TIkona so called representatives come and collect the monthly rent and yet do not provide receipts. They're representatives say the don't issue receipts on collection but update by evening. They carry no IDs and it is difficult to verify and identify

    I have been getting 1/8th of my desired speed since the last 5 day, i registered my first complaint 5 days ago and many more in the subsequent days but for no avail. I get told that there's a back end problem that will be fixed within 24 hours every time i complain, Now i have no choice but to openly complain about the poor service of the tikona broadband. I hope I'll be listened to here.

      I installed tikona internet on 16th of march 2016, my login ID/ac no. is [protected].
      i paid 3836 rupee inclusive of 500 rupee installation charges for 4mbps 50gb plan.
      in these 6-7 days i have called customer care around 9 times or so 2-3 times they told me to restart the router and wait for 2 HOURS to get the speed i paid for as there is some technical issue going on. You cant expect your customer to wait 2 hours and after that i even spoke with a senior asking HER to refund the money and disconect my service as im not happy and she forced me to wait for 24hours as she wouldnt give me any other response, she told me my connection will be kept under observation for that time ..and then it wasnt stable at all. i even have some screenshots of the packet loss and ping that it gave me. another person asked me to see if my router is no malfunctional and to use the internet with my lan cable on my laptop, which is absurd. my router is fairly new and worked great with my previous net connection. further more .. I DO NOT NEED A TECHNICAL RESOLUTION OR TO WAIT FOR 24-48 HOURS. I NEED YOU TO REFUND THE MONEY AND DISCONNECT MY SERVICE. LET ME KNOW THE AMOUNT YOU GOING TO REFUND.

      spoke with senior executive mr. abhijeet right now[protected]. call laster 10 min. same answer " we will put your connection under observation" he said there is no refund. which means im stuck with bad internet service for 3 months and my money is gone. i hardly ever get proper connection for long time. time to lodge a complaint against them. in the image. top right corner you can see the mS and loss. thank you

        I used tikona broadband service for few months in mumbai, with worst experience i asked them to disconnect, they did the same, after 1 month of disconeting i started getting call from them that my bill is pending, , sinve its a prepaid internet service, we pay first and they active the internet, some one calls saying advocate from high ourt, and the guys from tikona who calls are so cheap, they use cheap language and they threaten, they harras with the calls in regular interval, how can i pay money for the internet which ivent used, so i should go to the police or what to do, any other are facing same problem, help

          Dear sir,

          With respect to my complains, I am writing here with a very disappointment and dismay that one of

          My relative Gaurav Sharma (User ID - [protected]) is using the services of Tikona since long time . But we never get any better services from them since paid the amount timely .

          I have taken a Plan of INR 950 (50 GB) at 4 Mbps Data Rate . But the speed I get from them is 400 Kbps with a lot of Internet Fluctuations and Disconnections.

          Whenever I starts using Internet, it never work .

          Connection was taken in the month of April or May at new location (at Present also) but since then we have called their customer support on daily basis for the help in regards to the complain . Or to Send the Technician to get the issue checked and corrected .

          Now, As I was out of the town, so when I am back since mid of December, I am facing daily issues with their Internet services . At the beginning, I had ignored thought of it might happens due to the network .

          But now I am very sure that they are at fault .

          My daily routine is to work at office for 12 to 14 Hrs and I rarely use Internet for approx 2 to 3 Hrs . But whenever I try to access, it almost stops working .

          Then, always I had to call their number and then they provide us time of 24 to 48 Hours to monitor the Back end or network . However, it never get resolved and this has been conti nuously happening with me since December (the time I am available) till date .

          Whenever I called customer care, the fake promises and commitments were made by number of Seniors Executives (named Piyush / Prateek / Aditya / Amish - Worst Exec. ) .

          They mostly tries to arrange call back from the Team which rarely happens from their side .

          Now, I launched a complain 3 to 4 times in the month of January seeking for a resolution for which they sent a Technician who hardly helped us who just visited our place and turned the router's direction which is not a solution to the problem .

          Again a number of calls made in the month of JANUARY And FEBRUARY .

          I was not always available to get in touch with these guys, as no one is free . So, I hardly put a complain but their TAT is 24 to 48 Hrs which they never follows up . I raised a complain by calling them on 25 FEB till 29 FEB to resolve the issue . But they never bothered.

          Hence, I asked them to release the waiver amount back to me for the whole month which I was not able to access the Internet .

          The guys denied at first and after insisting a lot, He (Ashok Sharma ) raised a complain of Waiver only for February month .

          Here, I would like to mention that whenever we calls, it takes a long hold to connect to the Team, then they arranges a call back and they are not the concerned person because they never take any decision of their own . Their calls durations usually ends to more than 1 Hour or 2 Hours as they tries to defend themselves on call .

          Facing the same issues in the month of March, calling number of times in the first week of March and then continuously from 13 March and 17 March till 22nd March . They did not provide me any information about waiver and resolution .

          My first question is what was the need to give waiver to the customer for February month . Obviously, if they are not providing the services . So, they are accepting it indirectly.

          My second question is why the waiver has been calculated on the usage data not the entire data .

          If the person has 50 GB data and he or she could not able to access . How could it be possible that after paying for whole month, we are able to use only 14 GB data which clearly shows them defaulter .

          My third question is how they can assume the calculations without sharing it with the customer the way of doing . They just do what they want to irrespective of what customer exaxtly demanding and why he is approaching to and to what . .

          Now, I requested them many times to share me the Logs of the Data Usage along with the Data Fluctuations, Pings and Disconnections .

          They never shared it . This was raised on 13 March and till 22nd March I am approaching these guys .

          I had been told on 17 March that no resolution can be given on call then why the customer support is available . Also, was told that Waiver Team will call . I got a call on Sunday (20 March) at 12:00 PM from Akash (Waiver Team)N who is really uneducated about the services and when asked him about the waiver conditions and to my surprise, he was not having a knowledge and he said his senior team will call in 15 mins which did not happens .

          No one called . I spoke to AMISH, after having talk of 1 Hr 10 mins, he just disconnected call with out giving any resolution .

          I called again and spoke to ADITYA on 21 Feb at 08:00 PM but the concern said that I will get a call from waiver in the morning at 10 AM on 22 March .

          And there was no call back arranged from any one .

          I called on 22 March again, and spoke to Prateek, he said he will get a call arranged by 12 PM . I waited however the Person named Walnik (Waiver Team) came back and disconnected the call in 2 mins (at 12.40 PM) .

          Prateek called me back to check as I told him to give me a follow up call back but he could not answer to my queries and they all failed to resolve the issues .

          My Complains

          1. Need proper connectivity
          2. Why the call back was not arranged after giving assurance
          3. Why the complains were not logged on calls after insisting 100 times that my internet is not working . Team said that this has to be done at my end . But How could I be able to if INTERNET IS NOT WORKING .
          4. Why the waiver of Feb is given of INR 628 if issue was for whole month .
          5. Why the calls were disconnected after saying not to disconnects .
          6 . While I requested now a waiver from May to March and no one attempted for the same .
          If the disconnections and disgusted services are being provided then why should not I ask my whole amount to be refunded as per the PLANS taken and did not get the delivered services properly .

          Request - I need a complete waiver of May to March Month as they literally harrased me . Have dialled up many times provided with no resolution only headche and vocals damaged . You can check the recordings . Even, we calls and they never document the same and then bounce back to customer that we never complain .

          Also, I started complaining and posted on https://www.facebook.com/TikonaIndia/timeline but they have blocked me instead of doing needful .

          WRONG INFORMATION CONVEYED TO ME IN REGARDS TO DATA PLAN '.

          NEED CORRECTIVE ACTION TO BE TAKEN and PROPER COMPENSATION HERE DUE TO THEIR BEHAVIOUR .

          I might have missed many things but still hoping for a resolution in my favour as we are paying for something and not getting 0.01 % for it .

          He is just looking on to Company's Revenue . If I am facing issues with the connection, then why you are not able to help me with the resolution .

          He said to take only 30 % off for next 3 months and asking there are no complains registered before December month .

          Then, why you are not checking mine complaints which were raised in the month of April and May . May I show you all contents raised earlier or better you check at your end .

          Also, I have faced severe issue and this is not a joke how your team is handling .

          This is how you guys are handling and blocking me when raised the concern on Facebook Page .

          Still not resolved,

          NEED A COMPLETE WAIVER FROM APRIL TILL DATE ISSUE PERSISTS .

          THIS IS UNNECESSARILY STRETCHED AND DRAGGED .

            Cust Id: [protected] Had been using this connection for 3-4 months till October 2015. October I called the customer care and requested for a address change, tikona engineer came after 5-6 days for site visit. He told me connection is not available for this building, but he din't updated in their system. From that day my connection is disconnected. still they are generating bill and forcing me to pay, as per my details i have to pay them last bill for October 2015 is only 565/- and they are asking for 1700/-.
            Continuously they are threatening me . I got a call from [protected] a Lawyer from Delhi Firm that I have not paid my Pending Bill and Tikona has requested them to File a Case in Delhi Court if I didn't pay by 12:00 PM today

              Hi Every one.

              This is Mohan. I have taken Tikona broadband connection in JULY 2015 by paying 3 month advance rental payment.
              From the day one. we are not satisfied with Tikona broadband by facing frequent internet disconnection. So I decided to terminate the connection with Tikona and raised a request through their Customer care toll free number for termination.

              The real problem starts here. (I would say in other words is their real TRICK starts here).

              After my request is been given through Customer care toll free number for termination.The complaint for termination which I gave was not taken into consideration. and we think it will be processed within some days by thinking their words are true. Every one has their own other works and forget this termination matter. we will get to remember by seeing the next month bill is been generated. This is what I say has trick. We think them has genuine and would process the request for termination.

              Still Tikona has to give me back my one month advance rental payment. which I have not used. Instead they have raised a bill for next two months and threatening me to pay it.

              I request any good person who still exist in my India could help me on this kind of fraud. I have seen many post in this form facing same problem.

              If Tikona is reading this message. I advise Tikona to earn money by providing good service and not like this.

                as I have complained 3-4 times for internet service. I am having issue from 1st day. now after 20 days I am not able to connect my internet it is disconnecting in every 5-10 min. I need an urgent assistance for this.

                Hi TIkona,

                I am not able to understand that you said you have resolved my concern but no one came to visit me for this issue.

                my issue is still not resolved. most of the day I am calling and lodging complain. I dont understand I took connection for my office purpose or for complaining to you

                technical person from customer care saying there is issue with your terrace instrument.
                one guy who came to change terrace intrument earlier told that there is issue in support tower and all connection are facing same issue. but he is saying same thing from lots of days I am paying for listening that there is issue but no one is there to resolve that ?????

                latency which should be in 2 digit is always in 3 digit.(find image)

                For all who is thinking of taking Tikona connection and reading this. I am strongly recommend please do not take connection from TIKONA because there is no one for listening complain.

                  Hello Sir,


                  I am fed up of calling and complaining to customer care.

                  Whenever I need to do some urgent work, network is down and on calling customer care they reply

                  they are working on the issue and my issue would be resolver in next 8 working hours.

                  It is happening all the time.They don't assign technician easily.

                  Today the technician came, he spend more than 4 hours to resolve the problem but no result.

                  Can you please tell me why are giving new connections when you dont have the resources to support them.

                  The access point of our area is overloaded due to which speed reduced to .2mbps and my plan is of 4 mbps.

                  I have paid an advance rent of 3 months and i want that amount to be refunded asap

                  You can check my sessions and complained history and you can see what is happening.

                  I had to go several times to cyber cafe because of emergency inspite of being subscribed to 4MBPS connection and i want that money to be refunded (Rs. 550)

                  Please take appropriate actions asap.

                    I have requested for closing my tikona account on 29 August 2015 because i had to shift to a new city. I had mailed them and also talked to their costumer executive for closing my connection. They said the request has been submitted and the account will be closed . But that didn't happen. Instead they insisted me for continuing the service and offered me many plans but i denied.They didn't closed the connection and the bill got generated for next two months.Finally they Suspended my Account instead of closing it. Then again They activated my Account and added 100 rupees late fee charge because payment was not done.finally in 2016 they suspended my account permanently and asked me to pay the bill(i haven't used the connection) with added suspending fee. Then i received mail from their legal department to pay the money otherwise the will take legal action against me. Now their Advocates are threatening me for suing if i don't pay the bill. I have talked many times about this issue to their customer care executives and mailed them also. But No response . Now they are not even attending my calls. Really a mental harassment .

                      I am ajay Kumar, had lodged complaint to disconnect my broadband service before 24 Sep 2015 (con no:[protected]) .even I have mailed to Mr J Nair and customer care too (I have proof ), they told me like they will send engineer to solve the issue .but they didn't still I called j Nair area manager in Delhi as Tikona is harassing me and my family so I am complaining for this and I'll sue Tikona service with proof if I'll get any kind of call .

                        My user id is [protected] and i have changed plan of 1 month 4mbs 650rs to 1 year 4mbs 250gb 4500 rs and tikona has confirmed that they have recieved the amount but account still showing inactive sometimes in day time and some time in night .This problem is continuing for past 1 week and i am calling daily to customer care but still there is no permanent solution from them .They are fooling daily that they will resolve the problem but still no resolution.Kindly help

                          I had a tikona connection which i informed them to withdraw, after successive communication regarding withdrawal they never came to take back their modem, Instead they kept on sending bills . Why should i pay bill for the service which i have not used. Today i received a threat call as if you are not going to pay double the amount you will be penalised to pay Rs 52000/-. I have all the correspondence with me and have asked them to produce the actual bill, which they have not given to me. my user id-[protected]

                            Hi i was using tikona broadband bearing user id :[protected]

                            i was in annual plan which was expiring on 15th oct 2015, i sent a written mail asking for termination and also called the customer care and confirmed for my disconnection.

                            Still a bill was generated asking me to pay 1780 rupees, When i called customer care regarding this they asked me to ignore such mail, i also called couple of times to takeaway the installations, but no one came till now to collect.

                            Now some person is calling from Delhi asking me to pay the money else will file case in Delhi court. This is really horrible and disturbing for me.

                            Guys please donot use Tikona, i had faced same incident with my friend couple of years ago, Now its for me.. i have all supportive mails for this

                              The problem began December, when my Internet went down for several days.The problem continued throughout December to March. My Internet would cease working for several hours /days at a time, and then restart spontaneously.

                              Also when i requested for Closure of service because of continues service issues, still Tikona team did not process request and continue charging bills.

                              Tikona Support Team have acknowledged / certified on Support calls that because of issue with Network Tower in area there is a problem with connection

                              Support team always tell lies about billing period and complaint solutions.

                              As I have not received the service that I contracted for I consider Tikona to be in breach of contract. Hereby I would request Tikona to reimbursement of the sum of Rs. 2396 which represents proportion of the sum I have paid for the service that I have not received.

                              Your are stating which i have already action.

                              please check your system for complaints since November and resolution and also you have stopped your customer care operation in month of January as whenever i have called I got automated reply that there is a issue in network connections in your area and your team will contact me back. which never happened

                              your have erased all past call logs records which i cannot view in my login which is against compliance

                              The above facts clearly state that you are in breach of contract. and I am Entitled to Refund for non-service

                                I have buy a new broadband connection of Tikona on 19 march 2016. In two days only half or one hour internet service has worked and always show login failed, maximum session reached error msg. My plan is 4mb speed but speed is coming around 40-60kb. They take three month bill amount in advance. I am totally dissetisfied with Tikona broadband service and want to back my amount. I will not suggest to use Tikona broadband to anyone in my life. Tikona is the worst internet service provider. My Tikona userid is [protected].

                                  I want to bring notice to you one of the frustrating thing happening to me daily with tikona customer care.

                                  They are unneccessarily charging me the amount.

                                  I am using tikona internet connection from the last 3 years and using it in good manner.

                                  I have shifted my house from Jakkasandra to Hoodi on September 17th 2015 also the shifting charges was paid an amount of 250/- Rupees to the tikona engineer who came to our home for shifting the internet connectivity without any bill receipt. We have asked the tikona engineer to provide bill receipt but not provided. They added the shifting charges extra in my every month bill and adding additional amount of 100 rupees with the bill, Also the tikona billing people are frequently calling me and disturbing me over phone asking amount of 1589/ 800/ 700 and due amount to pay without any solid proof. Even explaining them several times this issue and to the executive who visited my home that it have already paid to tikona engineer and not to add this bill to every month. They still continuing calling me over phone and sending SMS in my phone..
                                  They are unccessarily charging the bill and contacting me for billing purpose.

                                  Please take appropriate action against this people

                                    i got a bill after disconnection of my tikona connection stating that penalty of rs:1500/- for MODEM . But i have surrendered my modem and i have sent the photo copy of CPM REMOVAL LETTER as directed by tikona customer care executive . Even after sending the photocopy of cpe removal letter more than 10 times you havent updated the details and repeatedly calling me to pay bills .

                                    I dont want you to repeat this kind of behaviour towards customers .


                                    kindly check my bill, bearing bill number : B[protected] stating charges of Rs/-1500 for modem . Im not liable to pay this bill as i have surrendered the MODEM and also i have sent a photocopy to [protected]@tikona.in as the customercare executive asked me for a proof of surrendering the modem ..

                                        I have requested the tikona service provider to close my connection in the month of october due to their poor service. Inspite of requesting them several times, they have not closed, instead several reminder mails received from them to pay the dues.

                                        But i clearly informed them several times to check the connection & take away the device. But the same was not done from their end.

                                        Now, i got a call from one of the customer care executive (mobile no. : [protected]) saying they are taking legal action on me & informed me they will block my passport/debit/credit cards.

                                        I don't know what basis they will do all these things. I have attached the complaint mails sent to the tikona care.

                                        Please take necessary action against them for harrasing.
