I have requested for tikona broadband dis connection on 29-feb-2016. But still tikona has not dont the same. They have stopped only the rental service and not ready to deactivate or disconnect the service. Even after several communciation to the call center no updates. . Since i'm moving from the current location / building primesis, requested them to deactivated and they are ready to deactivate. I'm not interested in using the tikona service any more.

Pls find the request no raised for disconnection - 1-[protected].

Note: i have cleared all the outstanding amount.

    First of all I want to tell you that I have 2 connections of tikona, one connection is for 203 and second is for 302 in same building and both flats are mine. But as technician has came yesterday(e.i 1st may ) regarding my Internet issue and the problem is not solved. But technician is misbehaving like insulted talk in front of others(Society members) that "I am using illegal connections" this is that the way tikona people are behaving.

    For the first connection I was given my document of PAN card and electricity bill so that time they updated correctly in there system, but for the second time I don't know from where they got wrong address and after many calls and confirming that I am not there and I had given my address many times still tikona people are not changing my address I don't know why?

    And as per yesterday rudely answer by tikona technician that I am using "illegal user" connections
    Whom you called illegal? If a person is giving any fake ID and fake address then you can call illegal or fraud.
    You can't claim a person who is given correct documentation of KYC and called as a "illegal user"

    they can see my bill payment history from last 5 to 6 many years. It's quite surprising that after paying for there services still I have to waste my time and energy for chasing there people(technician) or services.

    I am extremely so so sorry about that I preferred tikona services, so I want to correct myself by disconnecting tikona services

      Hi my name is gaurav, i joined tikona network on 21.04.2016 and the user id assigned to me is [protected]. From the very first day i am facing poor conectivity and pathetic speed problem with tikona. I tried calling the sales person mr. Anshul dubey & technical support assigned to me, mr. Pankaj; but they never turned up to my complaints and stop picking up the calls from me. Then i turned up to online customer care no. [protected], after a 30 mins long call i was successfully able to login to my account and was able to use internet. But the next day again the internet was not working, then i call them again, followed their instructions and this become a daily job, infact sometimes i had to call them twice or thrice a day. I mean you are providing services for the ease of your customer or you are there to create problems for them.

      I request the concern person from tikona to please look into the matter and provide me the refund if they are not able to resolve the issue on permanent basis.

        Dear sir,

        You company employee's remove my old plan (Adbbm1249) without my confirmation and without any giving info. To me

        After that when call connected in customer care with ( tejas patil ) senior desk, he said that he can't give info about whom stopped my plan stopped without my request
        But on that time she generate request no.[protected] that i only know

        After too much flustation i call on 29th march, " why you guys didn't solve issue from last 60 days, if you can't able to serve your service then give me disconnection "
        Because i calling in tikona from last 60 days continuously and tikona didn't solve my issues

        On that time on 29th march she didn't tell me that she changing my rental plan and after that you guys charging me 5 paise per mb without any info.Providing me.
        On 29th march i just said to disconnection because from last 2 month (60days) i continue calling in tikona to solve my technical issue but every day you guys just raise complaint against technical issue and make fake promise that you will solve within 24hrs but from last 60 days no technical issue resolved of mine
        But in last she said that " give me last chance, within 24hr issue will be surely solved " and in replied i said that its okay but if you didn't, do as you said then take my disconnection request after 24 hours and i will go towards another vendor ( from last 3+ years i'm using tikona)
        & why should i pay to tikona if you guys didn't able to solve your issues within 60 days

        On next day i call to tikona again they suggest me that your rental plan is remove, i was shocked when they said that your rental plan no more, and when i request to reapply my rental plan, they said that that is old plan and now no more but will be apply that plan in your account surely within 24 hour, and regarding that he take request also

        But when i call in your customer care on 2/05/2016, your senior desk person (Tejas patil) said that was old plan and now its no more and we can't able to provide that plan to you...

        But what happen after 24 hours after she take request[protected] :-

        * technical issue not solved
        * rental plan changed without any info. (Adbbm1249).
        * rental plan not replaceable again
        * charging 5 paisa per mb ( without any info.)
        * engineer visit done on 2/05/2016 @ 5:15 pm
        * acc. To your engineer, problem in tower (Bandwidth issue in tower)
        * still same issue going on, and none of them will be solve

        Conclusion :- 3+ year old customer getting service from tikona

          Had tikona plan for 1 year.
          There connection was already so bad that i had decided that i'm not going to extend it anymore. And they have never came it to resolve any sort of problems.
          They extended my plan without even cross checking with me. No mail no phone call just extended the plan.
          The person who had given me the connection is probably not working with them anymore.
          Harassing me since past 4 months. Even after number of mails and calls they have not pull down the machine.
          And now they are asking me to pay rs. 740/- i've personally unplugged the machine and asked them to take it down or come and take it i've mailed them 2-3. Please check the attach image.
          Their employees call and talk in very rudely.
          I got a call form theie call centre and as usual explaining her everthing, i said i'm not gonna pay and the girl on the other end was like "go go".
          Everytime the keep on calling and everytime i've said i'm not gonna pay as it was extended without my knowledge.

            After calling the number several times which you have given to me to submit the cpe with no response i finally mailed a request to collect your cpe dated on 18/4/2016, request number for your reference 1-[protected] and it was not cleared for a week after several calls and mails to your customer care your engineer has collected the cpe and all other equipment and he conformed the same and finally i got a mail dated on[protected] stating FULL and final settlement Mentioned below are the Full and Final Settlement details
            amount payable is ZERO but again 1500 as fine is showing so please conform it i made all payments and submitted all equipment

              Am not able to get required speed of 10mbps and they charges for 10mbps speed. I am not at all getting 10mbps speed then why should I pay the amount for 10mbps speed. I requested and complained to the provider many times still the issue is not resolved. Request you take severe action against the provider for cheating the customers. User id [protected]

                I am one of the customers of Tikona. I was getting frequent disruption in internet. I used to call tikona call centre toll free number to talk to executives. from past 3 months, i have been raising the same compliant as "i am getting unidentified network error" . I used to get same answer from past 3 months as " we will resolve it shortly and PERMANENTLY and SLA time is 24 hours, give us last chance.. I think, this company don't know meaning of PERMANENT and LAST CHANCE. After my frequent complaints, they blocked my number. It is ruthless. After all i am paying monthly bill regularly and not getting proper services. On the top of that, my number is blocked. I am sure this company wont survive for long. I am raising complaint to take strict action on this company for blocking my number and not giving proper services.
                One last word, People baring this worst Tikona network services is just because their area is not covered by ACT beam Once it is in, I am sure this company need to start begging.

                  I have taken plan for 4500 rs a year plan paid cash to kapil who is engineer n send by Mr dhaval who is representative for tikona .


                  I have called several times but no satisafacotry answer provided.by engineer neither by representative..

                  I m very disappointed with the service and technical.support .. Noone is here to.support after paid amount
                  . although I have received 12 calls before the amount paid .. So all they wanted is money..

                    Hii sir, this is to bring in ur kind notice that i hav been complaining at ur call centre from last 3 months for speed but ur call centre people hav been trying to solve the problem from the ac rooms but nvr tried to hear my problem. again n again i was told that the problem has been resolved .
                    last call on ur call centre i did was 15 days back n i asked them to disconnect the connection but they hav not done till date is it a compulsion tht i hav to stay with ur connection whether it works or not .
                    i m getting msgs day by day for bill payment but hav they ever tried n asked me whether the connection is working or not is this how ur company is making fool of cunsumers .
                    i wont ever recommend such a company who only wants the payment but nvr tries to satisfy a customer .

                        I had requested a disconnection of my Tikona Broadband connection on 16th Feb 2016. I asked them that the connection be disconnected from 26th Feb (my billing cycle had been from 26th to 25th).

                        I have called them several time since than, to disconnect my connection but the connection is not yet terminated. Customer Care said that it would be automatically terminated in lack o[censored]sage. Each day I'm receiving a sms that usage will be charged at 5paisa/MB.

                        Even though I have removed the device (Antenna) I'm noticing a usage of about 6.5GBs since 26th Feb (attached). Additionally they have generated a Bill against my usage of Rs. 479.83

                        1. As per customer care the connection will only be terminated once there is no usage. but looking at the data usage details, it does not seem likely.
                        2. I asked them to terminate the connection on 26th Feb, Still they have not terminated the connection. If a consumer no longer wants to use a service, shouldn't the service be terminated immediately? Why wait for "No Usage"?

                        The above quoted line is exactly what I was told by Customer Care in Feb itself. I still receive sms along the same line.

                          I am highly disappointed with Tikona service as it is not customer ecentric. I logged a complaint via call to disconnect my connection in October starting as i had paid the September 2015 bill and had not use any data after that but they didnt disconnect it and dont gave the complaint number thereafter. I tried to call again but have to wait for almost 1 hr on call and no customer care person attended the call.
                          Then i mailed them regarding the same to disconnect the connection but got a automated reply that this is not the correct mail id. I continously mailed them but no response from tikona. Till today 30 Apr 2016 i am getting mail for pending bill for which i have not used the connection and they are adding 100 rs per month for which i am not liable to pay the amount.
                          I was totally disappointed with the service and i will logged a complaint in consumer forum if needed because i have all mail trails from october 2015 where i am requesting tikona to disconnect the connection and stop sending the mails.

                            On 14th april i made a payment for rs: 2099/- for 50gbs internet, however they are not activating the limit of 50 gbs and are unable to provide any confirmation about the same. All the customer care guys speak different numbers and commit altogether different promises, however non of them are able to deliver it. Numbers times they say that our senior will give you a call back, but none has called me back.
                            Please look into this and provide you guidance.

                              I applied for shifting of my account to new address, they checked and replied they can't serve to new address. They terminated the account on 11th april 2016 (I paid for service till 7th may)

                              On 29th april 2016, they called me that they are sending email regarding that but they had wrong email address. On calling [protected], got reply to send an sms as "rstemail 11134****1jigneshman******@y****.In" so i sent an sms to 5676708 for email change. They replied " you can't change it as your account is closed"

                              Again i called [protected], got reply "you can't change details in closed account".

                              What level of service is it?

                                Tikona services are really poor. The speed and connectivity issues are just frustrating. The internet keeps going off and when its working fine, there are multiple disconnections. They are surviving purely because certain areas in Mumbai there are no other service providers. Once there are other service providers that are big names, I am sure no one would avail oof their services. Worst part is that they are probably aware and dont care. In India there are regulations on customer service and hence companies like Tikona are able to continue with their laissez faire attitude. Shame on Pradeep Baijal!!!

                                  I have logged cancellation request somewhere in December 2015 and was told that it will be processed within 15 days. Till date, my connection is active and Tikona send payment notifications every now and then.

                                  My Tikona broadband connection id# is [protected]

                                  After getting service, I came to know that they don't have network in my area. First few weeks were went troubleshooting and trying to make it work. After a month or so, I realized that it's not going to work (no connectivity) and asked closure. I was promised that it will be processed in 15 days.

                                  I would like my services cancelled effective immediately and closure of any billed amount because the service is not in use for the past few months

                                  Not to mention; I have called Tikona customer service multiple times and each time, I was told that I have to pay the outstanding amount and that I am using their services. They have failed to honor my cancellation and keeps on saying that the service is in use. I must say, they have the worst customer service out there.

                                    I have made my disconnection request on 22nd Nov 2015. First I made request over customer care haven't got any service request number for same. hence post two days registered request over mail to their customer support ID. Entire Nov month I havent used single KB of data still my request in mid of month they wanted me to pay the left over amount. Their executive collected the amount in person, post which there is no confirmation about disconnection of my connection. For Jan they generated bill of Rs 332 and now with monthly increase of 100 rs it came to 632. I have complained there applete on march last on same, but they denied that my docket request was more than 3 months old to consider. If tikona customer care people doesnt turn back on disconnection why the hell i need to care. Find the attachment on mail conversations.

                                    I had also faced this kind of issues with tikona worst service.
                                    Pl don't take tikona internet connection
                                    It is not yet resolved, they initiated modem recollection a guy came and collected device and given acknowledgement. I have reported again on April 29th on top of their acknowledgement mail and as per mail their turnaround should be 72 hours but till now no one responded mail or called me. Will see how many days they will take this time.

                                      Hey today i got call from recovery Department and ther are showing me to they are advocate and mentally torcher me to pay their bill amount which i am not liable to pay because i request them to disconnect my connection and they took 3 month for disconnection .and charge bill and i am not using their connection. till naw they are not uninstall their broadband. please suggest me what i do . If i didn't used their connection why i am paying any amount ...please suggest me if anybody suffered from this problem

                                        I started a connection of Tikona Broadband on this 15th (April). They configured everything correctly at the time of setting up the connection. But the next day the connection was lost and I registered the complaint regarding the network connectivity. Though the engineer visited the very next day but again the problem continued. Time and again I registered the complaint but still there is no update from their side. When I told them to remove the connection and refund the money. They assured that the connection will be resumed after the engineer visit. But now its already 4-5 days, and nobody came to visit and even they were not responding on telephone. This is really ridiculous. I mean the company should be customer oriented. If any problem arises then they should pay attention as soon as possible. I have my educational works and due to this very problem I have to move to cyber cafe for the completion of my works. So I request you to please take strict action against this company and the service provider.
