I paid 3 months advance for opting tikona service,

it took me 15 days to start using their service that too not with promised speed.

My Mail to tikona is mentioned below, its been more that 40 days still no response.

Hi Team,

I opted for tikona broadband services on 2nd of April, 2016. I got in touch with one of your sales person([protected]) through just dial who claimed to be a tikona employee.He assured me that my connection will be up and running in an hour and hence I gave him a green signal to schedule a visit for my connection to be started.
Another sales person, Jitender([protected]) visited my home in no time.
Now, as per Tikona's policy, we should see a desired speed during the demo and then pay for the services. I opted for 4 mbps and during the demo we were getting the speed of 1.6 mbps only and Mr Jitender claimed that since he is using a shared tikona ID, the speed is low and as soon as he will create my ID after giving the money, I will start getting 4mbps.
Also, he sold me a wifi router claiming that it is from the company and I will get the services from tikona sitting at my home if the router stops working during the warranty period.

For Next 4 days, I struggled my connection to be started or password to be created for tikona ID.I contacted both the sales person at least a hundred times and got no response.Also, during this phase, I contacted tikona customer care department couple of times and got false promises and SLAs.

After that my connection started but it gets disconnected 2 mins after I restart the wifi modem.It was not stable also I was getting the speed of 0.4 to 1.2 mbps(most of the time below 1mbps). After raising several complaints to your Customer care executive, senior Customer care executive, technical assistant, senior technical assistant, technical field assistant, I decide to give up and resumed my airtel broadband services which I was using before.
The Technical Field assistant, Sanjay([protected]) who visited yesterday and replaced every device(wire, rj45 plug, router on terrace, small white box) setup by Tikona and was not able to achieve the speed of even 1 mbps. He wasted for 2.5 hours in manipulating with his seniors to some how increase the speed but was not successful.
After that I visited your office at A-19/B1 mohan estate in Delhi, and I met no one there except the security guard and he claimed that because of no power supply everyone has left.

I dont like the attitude how Tikona's staff from every department deals and talks with the customer. Learn something from your competitors .

I dont want your services and request you to refund my advance(around 2600) plus 1250 rs for the wifi router.

Please dont call me to convince for the last chance as I have heard these things many times from Tikona. All I know is that I paid 3 months advance 8 days back and I am yet to experience your services .

Also, If I dont get a positive response from you in next 7 days then I will request my case to consumer court as I will not let my money to be wasted for what I have not used.

    Dear all,

    I am sad and feel very very disappointed stating to you that you have failed to provide an average class service. Initially when I requested a connection and the way I got the response from your sales team for installing the connection, it would have been quit satisfactory if the same energy your company would have shown in giving the service but it didn't.

    Since I got this connection I am continuously facing the connection problem, I escalated the issue many times but I feel no regret to say that this is worst internet service I have seen ever and would not recommend anybody to use it.,

    If you still have some intention to stay in the market then you must feel ashamed that since last 20 days I am not able to connect and have not used the internet and have called your customer care 2 3 4 5 times a day but there is no concrete action..

    I request you system to please close this connection immediate and collect all you devices other wise I will through all everything on the road and will forget my money paid to you.

    Not doing so will drive me to go to consumer court and recover a single penny with interest from you.

      Hi I have been a customer with Tikona for more than 2 Years, I haven't received such a bad service ever in my life from any other service provider. Tikona not only believing in screwing in customer happiness but also don't care if they are capable of providing the service to the customer for which they are charging their customer's. I have to call and complaint about the service for multiple times and I only get temporary resolution.When I call to Tikona Customer service I always request them to fix my issue as well as request for a resolution confirmation call, which tikona don't bother to do that. The only call I get 10 times in a day is payment reminder call. Although I pay their bills on time. It's been a month I kept on calling to tikona as I was facing issue with internet browsing and intermittent or sometime it doesn't work at all, but I haven't got 100% resolution of my problem yet. I called last time and spoke to one of the rep sankit as I was running out of my patience as tikona internet gave up on me when I was really doing very important work on my laptop. I requested for a manager or senior authority to come on the call and look into the matter seriously but rep "Sankit" kept telling me there is no senior available. So I requested rep to ask your senior to call me back which he promised me within an hour but I never got a call from any senior of tikona to resolve the concerned raised by me. It's seems like tikona is less bothered about their customer and treating their customer's with disrespect.

      It was a disrespect for customer when I requested for a call back from Tikona senior people to resolve my issue I didn't get any call. As customer care rep's seems to be extremely incapable of providing end to end resolution.

      I haven't seen such negligence in other company other than Tikona. Extremely worst customer service as well as Services.

      I would request Tikona to disconnect my connection if you guys are extremely incapable of providing satisfactory service to the customer's.

      Hi Tikona Care,

      My concern has been treated so lightly that even after calling your department multiple times my issue has not been fixed yet and I am left with unresolved issue which I have reported a month back. An engineer visit was assigned by your Rep "Aditya" 2 days back however no engineer came at my place to fix the problem. However I got a call yesterday from Tikona Rep "Shweta" claiming that my issue has been resolved from their end. As I was not at my place to check if my issue has been fixed or not I requested her to call me back again to check with me, however I didn't hear anything from anyone from Tikona. And when I checked my internet yesterday it was not working at all. Today I've been facing the same issue for which I called Tikona and spoke to Rep "Vinaya", she assured an engineer visit. I'm really very in-confident in Tikona care. I request you either don't charge me until you provide me 100% resolution of reported issue or I'm better off from your services. It's mental harassment for customer like me. Whenever I have to do something important I get no service. It's so screwed up!!

      Your service is good for nothing. I haven't seen such a worst service and height of negligence in customer service. It's been a month and I haven't got any resolution from you. So I'm looking out for some other service provider who will provide me much better service. You better live with your screwed service and keep loosing such a old and valuable customer's like me.

          This is not the first time am having issues with Tikona's customer care.

          i have made a 100/- speedboost and have recived only 500 MB of data.
          i called Tikona's customer care and response was with long waiting time and uninformed/untrained staff and transfers to wrong departments and disconnections when tried to get to concerned department.

          expected solution : to get my 3 gb Data and check Tikona's customer service performance .

            Hi

            My name is ketan patel from ahmedabad, gujarat.my Tikona user id is -[protected]. Tikona broadband company is 100% fraud company and i recommend everyone not to buy tikona broadband internet.

            This is not my first complain about tikona broadband. I have complained many times by email but tikona company and their staff are very stubborn. They solve the problem temporary and never solve the problem permenently.

            One of the worst thing they are doing with me is that confusing me technically. Sometime they log me out middle of something. Sometime they give error message like authentication failed even if password is right. Even they never provided promised 4 mb speed constantly.

            Tikona is rubbish company and dont go with tikona and do complain agaist tikona so they can learn something.

              No internet...Installation guy not responding after taking 3 months money... Not picking up phone... I asked customer care person to stop services... They r not going to refund 3500 rs.. That is so wrong... Pathetic noone should go for this... I heard so much but i experienced now all horrible things r right about them... We should sue them..               I am frequently having service disruption in internet service. Whenever I raise a complaint, a 24 hours deadline is provided to resolve the issue. But my connectivity will l be lost again after a couple of days. Every time they will say some technical issue and service will be disrupted for hours. Not a reliable connection and cannot use internet for office use.

                With reference to Tikona account no.[protected], I paid rs.2576 on 10th April 2016 which was credited in Tikon account on 16th April 2016 but the company could not start the connection for 15 days even after repeated visits by its engineers. Fedup with their services I registered the complaint on toll free number on 7th May 2016 to refund my money. I was promised refund in 7 days but even after 23 days I am waiting for refund. Call to customer care is fruitless even after waiting for 30 minutes. Auto response to email says that id is not registered while call centre confirms the registered email.

                Wating for around one month but no response yet. I think I have been left with no other option than to move consumer court against this rogue company.

                  In sep 2015 i requested tikona care to disconnect my connection permanently stopped billing me. Because their internet never worked properly. Even i paid them approx 1500 rs extra for non-usage of internet, but since than they regularly sending bill to me. I have emailed them many time to stop billing and collect your device from my home, but they didnt send their executive for device collection also the rental is still continue. So kindly request you take an necessary action against them.

                    Well, as already mentioned in the complaint that people from tikona were calling my back to back for payment when i had already asked them to disconnect.
                    They started billing my account without my knowledge.

                      Network Connectivity is None for last one week[protected] to[protected]
                      I am a consumer of Tikona Digital Networks for the last one month and i have paid money for 3 months but after one month i.e.[protected] they have not given internet at all.
                      i made several phone calls but no action was taken only false hopes were given.
                      my entire job is based on writing and mailing so without internet i was unable to do so. i have lost nearly Rs 3000/- from my salary because of such pathetic service.
                      I made more than 10 phone calls on their online help-desk but all of them didn't help and made false promises and the situation has frustrated me .
                      their customer service number is[protected].
                      when i called several time and went harsh on them the assigned me an engineer yesterday who didn't came at the assigned time moreover his phone number was switched off the entire day. his number is [protected].

                      I'm very disappointed with their service and want the connection to be removed and refund to be granted.

                      Please help me to cope with the problem and i have a lot of expectations from you as you are my last resource.

                        I have a Tikona network in my home and it's not working properly, I mean the net is very slow. I have complained about it on their customer service but still it's same as before. They are charging us more than we are consuming and also if we are using net it is as slow as snail. Or even snail can do work faster than that. I asked them for renewal of my money and they said they would but still afterwards they made us pay.

                            Tikona internet providers are cheater & scammer who provide very pathetic internet service to the customers. Their is no internet connectivity and very low net speed. We raised complain many times regularly but not get proper solution. Complain ids are:
                            1-[protected]

                            1-[protected] and more not recorded...
                            We requested them to either give the appropriate service or else terminate the connection but didn't comeup with a conclusion.

                            Highly recommend to users not to get services from tikona, its frustrating, poor service, not regular connectivity, bad speed, and no support.

                                I had disconnected the internet in the month of Dec 2016, but surprisingly on 19 May 2016 i received the bill for which i am not liable to pay since i am not using the services/ nor placed the request to activate the new plan. During the month of Dec 2015 I requested the executives to collect the equipment from my building terrace but no response from the tikona end.

                                When I called up Tikona executives they stated that I had the new plan activated on my account. I informed them that i have not placed any call for internet activation/ plan change. I had disconnected my internet plan 3 - 4 months before and going forward i would not like to continue with the plan.

                                It seems that in spite of the repeat request to collect the equipment from my building terrace in the month of Dec 2015, they did not do so because later on by doing some fraudulent transaction they can keep tracking consumers for payments by manipulating things.

                                I have written around 6 to 7 emails to the tikona consumer support but still I have not got the proper response.

                                I would request them to revoke the bill and please collect your equipment from my terrace.

                                I would once again like to iterate the fact that I have not provided any consent for the activation of the internet in the month of May 2016.

                                Please note that i am not interested in using your services, collect your equipment from my building terrace, and i am not liable to pay the bill.

                                I fail to understand how the request to activate the plan has been noted. I donot accept the request for plan of activation / bill sent. Neither i am using the services. You can check the usage data as well. Please cancel the activation if done by you. I am reiterating the fact that i have not provided the consent to you.

                                Pleasr look into the matter and awaiting ur reponse.

                                  Initially we tried to reset password for 2 days and we were unable to reset the password, and then we changed the registered mobile number on 25th may from that day to till now we have call more then 30 times to customer care and they still haven't changed the mobile number, still the internet is not working. We get to dummy logins to registered the number but they too are not working.

                                  Technical support transfer the call to commercial team they talk for few minutes and then disconnect the call.

                                  We are using tikona more than 5 years, if you are not able to provide your services to you initial customers why you are trying for new customers?

                                  If You are not able to active internet by today please disconnect and take your device back I dont want to continue you with you any more. Due to this issue I was not able to pay my tikona bill as well.

                                  I will make sure I will take this to social media as well, so that other people get right feedback before they start you services.

                                    I had taken internet connection of Tikona Broadband Services, I paid three months advance payment for the same, During the initial month I had been from network issues, speed issues. Even after multiple complains to the technical guy my complain was not resolved. After three-four months o[censored]sage I also asked the Technical person to close my account, for that too they have no procedure in place.

                                    Also the online payment option for tikona does not work and their person charges 50rs extra for payment collection.

                                    Overall Tikona Broadband seems to be a fraud company, now after 3-4months some person representing as Advocate of Tikona have been calling up and following for payment.

                                      I have taken the connection on 21-may-2016 from that day onwards, i am getting a speed problem, i tried there customer care number, but they are not connecting, after dropping several mails, received zero response from customer care or even appleate authority

                                      The speed fluctuations is still there. During night and day. I have been repeatedly complaining about the same through emails but no resolution.

                                      I received call from the back end team always says they will monitor the same from back end and get the same resolved at the earliest. Even not single visit of engineer at my premises.

                                      My plan is bbm4m2000 in which i got 210gb of data @ 4 mbps speed after 1 mbps unlimited. I spent inr: 6130 advanced payment.

                                      Please some one look into the matter. I want disconnection of the service. I dont want to continue with this provider.

                                      Just want to understand if anyone is looking into customers complaint...

                                        My tikona user id is [protected] and i had submitted my disconnection request on 20th march however even after 2 months they were generating bill yet even i am not using their network. After sending multiple mails to '[protected]@tikona.In' and after even repeating the same thing again and again, still i am getting so many calls for restarting tikona service and also getting so many reminders and calls for billing for the service which i have never used and already request was raised for cancellation. Almost 3 months back i had started facing issues while using tikona service and after multiple technician visited, i decided to cancel the connection and i have raised request for cancellation. Even though i have explained the exact reason looks like there is a huge gap in communication and management where the information are not passing properly and due to which i am still getting so many calls and reminders for my billing. Can you please see my case properly and rectify it because i am frustrated now in explaining the same story to your every customer care executives because what i am talking to 1 customer representative looks like it is not getting logged properly and that time the representative is giving me 200% surety to resolve my problem however again and again i should say that almost i have received more than 100 calls and i have explained the same story and same issue to everybody.

                                        Please look my issue on a very serious note.
