Previously your IVR service was somehow allowing to connect to technical team and talk to them, but since your recent changes in the IVR, now it does not allow to connect to technical team at all. I have discontinued your in apr 2016 services and rentals have also been stopped.
As my plan was prepaid, there are no dues from my side which is confirmed by your customer care representatives multiple times.

Still i am receiving unnecessary bills with just a late payment charge.

If there is no rental and dues, how can you charge for late payment
Stop sending me the bills otherwise i will be obliged...

I installed tikona in nov.. But they were always network issue... So we decided not to continue with the service... On march1we called on tikona customercare n withdraw our connection... After that our bad time started... They started calling us...8times a day... Mentalling harasaing such a cheater company...In april we take the bsnl wifi... But according to tikona we are still using tge connection... And gave the bill of 2000rs... Please...

I would like to inform you that we are having the broadband issue since 25th June .
I earlier troubleshooted from my end but when everything went all in vain i logged the complaint on next day as 26th June .
I was informed through representative that site visit will be performed within 24 hours but there is no visit performed till now ..

I relocated from chennai to bangalore location, i had tikona service at chennai. Hence asked for shifting from chennai to bangalore. Along with shifting i asked for wifi service from customer care, they informed me to contact tikona representative for connection along with shifting process he can do together.

Tikona representative arrived to my bangalore house on monday around 4pm, and done all the connections and provided...

Their service is pathetic. Unfortunately, I did not have any other ISP in my area so I had to go for tikona. This is my third month for which I have paid in advance according to a lucrative plan they gave me to rip off my money later. In these 3 months, I have submitted atleast 20 complaints regarding intermittent connection issue and everytime they say that they will send a field technician which has never done anything whenever he showed...

Tikona is a fraudulent, unprofessional, unethical company that makes their money by threatening customers through mails and generating unused bills. I share this common complaint with many other users. I have repeatedly asked Tikona to discontinue my connection via mail and customer care calls(most of the time no one even picks up the phone) as my computer has not been working. They still generated a bill of 5000rs due to their internal miscommunication...

I got tikona broadband connection on 4th june, 2016 and form very same day started facing various issues like no connection at all to speed and packets drop problem. This company is simply cheating customer by threatening legal suits against them. Whenever the broadband service quality is going down and if someone opts for termination, they show their colour. I have requested for my disconnection on 6th of dec and the same did not processed at your end till 29th dec 2015 for which i got confirmation on 31st jan 2016.

The amount of rs 350.89 has been charged for the period of 7th dec to 29th dec without any justification as the termination got delayed at your end for which i am not liable to pay any charges.

Disconnection of tikona service

I am very much frustrated due to tikona customer care.
I am moved to usa and before moving i had requested tikona several times on call as well as email. Email chain started on 29th may 2016 and after that i called from india as well as usa. Asking them for disconnection from 30th may.Instead of disconnection they keep sending me bill with penalty. I am regular advance bill payer. I won't...

The billing cycle for their broadband service is 26 may 16 - 25 jun 16.

I have sent a mail requesting to terminate my connection on 13 may 2016. I have followed it up with further mails and phone calls.

They disconnected the connection after 19 days on 1 jun 16 and now demanding payment for their inefficiency in disconnecting.

I have been harassed with mails, smss, phone calls etc demanding payment...

My user id is [protected]... M having 4mbps plan... M having continuous connectivity and speed issues since last 10 months... I hav complaint the customer care many times but there's no proper resolution given till now... The issue is always resolved temporary but it persists again within 3-4days or a week... Kindly check the below two mails which shows there is two months waiver of rs305 & rs324 (Excluding service tax)

As per your calculation you had given only one month of waiver to me its rs.349.23 with service tax + rs 100 for late payment. So total is rs449.23

When i got the next month bill but this rs449.23 was not adjusted in that bill its showing out standing. But there is credit adjustment rs391.

Hi, I m using Tikona from a year but now it's getting too disappointing.
Whenever I try to call on customer care toll free number, call does not get connected till hours and when it gets connected they keep me on hold again for hours. Like its really too frustrating. And the guys/gal who talk to me on customer care number don't talk properly and don't give the proper resolution, most of the time they are not interested in talking.br...

The connection is good in speed but it lacks in consistency. Stops downloading in between while working very smoothly. And have to wait for atleast an hour or more to continue surfing. I have tried rebooting labtop, router and the device to refresh the settings. But no use of doing, it works some time luckily. Please do something tikona to continue the service...

I am complaining regarding 3 issues:
(1) i made a request to change plan from 900 per month to 500 rs per month in march but still getting bill of amount 700 rs. They are not changing plan.

(2) there network service is to poor. They never respond on time. We are mentally harassed.

(3) not customer call survive. They never pick up call. Today only i spend 112 rs on calling...

Hi team,

I am very upset with the internet service. I am not getting the speed as per my plan. Most of the times speed is very low that i cant even login my internet and sometimes it does not works. I even tried to contact your customer care but after waiting for a long long time nobody attended my cal. Bad internet service with worst customer care service.

Mere pass time nahi hai respected sir or madam bolne ka qki mujhe pta hai waha koi respect dene layak baitha nahi hai..jab aapko khud nahi pta ki customer care kya hoti hai..
kuch padhe likho ko to rakho apne company me..company ka maalik to bas paisa hi kha rha hai customer ka..
pehle acche se padh leta to accha rehta aaj kal aise log company khol kr baithe hai India me isliye desh dubta ja rha hai..kon khola hai tikona company...
