I installed tikona connection UID: [protected] on 14th March 2015 by paying rs 1970. From the beginning i had some
techinical issues which later on got bigger. My second payment to Tikona is of Rs 146 on 21/May/2015.

Hi,
I have requested for disconnection of broadband connection since 2 months but the service provider is not responding to our request. They have closed the request without completing it. The person they have assigned the request to is not responding to our phone calls. Please do the needful. We are not able to apply for another broadband connection due to this issue.

I had taken tikona connection dated 30/07/2015 with 2 months free use(limited gb). I paid 2280 Rs for all. i started facing problem in connection and i have complained many time to tikona CC but we didn't get solution. In last i request for termination. they didn't stop connection and sending bills to us till now. Please Solve this matter....

After my complaint on 21.02.16 on this consumer forum, only on 25th Feb.16 one service engineer was sent to my address, he checked the connection and declared that in my area signal strength is too low and it will not work. after this 10 times I called Tikona call center I requested them to disconnect my connection and refund my total balance amount as connection was started on 16.01.16 and from 8th Feb.16 onwards I am not getting this service...

Refer to subjected customer ID, Your internet connection did not worked properly since day one then it got disconnected upon my request however device is still with me because no one visited to collect the device even after sending many mails and I am getting SMS, legal notice to pay INR 2200(approx), please look into issues and settle down as soon as you can, also please send someone to collect device.

I was a Tikona customer (Tikona user ID: [protected]) for more than 4 years. The broadband service provided by Tikona was very pathetic but had to continue for such a long period as there was no other ISP in my area who could provide Wired broadband services.
On Oct 5th 2015 I sent an email to [protected]@tikona.in to close my broadband connection (request number received for the same from Tikona was '1-[protected]')...

I had submitted my request for stoppage of services and paid all my bills. They said that someone will come to remove it. Then I got a call stating that removing is not required, let it be but you wont get bill.

Then after 2 month I got a bill of 169 Rs. This month I got 269.

How can you be so ruthless and irritating?
I am not using any of your services so why the hell...

I took Tikona broadband and made advance payment of 2520.
But after 2 months due to network issue Tikona had stopped the service and Tikona technical person told me to disconnect the connection.
I had disconnect the connection, in month of JAN 2016.

From last two months am taking follow up but Tikona is not returning my refund
and in last week tikona sent me a mail about 0 Rs. due from Tikona end.
