I had used from april to june 2015, the service was not that good, any time it will disconnect and it will take 2-3 days to resolve the issue, and after using the service for 2 months i decided to stop using it and surrender the connection, so i did disconnect the service on the last day of the billing, and then the bigger problem started.

Every alternate day that start calling the me and pay the bill, after repeatedly inforimg them, they agreed that no bill has to be payed, but again every fortnight they will call and threat me, a personal named so called will be mentioned saying he is a lawer and calling from delhi court, i told i have all my bills till i used, and i wont pay any amount further as i have not used it. They used abusive words as well, and try to threaten, this the worst kind of service i have seen in my whole life. I am going to file a consumer case on this very soon.

I advice people to never never never use this service. If it would be possible i will give 0 or negative rating.

    I have subscribed for tikona broadband connection plan name bbm2m500 on 14.02.2016 and paid cash rs. 1800/- as three months advance rental + service tax to service engineer mr. Durgesh (Mob no.[protected]. The said rs. 1800/- was credited to my account on very same day on 14.02.2016.

    Before installing the connection at my residence, i have been confirmed by sales person mr. Firoz (Mob no.[protected] that there will be no installation charge applicable for connection and demanded rs. 1800/-, as three months advance rental plus service tax, which i had paid to service engineer.

    In last few days i am continuously receiving messages from tikona regarding outstanding bill of rs. 426.35 with a due date of 10.03.2016. I have contacted your local tikona office at indore but no satisfactory reply was given to me by any person but given me a contact no. Of mr. Sandeep goud mob no. [protected] who is immediate field manager of mr. Firoz sales person.

    During my visit to your local indore tikona office i understand from some office people that during feb-2016 and onwards there is no installation charges applicable on any new connection for which advance rental rs. 1800/- is to be paid for 3 months and i also understand that according to this policy mr. Firoz has not demanded any installation charges from me other than rs. 1800/-.

    Further i have talked mr. Sandeep goud many times but no concrete solution has been given by him to me but assured me that he will talk to mr. Firoz for depositing installation charges to tikona office on my behalf for clearance of outstanding amount.

    Due to this non-responsible attitude of your company with its customers, its a total case of mental harassment for which i can proceed this matter to court of law and with consumer forum court for undue demand raised by your company to me.

    By this email i am giving you a last chance to rectify this error / mistake which was committed by your sales person to correct my account entries immediately in your records.

    Further i inform you that with payment of rs. 1800/- on 14.02.2016 there should not be any billing on me on or before 14.05.2016 i. E. After passing of three clear months. After 14.05.2016 i will pay my bills regularly as per your company policy.

    I solicite your personal intervention in this matter to resolve the issue on top priority.

      Hello consumer forum,

      From last many months i was trying to disconnect tikona service but customer care did not doing so and i was forced to use tikona service.

      My tikona id -[protected]. My bill period is from 15th-to 14th of any month.

      I was using tikona service from last 4 years till mid march 2016 and i never delayed bill payments even service was not available may days in months[eg-from 19 dec 2015 to 2-3 jan 2016 the service was not available but still i have paid full bill payments].

      But when service was not available from 19 feb 2016 to 5 march 2016 due to technical issue from tikona side, i finally decided to end the service and i mailed to tikona customer care but customer care refusing to disconnect the service permanently.

      Even i used only 8 gb out of 35 gb from 15 feb to 12 march, customer care demanding full bill payment around 900 and also late fines.

      They regularly call/mail me and sms me from bill payments.

      Could you please help us from this harassment and injustice.

You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.

        I have compliant so many times but you completely fail to serve me your service all document i have mail you is saved to me as well as all recording which are shoes how irresponsible your company towards customer and i m surely doing to consumer court because you send me legal notice doing mental torture since i have take your service.i cant able to use your your proper service i have already paid 6100 rps amount in advance i have receipt for it. and i dont get your service properly since i take and its totally close to january till date and submitted your property like wire and modem and wireless device.
        i will not pay a single rupee because you people cheats me and i will go to consumer court. and honourable court will decide.

        That Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Limited is a corporate body duly registered under the Companies Act, 1956, and in business of providing Internet services.
        That you have subscribed the internet Services being provided by us on the terms and conditions as laid down in the subscriber registration Form (SRF) which was duly read acknowledged and signed by you
        That in lieu of the internet services availed under this agreement and the devices provided to you, we have from time to time sent you bills for the same.
        In view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and SMS messages to make payment of the bills sent to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay the amounts of outstanding bills aggregating to Rs.3169. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the SRF, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you.           I was using tikona wireless service and my consumer id is [protected] and had made the payment of the three months plan after that i moved out of delhi and as i was not using internet still tikona generated the bill against my id.
          I start receiving many calls and sms from tikona regarding the due amount and over the phone i told them to disconnect my connection still they generate bill for the next month also.Many time on the phone i had tell them to disconnect my connection as i had took only three months plan for which i had made the advance payment at the time of taking the connection.
          Now after 3-4 months today i received a call from a lady saying that she is calling from delhi civil court and tikona has filed case against me for the non payment of bill and it will spoil my civil image for such a small amount.
          I told her that how they can generate bill when i was not even using the internet also i had informed them many times to disconnect the connection.
          She told me that we have to mail them about then disconnection 15 days prior the bill period and its given in the form which i had signed but there was no form given to me and also there no such thing is mentioned on the company website or in terms amd conditions.
          Its totally wrong act to harasse any consumer in this way and also a wrong way to doing a business. Government should take strict action against these type of companies.

            Hi,

            I shifted my address in Jan, so requested for change of address, but due to non feasibility, connection was not done at my new place. Besides, no connection, my bill for Jan got generated. I called in first week of Jan and then sent mail on 12th Jan regarding situation and they should have stopped service. Besides these, I got several messages for bill payment and even bill for Feb got generated. I called several times and mailed them several times again and finally some executive confirmed that I dont need to pay bill. Besides these, I got mails and messages in March for bill payment. I again called and someone confirmed that I dont need to pay. Finally I got a demand notice today stating legal action would be taken if bill not paid. I don't understand what kind of service is this. User id: [protected]

              I am fed up of such a poor service provided by Tikona broadband, and want to highlight the following points:-
              1. I was not having proper (continuous) internet service from Tikona side since 2nd June 2015 to 31st July 2015.
              2. Despite calling Tikona’s customer care service several times and requesting engineer visit, nobody came our home to rectify the problem.
              3. I had suffered financial loss of several kinds because of non availability of internet connection as provided by Tikona, because when I needed it the most to do online transactions, book tickets, bank services, etc. internet connection was not available.
              4. When I asked for waiver for the above stated period, they provided me a waiver of 70 rupees. For which I requested a call back from their waiver team for explanation many times but didn’t received any call from Tikona. Is it justified after two months of my sufferings?
              5. Also after that whenever I tried to complain about all these issues, Tikona’s customer care executives used to disconnect the call after listening the problems without providing me the complaint id. and again I had to repeat the whole long procedure of dialling their customer care number and waiting for about 15-20 minutes to get my call addressed by the executive. When the service engineer last visited my place, he clearly said, there is no connectivity, so we will not be able to provide any internet connection in my place.
              6. All the time I get pre-recorded calls regarding payment even when the due date is too far, but not for providing me the solution for internet service...
              7. From that period till now there had not been any engineer visit to our home to rectify the connectivity problem.
              And hence I have stopped using Tikona internet services from August 2015. They also failed to justify that without providing internet services why they are claiming bill and they have already disconnected my connection on and taken the device as on 22/11/2015. I am having written evidence for that. Without having a router and internet connection, how a company can claim the bill, we are unable to understand that. I have maintained the entire data usage log, call logs and call recordings with Tikona’s customer care executives.
              The harassment does not stoped here, all of a sudden some fake legal notice was sent followed by fraudulent call declaring them as lawyer, when asked for the license number, they disconnected the call.
              Now I demand a proper apology letter from Tikona for mental harassment within 24 hours of receiving this mail and disconnect the account.
              Also the legal notice mentioned that if the router is not yet been returned to Trikona, additionally I need to pay Rs. 1, 500, this shows they are unprofessional and does not even dear to see their own data before threatening any customer. Not only that one of the member of the collection department was trying to threatened me by saying that if you don’t pay the amount which we are demanding, we will send the data to CIBIL, and that will be refected in your Credit Report and you will be banned by all the Indian Banks, probably they don’t even know or dear to research the utility bill does not come in Bureau report, this is an example of the quality of their service.
              I am really shocked to see the number of complaints against Trikona, in my locality also no one is satisfied with Tikona service, and in some way they are harassed, but due to lack of time, they are not able to raise their voice.
              As an informed customer and responsible citizen of India, I would request Consumer Court to go through the list of complains in different forum against Trikona, and take necessary action against such an unprofessional company.
              Advice to Trikona is to spend money to improve the quality of service, rather spending money on collection department, as customer is the center of business, and if customer is satisfied then the collection burden will gradually decreased.

              This is to inform you, that still I am getting fake call from lawyer, even yesterday, i.e 30th April, 2016 we got a call threatening to file a case, when we ask about the licence number, he disconnect the call.
              What I am still failing to understand is that the above mentioned replies have any sense or not. For a disputed bill, not having any legal substance, how these kinds of fake call can be made to customer, do you people think that the customer is ignorant or does not have any knowledge about the legality.
              Today also I got a mail regarding the bill payment with some late fee, the connection was terminated before 9-10 months, yet what late payment you people are talking about again and again. Without providing any service and any data usage, how the bill can be generated, the device had already been taken by your service engineer, and all the evidence including his ID card is with me, still how your collection department can claim the amount for the device?

              Stop this kind of nonsense immediately, otherwise I will be bound to take legal action.

              i disconnected their services on 15 th dec and returned their device in jan 2016.
              now i am getting calls for bill as late payment charges which i never used and all modem which i gave to their personnel.
              cheat and fraud company. it should be banned by telecom ministry.
              In democracy like india, this is the open cheat which is happpening. cant we do anything with this?
              i never had such worst experience while using any kind of services.

                First of all i would like to ask, is these complains taken care of by someone. If yes, please do something and penalize tikona. If not close this website.

                I got tikona brodband connection on 9th april 2016. User id1116*6. 4mbps plan. Since then everyday there is some or the other problem with this connection. Everyday i have to call tikona customer care and complain about no connection or of speed issues. It seems of all the work i am left with this follow up from tikona about the connection and speed issues. Everyday the customer care executive would say me that i wouldn't face problems in future. Is this a way to treat customers. Tikona has already charged me for 2 months and has not been giving the same service according to my selected plan.

                I am helpless as in my building there is no other service provider otherwise i would have certainly changed the connection. I have used another service provider for complete 1 year and didn't face any issues with them.

                This tikona's service is really ridiculous and hopeless. I wouldn't suggest any one to go for tikona broadband.

                There are so many complains about tikona which can be found by just googling tikona and the third link you get is of complains about tikona. But nobody is taking any actions against them.

                I sincerely request anybody who has the authority shall take stringent action against this company and penalize them heavily.

                  My user I'd is [protected] and its been more than a month everyday i am facing problem either in connectivity or in speed. A lot of times rather most of the time there is no connectivity. I am calling Tikona Customer care almost everyday and everyday they make some excuse either some backend problem or something like this. Since one month they are saying the same thing i.e. it will be resolved in 24 hrs. and will not happen ever again.

                  I am fed up with your internet service. I am running losses because of your internet as i am dependent on your internet. I am calling everyday to you and I don't have that much time to call you everyday.

                  Even sometimes you people disconnect the call when i ask you for a solution.

                  After 10 PM nobody picks up the call.

                  I am very dissatisfied with your service and would ask you to refund my money.

                  And i will never ever suggest anyone to use Tikona its a waste of money and time.

                  Most of the time there will be no connectivity and the rest of the time there will be no speed.

                  Very bad service. the worst service i have ever experienced in my life.

                  Refund my money and take away your useless stuffs.

                    Hi, I have used tikona internet connection while i was staying in noida for a brief period of 3 months (august 2015- October 2015). user id [protected]. aside from the fact that the internet connection was horrible with less than 500kbps speed most of the time and many times there was no internet connection at all, I asked them to disconnect my connection in november 2015 when I moved out of noida by calling customer care and raising request, instead tikona has charged me with bills from November 2015 telling me that my connection was not disconnected and even though I have not used it since november I have to pay for it. Now I am constantly receiving phone calls threatening to file a case against me at if I didnt pay the dues.

                      I took the internet services from tikona brodband (www.tikona.in) User ID [protected] naming ABHAY GAGLANI .But after 3 months only tService disconnected from Tikona side without informing to me as internet disconnected from last 5 days i called them, they saying we remved our server and we cant give you services they took 750 rs for installation charge and last month internet charges of 800 rs they said we will take back our devices and will give you refund but no refund of installation and internet has been done clear case of fraud now they are not replying to me plz help me and many such customers and show them the power of consumer complaints. my mobile [protected]

                        I have taken internet connection from tikona in the year of 2014. Recently i have moved another city and due to this i have raised internet disconnect request on 31/01/2016 below are the details

                        After closing, i got bill from tikona again on feb 2016 and i have paid 89.00 rupees and the transaction number is :[protected]tpc[protected]

                        Now again, i got bill from tikona on 13 apr 2016, bill amount is 166.31 though i am not using right now and i have completely unplugged the connection.

                        Everyday i am getting calls from tikona customer care...

                          We had completed the usage of tikona till august 2015 wherein we had paid for 3 months.Due to very very low speed we had complained to customer care but was of no use. At the end i mailed to stop the connection.

                          But after 3 months i used to get mails from them regarding payment. Even i had a word with the official wherein i provided the details about the mail.

                          Till 1 month everything was fine, but after that i used to get legal notice mails.

                          Now got fake calls from delhi court regarding the same. None of them had replied to me on mail. All i got was auto generated mails.I had mailed on

                          [protected]@tikona.In
                          But of no use.
                          Please look into it
                          I have attached the screen shots as proof of sent mail .
                          These email id are provided by them so had mailed on it.

                            I got my connection on april 8th, 2016(Customer id [protected]). The day i write this its april 15th, 2016. Do you know how many times i had to call the customer care for connectivity in 7 days. Well after the 10th time i lost count. Everyday morning after i am done with my breakfast, the internet connectivity will not be there. The computer will show network cable disconeected. I will call the customer care, tell them my sob story, and the reply will be- sir this time is your problem will be solved, permanently. They will say that they have raised a ticket and the same will be solved within (24 hours). At night someone will call and ask if the problem is solved and you will find it is. Again next day after your breakfast the connectivity is gone. What a service!!! So consistently inconsistent.
                            I paid 3 months of rental(Rs 2920) in advance which this company said will not be given back in case i terminate the connection keeping in view of this poor service. Is there any way to recover this money? Please help

                              Its complaint abt Tikona Network Provider
                              I was never satisfied with service from day one of installation but tikona care and engineers who visit always said it will be OK in 24-48 hours it was never done after more 1.5 year. Every time when I do complaint they register it, and when engineers visit at location they always give some excuse and says It will be OK in 48 hours but it was never solved and every time they close the complaint without telling to me.
                              Now the worst part is that I have already paid all bills. And before due date i called up tikona care for closing connection I’m not satisfied with ur service. They replied after due date remove the cable and don’t use the internet. Ok i followed the instruction. After 15 days they called and say u have to pay 1450 rs... I called in customer care and said i will not pay any extra amout. i ask Customer Care what charges u include in 1450. executive replied its confidentionl i m not tell u... If i m not used ur connection after due date...why should i pay...? They send a mails and msg again and again.
                              And the Joke part is that tikona file the case in delhi civil court against me for that 1450...its total fraud treatment...

                              I also faced the similar issue, the payment was made in full and after one month I received an email asking submit the device with sum of Rs 800 as final bill. The best part of it- Tikona broadband connection was shut 2 months before and while they know this they were generating x amount bill charged for these months. I do not get what was it about. When asked they told me that this is final bill if not paid they will file a case against me in Delhi court.

                              The amount that I paid including penalty sum up to Rs. 1040 as final bill..I paid it as I was not having options to run behind this. I think we considering this as small amount pay it and company is taking benefit of such thing.

                              Can I file a case against Tikona in Consumer forum..? Please help. I have all the required email trails and documents which shows their unethical behavior.

                                Sir, my tikona id no.[protected]. i was start tikona network from 15th Jan 16. from till date i had not received any mail or any bill from them i had given complain about bill not received to Tikon customer care three time but they are not full fill there commitment. i was told them i am ready to pay bill but first i want bill copy from you. so that i know about all bill details. but bill not received. only sms received from them pay your bill. they are not ready to send bill hard copy. or not by mail. my request is i want bill copy by mail or by courier regularly. so that in future it will not create same problem.

                                  Dear Tikona,

                                  I have to inform you that, my connection [protected] all ready stopped rental in March. After, stopped coonection i have all ready paid remaining balance also, i have unplug the all setup from router and also cut the wire.

                                  Now i am looking in selfcare.tikona.in then i saw usage history in my account after unplugging connection. I was upset and after stop rental the tikona connection no anyone engineer come to visit our doorstop to saw my connection. Now, i am very harassed by tikona connection [protected].

                                  So, no i am going to file Consumer Court to get relief from Tikona Net Connection.

                                      I am getting calls repeatedly from some advocate name mukhesh or manish number - [protected] saying he is going to file a case. Repeated harassing calls from tikona.

                                      Team tikona, can i get any clarification from your end, what is going on?
                                      After my complain, till date i have not received any mails or calls fro tikona.
                                      Is this the way you people are earning money, by harassing and threatening people?
                                      By blocking users from your facebook page, if someone is complaining about your service.

                                      Can i expect any intimation from tikona? Otherwise i am seriously going to file a case for harassing and threatening unnecessarily and i am sure there are lot many people who are facing same problems because of tikona.
