I had been using Tikona services since 4-5 years. It is quite understandable that there could be technical issues here and there. However, off late, inspite o[censored]pgrading and paying more, the condition became weird and most of my time used to go into follow ups to resolve the issues. Witnessing such issues from Tikona, I was in double minds whether to opt out or not since there was not an appropriate solution though there was a clear indication from their Customer care dept. that the services will remain like this and suggested for a disconnection under such circumstances.
Following the process, I cooperated and handed over all the company's assets; I was clear on all my bills even when the services had not been proper since a few months; however, I denied paying anything now which I had already cleared and later agreed to deduct it from the deposit given to the company.
To my surprise, I received an email legal notification from Tikona - dated 9th March 2016, to which I had responded giving all the past history. And further adding to the agony, I received a call yesterday - 12th April 2016, from an unknown number and the person claiming to be a Govt. advocate and calling from Tis hazari Court that he has received such a file and he has 30 mins post which he needs to file a case against me and threatening in case if I fail to do so it will not only hamper my CIBIL score but your name would appear in the blacklist on RBI portal, you won't be able to apply for a govt. job, would be hard to get a loan etc. He also specified that this is a Court number and you cannot call back on it and on googling it came to understand how consumers are being exploited by the company.
After an hour when i did not respond, I received more calls, each time a different number this advocate claims himself to be a govt. lawyer and had been switching numbers to call. Govt.'s name is being ridiculed here which isn't a good sight.
An appropriate action needs to taken else this practice of harassing customers won't stop.

The company should not be allowed to function this way.
There has to be a base to it, who else can support than the company itself since only their motive is evident here, else who would know the inside details and such a call is made without knowing the status of both the sides. I have a track of all the emails I have sent to Tikona and have never received any acknowledgement. Instead, the legal dept. approaches, wrongly stating that reminders have been given which isn't true. Instead I owe money from them, they did not speak about my deposit amount.
On this forum we are being pacified by them while being threatened on the other front.
It is all about how you treat your customer; identify why such a scenario has occurred, since after availing the services for 4+years, why such a step and should be properly resolved instead by such misleading ways.

Updated by Sunny Na I have not received a concrete solution instead a msg from Legal dept. to sue me in case I do not clear. I don't understand why a simple calculation is hard to understand. First of all, due to bad connection, the service could not be availed + customer assistance was not available, only remote assistance but what's the use when your own rep. mentions that the services in my area were not functional so why was this not informed to me. As a consumer, I have a full right to know in case of any such changes affecting the service.
I am tired of reminders. Neither I get an appropriate answer regarding my Deposit amount. I have mentioned over and over again... Deduct the same from my Deposit amount and even keep the remaining amount with you...but it seems to be completely ignored.
The company provides a platform to consumers to mention their comments on the column provided, but the catch is that it is completely upto their will to publish it or not...obviously 'NOT' if the content bad names the company but then what's the use of misguiding your consumers.
I am still expecting help from this Forum as the query still remains unresolved.
