Pathetic service and mental harassment

I am writing this complaint after great disappointment and harassment from tikona broad band.

I have registered numerous complaints about network issues since december but till may 17th not even a single engineer visited me to resolve the issue.

Internet connection transfer

Worst internet provider

First of all... Tikona gives worst service any provider can provide.
Its been 45 days since i installed tikona connection... Not a single day i got continuous connection for even 2 hours, even after multiple visits of multiple guys. I paid 3 months in advance and today i called them to disconnect my connection (There is no refund, they told me that).
Please do not buy their 3 months advance connection, these are the tricks...

Not able to use internet even after payment

I have recharge color voucher Rs.599 but stilll not able to use internet due to just Rs. 3 is outstanding. Now their website wont allow to pay my unbilled amount (Rs. 3) even i tried with Rs 100 but still their system won't allow to pay.

So, due to bug in their system, i am not able to connect my internet service for atleast a week even after successful payment of Rs. 599.

Tikona fraud and harassment for amount not due

I have been facing speed drops and connection issues since past 2 months.
After every 2 days I submit a complaint which is resolved in 24hr s and issue reappears the next day.
Customer care can't see the issue unless its occurring at the very instance of time when your call gets connected. My issue is that speed drops or gets disconnected every 15 20 mins. By the time my call gets connected, if the speed / connection is back...

Disconnection of my internet services

Poor Internet Speed and Services

I have been using Tikona for more than 6 months. Initially I faced a lot of troubles, which later were fixed after rigorous complaints.
