Sub id.[protected], the 599 voucher recharged on 22.04.16 has not been credit to my account till date.i had communicated the matter to customer care several time but no respose till date.
I had given 60 gb data with six month validity but before the data got expired, tikona start sending mails and sms that your data has been exhusted, and when i recharged the same has not been credited to my account.

    With Ref to above subject matter, our net services have been disabled for the reason best known to you. We have made several complaints through Phone & Email vide Complaint No: 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], & 1-[protected]. We have nor heard from you and nor complaints have been resolved. We have even approached our local rep Mr. Bimal at Rajkot Region for resolution but in vain.
    Hope this matter reaches concern person and anticipate that it would rectify the problems faced.

      I had been using Tikona for over a year till September 2014 and I wanted to switch to another provider as I was not happy with their services. I called up customer care and asked for disconnection and to collect the device from my place. The customer care person asked me to keep the connection on safe custody for 3 months which she said was free of cost and that they would collect the device from my place if i dont like their services after that to which I agreed. After 3 months I got a message that my account has been activated. Then I called up CC again and asked for disconnection and as to why it was activated again. They said they will not disconnect and the device would be at home and I can use it on adhoc basis if required and that I WILL NOT get bills if I dont use it. I have not used the connection since september 2015. I got a bill by december 2015 with monthly charges and charges for safe custody where the bill itself says that my usage is 0MB. I called up customer care after that and they failed to respond. Since then I had been getting bills every month with late payment charges added. Today I got a call from someone saying that Tikona has given legal complaint on me for not paying the bills. Also I never got any call from CC asking me to settle their bill. Usually when a customer fails to settle a bill they will be contacted by the company. I have all the bills that state my usage is 0 and they didn complete my disconnection request and so the mistake is purely on Tikona and I dont with to pay any penny for I have not used their connection. Kindly help me in this.

      This same thing happen with me also.
      once i also received a call from delhi lawyer regarding non payment of bill actual it was completely disconnected.
      that lawyer give me just half an hour time otherwise they will file case in delhi high court. since i don't want to go with hassle and with respect to delhi lawyer i have paid my outstanding. legal document of Rs.2000/- + o/s amount. while i contact to customer care they assure me that the legal charges will be returned and waiver will be given if service not in use. but i received only legal charges.
      And the same thing will going to happen with me again.

      I would like to suggest you to visit tikona office in your local area otherwise you will be in trouble friend.

          The subject of this complaint best describes this company.

          Worst service...
          Customer representatives are big liers and cheat...
          Tries everything to loot a customer...

          Approximately 8-10 months back, when i was planning to relocate to banglore, i placed a request in tikona to disconnect and send someone to collect the devices. All the payments were done from my end till that time. Nobody turned up from tikona during that period and lastly i moved to banglore. After 1-2 months, i got a message stating that my bill has been generated. I was screwed up... I immediately called tikona to clarify things... The representative assured me that everything will be taken care automatically and i just had to confirm disconnection one more time. I did the same. He also shared some reference number... I thought this time, it's all done... But luckly (Sarcastic), similar things happened to me again a few more times. I placed disconnection request again... Got another reference number... So, all together more than 3-4 times, i placed disconnection.

          And now after these 8-10 months, a lawyer from tikona is calling me from last 1 week and asking to pay due amount. I asked that what kinda due is it? He doesn't have any appropriate answer and just forcing me to pay the money asap. I clearly mentioned the entire situation and informed him that all the necessary payments have already been done at the time, i placed the disconnection request. But, he doesn't have any answer... I tired contacting tikona through different numbers and emails... But no reply... I feel tortured and mentally harassed... This is the worst and aweful experience with tokina... I will never ever opt for any service from this company and will try to stop others to go for tikona.

            Hello,

            I am writing to bring your attention to a problem I am facing with Tikona internet/wifi service in Thane Esat. 3 months back I have applied for new wifi connection. Then Tikona's technician told us before to connect first pay 2500 Rs/-. Then Online I transferred 2500 to tikona. And after some time they provided me the connection. But same day I faced connection error issue. Then I informed the same to the Tikona's technician. Then they came and verified that, dut to network issue they cant provide us the service and they disconnected the net connection. And told me "Your money will be backl within 3 days as the issue is from Tikona's side".

            But after lots of follow ups regret to inform that I could not get my money back and I am very much frustrated with the way Tikona is handling customers.

            I would like to get my money as soon as possible.

              I am keep complaining about tikona internet services but this tikona people are not solving my problem.

              This is last time i am complaining over here. I will take tikona to consumer court and will claim compensation for not giving interner service properly and wasting my time all the time.

              Just before two days, i have complained about speed and now they have dissconnected my internet and i am waiting for interner since long time.

              I have many things to finish when i get internet.

              This tikona fraud company does not care what problem customer can face when not having internet.

              I have Tikona BB from past 6 months. Now I want to disconnect the connection due to the personal reasons. Kindly disconnect the connection and provide me the Disconnection Request Number.

                Hello sir / madam,

                I am writing this complaint after great disappointment and harassment from tikona broad band.

                I have registered numerous complaints about network issues since december but till may 17th not even a single engineer visited me to resolve the issue.

                I have been having connectivity issues almost every day (May be a week or two would be smooth) since december 2015. As i was not getting any resolution for my complaints i stopped making payments. I have even requested the customer care reps to disconnect my services but i was denied of that too. It has been an utter waste of my time with tikona and more importantly the kind of stress they have put me through.

                I would be happy to take this to the court if assisted.

                  I applied for transfer of connection 10 days back they took the connection from Kanpur and promised me that they will fix it in Lucknow but still after mailing them more than 5 times not even a single person has even tried contacting me my validity is coming closer and I am not able to utilize my data.I have tried contacting them several times but they are again and again sending me the system generated mails that within 24 hours or 48 hours or 72 hours it will be resolved but no body has even tried my number to understand the situation all my important tasks are in pending mode, they have taken all money in advance but services are not up to the mark...

                  I have booked my sales visit on 29 June and also have called on customer care a couple of times. Company promised to come on 30 June but no one showed up. I am very disappointed by such careless attitude of company.

                    First of all... Tikona gives worst service any provider can provide.
                    Its been 45 days since i installed tikona connection... Not a single day i got continuous connection for even 2 hours, even after multiple visits of multiple guys. I paid 3 months in advance and today i called them to disconnect my connection (There is no refund, they told me that).
                    Please do not buy their 3 months advance connection, these are the tricks of duping customers. I am very very frustated with their service and i am not going to refer it to anyone not even my enemies.

                    Do not buy tikona connection in any case (Specially in mahaveer nagar near janakpri east, delhi 110018).

                      i had made a complaint against tikona broadband but still there is no responce.
                      i dont have any tikona device not connection but they are forcing me to make a payment. i m not reach person, i working for small salary basis. please any one can help me to out of this problam. from past three month i facing this problem..
                      sir every day i receiving sms from tikona service mentioning outstandig amount.

                        I have recharge color voucher Rs.599 but stilll not able to use internet due to just Rs. 3 is outstanding. Now their website wont allow to pay my unbilled amount (Rs. 3) even i tried with Rs 100 but still their system won't allow to pay.

                        So, due to bug in their system, i am not able to connect my internet service for atleast a week even after successful payment of Rs. 599.

                        More importantly, their telcaller, Sales + Technical + superiror are very unresposive and nobody trying to resolved the issue. Techical caller informed to contact sales and sales team informed to contacct technical team.

                        STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO USE TIKONA FOR THEIR WORST SERVICE.

                          My friend had used the tikona service with consistent problems in the connection from july 2015 till 24th september 2015. The disconnection request was raised and said that it will be processed in 15 days. They didn't disconnect it on time and have generated bill in the meantime. The customer care executive has said repeatedly that since disconnection request was raised and the service not used the bill should be ignored. Now some guys claiming to be lawyer have started calling from different numbers to pay the bill or civil suit would be filed against him. He is medically unfit now but still the harassment is on. He has repeatedly said that he has settled all the amounts with emails and payment receipts as proof. They are reluctant to send the details over emails. Even when we asked them to give a mail id of legal team where we can send the proofs. This is not one single case. I have searched over the net and found multiple such complaints in various consumer forums. After repeatedly asking to resolve this issue, you guys do not budge. You guys have been sending mail containing the following text:
                          'mentioned below are the full and final settlement details for your account no. Xxxxxxx amount payable : 1, 391.82/- (Including cpe charges)' on 30th april you sent a mail stating this: 1. We hereby confirm that services for your ban no. (Xxxxxx) having service id ([protected]) has been terminated. 2. The device has been recovered from your premises. 3. Full and final settlement has been concluded, the amount of rs. 1, 391.82/- is payable for the account
                          If the amount had included the cpe charges and the devices have been collected then why the amount payable?
                          We raised this issue with your customer care. Again they have replied with this on 6th may:
                          'mentioned below are the full and final settlement details for your account no. Xxxxx amount payable :1, 391.82/- (Including cpe charges)'
                          What is going on? Why don't you see all this properly and reply with a proper resolution? We have raised too many requests to get the device collected. Your disconnection team is not responding. Again, i ask you to get the device collected and clear the account of the unwarranted and non-liable dues. This is taking way too long on your part. Respond with proper resolution.

                          They are not replying in any forum so i have to take up the issue here again. Please help me resolve the issue. Please do not use tikona connection. Also if anyone can kindly point to any legal remedy it will be of great help. His tikona id#[protected]

                            I have been facing speed drops and connection issues since past 2 months.
                            After every 2 days I submit a complaint which is resolved in 24hr s and issue reappears the next day.
                            Customer care can't see the issue unless its occurring at the very instance of time when your call gets connected. My issue is that speed drops or gets disconnected every 15 20 mins. By the time my call gets connected, if the speed / connection is back they say there is no issue.
                            Finally if they somehow see it while call is on, they take complaint.

                            I had to take another cable net connection because I work from home and need to have good speed all the time for video calls etc. Now I am paying for 2 internet providers.

                              I am using the tikona service now I want to disconnect the service but it is not going to done by Tikona.
                              Reasons for disconnection :-
                              Poor service response
                              Poor network service.
                              Playing political game with customer.
                              only promises not any kind of action.

                              Connection is not working - Prepaid Customer

                              Sir, My TIKONA internet connection is not working since last 7 days. Registered complain several times but didn't get any reply. An Engineer is supposed to visit, but not visiting since last three days.

                                Hi, i am yagnesh ashara, from rajkot, gujarat. I had taken tikona broadband connection, but was not working properly so i decided to stop using their services. I have already paid monthly unlimited charges from 26.03.2016 to 26.04.2016 and stopped using their connection after 24.04.2016 and disconnected their device. But i was surprised when i got their email that i was billed with rs.401.38. Following is the e-mail communication with tikona by me.

                                Today i also got call from your company that no billing will be generated as my billing cycle is stopped. I requested to pick up your device, but the person on the phone told me that i own that device now.

                                I also requested to remove all my details like mobile no., email id etc. And registration from your database and stop calling me and sending me messages. Please do the same. Please rectify your mistake.

                                  Hi, I was upset with the service and after installation broadband was not working properly. So I made cancellation request on 24 sept 2015, paid all legal bills. After discussion they told give us one chance to correct your technical things. After technician came, not able to correct. I made again send reminders mails to cancels. I have paid the bills upto Nov 15. Still they not disconnected, and saying to pay Dec 2015. After too much of emails and customer care, some how disconnection done, but with false bills for Dec 2015. They are forcing me to pay and sending legal notices. Please help me is this.

                                  Tikona — Very bad customer care services

                                  I have been calling the customer care from 2 days to change my plan and they are keeping my call on waiting for 20 minutes and they even did not change my plan and their network speed is not as per the subscribed plan.

                                    I called up the executive on 12th of May that we have shifted our premises. He said, I'll do the shifting today. Nobody came. I gave him another call on 13th. He said, register a request and give me the request number, I'll ask somebody to do the shifting. I did that right away. Nobody showed up on that day either. I gave several calls, but no response. When I gave him a call on 15th Morning, again no response. I called him later, again no response. I registered a complaint on customer care, the guy on the call informed me that my shifting will be done before 12 o'clock in the noon for sure. Nobody came. I gave another call to customer care and told to cancel my connection right now. He said, give me one more chance, and he will arrange a call back within an hour. I said okay do that. This is 16th noon already and neither anybody has given me a call nor anybody has shown up to my place.
                                    Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Their service is really pathetic. If they shift my device, It would be a miracle for me because, it was really bad experience communicating with the customer care as well as the executive.

                                    Browsing speed

                                    I have taken tikona network plan to use their network. Plan is of 2Mbps for Rs 500/month .But i am provided by below 200 kbps(less than 0.2 Mbps )speed in last of every month. I complaint about the problem but problem is not solved.

                                      Hi si/ madam

                                      I was using tikona broadband when i was in bhayander from december to february. Then i shifted to malad and i request them to shift my connection also. They told me that we will collect our system from your previous house and we are sending a engineer who will come and give you the connection and for that i have to pay rs 250. Engineer came and he found that tikona connectivity is not in my building. I asked him should i raise complaint to disconnect it then he replied that you don't need to do that, he will close this by his hand in office by mentioning that there is no connectivity and your connection will be terminated. But inspite of that they are sending me the bills and i refuse to pay, they are calling me and i raised this complaint in their customer care also and they replied don'y reply to this mail untill the issue will resolve. I did the same but then no response from them and they again sending me the bills. I got frustated with that, then on 9 may i recieved a call from ritika sharma who told me that you can do full and final payment and we will give you the noc by mentioning that now there is no relation in between you and your company but after the payment they are not recieving my calls and they haven't sent any noc also. And again i am recieving calls and they are asking me that you want to disconnect it or not. I told them please connect my call to one of your manager i want to talk to them but they are telling that manager replied that there is no possibility to connect with them. Please do the needful or suggest me. I am completely fed up with this company.

                                      They again and again call and say that we are terminating your connection and you will not get the call and rental bills again.
