This is regarding the issues which I have been facing since over a month now regarding my Tikona broadband.

The broadband is working on very less speeds & repeatedly I have contacted your technical center for the assistance.

Every time I get to hear the same story, “The problem is at our end & we are rectifying the same”.

I have been assured of a solution within 24 hours twice now. The last time I spoke to a female named Snehal, who had assured me that the same shall be rectified.

She also made a false promise that a “senior technician” will visit my place in 24 hours, which NEVER happened.

Your “so called” engineers have also paid visits to my place twice now & as per them the hardware seems to be working fine.

Can you imagine a broadband promising a speed of 4 MBPS & working at 0.1 MBPS. It would be appalling for you to know that sometimes even the upload speed is greater than the download one.

Even I am also facing such issues with Tikona. Almost every night, from past two weeks, I am calling them for speed issue's and they too repeat to me the same fact that “The problem is at our end & we are rectifying the same”. I have taken hand-sum plan of 30GB and then also, I am not able to use more than 9 GB. Plus now since past 2 weeks this problem persists every day. 0.2 MBPS is the speed which is actual as compared to 4 MPBS as promised by them, I dont suppose this time my usage will cross even 2 GB. I am completely frustrated as I have also incurred financial losses because of non-accessibility of net at my end. If I have to call Tikona every day and every day they take 24 hours to resolve the problem, when am I supposed to use the service then!!??.

These people if charge for their services, should be ready to take the responsibility also then at their end.

    M Dr Arif ... tikona user id :- [protected]. I have used tikona from Oct 2015 to February 2016 in New Delhi. I was shifting from New Delhi to Bengaluru in Feb 2016 so I called tikona customer care to disconnect but they said that I can continue the network in Bengaluru untill that I have to put it on hold after clearing the dues .I did that. But later in Bengaluru they were not able to provide the services for some reason. So finally it got disconnected in march .Later I started getting messages that, I have to pay bill for February.If i have not used the network and you have not provided the service from where the bill came ?so spoke to customer care they said to ignore the phone calls and messages no need to pay bill. Now I am getting calls again that I will get a legal notice or my phone will get blocked, credit card, debit cards will get blocked and used abusive language .. Kindly oblige.

    Modem has been returned to service engineer. And now they are adding this to that bill also .Instead of resolving they adding to the problems .

      Hello i just want to clearify one doubt that how much near by distunce you need provide a proper network service. there is a network tower by tikona next to building to yr office but then also we are facing so much problems with network. i guess the distunce might be less then 100 metres so i need quick reply for this or else get ready for the blast..i am going to post all things about your service in all social media so think twice an try to reply me today itself...

        We got Tikona connection for home in Pimple Saudagar after a lot of pain. The area manager was someone Mr. Amit. Later we shifted to another place after 2-3 months(1st Jan) hence closed the tikona account and terminated the connection.
        Later after 2 months we got a call from Tikona that new bill of 1450 rupees is generated. We tried to explain a lot that we are not staying at the same place then how can we get a bill. again few more times they called up and we explained the same. Also contacted their customer care(?) for clarification but no use.
        After 2 months a lady Deepti([protected]) called up from my father on 6th Apr'16 telling that she is an advocate and a case is filed by Tikona for their pending payment. If you don't close it now. you have to come to Delhi and close the case. Also there will be big fine.
        My father was busy in funeral rituals of my grand father. And that lady was constantly telling him that you have to close this issue right now. My father requested her that he will solve all this once he comes back to Pune after all funeral rituals are done. But she did not listen. Some how we managed payment of requested money online to get rid of the calls.
        This is nothing but harassment. That so called advocate lady was saying "Itne thode paison ke liye kyun jhanjat badhha ke le rahe ho. Pay kar do jaldi se online." I also asked her time for just a day but she did not listen. Instead when I talked angrily, she said "Aapki aukad nahi hai mujhse baat karne ki".
        These people manipulate human emotions and situations for just bragging their money.

          My name is ketan patel and tikona user id is - [protected].

          I am from ahmedabad, gujarat. I am having complaint about tikona broadband internet service since long time. I have purchased 500gb plan for 2 years and paid rs.8000 in advance. I have been promised 4mbps speed from tikona when i bought plan by sales person.

          My complaint is all about not giving promised internet speed and disconnection of internet all the time. When i am disconnected or speed issue from internet then i call tikona customer care. Customer care people do not give satisfy answers.

          Tikona wireless broadband has provided me user id and password to get internet at home. It logs me out all the time and frustrates me all the time. When i call about this login and logout issues, they give me funny answer that security reason they log me out. How can i concentrate on my work if they logs me out every hour.

          I kindly request you to take strict action against tikona wireless broadband service for not giving promised speed and not solving problem permanently.

            I am using Tikona Net at home. My net had Expired, i had recharged my ID : [protected] on 04th May 2016, then there were some due Lying in my account, that also i had cleared to them on Saturday, amt was Rs.320/-. From Saturday they are telling that net will be started with in 2 hours. But till date they have not started the net. I am following with them regularly, but no proper reply they are giving.
            I had requested them to refund the amount, but they are just not replying properly even for refund of amount. So that i can take another companies internet.

              Dear Sir,
              This company Tikona is a fraud and provided me a connection in an area where they don't have proper signal. After 3 months of having continuous problems and numerous complaints i decided to remove the connection which i informed them when their person from customer care. Their engineer who came for a visit to my house also said that such a connection should not have been provided to you by the company because there is no signal in that area. But still they sent me the bill for the next month as well. I clarified the error to them several times but now instead of refunding my money, after several months a lady named Priyanka called me today from the same no.[protected] saying that she is a government lawyer and a civil case is being lodged. After checking i found that this is fraud. There are several complaints against this on the public forums.                 My user id is [protected]... M having 4mbps plan... M having technical issues since last 10 months.. M nt getting proper connectivity and if there is connectivity there is no speed... I m calling almost daily 4m 10mnths and hd complaint about my issue thousands of times to the customer care executives and also with thesenior desk but there's no proper resolution given to me till now...
                The technical department customer care is always busy... My call hardly connects... Or else i hv 2 first call commercial department nd hv 2 request them 2 transfer my call.. I hav 2 waste my 40mins-1hrs for just connecting the with d customer care... The engineers nvr comes on d assigned time nd this in turn interrupts during my working hours... I nvr receive any intimation msg or call which engineer gonna b coming or even any1 gonna come also or not...
                The connectivity seems 2 b proper only during the engineer visit bt as soon as d engineer leaves there is no proper speed or proper connectivity...
                Today also a engineer visited and checked the connectivity... He said that d connectivity is proper bt as soon as he left i again got lesser speed... I m still getting issues with the speed and connectivity...!!! When will my issue will get fully resolved??? Is 10months nt enough to resolve a single issue???

                  Dear Consumer Forum,

                  Please be noted i cannot connect to my internet every week and this happens almost twice a week and still tikona is not ready to disconnect my internet connection. Whenever i have asked for a waiver, they have not provided me the same, stating that the complaint has been resolved. Now, i need a waiver as well as disconnection as i don't think so that tikona is properly able to provide service to the consumers. Even the customer care escalation point - Mr. Ali, is stating "do whatever you want to do" - tikona is not wrong anywhere.

                  I would request the consumer forum to take strict action against this "UNDER PERFORMER" isp organization.

                    Dear Sir,
                    Since April 28 i am not getting proper connectivity. Connectivity is always flu acting. So many time i have register complain many time. My complain number is 1-[protected]. My id is [protected].Its almost 10 days over but it’s not resolved.
                    The Followings are diagnosis results.
                    1. Server DNS could not be found.
                    2. Ip address is not fixed.
                    3. Computer is offline.
                    4. The default get way is not available.
                    So After 10 days these problem are has not been resolved. So better is to disconnect it.

                      I was a tikona customer and since i had to move from mumbai to gujarat, i requested tikona to close my account. Tikona team insisted that i should rather transfer my connection, so i agreed. But at the new location, the engineer mentioned that the connection is not possible. So i raised the request for closure, which was addressed only after 3 months after repetitive requests.

                      I had an outstanding credit of 500+ rs with tikona (Account no : [protected]), and i have still not received it.

                      After my complaint 1-[protected], the account was closed but tikona is making false accusations stating that i have not returned tikona device which is absolutely wrong. Before moving from mumbai, tikona representative had visited my house and he himself collected the device. He also did all the necessary paperwork. And tikona also wants to claim 1500rs from me rather than returning my 598 rs.

                      I am extremely unhappy and seeking solution on this matter.

                        I used tikona wifi services for 3 months and it was pathetic i paid 2800 rs for 3 months, connection and speed was too poor, i complaint to customer care a lot but still no solutions provided by the tikona, when i request for disconnection they transfered my call to senior staff and believe me they never entertained my cal till yet amyday...but they keep on calling in every 15 days for payment of 1100 approx...why should i pay for the services which i never used
                        ..they are not disconnecting and asking for bill..
                        This is a fraudulent activity..

                          Hi,

                          Since last one week i was facing frequent disconnect issues in my tikona broad plan (Adbbm2m500), which i thought would be resolved automatically which did not happen.

                          Now on calling tikona's customer care support, they refused me of taking a complaint and providing a complaint id for the same and on asking the reason i was told that my issue was not of a level for which the complaint can be raised, which i think is unacceptable.

                          I also requested the lady to transfer my call to their tl, which she refused. The solution which i was given was to turn of my internet connection for sometime and try again, which i don't think is an appropriate solution. I think as a customer point of view, restarting my hardware devices every 30 minutes is not a proper solution because after doing so, the internet works for around 20 to 30 minutes and than stops.

                          I have a call recording of the conversation which i had and i would request you to take a listen and provide a proper solution for this.

                            My connection id was [protected], and started using tikona connection effective july 11, 2015 and thus made a payment for three month advance (Transaction id:-[protected]tpc[protected], however there was an issue with connectivity and i was never happy with the service & customer care support since very first day because i had the 2 mbps plan but i never received download speed of 40 kbps, i made an ample call to them for resolution, but this issue was never resolved.

                            After two month when i saw this issue was never going to be resolved, therefore i have sent an email to “[protected]@tikona.In" on september 12, 2015 for disconnection of request, and asked them to refund amount for remaining one month since one month was still pending. After sending email, i got formality again from their customer care support, they asked for last opportunity and promised me if this issue wont resolved now, you can discontinue with services and they will refund your money as well. One local person was continue in touch with me for 10 days, after all efforts he come to conclusion that there is some bandwidth issue at handewadi road, which needs to be fixed from main server, so i made a call to their customer care support on end of september month “missed out the exact date” and asked them i don’t need any service now with tikona and please refund my money for at least one month and the response from them, “sir you will receive a call from same”.

                            After all email and phone communication, they still didn’t send anyone from their side to discontinue of connection and i was still receiving email stating you are using tikona services, just to be safer here i have sent an another top up email on oct 13th, 2015 on same email thread stating “i won’t pay any new bill since three month was already completed on oct 8th, 2015”.

                            Again there is no resolution as this issue was keep going on and they keep adding bills on monthly basis, i was getting call from their collection team, retention team to pay the bill, which i never used and asked already to disconnect the internet and i already changed my internet subscriber on mid of oct and was not using tikona thereafter.

                            Worst part was when i got the person at my home from tikona on 24 november, 2015 for bill payment, then again i sent an email on same thread email, “please stop doing this, if this won’t stop here i’ll take action against you”.

                            As usual no change after all email, they keep adding bills even after, yesterday 4th-may 2016 i received call from lady stating she is lawyer “[protected]”, and she is going to raise complain against me on behalf of tikona as i didn’t make the bill payment.

                            After all this occurrence, few questions are roaming in my mind

                            1) how helpless is customer in india, they can’t do anything with the service provider, even if you see my emails, i already sent email to them which is one month advance for disconnection, instead of refunding my amount for remaining month they billed me for another two month, which i never used it.
                            2) after all emails & calls, they forced me to continue with tikona and never disconnect the internet from their side, even after the worst services and worst customer care which was never able to resolve the issue.
                            3) they harassed me with the unwanted call from collection, retention, local team, and now with lawyer,

                            We as middle class, who always avoid such occurrence as we don’t have much time to engage on such issues, because of this service provider like tikona make their customer fool, as a result customer need be suffer here with the money, time & energy

                            All emails which i sent to tikona “[protected]@tikona.In are updated on attached pic, anyone can view with all required information i.E.Sender email, receiver email, date time, etc.

                            If tikona have something to represent here where i asked them to null my request for disconnection, i will be happy to see it here

                            I am looking forward for resolution on this, please assist

                              Me and group of four others(new to Hyderabad) had shifted to flat and were looking for a broadband connection. When all other leading service providers wanted a legal local address proof we came across Tikona Digital Networks which in the beginning told nothing that sort was required. The representative offered their plans and guaranteed us cashback in case of the speed not matching as promised. The first two weeks were good but then the network started showing true colors. The account had to be reset everyday at midnight and the speed fell drastically. The billing date approached as we complained so they repaired it immediately. But soon after the payment the problem popped up from the very next day. This time the representative never showed up neither did their office guys responded to our calls forcing us not to pay the bill the next time. When this happened they started calling us regularly but we treated them the same way as they did. I remember the bill back then was 1800/- odd. Few month later I got a call from a lawyer named Rahul who spoke in an abusive way and threatened to pay the amount. Today again we got a call from another lawyer who asked us to pay 2800/- else my bank account and id proof would be seized. In between these two calls too I had sent few emails to them seeking a reason for our payment but they did not bother to respond.
                              My question is when we did not get the quality that we were promised why were we forced to pay that too with fine. I demand justice, necessary action should be taken against such a fraud company.

                                Apart from all what mentioned above i have droppd e-mail to tikon and its ceo prakash bajpai as below but not response as usual

                                Hi team,

                                As now we had already raised complaints over 100 times over calls where your technicians kept giving assurance that the pending amount will get waved off and that just because in real scenario there is a net issue in the area and tikona does not have proper channel or line due to which the problem will not get resolved thus they will disconnect the service and collect the device.

                                I am still getting calls for the payment which is not at all acceptable.

                                I have been in touch with your technicians with name "das" phone number [protected] who visited the place once to resolved the issue when finally he advised that there is a line issue here and which can not be resolved and confirmed that he has has raised the request for wavier and termination of connection . Please coordinate with your executive and technicians for this.

                                Along with i have spoken to 100 other technicians of yours who confirmed that amount will be waived as there is a connection issue (Please check your call records for this)

                                Here by i should not receive any calls for payment from here, or just let me know if there is any further action that needs to be taken from my end. As i have enough evidence and proof to take this further.

                                Advice for tikona stop harassing people...And get your process centralised by allocating right people who really have the knowledge and willingness to work rather then just fooling around and cheating

                                  We were using Tikona broadband services at our office premises. The services were pathetic and every other day we faced connectivity issues. Finally we cancelled the connection. Despite cancellation they levied charges of Rs.1800 plus for modem not returned to them. Despite our repeated requests no one came to remove their cables and take away the modem. Now they are making threatening phone calls and asking us to pay and saying that we have defaulted in not returning their modem and equipments. Even a mail to their appellate authority yields no results and they blame us for everything. I have heard that they do it with all customers who cancel their services.

                                    I have to disconnect the tikona broadband but even after repetitive call there is no response from tikona customer care. When i call to customer care and asked for disconnection they put my call on hold more than half and hour and then disconnected. This thing happened many time.
                                    This is really unprofessional behavior from tikona .I really suggest not to go for such broad band company who trying to cheat us in such manner.

                                      Tikona has harrowed me like no other service operator. I have a 2000 sq ft house and had gone in for 2 routers as per your service guys advice. Had paid extra for installation for the same. Recently there is an error in one router statin that only one log in allowed as the earlier plan has been changed. This has to be rectified.                                         I have requested for tikona broadband dis connection on 29-feb-2016. But still tikona has not dont the same. They have stopped only the rental service and not ready to deactivate or disconnect the service. Even after several communciation to the call center no updates. . Since i'm moving from the current location / building primesis, requested them to deactivated and they are ready to deactivate. I'm not interested in using the tikona service any more.

                                        Pls find the request no raised for disconnection - 1-[protected].

                                        Note: i have cleared all the outstanding amount.
