Services are pathetic. Asking for disconnection, bit not disconnecting

We are using tikona broadband from past 2 years. we are asking to disconnect the connection, but they are not disconnecting and sending the bill continuously every month.

Reason for asking to disconnection is, the service is very pathetic. to talk to customer care executive, we have to wait 40 mins on line which charges around 60/-. there are lot of disconnections with the internet by knowingly. even...

Did not give receipt and warranty card for the wifi router

Hello Tikona

I had called technical support for technical support. An engineer was assigned, but he said he was not the person and gave somebody else's number saying that person was suppoaed yo check and the next person also denied...

Also, when i am re-calling tikona, they are repetatively saying an engineer is assigned and disconnecting the call. The person assigned is denyingthat he hasto check....

Proper connectivity issue

I have issue of connectivity since a long, i have 4mbps plan but provide only 1.5-2 mbps, and now days they cannot pick up my phone, i'd waitin around 40-45 minutes and automatically the call gets disconnected. many engineering visit at my home but cant resolve my problems, infact they cant even disconnect my connection, no waiver provided.! i just want to cancel my connection.!...

Non-fulfillment of services and no customer care response

The company is downgrading my internet speed from primary to secondary even before my data limit is exceeded. Company don't provide internet for 3-4 hours a day intermittently. Call is not picked by customer care, only automated voice keeps playing. Toll free number is not mentioned on the website. The customer care number mentioned on the website looks like toll free but it is paid number....

Harassment calls by the company over the bill which is increased even after I stopped using the connection.

I started using Tikona on a friend's advice and then after some time when their service deteriorated. I asked for the removal of my connection. I made several calls and complaints but no one ever answered. I got calls that I should not remove the connection, I should use it as backup I won't be charged except the original bill that I was bound to pay. Surprisingly the bill amount was raised to 1800 from 900 and so called lawyers are calling...

I am highly disappointed, feelling mentally harrased from Tikona Team

Tikona guys are worst service providers, insane people with no mind, can not understand what customer service is.

I have terminated my service/relations with tikona 4 months back, and Tikona people are sending me bills and harassing me by calls, SMSes for my Bill Payment for no usage.
I have already disconnected my Tikona connetction...

My user id is [protected] and regstd.name is souvik datta .From 18 to 21st may 2016 and from 4th to 8 th june 2016 there was no internet connection. Its too slow although as per scheme we had applied for 4mbps speed and got 1.2mbps and dat too many a times d connection did not stay for too long.
From 4th june we had no internet connection and u send d technician Govindo mullick on 8th june and connection lasted from 2:00 to 8:30p.m....

World famous useless and fake internet provider

Dear all do not even think of taking tikona connection as internet provider. They do not provide service forget about proper service but ask for money like shameless. My connection is not working from last 10 days but even after multiple calls to customer care and service engineers no body bothered to come. They call themselves as service provider instead of service takers. Because tikona people have no idea about what a service should be....

New connection but no internet connectivity

On 3rd july, 2016, a sales executive named ranjan kumar came to our house, installed the receiver and took the subscription amount of rs.2158.
He said that as soon as we receive the payment confirmation by sms and mail, we shall send : otp userid to a given number. we did the same, and received an sms in reply saying, "thank you. your request has been received".
So as per the sales executive's instruction, we logged on to 1.254.254.254,...
