My tikona customer id - [protected]
Hi, i am yagnesh ashara, from rajkot, gujarat. I had taken tikona broadband connection, but was not working properly so i decided to stop using their services. I have already paid monthly unlimited charges from 26.03.2016 to 26.04.2016 and stopped using their connection after 24.04.2016 and disconnected their device. But i was surprised when i got their email that i was billed with rs.401.38. Following is the e-mail communication with tikona by me.

My customer id was [protected]. I have already paid my monthly bill in advance (Unlimited plan of 4mbps) upto 26.04.2016. I have already stopped service after 24.04.2016 of your company and also requested to stop billing. I was assured that no more bill will be generated in my name. But still i got message today that i was billed with rs.404.38. I was surprised when i got this message because i have already paid in advance and before my next bill cycle i. E. 26.04.2016, i stopped using your internet service.
Today i also got call from your company that no billing will be generated as my billing cycle is stopped. I requested to pick up your device, but the person on the phone told me that i own that device now.
I also requested to remove all my details like mobile no., email id etc. And registration from your database and stop calling me and sending me messages. Please do the same. Please rectify your mistake.

But i still got e-mail that i should pay the billed amount or face consequences. Now they are threatening. After many requests they have still not collected their device from my terrace. They have still not removed my registration and my personal data as requested by me. Please help me.
