Sir/madam,

We are using tikona broadband from past 2 years. we are asking to disconnect the connection, but they are not disconnecting and sending the bill continuously every month.

Reason for asking to disconnection is, the service is very pathetic. to talk to customer care executive, we have to wait 40 mins on line which charges around 60/-. there are lot of disconnections with the internet by knowingly. even...

The router does not work properly. I had asked the technical service engineer to replace it. But he doesn't pick up the call.

Please note that this is not the router I had purchased. This is Tikona router which the engineer installed. He has not given me the warranty card as well.

I had called technical support for technical support. An engineer was assigned, but he said he was not the person and gave somebody else's number saying that person was suppoaed yo check and the next person also denied...

Also, when i am re-calling tikona, they are repetatively saying an engineer is assigned and disconnecting the call. The person assigned is denyingthat he hasto check....

I have issue of connectivity since a long, i have 4mbps plan but provide only 1.5-2 mbps, and now days they cannot pick up my phone, i'd waitin around 40-45 minutes and automatically the call gets disconnected. many engineering visit at my home but cant resolve my problems, infact they cant even disconnect my connection, no waiver provided.! i just want to cancel my connection.!...

I register with tikona on 28th june. my plan was 10 gb free with free installation (as they have their tower on our flats) on welcome call, call center executive (some trisha) explained me process and she explained a welcome offer.in welcome offer i was committed to get the equivalent free data against plan which i choose to recharge. i. e if i choose 100 gb plan and do online recharge on the same day (on 28th june), i will get another 100...

The company is downgrading my internet speed from primary to secondary even before my data limit is exceeded. Company don't provide internet for 3-4 hours a day intermittently. Call is not picked by customer care, only automated voice keeps playing. Toll free number is not mentioned on the website. The customer care number mentioned on the website looks like toll free but it is paid number....

I am user of tikona services. i am using the sirvices only for 3months oly but the costumer care sending over due sms. they cotinue my service without informing me. is that my fault. however after 3 months i have send them pick up request but they didnt come and now they are calling me again and again for the bil.in this month june 2016 they send me about 56 sms for the bill of rs.761 and now within this month they double...

I had filled a complaint earlier but i haven't got any resolution. The problem is not solved yet, i did get a call from tikona regarding this issue n he assured me that he would call me back with the resolution. But i never got any resolution and now tikona has started harassing me again. Customer i. D [protected]. And making threatening calls again. Please get this issue resolved soon...

I started using Tikona on a friend's advice and then after some time when their service deteriorated. I asked for the removal of my connection. I made several calls and complaints but no one ever answered. I got calls that I should not remove the connection, I should use it as backup I won't be charged except the original bill that I was bound to pay. Surprisingly the bill amount was raised to 1800 from 900 and so called lawyers are calling...

I have been facing internet connection issue every now and then, especially for the last 3 days.
Your customer care service is non-responsive. it shows the quality of your management.

Kindly terminate my connection as soon as possible.
Your customer care numbers are automated, no way to talk to executives. raised a request on 5/6/2016 regarding network issue, and it was marked resolved with out even making sure...

I am highly disappointed, feelling mentally harrased from Tikona Team

Tikona guys are worst service providers, insane people with no mind, can not understand what customer service is.

I have terminated my service/relations with tikona 4 months back, and Tikona people are sending me bills and harassing me by calls, SMSes for my Bill Payment for no usage.
I have already disconnected my Tikona connetction...

I had opted for tikona internet connection on 22nd may' 2016. engineer and sales person who came for installation on 22nd may 2016, told me that after couple of hours, i just have to reset password by ordering otp and internet connection will start. this password reset page never worked for me as it always threw some error. even after multiple follow-ups with engineer and sales person, my internet connection never started. they kept on telling...

I have installed Tikona before 10 or twelve days... nd took a plan of 50gb data... bt now... all the gb's r finished nd my speed is exhausted by uh ppl... how can be is this possible... how can we use 50 gb in just 10 dayz... uh ppl disappoint us very much... m gonna uninstall it very soon becoz uh ppl r very fake... nd evn giving the speed of 4mbps as uh promised... still exhausted the speed... very fake promises uh made... do not play wid...

My user id is [protected] and regstd.name is souvik datta .From 18 to 21st may 2016 and from 4th to 8 th june 2016 there was no internet connection. Its too slow although as per scheme we had applied for 4mbps speed and got 1.2mbps and dat too many a times d connection did not stay for too long.
From 4th june we had no internet connection and u send d technician Govindo mullick on 8th june and connection lasted from 2:00 to 8:30p.m....

Dear all do not even think of taking tikona connection as internet provider. They do not provide service forget about proper service but ask for money like shameless. My connection is not working from last 10 days but even after multiple calls to customer care and service engineers no body bothered to come. They call themselves as service provider instead of service takers. Because tikona people have no idea about what a service should be....

On 3rd july, 2016, a sales executive named ranjan kumar came to our house, installed the receiver and took the subscription amount of rs.2158.
He said that as soon as we receive the payment confirmation by sms and mail, we shall send : otp userid to a given number. we did the same, and received an sms in reply saying, "thank you. your request has been received".
So as per the sales executive's instruction, we logged on to 1.254.254.254,...
