Since past 1 year i'm using tikona services having username [protected], many times i'm facing issues with poor connectivity but since past one month i'm very very disappointed. I tried calling their customer care but they have remove human customer care and now ivr based technical support is there which is actually more poor service. There is no option to choose why i called and for what my complaint should be, it just raise the automated complaints and even after 72 hours nothing happens, however within 4 hours they will resolve the issue based on their sms remark but this doesn't happens in a reality.
I made a lot of calls, one day an engineer came, i was in my office and he met my family member and without permission he changed the nano status and installed broken and used device.
How non technical was he, he should think that my static ip is based on mac address of that nano station then he should update the details on server as well that device has been changed, when i came home net was very poor and next day nothing was being opened even google, i went to 4th floor and seen that my nano is broken and internet is not working.
I made many complaints but nothing happend, ivr says you already have a support ticket open, we are resolving your issue and blah blah...
I'm really disappointed with the automated customer support of tikona its useless service and poor experience as well.

My name is vidhya kumawat . and i m from jiapur Rajasthan .

And i m not using your tikona servies from last 6 month .
because the starting period to tikona my net connection did not work properly .
It lost the connection . and i already complained to company .
But not get any responce by tikona . Not only you solve my trouble but you send me the bill also .
after some times you send me the Leagel notice Date[protected] .
The bill amount is 1422 . and i also pay this bill amount on 5 -9-2016 .
But when i pay my bill amount u again send me the bill panding bill amount 372 rupee.
This is not fair to your costmor . Again i saying that pls disconnect my account.
Pls recover your net accessories also
