ONE BIG FRAUD : i made payment of 2120 amount to ur tikona executive (Abhay Kumar) on 20-1-16 who has been telling me all these days that he submitted the amount to tikona but by mistake he submitted in a different account similar to my account...and then he said he was fined by tikona rs 500 for this mistake ... then recently he started saying that he will deposit the amount from his pocket ...all these days tikona customer care kept saying...

I am user of tikona network . my tikona id is - [protected] and it is not working from last 3 days I have called to the customer care regularly and the issue is not yet solved very bad response from the technical care person . I am writing this complain so that my issue can be solve as soon as possible .

No internet access since the connection has been taken on 3rd april. Everyday after contacting only the customer care the internet can be accessed. What is the use of such service ? i paid the pending amount of Rs 1609.54 Rs Online using netbanking mode
but by mistake due to transaction errors i double paid the same bill

I have closed my Tikona account - by paying all overdue balances. I have also sent an email to the Tikona customer service informing them about the bill payment. However even after that I am receiving SMS messages about a new bill being generated. The company is making repeated calls asking for the new bill to be paid. they even threatened to make a Legal complaint regarding this.

Kindly note that I mentioned full waiver due to non-availability of service. Tikona has no right to charge a customer if the services are not provided. I have stated this several times that I did not get full internet services in the month of November, 2015 and I contacted customer care, talked to engineers but to no avail.
