Stopped the rental and requested me to retain the device and said if i use then only i have to pay (Rs 50/gb data) or else it would be 0 rental. We have an account in Tikona Digital services. Today Morning at 9:30am we are trying to connect my internet connection but it not connected it shows as server not connected, till now we are...

I have taken a connection with tikona, later given request for disconnection because of bad service. They did not considering that and keep on sending bills along with late payment. Now after around 6 months, one of the person with mobile [protected], introducing himself as public prosecutor to pay the bill, not even listening the issue. I have paid last bill on 22nd of nov for the period 7-nov-15 to 6-dec-15. And sent request for disconnect...

Before I start, they to let you know I am using it in AP building & I have MDU connection (the best connection they can provide).

1. I have 799 plan in which I suppose to get 10Mbps speed but instead I only get average of 7Mbps & it never (by never I mean it, NEVER) crossed 8Mpbs mark, so basically they are stealing 20% bandwidth. Thats alot more then service tax we pay to Govt.

TIKONA now therting me to file a legal notice. I have also got a call from delhi and that lady talk very rudely.
These guys are not only provide pathetic service but also started Harassing people.
Strong action needs to be taken to stop this non sense.

Today i got a call from tikona advocate priyanka sharma (+91-[protected]) threatening me about payment and she is going to file a case against me right now if i dont make the payment. And i will need to face the consequences.
I got my connection disconnected in oct 2015 and paid tikona in full, but tikona never acknowledged my payment and kept on sending bills. I even called up their customer...

Please note that the 4MBps billing plan was deliberately started for my A/C without my consent.
I had made no such request for this plan to be started as I was extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with Tikona's service.
I had cleared the outstanding bill amount previous to this and had disconnected my router since I wasn't using the same.

I had a tikona broadband conection in indore from 4 months (From 1-feb-2016).

My experience with tikona internet is worst. Every time when i connect tikona internet to my computer, it show me a message "authentication failed reason [login failed, you cannot start a session on this network]" and when i call to tikona customer care (Maharashtra) executive says you are already login. But i am not login actually.

I want to disconnect my connection so i have called to customer care senior person but they (Amol from mumbai talked @ 10.15 pm today) have not informed me a proper solution. Each time they are asking me a reason and after listening it they are disconnecting my call without intimation. So it gives me a lot of mental stress. I had so many connectivity issues with the service. Issues were not resolved after so many complaints and i had opted for discontinuing the service.
