I am fed up of such a poor service provided by Tikona broadband, and want to highlight the following points:-
1. I was not having proper (continuous) internet service from Tikona side since 2nd June 2015 to 31st July 2015.
2. Despite calling Tikona’s customer care service several times and requesting engineer visit, nobody came our home to rectify the problem.
3. I had suffered financial loss of several kinds because of non availability of internet connection as provided by Tikona, because when I needed it the most to do online transactions, book tickets, bank services, etc. internet connection was not available.
4. When I asked for waiver for the above stated period, they provided me a waiver of 70 rupees. For which I requested a call back from their waiver team for explanation many times but didn’t received any call from Tikona. Is it justified after two months of my sufferings?
5. Also after that whenever I tried to complain about all these issues, Tikona’s customer care executives used to disconnect the call after listening the problems without providing me the complaint id. and again I had to repeat the whole long procedure of dialling their customer care number and waiting for about 15-20 minutes to get my call addressed by the executive. When the service engineer last visited my place, he clearly said, there is no connectivity, so we will not be able to provide any internet connection in my place.
6. All the time I get pre-recorded calls regarding payment even when the due date is too far, but not for providing me the solution for internet service...
7. From that period till now there had not been any engineer visit to our home to rectify the connectivity problem.
And hence I have stopped using Tikona internet services from August 2015. They also failed to justify that without providing internet services why they are claiming bill and they have already disconnected my connection on and taken the device as on 22/11/2015. I am having written evidence for that. Without having a router and internet connection, how a company can claim the bill, we are unable to understand that. I have maintained the entire data usage log, call logs and call recordings with Tikona’s customer care executives.
The harassment does not stoped here, all of a sudden some fake legal notice was sent followed by fraudulent call declaring them as lawyer, when asked for the license number, they disconnected the call.
Now I demand a proper apology letter from Tikona for mental harassment within 24 hours of receiving this mail and disconnect the account.
Also the legal notice mentioned that if the router is not yet been returned to Trikona, additionally I need to pay Rs. 1, 500, this shows they are unprofessional and does not even dear to see their own data before threatening any customer. Not only that one of the member of the collection department was trying to threatened me by saying that if you don’t pay the amount which we are demanding, we will send the data to CIBIL, and that will be refected in your Credit Report and you will be banned by all the Indian Banks, probably they don’t even know or dear to research the utility bill does not come in Bureau report, this is an example of the quality of their service.
I am really shocked to see the number of complaints against Trikona, in my locality also no one is satisfied with Tikona service, and in some way they are harassed, but due to lack of time, they are not able to raise their voice.
As an informed customer and responsible citizen of India, I would request Consumer Court to go through the list of complains in different forum against Trikona, and take necessary action against such an unprofessional company.
Advice to Trikona is to spend money to improve the quality of service, rather spending money on collection department, as customer is the center of business, and if customer is satisfied then the collection burden will gradually decreased.
