I have made my disconnection request on 22nd Nov 2015. First I made request over customer care haven't got any service request number for same. hence post two days registered request over mail to their customer support ID. Entire Nov month I havent used single KB of data still my request in mid of month they wanted me to pay the left over amount. Their executive collected the amount in person, post which there is no confirmation about disconnection of my connection. For Jan they generated bill of Rs 332 and now with monthly increase of 100 rs it came to 632. I have complained there applete on march last on same, but they denied that my docket request was more than 3 months old to consider. If tikona customer care people doesnt turn back on disconnection why the hell i need to care. Find the attachment on mail conversations.

Appellate Authority hereby informs you that we will not be able to consider your appeal dated 26th April, 2016, in line with the TRAI Regulation on Telecom Consumer Complaint Redressal Regulations, 2012 dated 05.01.2012.
Please note the following:

2. Every appeal under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 9 of Telecom Consumers Complaint Redressal Regulations, 2012 issued by TRAI dated 5th January, 2012 shall be preferred within a period of thirty days after expiry of the time limit specified in regulation 8.
3. The Appellate Authority may entertain an appeal after the expiry of the said period of thirty days but before three months from the expiry of the time limit specified in regulation 8 of Telecom Consumers Complaint Redressal Regulations, 2012 issued by TRAI dated 5th January, 2012, if it is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing it within that period.

Hi Team,
There is no point in keeping me flooding with IVR calls, I need confirmation on my disconnection request and I am ready to clear only Nov bill as my cancellation request was not addressed by your customer care guys both via email date 22nd Nov and call via 7th Nov before the bill generation cycle which is clear fault from your end for not processing the same.
