I have purchased the Tikona broadband connection just 2 days ago.
First of all, the connection was not working properly because of the faulty modem(which the sales team installed by themselves assuring me that it would work fine)
After I got the other modem installed, I have been experiencing the internet connection problem since.
The painful part is, the sales team which installed the whole internet system is very unprofessional....

I received a call today from Tikona Representative claiming to be a lwayer from Tees Hazari Court Delhi. He threatened me by saying that I need to pay my outstanding bill amount of about 1100rs which is totally unacceptable because it's been months since I am not using their connection and mailed them for disconnection on 29 September 2015 and again on 7 Oct 2015 to which they finally responded and told me that they will close my connection...

Incorrect bill - 1112452928

Non availability of speed for net surfing

Harassment for payment of unused service
