Hi,

My Tikona Used ID is :[protected].
I had paid Rs 4382 on[protected] and taken connection from Tikona of 210GB download at 4 MBPS speed. The connection was pathetic and several complaints were raised for the connection issues, for which many a times i had to wait for days for resolution.
The last bill i paid was on[protected] and Rs 1953, which makes the connection validity till 15 Jan 2016, since that was my date of taking connection. I got relocated from the address which i had taken connection from on 10th Jan 2016 and had sent them a mail asking for disconnection of the services and have not received any response from them for months. They disconnected the service after 4 months of the request and have charged for all those 4 months, for which i have not availed their services. Now they want 5000 rs from me and are harassing with legal notices, sms and all. Why do i have to pay the amount, when i have not used it.

And it was one of the most pathetic service i have ever used.

    Hi,

    I had Tikona broadband service. Few months back I had requested to disconnect my connection over the call by making final settlement amount. But again I got call saying your bill is not paid and your service is active. I had to pay again bill amount and I mailed them to disconnect connection.

    Now, yesterday I received call from a person named Virender Rathod Advocate from New Delhi session court Govt Lawyer. His mobile number is [protected]. He used abusive language and forced me to pay 1400 again or else I will have to pay 14000 fine and imprisonment. He was talking to me rudely and warned me that police will come to my house and stuff. Tell me.. this is the way any service provider handle their customers. I am harassed mentally and need a resolution to my problems as soon as possible. The purpose of stating everything is detail was just to highlight that I was bearing with all those problem and harassment all this time and now things have taken a new level. I made a huge mistake by taking Tikona's internet connection.

    I have paid 1400 for the service twice which I have never used. I doubt this may happen again after couple of months. I will never use Tikona service, infact I am going to talk about this matter to everyone even on social networks. So that nobody will use their service. I have recorded Lawyers conversation. I am really upset with Tikona service and I want my money refunded.

      Tikona you are the worst internet broadband company in the whole india.
      Tikona is running a live scam frauding the innocents. They have genrated my bill even affter i have told them to cut my connection a thousand times. Assured me that your connection have successfuly been cut and from now on you will not be charged single paisa and no bill would be genrated in future but affter 10 days of dissconection theyve sent me a bill of rs 862 and told me on asking that you have used our internet and hence charged i have never used their connection affter disconection not even once. I told them to take my id pasword just to change it according thier will because i wanted to be secure from these scams but they denied and told me we do not take customers idpaasword.
      I now going to file rti and a consumer case as i have all the essentials proof against them nd i am not paying a single cent to these.

        Hi prakash bajpai/tikona,
        Are you still a running company? Do you believe in customer satisfaction? Do you have any idea how are your agents and engineer's working? Are they capable enough of resolving issues? This service company is like cheating the people.
        I really don't know if someone is going to read this email with proper attention. Being the ceo of the worst isp in india you might be seeing tons of emails like this daily, which may not affect you. However being a customer who pays the hard earned money to get this freaky service but being a customer i can't. I am reaching this point of extreme mental harassment i have absolutely given up on tikona, i do not understand that what's the deal with these guys, i've probably made over 250+ calls to them complaining about frequent disconnections of a few seconds but they never fixed the problem.

        Most of the time i am not able to use the service due to some or the other technical issue and whenever i call customer care, they say "switch off and on the adapter and laptop" still the problem persists they say they will fix the problem remotely so keep the adapter on for the next 24 hrs" but nothing happens.

        Please take this connection off, and right now refund my amount and don't ever propose your connection to anyone who needs a serious network without any latency. Your agents think your customer's are fool.

        Due to no connectivity i could not pay my bills on time which resulted late fees and interests to me.

          Dear Sir,

          The above user id is in the name of Nibble Enterprises and we have taken the connection for office use . Its been more than a month we have been put under severe mental agony by tikona service and complaint rectification . The company appears to be a big cheating company with no proper service back up. Last one month 10 times their engineer visited our office and I have spoken to customer care and also Salman who is the senior officer in the company who promised to solve the issue within 24 hours. this has been going on for the last more 40 days. We are thinking of filing a FIR and and also would request to take proper action towards the company for non compliance of the customer services having paid the money in full. we dont want to continue the subscription and we would like to take action and restore the connection until the existing subscription is completed.

            As I am reaching this point of extreme mental harassment I have absolutely given up on Tikona, I do not understand that what's the deal with these guys, I've probably made over 250+ calls to them complaining about Frequent disconnections of a few seconds but they never fixed the problem, made dozens of promising excuses that dissed me off to the very limit that I could comprehend. When we thought of disconnecting from Tikona when we found a newer and better connection (not gonna sponsor it here), they kept telling us to not disconnect and told us that they'll fix the problem (OBVIOUSLY THEY WILL NEVER) and so, we haven't gotten disconnection yet and we've already talked to the other ISP, -, -. Jeez this has been happening from November to this day and yet they think I will stay and watch their little fiddling? you've gotta be either really dumb or out of your mind. Imagine you're in a call with someone and you keep on disconnecting every 10 - 5 seconds, won't that be embarrassing?

              I have never come across such shabby service. I got the internet installed last week and it worked only for 2 days. Despite numerous calls NO ONE has come to check it. The service man and the engineer who came to install my connection also made excuses when I asked them to install my router. The whole company feels like a group of scamsters who cheat the public.

                I want to complaint about Tikona. My id is [protected]. We applied for disconnection in february and they stopped rental frim 29 feb. but they denied to disconnect, and im receiving continuesly bill from tikona. I did complaint on customer care so many times but not getting any positive response. They are saying that data is using I told them that Im not having any modem or adapter of tikona but they are not listning. I switched my connection to docomo.please. I need help as the amount of bill is increasing.and um not going to pay because im not using that connection and tikona denied ro disconnect.

                  I have received a bill of 1138 to be paid within june 10.

                  I have not used tikona during 26th jan to 26th april. I have attached screen shot of the same.

                  I need the amount which i paid earlier during non usage period to be adjusted in this bill as promised.

                    I am facing a very inconsistent internet usage. this really gets me into trouble. whenever i call support, they promise me to send a technician but still my connection is not resolved. If I'm going to face this for next two days I'll definitely unsubscribe from tikona. Till my connection problem gets resolved I won't pay rental for this month. They are just giving me excuses. But now i am really fed up of it. And i need an urgent disconnection.. Kindly request you to listen to madisconnection request.

                          Hi,

                          My Tikona user ID is [protected]. I have bought a plan of Rs 500 for unlimited use, throughout the weekdays I hardly get the chance to use Internet, I only use it on Saturdays & Sundays but it hardly ever works, even though my plan exceeds Rs 500, every time I have to call the call center which is not even toll free, I have saved few screenshots to show where login page does not come. I had no choice but to make this complaint since I was really frustrated, the day I planned to work from home, internet does not work.The other day I had to book railway tickets because somebody passed away in the family but I could not do so.

                          Please take appropriate action against them and kindly help that their no. becomes toll free faster otherwise I will lose all my money in calling them.

                            The tikona connection has been working intermittently for the last 2-3 weeks. The system doesnt seem to become ready even after waiting for 25-30 mins, and i'm unable to log in. The last time i was able to log in was two days ago, and even then the speed available was around 1mbps compared to the 4 mbps service i'm currently subscribed to. It has been non-functional since then.
                            Have repeatedly tried to contact on the customer service number but no one seems to be picking up.
                            Kindly resolve the issue asap else i will have to look for alternative service providers.

                              My name is ketan and my tikona user id is - [protected].

                              As usual, i am complaining over here but tikona company is gonna repair the problem. Where to complain now.

                              Problem is common all the time but they do not repair instead of registered complaint on consumer complaint.

                              Tikona company do not care about consumer complaint website.

                              My internet logs out all the time and i keep log in all the time. This is giant problem and it disturbs my work all the time.

                              Today, tikona have completely dissconnected my internet now.

                              Someone help me how to fight with tikona company and where to complain about this company.

                                The toll free number mentioned in the website (Tikona Care : Contact Tikona[protected]is not Free. I have been charged every time I called this number. Why is it so? Why Tikona is cheating the customers by stating it as Toll free.

                                I have been continuously chasing their customer care regarding this issue but no response.

                                If it is Toll free then why am I charged. Awaiting explanation

                                Tikona is not at all serious about their complaints. Now I feel they are intentionally not providing speed / Connectivity to save data.

                                I have launched a complaint few days back with complaint ID 1- [protected]. But no one is looking into this. After 2 Days again I lauched the complaint wih ID 1-[protected]. Which is also not looked after.

                                I have taken 4 Mbps plan and I am not even able to surf internet. They are providing speed of hardly 0.4Mbps. You can imagine how they are cheating their customers.

                                The reason is they are giving this connection from a Transmitter which is fitted in near by Society named Ambanagri Society Dhanori. This has got limited bandwidth. Hence only 6 to 7 Conection can me taken from there. But greedy Tikona has increased the customer base without increasing the Bandwidth. This is the main reason for fluctuation.

                                I have launched lot of complaints with respect to this speed fluctuations. They do someting for 2 Days to increase the speed and after that again the issue remains same. It is very clear they are doing it intentionally.

                                Hope posting this complaint in this site will help me with a permanent solution to this. I am fed up of Tikona customer care. They are hopeless.

                                Terrible service. Hope my 3 Months get over soon. So I get releaved by Tikona.
                                Till now it is unresolved. Speed last night was

                                One of Tikona Engineer visited on 19th June afternoon, tried his luck for 2 hrs. After that he also gave up saying the speed is very slow and he is not able understand the issue.

                                While going he said that his Area Manager will come and resolve it on 20th June. Today is 21st June and till now no action has been taken on this.

                                Have never come across any such service provider. Hopeless Tikona !

                                  Respected sir/mam,
                                  Regarding my tikona internet service (Tikona user id-[protected]). I want to inform you that, i was using tikona service since last 3 years. I paid all bill on time to time. But in september 2015 problem occur that connectivity became very poor or can say no connectivity.In september we use to call on tikona consumer care daily. But they only say to resolve actually not a single technician came resolve.In october we take a new connection from mtnl.
                                  But in november they call for us a due payment of 350rs. We also pay that. And now they calling us for payment of 500rs. We told him them that we are not now tikona user so why should pay, they say that either pay this or come in court. They threaten us by the court. Sir, i am not tikona user why should i pay and i have clear all my payments. Please solve this issue as fast as possible.

                                    I want to discontinue the internet services with Tikona internet service provider because of their poor services and despite complaining repeatedly that our plan is for 4Mbps speed 30 GB but I am not getting the bandwidth as per our plan. I have told the customer care centre innumerous times about shutting but every time they give reasons not to do so. I am in a state of constant frustration regarding the services as most of the times the internet is not working properly and it defeats the basic purpose for which I had taken up this internet service. As a consumer I have the right to stop using the shoddy Tikona services. Please intervene into this matter to resolve the matter at an earliest.                                       Hi,

                                      This is regarding a complain that i would like to lodge against tikona broadband service providers.
                                      I was a tikona broadband customer but owing to their bad services, requested for the discontinuation of their service on 8-oct-2015 (Request id:1-[protected]). But no action was taking in this regard. On 13-oct-2015 i directly received a bill, on which i immediately submitted another online request (1-[protected]) for the immediate discontinuation owing to continuous poor services which stood nowhere close to what had been promised initially at the time of subscription. To ensure that my request is being acted upon, i called up tikona to enquire about the status of my request to which i was told that the request is being forwarded and i should expect a call from the responsible team some time soon. Neither did i receive any updates on my complains even after trying to follow up on the same in-numerous times, nor was my connection deactivated.Instead they kept on adding charges for each month and generating bills which i am not liable to pay.
                                      I still continued to write mails to them indefatigably expecting them to take an action. The details of the next complains are as furnished below:

                                      17-dec-2015 (1-[protected])

                                      I actually received a mail from them on 29th may stating "closure of your tikona wibro service user id: [protected]" and expecting me to pay the bill and return the modem (Which i had never availed as a part of their service). I immediately replied to the mail stating all of the above details. For which an online request number is 1-[protected].

                                      Nevertheless, the harassment didn't stop here. I have recently received a notice from tikona asking for a modem and payment of bill (For services i did not avail).

                                      Kindly oblige by looking into this matter.

                                        I am biju from bangalore.I had a internet connect with tikona.Last year around august, because of the bad service i informed the i don't want their connection.When i told they informed me that they will disconnect my connection.For more than 2 months i was behind them to disconnect the connection.After 3 months they told they will disconnect and there is no payment due.Today one person told me telling am from legal department of tikona and you should pay 750 rupees and if not you should come to delhi court.I heard that lot of people have same experience, if a customer tell to disconnect they wont disconnect and threaten the people like this.Moreover they are asking me whether you have any written proof.Requesting your urgent attention to it.

                                        Today i called TIKONA customer care [protected] they told me to pay 475 rs.I am ready to pay it so that this headache will go from my head.But i asked one thing i want a official email regarding the final settlement.They are not ready to give that, tikona engineer is telling me he will give a ticket number.This itself shows how fraud this company is.without a official communication I am sure after some days they will start harassing me stating your bill is pending.

                                        Last Friday that is 10 th june, i got a call from one of the tikona employee that Saturday he will come for taking tikona device.I kept their device ready for collection.But till now nobody has come for collecting the device.
