I installed the tikona internet connection two months back since than i am not able to get the proper connectivity.

Called to customer care more than 50 times whenever technical executive comes it works with limited speed while the connection is of 4mbps. Technical person says need to install new device for proper connectivity and speed but company is not providing that.

Today i have received a msg as i have exhausted gbs as per plan, go to top up your plan, don't know who is consuming the data.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue asap,

    I have experienced severe interruptions to my internet as well as slow speeds. I believe that because i have not received the service i am paying for (Namely, internet) i should be refunded
    The problem continued throughout months. My internet would cease working for several hours at a time, and then restart spontaneously. On my end i checked possibility at every occurrence by plugging my computer directly into the modem instead o[censored]sing wireless. I also tried using the internet from different computers, to no avail.
    It has become a routine for me to call the customer service everyday get my complaint registered and then get no solution later. My complaints are just being ignored.
    I have been assigned engineer visit several times but everytime the engineer worked on the rooftop device, he made the problem worse. On addition to it the engineer would tell me that this is the most of the service i can get.
    The engineer would not come on said time, and sometimes i would get the an sms saying 'engineer visit has been attended' which would be absolutely false.
    I have established to my satisfaction that the problem is beyond my control, and that tikona is not providing the service i am paying for.

      Dear all,

      User id: [protected]

      My complaint id : 1-[protected] is still unresolved. The speed fluctuations is still there. During night after 9 pm speed goes down below 1 mbps. Its like someone is switching off the server at 9 pm. I have been repeatedly complaining about the same but no resolution.

      The back end team always says they will monitor the same from back end and get the same resolved at the earliest. Even one of you engineer visit on 23rd may did not helped.

      Just want to understand if anyone is looking into customers complaint seriously?

      Worst part is now the speed fluctuations has started from morning itself.

      Please find below my previous complaints on the same issue. Which were closed without giving the resolution.Instead of tracking the speed for at least 24hrs to 48 hrs, the technical team just check the speed once during the day when the speed is little better. Accordingly they just close the complaint saying resolved.

      Till now it is unresolved. Speed last night was

      Download: 0.4 Mbps

      One of Tikona Engineer visited on 19th June afternoon, tried his luck for 2 hrs. After that he also gave up saying the speed is very slow and he is not able understand the issue.

      While going he said that his Area Manager will come and resolve it on 20th June. Today is 21st June and till now no action has been taken on this.

      Have never come across any such service provider. Hopeless Tikona !

        I have been facing internet speed problem and also been called to tikona customer care but they did not respond of my complaint and also disconnect my call when i make a call to there. this such a bad services i have been receiving from tikona.
        Once they solve the problem then it comes again after some time then after some time again they solve and again the problem started.
        At least they should make proper solution for that and have to be accurate.

          Hii my Tikona user Id is [protected].and i had submitted my disconnection request many a times but unfortunately no one replied.Also they were generating bill till yet even i am not using their network.Also they make fake advertisement of referring, i refereed to 3 of my friends but didn't got money for a single.Now they are calling me and threatening me to pay bill at Delhi court n all.This is highly unacceptable and unfortunate.

            I have taken a new Internet Broadband connection on 22-May-2016, Plan Unlimited 80GB and paid 3 month monthly rental as Rs.3900 on the same day via online.

            Yesterday and today no internet service and very very worst and rude response from their Senior Technical Executive - Vijay and he is reporting to Mr. G.Nayer - Management Head, Mumbai.

            He said, they won't refund the paid amount and won't provide any further information regarding the same.

                Dear Tikona
                First of all my a/c ([protected]) password was suspended on 22 may without any prior intimation. 2ndly the CCE didn't provided any help till date.
                3. Password reset process is very typical
                a) Provide old password
                b) choose new Password
                c) Send confirmation code from your RMN
                d) in case you don't have your RMN active get it changed for which you need to call CCE on regular basis. You need to be present at home all the time as mobile number updation requires verification of MAC Address. The Call from Tikona can come any time and it will never come on any given time slot.
                4. For verification you need to login from a dummy ID & Password, if you receive the message you are lucky, else repeat the entire process again...

                It is the condition when you are the customer from past one year and pays advance rental every month.

                from past three days I am not able to login as my password is suspended & till date tikona is not able to update my registered mobile number (RMN). the password reset process will begin once after updation of the mobile number.

                Even worst news is that there is no point of contact and they even deny to recognize your registered email address which is correct as per CCE and you receive all your bill on the same id.

                The interesting thing is that they even do not accept the request of closing the account without updation of mobile number... i.e. a customer can't access internet, not he can disconnect connection and the billing will continue.

                I have made the complaing on 22 & as per your TAT the complain should have resolved within 72 hours maximum which is very unfair specially when you charge in advance. However It is more unfortunate that even after 3 days there is no positive response from your team has been shown.

                The connection will surely work one day.. but where are the efforts of your team to help a customer ? A late (delayed) treatment is almost equal to no treatment at all.

                Why I am not able to use my services after paying well in advance ? HOW CAN YOU DISABLE MY PASSWORD WITHOUT INFORMING TO ME ?

                How will Tikona compensate me for the deep mental & financial loss I had to undergo because of their unprofessional attitude ?

                  Misguided by a publicity material, I opted for Tikona broadband service by replacing my BSNL connection. After installation, your service provider has neither helped me in logging in nor attending to calls from past many days. He has also collected money towards connection (Rs. 2580/-) and modem charges (Rs 1800/-) on 14.05 2016 without giving any receipt. subsequently I got payment receipt of Rs. 2580 vide payment ID 1-[protected] dt 14.05.2016. He also dismantled my installed BSNL connection . After installation he said that some repairing work is going on and the connection will start after rectification. He never helped me in login. Since then your local tikona team is eloped and not one is attending to calls. Even if call is mistakenly picked up, a false promise about the visit of engineer is made and eventually no one turns up.
                  I deeply regret for my decision of opting Tikona and do not want to continue with subscription any more . I am also taking up, the matter with consumer forum for cheating by misleading advt. Pls ask your vender to disconnect my connection immediately.

                    Your sales person in gundavali, andheri east comes and lies with you about the service. We have paid for advance 3 months for opting 30 gb plan 750/- per month & attached below mentioned is the confirmation invoice.

                    And the reality is something really different. Speed sucks.. I have not been able to get the requisite quality services from 1 may 2016 (You can check the log session) & calling daily for the resolution but till date the issue is not at all resolved. Engineer never had visited the place since installation & declared my area as non fesible.

                    Yesterday i have filled for closure of services and requested to refund my amount for the period i havent received services but they are not returning it, what a tragedy??

                    I am planning to go for legal action against my unsolved grievences. Kindly look into the matter on priority basis & revert me asap.

                      I had started using Tikona Broadband Services while I was staying in Bangalore in October, 2015. On November 29, 2015 I moved to Hyderabad. I informed Tikona folks about the same the very first day.

                      So, while I moved in to Hyderabad, there was barely any follow-up about reconnection from Tikona folks and later on I switched on to some other Internet Service Provider. These Tikona folks did not process my relocation request but continued to charge rentals and charges for the next 2 months without providing any internet connection!

                      On top of all this, last week they sent a legal notice on my emailID threatening to sue me if I did not pay the dues.

                      I wonder if it is even legal in India to charge someone for internet services without providing a 'real internet connection'

                      I tried to contact these folks countless times since past 4 days but there has been no response. I even emailed these guys but they do not seem to give a.

                        It has been almost an year i am using tikona
                        I hav registered many complaints that my internet speed drops always after 12 noon but no response from your side
                        Your fake speedtest shows 4 mbps but real speedtest.Net shows below.45 mbps consistently.
                        I get best sped in span of 6 to 12 in morning.

                        I confirmed with the engineer and h too said tikona speedtest is fake and does not represent real speed
                        I want a consistent speed (Atleast 2 mbps throught)

                          Subscribed to tikona broadband service from 12th may 2016 with payment of rs. 3893 (3 months advance rental and installation amount) with a assured speed of 4mbps.Internet was working fine for a week and latter on speed reduced to 115 kbps to 1mbps. Complaint registered through phone on 20th as well through email on 21st and there was no response from tikona.

                            Services of tikona broadband is not resumed. Complained several times on customer care number. They always say that services will be resumed very soon. Only one time one technician came and could not resolved the problem t from last 15 days, i could not got proper services from tikona company.

                            Mailed on 13th may (Online request number is 1-[protected].) and on 20th may 2016 (Request number 1-[protected]). But my problem still exist. No body wants to take care. Received a call three days before, one technician will visit soon. But no message and no call i received.

                              After every 1 hour usage of internet, it is getting 'Maximum Allowed session'. Kindly let me know the problem.

                              I have dialed a number of customer cares, but all are busy none responded. Even i have called to installed guy but he is saying he WON'T come but suggesting me to try customer care after sometime. At time of installation customer care will have toll free number and will respond immediately, but after installation for technical problems there will be no toll free and no one will response. this is very bad service.

                                I got a connection almost 15 days back and its my third connection of tikona.
                                I needed disconnection from the last two connection which was in Lucknow and Badarpur (New Delhi) because i moved from there. They didn't disconnected it for 5-6 months and after that i was forced to pay a bill of 1000 which i didn't know why and then they disconnected if after 8 months.

                                Now, talking about this connection, I took the connection almost 15 days back and paid 4100 for three months (it is their policy) and i got a lot of issues with speed and network. I called tikona almost 30 times. I wanted refund for my next two months. they said they don't have the policy of refund.

                                What the hell...???

                                I am totally pissed off.

                                  My user i'd is[protected] i recharged my account in january2016 by 2099 colour voucher before confirming customer care. But i am unable to use it because network is not coming i complain to senior executives they assigned engineer ajay sharma but he is not come i called ajay ajay said i closed your complain because your connection is not working on that address then i again requested for transfer connection on my office but no one come and closed my request and said this area is not fisible then i talk to senior executive and complain for money refund he said i assigned engineer for your old address he will give proper connectivity to your old address he again assigned ajay but he will not come... Then i again called to senior executive for refunding my money she take my complain for refunding my money but i didn't received my money. This is my last warning for tikona otherwise i have to go consumer court.

                                      I had requested Tikona networks to disconnect my connection but they never disconnected my connection and later presented me with Bill of 1700rs. After that they started making calls with help of lawyers and other channels for the payment which i never used. They have been involved in such practices and their internet doesnt work according to subscribed speed. You keep complaining to their network support team and they will never resolve your query. But when it comes to harassment for non-payment they have long legal team which surely work for what they get paid. All is left to consumer to suffer.

                                      Never use Tikona Broadband because it is a fraud company with cheap plans to entice customers and once you are subscribed to them they will take every penny for which they never provide service for.

                                      PLease read reviews online before you use their services.

                                        I have been facing internet speed problem and also been called to tikona customer care but they did not respond of my complaint and also disconnect my call when i make a call to there. this such a bad services i have been receiving from tikona.
                                        Once they solve the problem then it comes again after some time then after some time again they solve and again the problem started.
