Kindly check the below two mails which shows there is two months waiver of rs305 & rs324 (Excluding service tax)

As per your calculation you had given only one month of waiver to me its rs.349.23 with service tax + rs 100 for late payment. So total is rs449.23

When i got the next month bill but this rs449.23 was not adjusted in that bill its showing out standing. But there is credit adjustment rs391.

Please clarify below.

why you have adjusted rs449.23 which shows outstanding.

what is credit adjustment rs391 (Calculation)

No body is listing.
After service failure they will give you the waiver but will not adjust the the bill.
If we tell they will tell pay after waiver but it will be out standing to next month again.

    Hi, I m using Tikona from a year but now it's getting too disappointing.
    Whenever I try to call on customer care toll free number, call does not get connected till hours and when it gets connected they keep me on hold again for hours. Like its really too frustrating. And the guys/gal who talk to me on customer care number don't talk properly and don't give the proper resolution, most of the time they are not interested in talking.

    I repeatedly get calls and msgs from Tikona for bill payment, when they call I said them m not getting connection from many days but they don't care about my complain, they just want to know when and how my bill will be paid by online or by pickup. Like what they just want money they don't care about customer satisfaction. It's too disappointing they just care about money and they are just wasting my time and money.

      The connection is good in speed but it lacks in consistency. Stops downloading in between while working very smoothly. And have to wait for atleast an hour or more to continue surfing. I have tried rebooting labtop, router and the device to refresh the settings. But no use of doing, it works some time luckily. Please do something tikona to continue the service

        I am complaining regarding 3 issues:
        (1) i made a request to change plan from 900 per month to 500 rs per month in march but still getting bill of amount 700 rs. They are not changing plan.

        (2) there network service is to poor. They never respond on time. We are mentally harassed.

        (3) not customer call survive. They never pick up call. Today only i spend 112 rs on calling

          Hi,

          My name is ketan patel. My tikona user id is - [protected].

          As i have complained many times to tikona customer care through consumer complaint website.

          My recent complaint was just before couple of days.

          Tikona company sent engineer to solve the problem but speed problem is still there. Engineer repaired many technical issues but company is not providing promised speed. I have bought 4 mbps speed from tikona but i never got 4 mbps speed since i bought. This company is really rubbish company. Company has taken advance money so i can not go for other company. They have messed my internet life completely.

          Kindly request tikona to solve speed problem so i can access my internet.

            I am very upset with the internet service. I am not getting the speed as per my plan. Most of the times speed is very low that i cant even login my internet and sometimes it does not works. I even tried to contact your customer care but after waiting for a long long time nobody attended my cal. Bad internet service with worst customer care service.

            Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              kuch padhe likho ko to rakho apne company me..company ka maalik to bas paisa hi kha rha hai customer ka..
              pehle acche se padh leta to accha rehta aaj kal aise log company khol kr baithe hai India me isliye desh dubta ja rha hai..kon khola hai tikona company pehle khud wo koi course kr leta to accha rehta..setting karwake degree liya hoga..ab wohi setting krne ka paisa lut rha hai customer se..jo customer call center me baithe hai unhe pta bhi hai ki kaise baat karte hai customer se..mai abhi abusive language bhi use kr skta tha but wo sab bhi aap log k liye kam hi hota..ek bhikari ki bhi izzaj tikona company se jyada hoti hai..log bhikari ko paisa unki daya par dete hai..aur tikona company ko ghatia company kholne k liye..aur suno yr aaj kal ki youth padhi likhi hai unko rakho job me wo tumse jyada knowledge rakhti hai..koi HR bhi hai tum log ki company me ya wo bhi setting karwake degree liya hai..
              aur agr HR ka matlab nai pta ho to google par dekh lena..qki ab mujhe pta chal gya hai..tikona company me wohi log kaam karte hai jinki majboori ho ya jinko koi company select nahi karti..the rejected ones..😉
              Aur agr customer care ka koi course hoga to sab employees ek baar online course jarur kar lena isse thoda bahot issues to solve karna aa hi jayega tum log ko..aur agr net use karna hoga to meri user id use kar lena..mujhe khushi hogi ki meri user id pure company k employees k liye kaam aayi..mai to bahot jhela hu tum log ka harrassment ab tum log ko pata chalega..what is the power of a common man..agr hum sab customers ek side ho jaye n to tum log ki company 1 hi baar me doob jayegi..aur wo advocate kon hai uska name btana kabhi..wo to 5th class bhi pass kiya hai ya nahi pta nahi uske ghar waalo ne kabhi usko baat karna nahi sikhaya..
              Apni girlfrnd ko advocate banake phone karne bolta hai..ki account seal kar denge etc.

              Ab to padhe likho ko rakho apne company me pehle HR ko change karo agr koi hai to..koi accha padha likha HR rakho..aaj ki generation se rakho kam se kam aaj ki generation tum log se jyada padhi likhi hai..aur manage karna tikona company se better janti hai..please padho aur badho..na ki sadak kinare baithke compny chalao..
              aap logo ko waise bhi roz complain sunna common si baat hai..but jab call aate hai n aise to bhikari se kam nahi lagte sach me..mast hai bhikh mangne ka style..agr customers se kuch paise jama ho gaye honge to koi course to pakka kar hi lena customer care ka online course hoga shayd..ok isse jyada aur bhi bahot hai bolne ko but saare customers k saamne tum logo ki pole kholna thik nahi..
              aur mai saare customers ko bolna chahta hu ki inse mat darna..jaise advocate ka call aayega..aur wo darrayega..usse mat darna wo..wo bas aapse paise nikalne ki chaal hai in sabki..!
              Maine bahot complain ki hai isse pehle bt kya kre koi sunta hi nahi isliye inko jitna ho sake pareshaan karo..ye log ek din to padhe likhe logo ko employee banaenge..

                Hi,

                I want to post a complaint against tikona and its agent mr sandeep sinha [protected]. And giving me threatening calls and harassing me. I have already done payment of 1500. Transaction id: [protected]tpc[protected] on 25th april. I was using quarterly payment scheme and plan. Even though i didnt get proper net connectivity for which i complained many time even after using services for 2 years. They called me first to harasss me and asked me to pay 400 rs then i said i will not pay as i didnt use net and did not get any connectivity.. Then started threatening me and said u need to pay 1542 rs and plus other charges. I[censored] dont pay in 30 mins. And he is giving mother father gaali.. This is pure harassment. I will not leave this issue till it is resolved. I will make sure the whole world knows about it and this is how tikona treats its old users.

                  I took a connection last month in july, and in jan 2016 i requested to surrender the connection as i was migrating to delhi. But the tikona rep. Stopped the rental and requested me to retain the device and said if i use then only i have to pay (Rs 50/gb data) or else it would be 0 rental. So i installed the connection in delhi, thrice company charged me wrongly i got the charges reverted.In june company sent me a bill of 1900 approx, i called and inquired about the charges. For that customer service rep. Told me the rental was started in the month of april. I informed him that it was suppose to be a 0 rental plan, but rep. Told me its not anymore. I was never informed that i will be charged rental going further. I requested the rep. To disconnect the services and asked to provide the usage charges which i would pay. But there was not point of contact from the company's end. And now they call me 4-5 times in a day which is harassment and to add to it now they even make threatening calls.

                    My user id is [protected]. I received a demand notice from tikona on 07th june’16 asking me to pay for the month of december'15 plus equipment charges (Total inr[protected]+1500). Tikona's corporate office number is +[protected].

                    I have tried to disconnect the services since october'15. Every time i raised a request for disconnection, the executives say that the request is in process & then nothing happens & they close the request. I have raised 4 such requests till november'15. I lived in a rented apartment in pune & had to vacate in december'15 as i was going to france. I called tikona customer care asking them to have the equipment (Modem) collected as i will be leaving for france in december'15. But they took no such action and did not disconnect the services.

                    Now tikona has sent me a legal demand notice asking to pay for the month of december plus equipment charges or else they will file a case. Please find the letter below.

                    Dear customer,
                    We wish to draw your kind attention to the following facts:
                    • that tikona digital networks pvt. Limited is a corporate body duly registered under the companies act, 1956, and in business of providing internet services.
                    • that you have subscribed the internet services being provided by us on the terms and conditions as laid down in the subscriber registration form (Srf) which was duly read acknowledged and signed by you
                    • that in lieu of the internet services availed under this agreement and the devices provided to you, we have from time to time sent you bills for the same.
                    • in view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and sms messages to make payment of the bills sent to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay the amounts of outstanding bills aggregating to rs.1240.In accordance with the terms and conditions of the srf, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of statement o[censored]sage from us, you have grossly failed to make said payments.
                    • in addition to above, you shall be required to pay rs. 1500 in case you fail to return modem along with all accessories to our authorized representative.
                    Please refer to para 23 of terms and conditions of the subscription, an extract is appended below
                    “in case of service discontinuation, the subscriber shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition.In the event of subscriber not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to their action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company.In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, the company would charge the subscriber rs. 1500 per modem not returned or returned in non-working conditions towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.

                    Please note that the modem provided by tikona and installed in your premises is a wireless transmitter imported by the company under a license issued by wpc wing, department of telecom, government of india. Possession of such equipment, under your ostensible charge, is prohibited under the indian wireless telegraphy act 1933 act xvii of 1933.

                    • you are requested to make immediate payment of rs.1240. And give you this notice, that if you fail to pay, the aforesaid sum thereon within 7 days we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings, inclusive of legal proceedings criminal as well as civil, against you at your entire risk as to costs and consequences. Please ignore if already paid.

                    I kept asking them to disconnect my services for 2 months, paid bill till november'15 because they were delaying/not taking necessary actions. And now that i have left pune, tikona is trying to sue me because they could not collect their equipment on time when i repeatedly told them number of times.

                    I request you to help me out with this scenario. I want this to end peacefully but if required i am ready to file a case against tikona as well. I just need guidance to proceed.

                      Not satisfied your work. Problem solved, But your team said that within 8 hours will solve the problem, but you have solve the problem taken as 30 hours time.                         I have taken a connection with tikona, later given request for disconnection because of bad service. They did not considering that and keep on sending bills along with late payment. Now after around 6 months, one of the person with mobile [protected], introducing himself as public prosecutor to pay the bill, not even listening the issue. I have paid last bill on 22nd of nov for the period 7-nov-15 to 6-dec-15. And sent request for disconnect as on 11-dec-15.
                        Now they made bill for 1000/- around and now threatening to face case or to pay.

                        They not even respond for disconnection request but now calling for case, payment etc...

                        Hi Sateesh,

                        Did you got any response from Tikona? I faced the same issue even when I gave the request to disconnect in return. Unfortunately I had to pay around 3000Rs to avoid legal notice against me. I had the same issue, the prosecutor was not even listening to me and Tikona customer care goes unanswered always.

                          Before I start, they to let you know I am using it in AP building & I have MDU connection (the best connection they can provide).

                          1. I have 799 plan in which I suppose to get 10Mbps speed but instead I only get average of 7Mbps & it never (by never I mean it, NEVER) crossed 8Mpbs mark, so basically they are stealing 20% bandwidth. Thats alot more then service tax we pay to Govt.
                          2. From 1st June till 18th June I hardly got speed of "100Kbps" (one can't even able to access gmail in that speed), I was getting way too much of frequent disconnection, Limited Connectivity, Undefined Network, & many other problems.
                          3. When I asked them for waiver, they said "no waiver applicable in your account" even their engineer will agree & even agreed that I should get waiver.
                          4. When I call their CC & request to speed to supervisor, they put my call on hold for almost an hour, at the end I had to disconnect the call.
                          5. I am Web Designer & I have to work on one of my client site acsc.com.bo (its a website of a legal firm in South America) & its not accessible through Tikona network, when I asked them to fix it, they say they can't do anything.

                          Overall:
                          a. Don't provide proper service.
                          b. Don't provide proper speed.
                          c. Put customer on hold & don't reply.
                          d. Waste customer time by repeating same thing again & again & again.
                          e. Don't stand on your commitment

                            One of the most unreliable and worst ISP.

                            Within a month and half I have registered (1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected]) complains along with many others which were unrecorded because their was issue in their system (actual term they use is portal is not working).

                            I was almost not able to book my tatkal tickets thrice due to which mainly I have taken the connection because of non functioning of internet at that time.

                            Always when I do book the complain they do assign an engineer for that and when they come the internet starts working. I generally do use internet in morning, night or on weekends and there is top most priority that it stops working on these timings.

                            If internet is working in night it will not work in morning and in night it again connects and on weekends same scenario from 24 hrs it will work for 14 hrs that too in night when I will not be using it.

                            This is one of my multiple mails to tikona for these kind of technical issues but this time I am not going to continue with them also I will be raising this to next level in social media and other platforms.

                              I had already requested for cancellation of my account on 13th October 2015 and the same has been sent via email and through a phone call to customer care (service request no. 1-[protected]).

                              I have paid the dues applicable for the month as well, well in time (this includes 15 days of no-use). You can also verify that all the bills were paid on time before dues dates.
                              After that also, I was continuously receiving bill even no-use. To take necessary action I have sent many mail to Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in; [protected]@tikona.in for disconnect my connection & register complaint in consumer forum (http://www.consumercomplaints.in) on 12th Dec 2015.
                              After so many follow-ups the Tikona representative took the equipment provided on 1st May 2016 which confirmed my termination in written.

                              I got a call from Priya Agarwal (Halai & Co. Advocates) on 15th June 2016 and pressurized me to pay 674.07 Rupees. She was reluctant to listen to any of my points.
                              I have received a notice dated on 31st May 2016 from them & written “You are requested to make immediate payment of Rs. 674.07 and give you this notice, that if you fail to pay, the aforesaid sum thereon within 7 days we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings”.

                              Please resolve this issue immediately.
                              I have all the records and paper bills to confirm there is no payment due. In real Tikona owes my refund.
                              I want a justification for this matter and I will not be letting Tikona have it easy this time.

                                My ID is [protected] and they are harassing and blackmailing me to pay the bill which was waved off according to their own executive. I have recording for the same. Kindly share the evidences against them so that I can file a case against them. call me at [protected]. I have lost many of my clients due to their pathetic service and wrote several mails and made hundreds of calls before I stopped using their service. I really don't have any problem in paying the bill if the service is provided properly. I just want them to compensate for the bad or no service hours or else the damage caused by their pathetic service. I have the conversation recording in which I am being assured that no bill is going to be generated for that moth and I am being asked to pay the bill.

                                  I have paid RS 3220 /_ after including all taxes and installation charge and Tenda router, and they are refunding me just RS 1147/_ and they are not even returning the tenda router which is of 750 /_.

                                  Now they are saying that this router is locally purchase and they are not responsible for it .But they never give me any bill for that router as well .

                                  I have mail trail as well with the Tikona team but they are not responding .
                                  they just send one check of RS 575/_ and it is not clear as well and after 15 days they call me that first I have to return that check then only I can get the next check of RS 1147/_

                                  I am writing this email as an updating one over my my previous email, Here are the few updates :

                                  1. I got an call on 09/06/2016 6:44 PM had words with ROHIT SINGH who belongs to management team and he tells me that their team is working on my issue and
                                  they will check what will be amount that they will refunding me.
                                  The amount which is been finalized by tikona team is Rs 1147 /_ and what I had paid was Rs 3220 as I already mention in my previous email .And ROHIT was
                                  trying to explain me that this amount which is finalize is correct but I don't know how is this possible after I am saying that I didn't use the 100 MB of data.

                                  2. I got an another call from MAUSIS who is also from management on 11/0/2016 07:40 PM and he was telling me that tikona team probably refund my all amount
                                  which I had paid to them but the matter is that they are stuck on the router scenario which is not provided by tikona team. And they were checking it with the local
                                  team and trying to resolve it ASAP.

                                  3. I got an check of Rs 575 /_ on 14/06/2016 from tikona team and I don't know what's that And it is still with me and I will not use it until I get my full amount back.
                                  I called tikona team and got an conversation with OMKAAR who is from billing team and he told me that yes tikona team is working on my issue to resolve it ASAP
                                  and they are also stuck with local Tikona team .

                                  4. I got an call on 15/06/2016 10:01 AM from [protected] this number and that person was asking me about the router and he took the SUNIL (who install my
                                  connection and sold me that TENDA router)on that same call and ask him what's the matter and SUNIL says that he never promise me about taking back the router,
                                  but this is totally wrong .I know many tikona user's which are using tenda router and SUNIL is the one who provide them this product and SUNIL promise them as well
                                  the same, So if your team wants to cross check then team please go ahead . SUNIL is lying now.


                                  You can ask SANJAY SHARMA ([protected]) who disconnect my connection from my home and he called SUNIL that day as well and SUNIL replies to me and SANJAY SHARMA that he will collect the router after 2 days and refund the Rs 750 /_ .

                                  Now I Don't know what is happening but I never experience this type of service in my life .

                                  MR. NAIR and MR. PRAKASH thanks for you support and attention towards my issue but this is my humble request to you both that please take a look or assign someone to this so that I can be assured that I ll got what I deserve .

                                    I have using Tikona broadband service since last 7 month.I m doing online job but due to tikona service i had left my job.coz its worst service and speed.It always stop working after 3days and complaine to customer care and its started after complain.every third day i have to complin about speed connectivity.at the end, last month have call to customer care and change the plan as per discussed over telephonic converstion and understand plan over call.and he said if you prepaid 3200 you will get 40GB 4mbps speed untill 40GB and after that unlimited 512KBPS up to 6 month.but when my 40 GB is complete he has stoped my service.and i have called to customer care and now his fake info care person changed there info for this plan.At the End i quite my service.and go with other broadband.

                                        Today i got a call from tikona advocate priyanka sharma (+91-[protected]) threatening me about payment and she is going to file a case against me right now if i dont make the payment. And i will need to face the consequences.
                                        I got my connection disconnected in oct 2015 and paid tikona in full, but tikona never acknowledged my payment and kept on sending bills. I even called up their customer care and they told - nothing is pending from my side.
                                        I made the payment since i m in bad position in my personal life and did not want to take any more tension. Also the advocate promised me that an acknowledgment of the payment for full and final settlement and noc from tikona will be shared within an hour if i make the payment immediately. She stopped taking the calls after that. There is no acknowledgement from tikona after that.
                                        On 23rd october 2015, i had requested them to terminate the service since i was not happy with the quality of service tikona provides. Then, i was being told by their customer service executive that i would expect a call from them about fnf in next 48 hours, which i did not receive. After number of requests, i could get hold of their customer service executive. The lady was not ready to take down my request instead she was persuading me to keep the connection active. When i did not listen to her she said that someone will come and collect the modem. She had also confirmed that, since i had not used internet connection from tikona, i would not be charged. Even after this incident, tikona billing department continued to send me consecutive monthly bills.
                                        In 22nd april i received an email from them saying that my connection has been terminated due to non-payment of bills and now they want me to pay rs. 2005/- that includes 1500/- as termination penalty. And rest of the amount was for the monthly bills send after my disconnection request.
                                        I dont know how is this justified. When i interacted with the customer care, they told me to ignore it.
                                        In the month of april, their executive came and collected the modem.
                                        Today i received a call from some advocate priyanka sharma (From number (+91-[protected]) from delhi court. This lady was threatening me to pay the amount of 1006/- immediately or he will lodge a legal case against me immediately. She also took a guy on conference call who was also rude and told that nothing can be done now and i have to face the consequences on court. I got perplexed and i had to pay the amount she dictated. I searched for full and final settlement mail from tikona which i did not get.
                                        I went and made the payment the details of which are as follows:

                                        Payment id : 1-[protected]

                                        Payment status : success

                                        She stopped taking the calls (To [protected]) after that. There is no acknowledgement from tikona after that. I even tried to call up the billing customer care where no one takes the call.

                                        After searching for this on google, i came to know that this infact is a scam call operated by tikona. I dont understand, why are they stooping to this low to threaten their customers who trusted them for years even after them providing bad service.

                                        I request the concerned to please do the needful and help me.
