My customer ID is - [protected]. In the initial days(2-3 days) speed was good but after that started facing connectivity issue.
I tried connecting with your advance technical team representative but they were unable to resolve the issue and surprisingly marked my complaint as resolved.
Also, your technical engineer who visited to resolve my complaint assured me that he will resolve it in one week since the problem was due to lots of clients connecting to one server/receiver. Now, its been almost a month that TIKONA broadband failed to provide assured service.
Today, I tried to connect with customer care but didn't got any respond from team.
Request you to look into the issue .

    Hello tikona,

    For your kind information, we have already gone through right and exact process which is been informed by your customer care representative.

    We have already informed to your customer care to disconnect internet connection well in advance before generation of any bill. we had call to tikona customer care on 3rd nov 2015 to stop internet service and customer care representative informed us below points.

    1) don't use the internet and take out all the cables
    2) after 15 days tikona representative will come and take the modem.
    3) no bill will be generated as further.

    Now we need valid justification from you that why we receiving bills from you even after following appropriate process which is been informed by your customer care?

    This is the same thing that is happening with me. They are asking to pay bills when i did not use service. I do not know how they are still registered as a company when there are so many negative complaints about them .

      I am not able to browse internet properly. It shows no internet access most of the time. I spend most of the time diaganoising the connectivity issue after I come home from office even though trying I haven't got connected. Customer service desk is also poor don't attend calls also there is no telephonic support available they disconnect the call as saying your query is looked after.
      Please don't go for this service it's my vote as I haven't got the proper access since I have got the connection.

        I Had orchestrated a tikona connection three month before, but after 4-5 day connection get loss and not connected more. I had complain on customer care,
        a technical person come at home and test connection for 2-3 hour, change the device, after that he say me that there are no feasibility for connection continuesly
        it can be connected some time in a day, so i tell him to refund my amount of approx 2500, than he say me that i have continue with this connection and i get no bills for these whenever feasibility not confirm on your connection.

        but i get continuesly bills of 175, 175 and now it is 744 . i paid first two bills because it is ok for connection i get some times in a day, but 744 is much more for that so please resolve my problem and don't send me bill anymore and your connection and device back .

          I have disconnected my disconnected my tikona internet due to worst service they have provided.

          I could not use their service even single day due their third class service. i do not have too word to say, just a suggestion for tikona

          "either you provide a good service or shut down."

          You can not make your company survive for long time with your d-grade quality.

            I have paid the subscription till june-2015. so, there is due of one month pending from tikona. (i have paid 3 months and used only 2 months - one month subscription should be returned to me.)

            I have made the termination of account because of your technical failure.

            The following email explains everything.

            Dear mr. nair,

            Greetings!

            I am a tikona internet customer with customer id - [protected].

            I am experiencing the connectivity problem for the past two months. i have contacted the customer care, but they failed to resolve the issue. before two months, i was getting 'unidentified network' and 'no internet connection'. this problem was resolved after one month's continuous calls to customer care and the local technician by installing new device in my residence. the technician told me that there was 'dropout problem'. (ref.:my email, dated 24/02/2015 - to customer care, tikona)

            After that, i started to experiencing the different kind of problem, i could not even open the login page of tikona internet. even my computer connected to network, there will not be any data transfer. whenever this was reported to the customer care, they do something and the net connection will be restored, but only for few minutes. thereafter, the same problem will recurr.

            This kind of problem is going on for the past two months. it is frustrating to contact the customer care and wait for ten to twenty minutes; and get connection for few minutes. this problem is not resolved yet, though the customer care executives claim that they have resolved the issue. i could not even open the login page of tikona. this connection becomes useless and not worth a penny.

            While trying to get tikona login page, i am getting the following messages often. this is the status of tikona internet in 'madambakkam, chennai - 600 073'.


            Message - 1:

            After trouble shooting:

            'your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (dns server) is not responding'



            Message - 2:

            Cannot connect to the website

            Please make sure:

            - you have entered the correct url.
            - you are connected to the internet.
            - your firewall is properly configured.
            - the website is not encountering any technical problem at the moment.

            Error code 101 (net:err_connection_reset)

            Reload this page



            Because of this recurring problem, my professional/business is getting affected. even i could not send an email without trying for more than few hours.


            Hence, i decided to contact you for this problem. please resolve this issue and suggest the tikona to extend two months period without any cost to me.

            If tikona can not resolve the issue, suggest them to remove/disconnect the tikona internet (no net) connection, return my money paid to them with last two months cost.

              I'm very upset and irritated with your new customer care number format as i am not able to speak with your representative.

              I'm not able to connect with internet since morning and having a lot of issues and facing embarrassment from my clients for not responding them in time and its all because of tikona service.

              I tried reaching many times but in vain. i got an sms saying my query will be answered and resolved in 2 hours but i didn't get any response for almost 5 hours. later in the evening someone from your service team called up and said he'll come a little late in the evening due to delay at a customer's place. i got a call from him 5 minutes back saying he'll not attend my issue today and it'll be addressed tomorrow. what irritates me the most is your unprofessional behavior to serve me in time. you representative was utmost arrogant as if he was doing a favor to me by talking to me.

              I just do not want tikona service anymore. for bill payments you harass me every month by sending messages and calling several times a week before due date and when it comes to provide service, i always face problems with tikona.

              Please refund my security deposit at the earliest and take away your device.

              I'll find some other professional service provider.

                Hi Team,

                I have experienced a very poor service from Tikona I have ever seen till now. Previously your IVR service was somehow allowing to connect to technical team and talk to them, but since your recent changes in the IVR, now it does not allow to connect to technical team at all. It says that Team will call back within 2 hours but they never call back even after 24 hours. At some time you feel helpless because there is no direct numbers to connect to any Tikona staff. IVR service is very poor like a kid has designed the IVR flow. Did any of your senior guys check the IVR ever that how it works. IVR service just harasses the Customer.

                My problem is very simple, My password is expired and I am trying to reset it, but your highly efficient service does not even let me do that. You have below link to reset your password, but even this link does not work.

                I have my plan of 20GB monthly. Who is going to give me my 2 days which I could not able to utilise due to facing password reset problem. My problem is still not resolved.

                You can search my call details (against the User ID) which I tried from yesterday to Tech Support team and also Sales team but none of the options let's you connect to the team and as usual no call back.

                Please please solve my problem. Ask someone to reset my password.

                These are fools. They charge too much for the IVR calls as well and make money by delaying the connection to the executive.
                Biggest scamsters. I have switched to airtel but am very very satisfied.

                  I have discontinued your in apr 2016 services and rentals have also been stopped.
                  As my plan was prepaid, there are no dues from my side which is confirmed by your customer care representatives multiple times.

                  Still i am receiving unnecessary bills with just a late payment charge.

                  If there is no rental and dues, how can you charge for late payment
                  Stop sending me the bills otherwise i will be obliged to take an action from my side as i have all the necessary details available with me which will help in all the circumstances.

                    I installed tikona in nov.. But they were always network issue... So we decided not to continue with the service... On march1we called on tikona customercare n withdraw our connection... After that our bad time started... They started calling us...8times a day... Mentalling harasaing such a cheater company...In april we take the bsnl wifi... But according to tikona we are still using tge connection... And gave the bill of 2000rs... Please need some help from this fraud company.

                      I would like to inform you that we are having the broadband issue since 25th June .
                      I earlier troubleshooted from my end but when everything went all in vain i logged the complaint on next day as 26th June .
                      I was informed through representative that site visit will be performed within 24 hours but there is no visit performed till now ..

                        I relocated from chennai to bangalore location, i had tikona service at chennai. Hence asked for shifting from chennai to bangalore. Along with shifting i asked for wifi service from customer care, they informed me to contact tikona representative for connection along with shifting process he can do together.

                        Tikona representative arrived to my bangalore house on monday around 4pm, and done all the connections and provided with wifi-router.

                        It looks very old, i asked for new one. He told me, he brought this router from tikona office and this works fine. I demanded for new one along with warranty card. He told anyhow my user id activation will be done tomorrow and he will provide tomorrow and collected 900rs from me.

                        Within 10 minutes, my husband informed tikona will not provide any wifi router and they will not charge for shifting, it will be deducted in next billing cycle. I felt cheated and called him and told him to take back the router and pay my money back. He told tomorrow he will come and pick it.

                        But he is not receiving my call after that. He is so unprofessional, disconnecting the calls. Later found out same wifi router from online new-at amazon for 750rs with 3 years warranty.

                        He cheated us, by collecting 900rs for old router without giving any warranty card. I lodged complaint against him by calling tikona customer care, till now not got any updattion. His number is [protected].

                        I want tikona to take ownership and question the representative. Provide my money back and take back the router provided by him. Until that i will stop paying tikona bills. Tikona should provide justice to the customer.

                          Their service is pathetic. Unfortunately, I did not have any other ISP in my area so I had to go for tikona. This is my third month for which I have paid in advance according to a lucrative plan they gave me to rip off my money later. In these 3 months, I have submitted atleast 20 complaints regarding intermittent connection issue and everytime they say that they will send a field technician which has never done anything whenever he showed up. On the day when technician visit is aligned, it starts working just fine and by evening it again stops working. The guy comes, checks the connection and goes back without doing anything. As per my experience, I believe that they intentionally play with their service and save the money, and data too. Now the customer service does not even receive any call from my registered number. I have been raped financially by tikona is how I would like to put it. [protected] is my ID. I ask them not to close the ticket untill I confirm. But they never listen and resolve the ticket from their end. Can somebody please do anything about this ISP who is stealing everybody's hard earned money.?

                            Tikona is a fraudulent, unprofessional, unethical company that makes their money by threatening customers through mails and generating unused bills. I share this common complaint with many other users. I have repeatedly asked Tikona to discontinue my connection via mail and customer care calls(most of the time no one even picks up the phone) as my computer has not been working. They still generated a bill of 5000rs due to their internal miscommunication and since I am a billing customer. An alleged advocate, one Manisha Tripathi allegedly from a court in Delhi(mobile number [protected]) told me Tikona has asked me to settle the amount of 3500rs. Since she was allegedly calling from court and representing Tikona, she refused to give me a mail confirmation and promised post payment they will send someone to take the modem by end of the week(May14) - post payment she refused to receive my calls. They have now sent me pending amount of 1550rs, 1866rs, 1966rs of all unused service bills. I, like many other customers are irritated, fed up and harassed with system generated mails, msgs.

                            I will no longer pay anything more towards Tikona and hope you can look into this.

                              I got tikona broadband connection on 4th june, 2016 and form very same day started facing various issues like no connection at all to speed and packets drop problem. And complained tikona through call, mails calling their technician and sales person directly. But all in vain. Wasted almost rs 300 calling their customer care as waiting time is too long some time and during night they won't attend the calls at all even after waiting for an hour.

                              No resolution provided till date. Even request for disconnection goes in vain as now they have stopped replying of mails or even not sending their technician for checking the connection already paid rs. 1725 for 3 months rental.

                                This company is simply cheating customer by threatening legal suits against them. Whenever the broadband service quality is going down and if someone opts for termination, they show their colour. They are not at all interested to close the connection. Tikona also sent mail stated that they were disconnecting the broadband connection and what was the amount due till that day. But after paying all the dues surprisingly customer received new bills after two months again. They keep on charging and putting penalty onto that. I have experienced the same and feel cheated.

                                  I have requested for my disconnection on 6th of dec and the same did not processed at your end till 29th dec 2015 for which i got confirmation on 31st jan 2016.

                                  The amount of rs 350.89 has been charged for the period of 7th dec to 29th dec without any justification as the termination got delayed at your end for which i am not liable to pay any charges.

                                  Several emails has been send to "[protected]@tikona.In" for an update but no revert till 31st jan 2016.

                                  As on date the total amount showing against me is rs850 which got increased from rs 350 to rs 850 due to non payment delayed fee rs 100 per month, which is not relevant to me as i have already requested for disconnection before my billing cycle dec 2015 and the total amount should be settled against rs 0.

                                  Kindly stop the bill as i am getting every month a bill with rs 100 late fee charges. I did not received any call from your team to discuss this issue instead i am receiving some threatening calls from some agents/layers to file a legal case.

                                  Is this the way you guys treat customers without knowing the facts?

                                    Disconnection of tikona service

                                    I am very much frustrated due to tikona customer care.
                                    I am moved to usa and before moving i had requested tikona several times on call as well as email. Email chain started on 29th may 2016 and after that i called from india as well as usa. Asking them for disconnection from 30th may.Instead of disconnection they keep sending me bill with penalty. I am regular advance bill payer. I won't pay bill after 30th may and i don't want any call back from tikona and won't recommend tikona to anyone else. Just send me prorata basis bill from 15-30th may (15 days) i will pay it and then disconnect it. I am requesting since last one month. If they don't disconnect then will take them to consumer court. Tikona does this purposely to charge high penalties. Heard about this tikona tricks from many people but never thought i will also go through it. I want immediate disconnection.

                                    I had called tikona service center again on 28th june and spoken to senior executive 'Prachi' from disconnection team. She assured that it will be disvonnected immediately on same day. It's been 2 days and still it's not done. What the hell is going on??? I want immediate disconnection. Is this your strategy to charge more from customer?

                                      The billing cycle for their broadband service is 26 may 16 - 25 jun 16.

                                      I have sent a mail requesting to terminate my connection on 13 may 2016. I have followed it up with further mails and phone calls.

                                      They disconnected the connection after 19 days on 1 jun 16 and now demanding payment for their inefficiency in disconnecting.

                                      I have been harassed with mails, smss, phone calls etc demanding payment which puts me in mental agony and taking away a lot of my time.

                                      Request your help in stopping this harassment.

                                        My user id is [protected]... M having 4mbps plan... M having continuous connectivity and speed issues since last 10 months... I hav complaint the customer care many times but there's no proper resolution given till now... The issue is always resolved temporary but it persists again within 3-4days or a week... Hav been mailing tikona a number of times but there is no response given from them... There's no call or reply of the mails... The engineer always come on which ever day and time they want... The complaint is always closed without been resolved properly..

                                        Now also i m facing issues with the upload speed... There's zero mbps or very less upload speed from more than 15 days... I hav been complaining daily but they r always saying my issue has been handled to advanced technical team and wait for 1 day or 48hrs but didn't resolved the issue till now.. The engineer came yesterday after 3days of assigning him and tried to repair but he was unable and said that he will b coming again tomorrow but didn't came.. He's mobile number is also switched off... I m trying to connect with technical team of tikona but the call is getting ended by a voice msg that engineer visit hav been assigned but he's number is switched off... There's also always download speed fluctuations and connectivity issue... Most of the time the tikona is having backend issue and we are unable to use the internet when having some work... Some of my complaint numbers are as below:-
