As I am reaching this point of extreme mental harassment I have absolutely given up on Tikona, I do not understand that what's the deal with these guys, I've probably made over 250+ calls to them complaining about Frequent disconnections of a few seconds but they never fixed the problem, made dozens of promising excuses that dissed me off to the very limit that I could comprehend. When we thought of disconnecting from Tikona when we found a newer and better connection (not gonna sponsor it here), they kept telling us to not disconnect and told us that they'll fix the problem (OBVIOUSLY THEY WILL NEVER) and so, we haven't gotten disconnection yet and we've already talked to the other ISP, -, -. Jeez this has been happening from November to this day and yet they think I will stay and watch their little fiddling? you've gotta be either really dumb or out of your mind. Imagine you're in a call with someone and you keep on disconnecting every 10 - 5 seconds, won't that be embarrassing?
