 4mbps plan but i get 50-110kbps speed at that time. I've complained about it many times but you haven't still rectified it. I'm so irritated about your damn low net speed at evening times, next time it happens i won't pay you full bill for your poor service.

                        Hello,

                        I have been using Tikona for quite some months and I have seen some or the other way additional charges are being applied, so I wanted to get rid of the service.

                        Here is the detailed information:

                        I wanted the service in june so i was told there is a 6 month plan and installation would be free and would be given some GB for each month. If it is getting exceeded the internet would become slow but would deduct any charges.

                        Thus I paid Rs: 3400 on jun 13th (for 6 months jun, july, aug, sep, oct, nov---assuming installation is free)

                        Now i need to just pay Rs: 500 for december month which i paid, but i got a bill saying i have to pay another 500Rs for installation.

                        To get rid of everything I paid Rs:1070 on jan 10th month as per the bill it showed in my account.

                        I sent an email to them to close the account on Feb 12th and to send a person to sort out the issues. This happened only after couple of calls.They sent a person and he collected some amount which I dont even remember now, but he said nothing would be charged hereon and account would be closed. So i disconnected everything and stopped using the internet.

                        I got couple of calls saying to use the service and they will waive off everything which I ignored.

                        Every month from march to until now they have been charging 100RS, though I said to close my account in many calls and nothing happened.

                        Now i get messages and emails to me which is a very big torture saying I have Rs:423 outstanding.

                        complete trouble and harassment by TIKONA to an innocent girl.

                          Hi There,

                          Tikona is really very bad internet service provider. Most of the times internet not works. I recently shifted to place where airtel is not available previously I was using airtel from last three years but never had an issue regarding internet breakdown and it's 10 days only and I totally fedup from this scrap tikona company. I will never recommend this scrap company to anyone.

                            Tikona promised me a speed of 512kbps after fup, but it never reaches a speed above 360kbps. When I call customer support, they give a fake reason there are fluctuations in the speed. But my task manager on Windows 10 shows that the speed fluctuates between 350 and 360 kbps only. It used to show 500kbps to 512kbps for the first 9 months. So how can a speed drop without they setting the speed after fup bellow promised. They do so so that I will buy their speed boost packages which start at Rs 100

                              Hi,

                              Sub: tikona broadband what a worst service (User id: [protected])
                              I have been trying to reach tikona guys on the customer care number since last 1 hour, which went on with too much pain to connect though.

                              Since i took the tikona connection my network is getting disconnected frequently without any reason. Now the issue is with the speed, though i have added the speed voucher, i am not able to migrate to higher speed nor my actual speed (512 kbps). It is simply ~200 kbps.

                              The technical support guys are simply transferring the call to department to another, which is pathetic response. Please act on it seriously if you can.

                                I have taken Tikona 4MBPS plan and paid 3 months advance. Post first 15 days the internet was seldom even 1 Mbps. When complained to customer care the reply was always that the link is down the connection would be back soon. Soon in few days the connection totally started disconnecting not even tikona login page was loading. Now when I call the customer care they don't answer my call. An E-mail for deactivation is followed by numerous calls for support but nothing is done for improving the connection. When I called the customer care and they finally picked up they answered that my speed has been brought down to 512 Kbps due to usage limit but my speed is not even 10 Kbps.

                                  Reposting my earlier complaint as no action is taken on this yet.

                                  Still speed after 9 pm is terrible.

                                  Current speed
                                  Download : 0.20 mbps
                                  Upload : 0.60 mbps

                                  The above speed is self explainatory.

                                  Tikona is not at all serious about their complaints. Now i feel they are intentionally not providing speed / connectivity to save data.

                                  I have launched a complaint few days back with complaint id 1- [protected]. But no one is looking into this. After 2 days again i lauched the complaint wih id 1-[protected]. Which is also not looked after.

                                  I have taken 4 mbps plan and i am not even able to surf internet. They are providing speed of hardly 0.4mbps. You can imagine how they are cheating their customers.

                                  The reason is they are giving this connection from a transmitter which is fitted in near by society named ambanagri society dhanori. This has got limited bandwidth. Hence only 6 to 7 conection can me taken from there. But greedy tikona has increased the customer base without increasing the bandwidth. This is the main reason for fluctuation.

                                  I have launched lot of complaints with respect to this speed fluctuations. They do someting for 2 days to increase the speed and after that again the issue remains same. It is very clear they are doing it intentionally.

                                  Hope posting this complaint in this site will help me with a permanent solution to this. I am fed up of tikona customer care. They are hopeless.

                                  Till now it is unresolved. Speed last night was

                                  Download: 0.4 Mbps

                                  One of Tikona Engineer visited on 19th June afternoon, tried his luck for 2 hrs. After that he also gave up saying the speed is very slow and he is not able understand the issue.

                                  While going he said that his Area Manager will come and resolve it on 20th June. Today is 21st June and till now no action has been taken on this.

                                  Have never come across any such service provider. Hopeless Tikona !
                                  Still no action taken on this yet. One of Tijona engineer called today and said it is not the problem from my end. It is because of heavy load on Server during peak hours. He said he will raise some NOC complaint and get it resolved at the earliest.

                                  But nothing is done so far. Its 8 PM and again speed has droped drastically.

                                    I have used the services for more then a year it was working fine, last year i was quite pissed off, because of the kind of service tikona was providing me, after endless calls and several technician visits i decided to discontinue the services as it was not even opening the home page. In September 2015 i requested for disconnection. i have the ref no and the name of every employee i talked too. they never disconnected my tikona service, infact they they keep on adding additional bills. Now some advocate is calling me for the payment for the service which i refused to use..yours collection department are abusive and threatening on calls. They are calling my family members for the payment.. it is very disappointing that Tikona is loosing customers. I asked my 3 friends to discontinue their services wh0 were using tikona.. and Now will definitely launch an FIR.

                                      Hello looters,

                                      You people are fraud. Tikona is a cheat company.

                                      I asked to disconnect my services through an email on 10April 2016 as I was moving out. After that I got a call from tikona customer care and they started giving me several offers which I said no to.
                                      I firmly said I don't want connection anymore and pls disconnect it. After that customer care lady said okay, your connection will be closed on 26April and advanced amount paid by you at time of installation will be settled in that period of time.

                                      After that I dint receive any call or message from Tikona. But to my surprise I received bill for next month period too.

                                      Tikona customer care executive started Calling and harassing me. I explained everything above to them but they are dumb enough to not understand.

                                      They say WiFi is still used at your place. I want to ask if I requested to disconnect how WiFi is still being used? How someone can use I internet when even user id doesn't exist.

                                      And if someone using it that completely and totally your fault.

                                      You guys need to stop harassing me else I am going in consumer court. Focus on improving company's service performance and hire some educated staff rather than looting people.

                                      I read reviews of tikona and turns out it is a fixed pattern of company to loot people once they opt to disconnect ur horrible services.

                                        Like every I m getting lots of problems in my internet service soo I always called Tikona like every day they always put me on hold like 30 mins and some times one hour or more then that one night I when I was not getting my login page so I called tikona and told there person whole thing but like always he said that he can't help me on that they actually never help they also say same stuff each and everyday so I ask him to transfer this call to his senior so after a while conversation when I beg him not when I told him when I start begging then he transfer that call to his senior and I had a talk with his senior MR.PATIL and told him everything again from the start and he takes my lots of time bit when I did tell him every thing hr told me that he will send senior engineer to my house to check that problem (as i already get lots of time false promises from tikona team ) so I ask that person many times. That the person that they are sending me is that a senior engineer or not I ask him three times that thing but he still say that he is a senior engineer every time so I tell him that if he will not be a senior engineer then I will gonna get 4month free service from there side he still tell me that only senior engineer will gonna visit then I said okay and disconnected the call and wait for there senior engineer to come but when he came he is an engineer I know that cuz he visited my house many times and i ask him for his post and he told me that he is just an engineer not a senior engineer and I also asked he on that same day he still give me that same answer soo as Tikona person's. Promise I want my 4month free service from there side but they are not giving it to me I told them lots of time about this conversation and I also mailed. Them but there is not revert from there side and they are keep sending me email and text messages for suspension of my account if I didn't pay them.for there service but why should I. I want my free internet for there wrong information that there person gives. To me they are keep calling me and giving me lots of stress and sending me lots of annoying text and emails that I really don't want I told them.lots of times that to not sending me but still they are sending me. TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM COZ I M SOO IN STRESS CUZ OF THEM PLEASE TELL SOMETHING TO THEM AND SOLVE MY PROBLEMS I WANT MY 4MONTHS FREE SERVICE FROM THERE SIDE
