I'm a tikona costumer, user id -[protected]. I have been a user for plan adbbm4m600 of 4 mbps. They never pick up my call on their no [protected] and [protected] and if they picked up the call then they are not fixing my problem by saying damn excuses i have never get a speed of 4mbps since from 11 months i have only getting a speed of 1mbps to 2.5/2.8mbps i have been told after your plan over u have been getting speed of 512kbps but i've receiving upto 10kbps to 80kbps i would like to request you to look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible

    My name is ketan patel and my tikona id is - [protected].

    I keep complaining over here but these tikona customer service people are ridiculous. They never sort the problem out.

    I am attaching my internet speed test photo over here so everbody can see that how tikona broadband is doing fraud with public. They are the looting money and not giving internet what we bought.

    I have bought internet speed of 4mbps, 500gb and 2 years validity.

    You all can see in attached photograph how much speed i am getting. I am getting less then 1 mbps speed.

      Tikona is proving to be worst service provider.

      It took around 20 to 30 mins to talk to Tikona representatives on below CC numbers:

      [protected]

      Sometimes it get connected but for few days only service is proper than again I have to contact Customer Care which is a very tedious and uncertain task.

      Very frustrated with tikona now. They never give what they have mentioned in their plan.

      Please take action against them. Please help.

      Number which you have provided here is not working for past few days. You people are fraud in simple words.
      For the past 1 week I am trying to log a ticket for surrendering of connection. Every time person say that you will receive a reply within 24 hours but I havent got any response till now. TIKONA IS A BIG FRAUD.
      I am sure Tikona will send me a bill for these many days although I am not able to connect to internet at all. This is how they are looting people.

        I have been using Tikona for more than 6 months. Initially I faced a lot of troubles, which later were fixed after rigorous complaints. From the last 25 days I have again started facing the problem of poor internet speed. I have a 4 Mbps plan and I get miserable speed (even up to 0.2 Mbps at times). I made numerous complaints but always got fake promises of problem getting resolved in the next 24 hours.

        On one hand India dreams of internet facility in every household with 4G connections and on the other hand we don't have even basic support to get our problems addressed.
        These kind of companies should be punished badly for such pathetic services.

          Dear sir,

          My name is karthick v and I have used tickona internet service with following user id is [protected].

          I had faced too many issues in internet connectivity during my tenure with tickona service which you can able to find from my complaint history.


          So I have requested to disconnect my connection on 18feb2016 and my last usage was 20Feb2016. And also I have paid my internet bill up to the last billing cycle dated on 06Mar2016.

          Please find my last bill payment in attached image for reference.


          I have never used Tickona internet connection after 20feb2016 anymore.

          And I don't know why tickona is keep on sending me bill with penalty which i have never used . I have received bill for the month of April2016. Now I'm feeling mental torture and frustration . Since i surrendered my connection I'm not accountable for any payment to tickona .I'm really feeling cheated now. Never suggest or use tickona service in future.

          I need proper answer for my complaint.

            Hi Team,

            I am new user of your services, not even completed 2 months.

            I have been facing internet connectivity issue for more than 30 days and I am calling to the customer care almost every alternate days but still struggling for internet connectivity. Internet behave like a guest whenever want connect it otherwise 23 hrs goes in sleep mode.
            whenever I am trying to connect to the customer care it takes minimum 8 mins to connect the customer care.

            I would like to ask you a small question why Tikona exists ?
            because INTERNET Services and support.
            but your both are worst.

            I have already paid 3 months amount in advance but want to discontinue your service, So could you please suggest what is the procedure to refund the amounts.

            I'm also trying to connect my internet connection for more than 4 hrs but still I can't connect I called more than 5 person and include the customer care but no body Will response it's the worst. Pls arrange to refund my 2 months Bill I paid.

              Dear consumer team,

              My id is [protected] and when got connection the speed was approx. 4mbps - rs750+taxes,

              I have complaining since last 15 days, we are not getting proper response from tikona, whenever we called to customer service always they replied there is no issue but here we are not getting speed and not able to login tikona portal,

              I requested many time to send technician to check out the issue but no one coming to attend our complaint.

              Why should i pay for services which i have never used.

                I have purchased the Tikona broadband connection just 2 days ago.
                First of all, the connection was not working properly because of the faulty modem(which the sales team installed by themselves assuring me that it would work fine)
                After I got the other modem installed, I have been experiencing the internet connection problem since.
                The painful part is, the sales team which installed the whole internet system is very unprofessional. I keep on calling them and I do not get any response.
                your customer care support is also very disappointing. I did not get any help in any regard. The whole behaviour of your staff is very very unprofessional and that keeps the customer in utter disgust.
                I have paid for 3 months advance and I am not getting any service I have been promised. The sales executive is avoiding my concerns and refusing to take my calls for resolving the service related queries since yesterday. He did not resolve my problem yesterday and told me to turn off my router and modem.
                I am deeply disappointed and feeling cheated by this service of your company. This must not be the way to behave with any customer

As i got trapped in this feature by them, their is no such facility existing with Tikona service centre.                   I received a call today from Tikona Representative claiming to be a lwayer from Tees Hazari Court Delhi. He threatened me by saying that I need to pay my outstanding bill amount of about 1100rs which is totally unacceptable because it's been months since I am not using their connection and mailed them for disconnection on 29 September 2015 and again on 7 Oct 2015 to which they finally responded and told me that they will close my connection and send an engineer to recover the device from my home. I didn't used connection for even a minute after placing that request and by the way it wasn't even working. And until recently probably last month someone finally came to recover the device from my home and I have not for even a minute used their connection meanwhile. So what they are asking is totally unacceptable and top of that they are making harassing calls. I am going to file a harassment case against them if this happens again.


                  Mail which I sent to them My Tikona connection with user id - [protected] in name of Dharam Singh is down since 4 days and I would like to discontinue the same. Please deactivate my tikona account and close my connection and send someone to collect CPE ASAP.

                  My Tikona connection with user id - [protected] in name of Dharam Singh after being down for 7 days came back up for 1 day and is again down from last 24 hours and I would like to disconnect my connection. Please close my connection asap and send someone to collect CPE asap.

                    Few days ago i have taken an internet connection from TIKONA. They charged for 3 months in advance and neither giving the services not even refunding. I have been tired of calling to customer care. They only says my problem is resolved in next 24 hours but its been more than a week nothing has resolved.. Now they are not picking my call and just disconnect...
                    please take a harsh action against these guys. i have also mailed them several times but they didn't reply.. i want my refund... please do something..

                      This is regarding Tikona user number [protected].

                      I paid all the previous dues and then I had called the customer care thrice on 5th of May for service termination. A service request was raised: 1-[protected] for my issue. The status of this issue is shown ‘Progressing’. I am not using Tikona and do not need the internet now. Hence, I have asked to disconnect the services. I informed the Customer care executive regarding this but still he did not terminate the services. He instead kept me on Secondary policy wherein I would be charged some 10/20 p per kb whenever I use Tikona. My rental plan shows: Rental_Stopped. I asked him whether we need to return the device but he informed me that it is free of cost and comes under installation.

                      This is one simple request. I do not want your service. I don’t want any Primary or Secondary policy. Kindly terminate my account. Because I know you guys would call me someday 10-20 times a day for unreasonable bill. I want my number to be removed from you database. Stop cheating your customers for fraud bills.

                        I had joined tikona broadband connection for home. Paid 1800 for service start.Got 2 month free service but due to engineering study burden I disconnected net service within 1 month without using free net service.
                        along with I had submitted modem to the tikona team and got receipt too.
                        but still I am getting calls from tikona team regarding bill.Someone talking with me rudely and harassing me again and again.

                          My Tikona user id is [protected]. The service was unavailable from 20th June 2015 and after repeated complains nothing was fixed (request no 1-[protected]). So I requested closing of account as i have already paid the bill amount in advance for month of June on 2/06/15 of Rs.1500 . There was simply no response from customer care and they rarely we were able to talk to representative and they wanted us to send a mail to customer care I am attaching the copy of sent mail which was sent on 06/07/2015. But still there was no response. This seems like a big fraud as they don't let you close the account. I was calling from registered mobile number still they said its not possible to close the account. Now some lawyer is calling with pending dues to be paid. This s just unacceptable and it has caused my mother a huge mental strain. They have a poor technical team, non existent customer care and just want to take your money. I would request all users to be beware of this fraud company and try to stay away from it.

I am not expecting my security deposit to be reimbursed as that would be expecting too much from a fraud company. I just want nothing to be do with the company and harassment to end.

                            I am using tikona internet services from almost a year from now. I have payed all m y dues on time till date. But there services had always been less than poor. I have several complaints but nothing worked. Finally, i called up customer care last month (April, first week) to remove my services from tikona. They transferred the call to their senior department and they almost begged for the last chance. I finally gave the same considering the level of interest they were showing to me. They then gave me a temporary fix to my problem. But again the same connectivity problem started rising. Then yesterday, fed of their pathetic service & support, i planned to finally cancel my tikona account. I called the customer care yesterday[protected], told him my query, the guy transferred the call to the senior department. I told the senior guy to cancel my account. I almost talked to him for like 20 minutes telling him to simply deactivate my tikona services, but kept on begging for the last chance. He even didn't listened to my query. On continued disapproval for the same, he started using indecent behaviour and finally disconnected the call.
                            I then tried calling the customer care again and again, but as always, there long waiting (Almost 15-30 minutes) waiting on ivrs makes impossible for us to keep calling them. The call was not connected even after around 15-20 trials. I finally gave up.
                            I then called my friend who earlier had told me about removing his tikona connection due to the same reason. He told me that tikona is fraud company and even didn't let him and his another guy remove their connection. Also he said, that he kept on receiving bills with extra fine even after the disconnection and had also received many calls saying that a court case has been filed against him for not paying bill which he later found were fraud.
                            So, it's a request to the honorable indain consumer complaint forum to get my connection asap as there is no way to do so from my end because there simply not allowing me to do the same.

                              My id of tikona net service provider is [protected] and there is no internet connection since 5 days. I am from nagpur. And my complaint was forwarded to amol hukare to solve. No body attended me and on 11.5.16 i recieved a message that my complaint has been solved, i want that strict action to be taken against amol hukare phone number [protected] and that there should be no billing of my internet from 7.5.16 till my connection is restored. I have called several times to mr amol hukare but in vain and instead he forwarded a mobile number [protected] to contact him. I called on this number several times and i always recieved an assurance that my issue will be attended, but till now nobody attended my complaint.

                              Tikona is a worst service provider, One has to wait for 15-20minutes inorder to speak with the customer care even on the paid numbers, Tollfree number service is more worst. Many times there is break in connectivity, Speed fluctuates a lot.

                                Each month I get incorrect bill which I have been disputing from Nov-2015 as charge of 1500 approx was charged inappropriately. After that in Feb services were stopped as I did not get the correct bill. Each Month they put additional charge of Rs100 as late fees. Every time I call customer care and explain the scenario they agrree for the resolution and refund but in the end it turns out to be false information. Escalation ID J.nair is like a machine operated response which can not do more than copy and paste.

                                  I have never experienced such kind of problems with any other operators I had opted for. But this TIKONA.. uffff, I really get frustrated raising complaints daily. Their is no need to mention a particular date when the incident is being raised. Incident will happen for sure daily. I had no other operators near by to my current location, which made me to go for this horrible operator. Today I was not even able to connect to customer care, it says 'customer you are to reach is on other call' god only knows what a kind of response is this from an automated customer care service. Please raise one more complaint for the day which is quiet common for me. And if possible please do rectify the problem permanently. Its just one month I installed 'TIKONA', and its almost crossed a double digit for my complaint count.. APPLAUSE TO YOU

                                    I have taken tikona internet services (Id:[protected]) in march-16 and it has been 2 months since taking connection but i have not got seemless services even a single day.
                                    I have registered complaint 3 times but not even a single time any person visited my home to see the issues.
                                    The sales person praveen kumar [protected] who told me while installation that contact me anytime in case of any issue has not picked any call even after contacting more than 100 times in 2 months and at last when he picked call he abused me.

                                    Is this the way to treat customers?

                                    If you have any shame left just act on such betrayers like praveen kumar who are maligning your company's name.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I paid my tikona (User id - [protected]) bill through paytm and while making payment i got an error “payment failed”. But the money was deducted from bank account which was rs. 472/-. I called up tikona and asked if they have received the payment but they said “no” and were not ready to help me to resolve this issue even though the paytm integration was from tikona website itself. Tikona has discontinued my internet line since last 5 days now inspite of providing them the transaction id's and all required information & instead of investigating issue and resolving the same they disconnected my internet connection. So i ask for a statement from my bank but there was no reversal back to my bank account. If this is the case than where did my money go? To know this i called up paytm to know the status of the payment i made over www.paytm.com, i called up on [protected] and was stuck with their ivr system. The ivr system of paytm is so pathetic that even if i select number 9 to get connected to paytm agent, i get a response “wrong input”. This has happened many times now. Before doing this i wrote an email to paytm mentioning the entire problem i faced, they gave me a reference number and said we shall close this query shortly and since then i have not reply from they. So i replied on the same email again but now it’s almost 72 hours still no response from paytm. I cannot even imagine how irresponsible paytm is, such a big brand market. If this continues than one day there will be no one who will use paytm. I want this issue resolved else i will stop using paytm and also tell my friends and family members about the worst experience i had using paytm. Even tikona is a worst service provider.

                                      It was tikona website where i was making payment and there i found option to make payment via paytm. So it is tikona's responsibility to get this issue sorted but they haven't took any initiative and also harass me and family by sending their collection agents again and again at my residence in my absence. Also they trouble me by calling me again n again while i am attending my important meetings in my office.


                                      Pfa the images in which you can see paytm reference number. I want this sorted from both before 6pm else i will take some serious action if this issue is not resolved till 6pm

                                        I am facing many issues with Tikona. Almost every night, from past two weeks, I am calling them for speed issue's and they keep on repeating to me the fact that “The problem is at our end & we are rectifying the same”. I have taken hand-sum plan of 30GB and then also, I am not able to use more than 9 GB. Plus now since past 2 weeks this problem persists every day. 0.2 MBPS is the speed which is actual as compared to 4 MPBS as promised by them, I dont suppose this time my usage will cross even 2 GB. I am completely frustrated as I have also incurred financial losses because of non-accessibility of net at my end. If I have to call Tikona every day and every day they take 24 hours to resolve the problem, when am I supposed to use the service then!!??.

                                        These people if charge for their services, should be ready to take the responsibility also then at their end.
