Service yet not active after 2 dayseven paid for the plan

I have taken plan for 4500 rs a year plan paid cash to kapil who is engineer n send by Mr dhaval who is representative for tikona .


I have called several times but no satisafacotry answer provided.by engineer neither by representative..

I m very disappointed with the service and technical.support .. Noone is here to.support after paid amount
. although I have received 12 calls before the amount...

Hii sir, this is to bring in ur kind notice that i hav been complaining at ur call centre from last 3 months for speed but ur call centre people hav been trying to solve the problem from the ac rooms but nvr tried to hear my problem. again n again i was told that the problem has been resolved .
last call on ur call centre i did was 15 days back n i asked them to disconnect the connection but they hav not done till date is it a compulsion...

Poor internet service... No internet from 2 weeks

Hi

I want to raise a complaint regarding poor services from tikona... From last 2 weeks i m calling their custoner service they say wait for 8 hours and you will get a reply from us and we will try to resolve this case and than nothing happens... So please i m fed up with frustration this is the last point of contact... What kind of customer service you provide... And if this is the way to deal with customer how will you guys...

Connection not yet disconnected.

I had requested a disconnection of my Tikona Broadband connection on 16th Feb 2016. I asked them that the connection be disconnected from 26th Feb (my billing cycle had been from 26th to 25th).

I have called them several time since than, to disconnect my connection but the connection is not yet terminated. Customer Care said that it would be automatically terminated in lack o[censored]sage. Each day I'm receiving a sms that usage...

I am highly disappointed with Tikona service as it is not customer ecentric. I logged a complaint via call to disconnect my connection in October starting as i had paid the September 2015 bill and had not use any data after that but they didnt disconnect it and dont gave the complaint number thereafter. I tried to call again but have to wait for almost 1 hr on call and no customer care person attended the call.

After making a payment of rs.2099/- for 50 gbs, still they are not activating the internet.

On 14th april i made a payment for rs: 2099/- for 50gbs internet, however they are not activating the limit of 50 gbs and are unable to provide any confirmation about the same. All the customer care guys speak different numbers and commit altogether different promises, however non of them are able to deliver it. Numbers times they say that our senior will give you a call back, but none has called me back.

Very bad customer care service

I applied for shifting of my account to new address, they checked and replied they can't serve to new address. They terminated the account on 11th april 2016 (I paid for service till 7th may)

On 29th april 2016, they called me that they are sending email regarding that but they had wrong email address. On calling [protected], got reply to send an sms as "rstemail 11134****1jigneshman******@y****.In" so i sent an sms to 5676708...

Broadband services

Tikona services are really poor. The speed and connectivity issues are just frustrating. The internet keeps going off and when its working fine, there are multiple disconnections. They are surviving purely because certain areas in Mumbai there are no other service providers. Once there are other service providers that are big names, I am sure no one would avail oof their services. Worst part is that they are probably aware and dont care....

Cancellation request not being processed

Reg disconnection request made in nov yet to get response

I have made my disconnection request on 22nd Nov 2015. First I made request over customer care haven't got any service request number for same. hence post two days registered request over mail to their customer support ID. Entire Nov month I havent used single KB of data still my request in mid of month they wanted me to pay the left over amount. Their executive collected the amount in person, post which there is no confirmation about disconnection...

Negligence from the company end

Pathetic service and harassment for payment after disconnecting also

We have removed tikona connection almost a month back.

I started facing problems with connectivity in March first week, i complained every day and spent atleast one hour with customer care executives everyday to solve the problem. This went on for almost 25 days. Tikona never bothered to solve the problem, as i believe its tikona policy to harass the customers.

Highly fed up with high quality service

Marketing people simply cheated

They took rs. 2687/- for new connection, when tikona dont have feasibility in my place. I have requested for refund. But its been 3 months the are playing.

Request:- dont fall on tikona marketing people word. They can do any thing for commission.

Cheating by tikona broadband - plan 675

I have taken a wireless connectoion, Plan 675/- pm from TIKONA in Bangalore on 22 Feb 16. At the time of installation, the service engr and the area manager told me to pay Rs. 675x3 and installaltion as Rs. 250/-. I have paid an amount of Rs. 2605/-. On 29 March I got a bill from them as below :-

1st Recurring charges for the period 22-Feb-2016 to 06-Mar-2016 which is Rs. 325.86/- (pro-rata basis)

Getting calls for making payment

Harassment and disconnection problems

My ordeal with Tikona Wibro started since the time I took the connection in May, 2015. First, they didn't do the installation on time. After a lot of complaints to the customer care and TRAI finally, they activated my service.
