I made a complaint on 7th july, 2016 regarding poor service from tikona and hence asked them to terminate my connection at the earliest. http://www.consumercomplaints.in/tikona-terminate-the-connection-because-of-poor...

Tikona call center numbers are automated, no way to talk to their customer care executive. when we raise a request, they make it resolve with out even verifying whether it has been rectified or not.

I want it to get removed at the earliest.

    Since past 1 year i'm using tikona services having username [protected], many times i'm facing issues with poor connectivity but since past one month i'm very very disappointed. I tried calling their customer care but they have remove human customer care and now ivr based technical support is there which is actually more poor service. There is no option to choose why i called and for what my complaint should be, it just raise the automated complaints and even after 72 hours nothing happens, however within 4 hours they will resolve the issue based on their sms remark but this doesn't happens in a reality.

    I made a lot of calls, one day an engineer came, i was in my office and he met my family member and without permission he changed the nano status and installed broken and used device.

    How non technical was he, he should think that my static ip is based on mac address of that nano station then he should update the details on server as well that device has been changed, when i came home net was very poor and next day nothing was being opened even google, i went to 4th floor and seen that my nano is broken and internet is not working.

    I made many complaints but nothing happend, ivr says you already have a support ticket open, we are resolving your issue and blah blah...

    I'm really disappointed with the automated customer support of tikona its useless service and poor experience as well.

      Dear sir/ma'am,

      Through this mail i would like to inform you that i am a tikona subscriber having subscribed postpaid plan 4g4m600 and my id is [protected]. i am using the plan since one month only. as far as the plan is concerned there is no monthly charges for the first three months and post 10 gb there is unlimited usage.
      Very recently i have been asked to pay rs. 137.50 as a bill of first moth. this is contradictory with the terms and conditions of this plan which states that first three months service charges is included in the subscription charges,
      I have paid rs. 1898.00 at the time of availing the subscription as subscription charges. the invoice of which has been attached for your reference.
      Please let me know that why i am required to pay rs. 137? if this bill is raised due to some mistake then please cancel this bill. i shall not pay this bill as per the terms and condition of the services i am not liable to pay for the first three months.
      Please give proper clarification and help me in this direction.

        Hi Team,

        Subject: Tikina Connection [protected]

        This is to inform you that the connection that was installed on 27th of May 2016 has not been working since thee 1st day. I am completly frustated by calling customer care each and every time and getting a false promise everytime that the connection will be fixed. The senior technician as he calls him named Dharamveer Yadav has been rude to my father by insulting him that he doesnt know how to login. Now I want this connection to be terminated on instant action also want my complete money to be refunded i.e Rs. 2004.

          My tikona user id is [protected].
          This is in regard to my complaint made on 15th june 2016. No attempts have been made by tikona for discontinuing my connection yet. Also, my tikona's profile page is displaying the next bill's due date to be 22nd july. There won't be any further payments made to tkona from my side. I just want my connection to be closed asap. Any advocate's call on tikona's behalf won't scare me as i have all the records of my attempts to contact tikona people wherein all of those attempts have been ignored by tikona.

            This broadband company tikona is cheating customers only as i am using the services in a month only 10 to 12 days and other all days their network always dont work.

            I am fade up now as according to my plan i could not consume my total gbs which they offer in plan but yes i am getting bills on time.

            Even they dont have any helpdesk as their customer care not work properly even if you want to speak to their customer care executive you have to be in que to whole day even after you cant the same.

            They guys are cheating customers only.
            Very poor service provider is tikona broadband.

            Please dont go for that if you are plan the same.

            I just hate this kind of company.

              Everyday after 7.30 p. M my tikona internet broadband is either not connecting or the speed is very low (Download speed 10 kbps), the next day morning it works fine.. Im experiencing this issue for past 4 days. And have made complaints to tikona... This is kind of weird and since i work mostly form home it affects a lot... Kindly resolve the issue asap...

                Sir/madam,

                We are using tikona broadband from past 2 years. we are asking to disconnect the connection, but they are not disconnecting and sending the bill continuously every month.

                Reason for asking to disconnection is, the service is very pathetic. to talk to customer care executive, we have to wait 40 mins on line which charges around 60/-. there are lot of disconnections with the internet by knowingly. even while working the speed is very pathetic.

                Requesting you please help us in disconnecting the connecting and get away from tikona head-ache.

                Adding the TIKONA BROADBAND user details:

                Called from my alternate mobile no# and asked for disconnection of the connection. The customer executives kept me 40 mins long on hold, which charged me 60/- and later saying me to call from registered mobile no# for taking the request.

                Even the internet service is very pathetic. It gets disconnected 30 to 40 times a day and the speed is very slow.
                I don't want to anyone to work on my issue, please disconnect my connection. We are fed of the connection calling all the customer care and waiting for 40+ mins. Paying tikona is waste of money, on top of it extra money for customer care calls.

                Will be more thankful if you disconnect the connection.

                  I asked to send the same Engineer. But they are sending a different engineer. Nice way to escape. This is how you treat your customers. You do not take action against your employee's misconduct. Shame
                  You have not addressed it. My name is samrat and I have complaint against your technical engineer named Pradeep. Read the problem description first.

                  I want to know that you have taken severe action against your employee ***PRADEEP*** who has got me a router saying Tikona has provided it. Force him to get my router replaced along with warranty card.

                    Hello Tikona

                    I had called technical support for technical support. An engineer was assigned, but he said he was not the person and gave somebody else's number saying that person was suppoaed yo check and the next person also denied...

                    Also, when i am re-calling tikona, they are repetatively saying an engineer is assigned and disconnecting the call. The person assigned is denyingthat he hasto check.

                      I have issue of connectivity since a long, i have 4mbps plan but provide only 1.5-2 mbps, and now days they cannot pick up my phone, i'd waitin around 40-45 minutes and automatically the call gets disconnected. many engineering visit at my home but cant resolve my problems, infact they cant even disconnect my connection, no waiver provided.! i just want to cancel my connection.!

                        I register with tikona on 28th june. my plan was 10 gb free with free installation (as they have their tower on our flats) on welcome call, call center executive (some trisha) explained me process and she explained a welcome offer.in welcome offer i was committed to get the equivalent free data against plan which i choose to recharge. i. e if i choose 100 gb plan and do online recharge on the same day (on 28th june), i will get another 100 gb free. she explain that free gb will be activated within 48 hours.

                        I again reassure with her (in presence of their installation team) that if i do 100 gb recharge than i will get 10 gb (as per existing plan) + 100 gb (against recharge) + 100 gb (fee as welcome offer) and she reconfirmed it.

                        As per her guideline i did recharge of rs.1000/- against 50 gb plan voucher. i get 50 gb (+10 gb) immediately and at the same time i called in call center and executive confirmed me that 50 gb against freebies will be credited in my account in next 48 hours.

                        But till date i have not received extra gb (50 gb) as freebies. this is really false commitment and cheating/fraud. call center executives are also not giving proper reply and creating different stories everytime or simply disconnect call from their end!!!

                          The company is downgrading my internet speed from primary to secondary even before my data limit is exceeded. Company don't provide internet for 3-4 hours a day intermittently. Call is not picked by customer care, only automated voice keeps playing. Toll free number is not mentioned on the website. The customer care number mentioned on the website looks like toll free but it is paid number.

                            The network is not working even after launching complaint to techsupport is not supporting and techsupporter are not enough to solve the porblem and not lifiting his phone as i wasted my time for almost 15 days. when ever call to customer care there is noreponse. seriously telling, i am frustrated like anything and i don't know how to explain.
                            I dont want tikona connection.

                            Till there is no response from their side, till now I only called them and ask them the refund, but each person, try to convince me to use the connection and their asking we will resolve the issues with in 24 hours, but there is no action taken for that. Also one person telling the amount 2300 is refundable and one person telling that is not refundable, finally they were telling that "Our finance team will call you within 24 hours", till now nobody called. They are cheating and looting my money, because I have not used their net not even 1 minute also, but their telling you have used ~300 mb.
                            I don't know what to do, how to get my full money back.

                            Shame on you tikona, shame on you tikona... You are a group of fraud, cheater and rogue.

                            Lot of reminders sent to tikona regarding refund of rs. 2329/- (As confirmed by tikona customer care), because tikona has sold me dead internet connection, which was not at all feasible at my house, by making fraud and representing wrong facts.

                            Now they are telling that, you will get refund of amount Rs. 850 0nly and hat to after 25 working days.

                            Flashback:-
                            I have been suffering since the very first day 26-06-2016, the tikona connection had been installed at my residence because the connection was not feasible at my place and i have been regularly complaining to your customer care numbers

                            The tikona team is just playing with my sentiments and my grievances has not resolved despite complaining since 27-06-2016.

                            sir, during the whole process, tikona team is showing that i am keen to terminate the connection, but reality is i am not keen to terminate, but if tikona services are not feasible and still connection was issued to me with out obeying due diligence, then what will i do with dead connection. Even any body, shall opt for termination of dead connection and want his money back. But this shameless, fraud, cheater team of tikona is not only hiding the facts and extending the issue in other useless directions but also don't want to take action against their installation team for installing the non feasible connection at my home.

                            I also received an e-mail dated 22-07-2016, from tikona, mentioning some false and illogical facts, which i like to bring to your knowledge -

                            (I) they shamelessly charged me that the tikona services discontinuation has been initiated as per my request, but the circumstances and the reason were not mentioned in the mail are terminate. The reason for such disconnection is, tikona has provided me a dead non-feasible connection by making fraud, cheating me and by hiding the truth. Tikona team has not undergone any feasibility checking procedure and taken rs. 2, 329/- from me by telling lie. So, rather initiating the disconnection process on their own, they are shamelessly shifting the blame on my head for disconnection of services. Tikona customer care is a group of fraud, cheat and raogue people, who are robbing money from innocent people by making fool of them.

                            (Ii) the tikona team is very cleverly mentioned in the e-mail -
                            You will not be charged any recurring/rental charges after the final bill period in which usage is seen or request for service disconnection was registered (Whichever is later). A full month (As per bill period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill period. Your bill period is indicated on your tikona service bills.
                            I have already shared above, that i have been regularly registering telephonic and e-mail complaints since begining i. E., 27-06-2016 regarding tikona's dead and non feasible internet connection, and what tikona's duffer team has done, they just arranged the visit of service engineer's at my place in a rotation manner and no one has able to resolve the issue. Two have told me that signals are not coming at all because the tikona's tower is located very far and not visible from even from my 5th floor's roof. I always requested them to send the area manager, who will check the problem and give his feedback. But it was part of great plan of tikona team, even after ensuring me several times, the area manager was never send to my residence. Tikona team want to just kill the time period of 3 months for which i have paid the charges rs. 2, 329/- as advance rental plan.

                            Sir, the connection was not given to me as per tikona's due diligence/ feasibility procedure to be undergone before starting the installation of new internet connection. Therefore, the above mentioned statements of tikona - you will not be charged any recurring/rental charges after the final bill period in which usage is seen or request for service disconnection was registered (Whichever is later). A full month (As per bill period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill period. Your bill period is indicated on your tikona service bills. We shall compute and intimate you, within 15 days, your final payable amount against above service account. You may receive an interim bill in this period if your bill cycle is already due. Any recurring /rental charges after your final bill period, if applied in the interim bill, shall be waived-off. For subscription under the advance rental scheme, where service disconnection is initiated before the completion of the term, waivers and rebates provided under the scheme shall be reversed. Are not enforceable on me bound to be void, rather i shall be paid my money (Rs. 2, 329/-) back to me for delaying my issues, intentionally.
                            further, an equivalent amount rs. 2, 329/- be also be given to me against all the restlessness, harassment, mental stress, and wastage of my precious time during regular correspondences with tikona. also, an amount of rs. 5, 000/- also be deposited to me against all the financial looses born by me due to ever dead connection of tikona.
                            (4) last but not the least, a strict action be taken against the careless and cheater tikona installation team for not following the standard procedure in my case.

                            Finally, since the connection is ever dead since begining and not working, the cpe/ modem and all accessories can be collected any time by your authorised representative from my residence.

                            Already, long period has been lapsed, now, i want prompt favorable response from tikona towards the above all points.

                            Kindly treat the matter as most urgent and arrange to refund the money back.

                              I am user of tikona services. i am using the sirvices only for 3months oly but the costumer care sending over due sms. they cotinue my service without informing me. is that my fault. however after 3 months i have send them pick up request but they didnt come and now they are calling me again and again for the bil.in this month june 2016 they send me about 56 sms for the bill of rs.761 and now within this month they double the bill amount i, e rs 1723.63.
                              What the hell they are thingking. idont have to pay of rs 1723. i dont have to pay rs 1723.63 but i will sure pay rs 761.

                                I had filled a complaint earlier but i haven't got any resolution. The problem is not solved yet, i did get a call from tikona regarding this issue n he assured me that he would call me back with the resolution. But i never got any resolution and now tikona has started harassing me again. Customer i. D [protected]. And making threatening calls again. Please get this issue resolved soon

                                  I started using Tikona on a friend's advice and then after some time when their service deteriorated. I asked for the removal of my connection. I made several calls and complaints but no one ever answered. I got calls that I should not remove the connection, I should use it as backup I won't be charged except the original bill that I was bound to pay. Surprisingly the bill amount was raised to 1800 from 900 and so called lawyers are calling me from different numbers and harrasing me to pay the bill which is double the amount of my original bill or get sued. This is the case of Tikona's service, they won't give you the promised speeds or even the service. And if you want to move out of their connection they'll charge you heavily. If they think this is how their company would flourish. It won't. If they can't care about their customers they cannot flourish. This network only cheats you. And I want to tell Tikona. Stop harassing me or I'll move to legal procedures against you.

                                    Your network is not working even after launching complaint you techsupport is not supporting and techsupporter are not enough to solve the porblem and not lifiting his phone as i wasted my data for almost 15 days
                                    The second complaint is from my router they are giving to may connection in my own building but they are charging depostie for instrument with our providing instrument
                                    And i am not ready to pay with out using internet kindly give me a solution or disconnect my connection with out making any bill for unused data days

                                        I have been facing internet connection issue every now and then, especially for the last 3 days.
                                        Your customer care service is non-responsive. it shows the quality of your management.

                                        Kindly terminate my connection as soon as possible.
                                        Your customer care numbers are automated, no way to talk to executives. raised a request on 5/6/2016 regarding network issue, and it was marked resolved with out even making sure with me whether it was rectified or not.
