From past 8 months i was facing problem with tikona digital network, i called them many times on there costumer care nos every time they replied me that yes we are having back end issue in your connection and will solve the problem within 24 hours. this same thing i had tolerated for 4-5 months they had gave me there engineer's visit 2-3 times but that is of no use connection was still not working then i started call them for disconnection of my services till that time i had paid my all 4-5 months bills without using of there services apart of that i had send them my request of disconnection via mail also but every time there officers tried to make me fool by there senseless offers, when they are unable to solve a little back end issue from there side in 4 months time what ells i accept from them. i continuously following them for my disconnection but they continuously send me the bills of every months while my complaints are still at there pleases .after watching all this nonsense and requesting for disconnection more than 5 months i stopped paying them and i did not turned there device switched on for 3 months and still the bill of my plane came to me without using and few days ago i had received a call of an lawyer from tikona for some legal action against me so please help me in this matter...

    This is to bring to your notice regarding a call from someone called devraj joshi (Mobile number [protected]) today 29/03/2016 at 12 06 hrs, who supposedly is govt. Lawyer in tis hazari session court, delhi and told that there's a case registered against me and about to be heard by learned judges after 20 minutes. I must pay some amount probably rs. 2900/- to tikona online which shall be refunded after court hearing. I tried to explain him that the amount charged by tikona is for the period when service was inactive, moreover i have not been served any notice in this regard, but he refused to listen any thing.

    I would like to bring to your notice that my tikona broadband connection with id[protected] stopped working since late evening of 6th october 2015. I made several calls to tikona customer care for rectification of the problem and restoration of the broadband service. Every time there was an apology and all assurances from tikona, but no technical service personnel visited to attend the problem. To my utter surprise, i got a message from tikona on 31/10/2015 that technical complain was resolved. Though the service was not restored.
    Some of the complaints posted were acknowledged vide ref no. Ref no 1-[protected], 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]

    Finally i requested vide mail dated 09/11/2015 to close the account and remove the equipment.

    The amount billed by tikona is for the period of non working of the broad band. It is very frustrating that in stead of refund of the security amount, tikona is demanding for the period of non availability of the service.

    I want to complaint about the harassment behavior of tikona in this forum. Please help me to get relieve from this torture and poor customer service from tikona. Thanks, pk singh

      Tikona is demanding to pay for a period which I have not used their service. I have paid the amount till 15th Dec 2015. I have changed my plan in November 2015. I have raised several complaints during November and December 2015 due to network connection and speed issues and the problem was not resolved. I have cancelled the Tikona service on 22nd December because of continuous network connection problems.

      Even after paying the amount in advance in November 2015 I did not get proper service from Tikona. Almost 15-20 days network was not working or speed was very slow. The pending bill is from 15th December 2015 to 15th January 2016, during that period I have not used the service.

      Their customer service personals are talking roughly and threatening.

        Dear All,

        From the day we requested this connections its not working, wasted so much money without any service. When asked for cancellation there was no response, 3 months past and they are not disconnecting, no service, no calls. several emails sent. not they threaten with gundas and lawyer letter to pay the balance.

          I had taken taken connection by paying 3 months advance, but due to internet connectivity and poor service, i had requested for disconnecting the service of after a month o[censored]sage. My request wasn't processed and bills were generated every month. Even after calling them and requesting to stop unnecessary bills generation, no action was taken against this.
          4 days back got a call from mobile no: threatening me to pay the bill or face the legal action. No reply from customer service also after several requests.

          Disconnection request made: 09-Sept-2015
          Amount paid: 3021/- Rs.
          But till March 2016 bills has been generated and they are trying to cheat people by making legal threat calls.

            I have taken this broadband connection by paying three months advance. Guy who came to give new connection speaks well at first time. I have hardly used the service for a week (with lot of interruption), when I called executives to fix up d issues. No response at all. And even raising n number of complaints none was bothered. They have robbing the money from customers with fake promises. Take action against them to save hardened money of a common ppl. After so money unsolved complaints I have shifted to hathway (good service). This was my id-[protected].. Take action against tikona. Worst broadband service provider.

              My name is Ramjan Mangoli, a resident of Pune, 411048.
              I had need of extra money so to start with 'Work from Home'; I needed an internet connection. I contacted Tikona Digital Networks, and got a connection set up and received an email confirmation with subject 'Your Tikona Secured Wireless Broadband subscription receipt" ( Subscriber Registration Form number [protected]) on 27th October 2014. I paid almost 4, 275 /- ( three months Rent + Taxes ) for plan # ADBBM4M1250.
              After Two weeks, problem started arising and upon calling tech support, they only advise either to reboot your device or we are facing some technical issues which will be resolved shortly.
              the request which went very worst for speed issue is as below:
              Your online request number is 1-[protected] -- I realize that Modem assigned to me was taken out and my cable was fixed in common modem of TIKONA through other two connections were also working. SO THEY ALREADY REMOVED MY MODEM WITHOUT INFORMING.
              I was prominent for payment though struggling with connection issues.
              In the month of August 2015, I had to relocate to Bangalore so I requested connection transfer on 25th August 2015 ( Request # 1-[protected]) for which I received below SMS.
              "Your Tikona Service Reference number 6506060 is assigned to at Mobile Number [protected]"
              Meantime, Pune team collected my CABLE and I informed the issue of Modem which was taken out already and they acknowledged the collection of Hardware items over call post which I didn't receive any call for hardware.
              After Relocation, I kept calling on Mobile number given y TIKONA and there was no response almost for 1 week and when call got connected, they simply replied, we are sorry Sir and we will get connection installed by today EOD which NEVER HAPPENED TILL DATE
              On 9th September 2015, I sent mail to Customer care for this issue and asked them to disconnect my connection as my connection was not used for almost 20 days (Acknowledgement- Request # 1-[protected])
              the Real Issue of FRAUD started from here...
              I had 5 calls from TIKONA post this request and every time I requested to disconnect the connection which they never acknowledged and asked me to allow one chance to serve yo better.
              I was still receiving bills fro NOTHING.. neither connection was installed in Bangalore nor they disconnected my connection. I again wrote mail to them on 25th December 2015 ( Acknowledgement- Request # 1-[protected])
              2nd Request on 28th December 2015 to close the connection - ( Acknowledgement- Request # 1-[protected] )
              3rd Request on 01st January 2016 to close the connection - ( Acknowledgement- Request # 1-[protected] ) where they taken connection deactivate request.
              However, I again received bill of 3, 396/- which was included late fee and Rental charges for the month of which I never used any service from TIKONA.
              On 05th March 2016, I received confirmation over mail with subject ' Closure of your Tikona WIBRO Service User ID: [protected]' and amount as 3, 396/-.
              I again wrote to customer care on 13th March asking WHY KEEP ON SENDING SMS/MAILS FOR COLLECTIONS WHICH I SHOULD NOT HELD LIABLE TO PAY. IT WAS YOUR FAULT THAT YOU DIDN'T TAKE CORRECT ACTION AND NEITHER INSTALLED CONNECTION ON TIME ( Acknowledgement- Request 1-[protected] )
              It's been 8 months now and issue is still there and no termination happened from company and only SUSPENSION took place till date.
              Unfortunately, all the recordings I had in my Memory card got misplaced which I am still searching and definetly find it out however I have all mails and call details with me.
              I called them and told multiple times to close my account permanently and I should not held liable for unnecessary charges . also asked to refrain sending mails/SMS and making calls as I am not here to respond your calls/mails. It's fully companies responsibility, to have things sorted instead generating bills and threatening/ harassing customers.
              I got more phone calls/SMS/ mails ONLY pertaining to bill payments and kept writing mails asking for reason WHY CONNECTION IS NOT DISCONNECTED, WHY I AM STILL Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) — Incomplete communications - unethical illegal proceedings - fraud company never takes ownership of its mistakes.

I event advised to ignore mails/SMS as those are SYSTEM GENERATED. I lost my cool at that point and told them in CLEAR words, I have paid my last bill, and asked for either transfer or termintion - if you have done it - great, if not it's your responsibility to waive it off by internal adustment.
              Now today ( 28th March 2015), I got a phone call from 'Delhi court'; from someone who claimed to be a lawyer ( I checked mobile identity which resulted as 'Goverment Vakil' - Reported 653 times SPAM ); and that Tikona has a case raised against me for non payment of bills. He spoke to me very rudely, cutting me off when I was asking for details. at last, I lost my control and scolded him stating 'ULTA CHOR KOTWAL KO DAATE', I have every proof with me and if you want I will go for Court too' and he disconnected the call. I thought this was a ridiculous attempt from someone from the company; hung up for a while and called my lawyer.
              I was not going to take anymore rubbish from them.
              I already discussion with TIKONA for waiver o[censored]nnecessary amounts charged to me then why they are sending LEGAL notice through court for harassing/ threatening me.
              I have attached the Issue mails and Legal collection screenshot as well.
              If Tikona is listening; kindly ensure to collect the money for services you provided and DO NOT harass customer or expect legal actions from my Lawyer for mental harassment.
              This is entirely your fault and I expect an apology.

              Today I received mail as - ' TDN F&F mail Full and Final Amount Payable -[protected]' ( S/shot attached).

              I have been asked to pay 3312.09/- with penalty which is ridiculous.

              As I mentioned earlier, MODEM was already taken out by Engineer and my connection cable inserted in Common Modem which still exist at terrace till now then why there is penalty as I raised this issue already with TIKONA in past ( s/shot attached).

              Per discussion with Executive ( Rupesh) and request sent to TIKONA, I agreed to pay amount of 1, 287/- and asked for confirmation since other charges incurred was not my mistake. You fail to transfer connection, you failed to provide service as agreed then why should I suffer?

              Please recheck with your respective departments and confirm my FnF amount to pay which MUST Be 1287/-.

              Today I again got call from # +91-[protected] ( Claiming he is Senior Lawyer - Reported SPAM with Name Tikona) who further said, he is senior Lawyer and going to submit case in Court and to avoid penalty, pay due amount.

              I really don't understand how come they threaten to customer like this. It's Ridiculous again.

                I was using the net connection despite it being very slow.the connection didnt work on sept month so i alled up the customer care so many times and at last they sent a guy but he couldnt fix it. I called agaiso many times and after a v long time they sent the same guy. He saod he cannot fix and call the customer care. Finally i gave up and called up to disconnect. The agent tried hard to convince me to keepbut i denied and at last she said okay, theyll disconnect my connection. After many momths i keep getting messages about the bill even when i am not using it and i have disconnect it. Now i am getting threatening calls from the delhi court saying i have unpaid dues and better solve the problem out of court. I am a doctor and think i am not gonna pay my monthly bill? If i have not used then why should i pay for anything? Its about ethics. I see many similar complaints and guess we gotta do something about this.

                  I'm from Chennai. A month ago I got Internet connection from Tikona and it was so worthless as the connection was very unstable with a poor network speed. The network connectivity is fine only during particular time and often pops up a problem. To add on, I had called up literally everyday to customer care for resolving my problem and all the resolutions provided were either temporary or improper. I had paid actually a subscription amount for 3 months in advance and with this kind of improper support I feel humiliated because of the push to call customer care everyday. Please get me resolved with a refund.

                      I have requested Tikona to disconnect my connection on 5th Oct 2015. Complain Number 1-[protected] .

                      I was paying all my bills in advance and there was no outstanding balance till the date I have asked for a disconnection. Still I was repeatedly receiving emails saying "Kindly pay your outstanding bills". Tikona started giving me "MISSED CALLs" ya "MISSED CALLs" every now and then. They don't answer when we call the customer care. I m clueless because of the communication gap.

                      Now, suddenly today I am getting call from some XYZ saying that he is an advocate from Delhi high court (Phone No: [protected]) and going to take legal action against me by file a case against me and going to block my passport/debit/credit cards. Also, he has started using the foul language like Donkey and all over the phone.
                      I have seen lots of complain are coming from many customers, that they are also facing the same problems repeatedly.

                      My strong appeal to the government to take very strict action against Tikona for harassing their costumers during their services and after their services.

                      Please take this issue very seriously, otherwise many more citizens have to face this kind of tensions unnecessarily.

                      Team TIKONA, Can I get any clarification from your end, what is going on?
                      After my complain, till date I have not received any MAILS or CALLs from TIKONA.
                      Is this the way you people are earning money, by harassing and threatening people?
                      By blocking users from your FACEBOOK page, if someone is complaining about your service.

                      Can I expect any intimation from TIKONA team? otherwise I am seriously going to file a case for harassing and threatening unnecessarily and I am sure there are lot many people who are facing same problems because of TIKONA.
                      i am getting calls from Tikona devraj joshi([protected]) who said he is someone in delhi court in front of megistrate office and he has a file against me for not paying airtel bill .well i lost my sim i told the operator that discontinue my service but they didn't and no they said i have to pay bill of 1500 rs other wise they will file case this is totally ridiculous people like me have many day to day problems and more than those problem this guy said pay ur bill otherwise they will forward case and then i cant do anything this is how these people make harassment of the common man and made threatning warnings and all please guys do some appropriate comments for advice and what should i do to stop these people from harassing the other common man

                        Approximately an hour ago, i got a threat call from a person claiming to be tikona lawyer that either i settle the previous dues of tikona via out of the court settlement asap or if not done she will drag me to delhi court filing some sections of indian penal code.

                        I tried explaining her the following but she was not ready to listen and after 3:30 minutes of the call she said that the call is recorded. Shouldn't she inform me in the beginning that the call is being recorded?

                        Anyways following is what i told her and is also true.

                        It has been more than 6 months that i have made approximately 40-50 requests to tikona to disconnect my tikona internet connection since it always had issues and never worked as expected.

                        I have proof in emails and tikona should have proof if they used to record my conversation with their goons who used to force to continue using their pathetic services even after making repeated requests to disconnect the service. I repeatedly requested them that please disconnect tikona services, and also i am not interested in renewing.

                        If i wouldn't have sent the emails to them then i would have left with no proofs other than phone conversations with tikona which i never recorded.

                        Anyways, today their advocate told me that why din't i go to consumer court then. I guess now is the time to visit consumer court given threat calls have started coming from people claiming to be advocates of delhi court

                        If you search "against tikona" on google, you will see that indian citizens from every corner of the country are frustrated against tikona for first providing horrible internet services and then penalizing this way by making threat calls for not paying their false bills which are generated even after the service disconnection request.

                        Please help me and other consumers who are struggling to fight for their rights against powerful tikona

                        I have forwarded all the previous ~25-30 emails all the way dating from September 2015, requesting you to disconnect the services to [protected]@tikona.in

                        I had tikona connection for 9 months ~Jan2015-Sep2015 in which I have sent ~50 emails and made ~100 calls in each complaining about the pathetic internet connection which was never resolved. Later I have sent ~25-30 emails and tens of calls requesting your company to disconnect the internet service.

                        Anyways now its not about your pathetic internet services, its about your company hiring goons to make threat calls for falsely generated bills.

                        Its only matter of time that customers like myself start a mass petition against your company and its false practices and take a legal action against your company.

                        Inspite of customers making tens and hundreds of request, you force customers to continue using your pathetic connection for another 14 days. As per TRAI you cannot force your customers to use your internet services. You should immediately disconnect the service if the customer is requesting a disconnection.

                        I really want that a top lawyer from India file a case against your company and advertise it everywhere so that customers like me can join that case against your company for following false practices in every phase of your service providing.

                          Tikona has a worst customer care. The people don't give any solution for technical issues or for billing.
                          If we ask them for solution they say they don't have option, and we need to wait for hours, which would also be a waste as that won't be resolved.
                          Chennai people don't go for tikona, save time and money go for some other service provider.

                            I have been using tikona since last 2 month and not a single day i get speed what i paid for.
                            i have been reguarly calling tikona and complaining but no action is taken, they make excuse every time...
                            everyday they ask for 24hour time. but nothing happens.
                            not even senior officer are available to listen to complaints.
                            and call centre people are thought to blame on customer computer if customer gets problem regularly. i tested their network on 3 system. my 2 laptops and PC. same low speed and very high letancy..its been 2 months now.
                            and still they seem not to care at all.
                            im really in need of some higher person with power to deal with them. I hope u guys can help.
                            neither they are ready to return the money nor resolving the problem. im stuck with lower speed and poor service by tikona.

                              I don't know why i am wasting my time to wrote on such worst services.

                              Don't stretch it,

                              1. More then 80 complains in last 6 months.

                              2. Worst services and customer care.

                              3. They never provide what they commit.

                              4. More than hours call to customer care still no proper resolution.

                              5. Take 2 g plan of any worst network, will work better then this.

                              6. Highly qualified senior technician visited, took 8 hours but not even able to troubleshoot their own technical issues.

                              8. They will charge on regular basis, weather service is interrupted.

                              9. Its like paying shatabdi train fare and travel in passenger train.

                              10. Worst part they always want one last chance to make up to you, it never happened.

                              One of there tortured.

                                I bought the lowest plan of tikona that costs me ₹675 without taxes and ₹770 with taxes. I am supposed to get a browsing speed of 4mbps. I had to pay ₹2605 initially for three months advance then i can continue to pay them monthly. Right now i am getting a browsing speed of 2.11mbps(Latest speed test) which is not upto the mark at all. I have complained for 4 times and everytime i complain they say that they will do something as soon as possible to increase the speed but they have never done anything. I need a my browsing speed back to normal and a compensation of an increased browsing speed without any changes to my monthly rates.

                                  The services of tikona are as poor as possible. requested a address change in month of november 2015. since january 2016 i followed up, made several calls for shifting but could not get it done. in 1 incident, 1 tikona person gave me morning time on Sunday but never came, my sunday was ruined.
                                  finally it was installed on new address in january and service was stopped 1 week later because of non payment. i didnt pay the money as they had sent me the bill for these 3 months during which i never used their services.
                                  i called them and requested for a waiver for this time period. but received no response.

                                  Now they are calling me and saying that they are calling from court. i could hear the background voices and can say that she was calling from some call center.

                                  I requested them for a waiver for the time period of 15th Nov ~ 12th Jan. but they have given me waiver of Rs 825 (1 month) approx. I received this email on 11th March for waiver.

                                  Please guide me what to do.

                                  and not surprisingly, i am still receiving those threatening calls from your side claiming to be calling from court.
                                  Hello there
                                  Bill has been adjusted and already paid since 2 weeks approx. And now my services are barred, not working.
                                  Received a call from your side for confirmation if I want to use the services. I said yes I want to please activate. This was a week back too.

                                  And when I'm trying to contact customer care helpline there's no response. Either the call won't be connected or it will say we have noted that you called, we may call you back in 48 hours.

                                  If you can't provide the services, let me know, provide me my refund and I should not be bothered at all.

                                    My tikona ban no is[protected] tikona broad band, plan is 4gs2m500, but speed every time slow, in router many time shows internet connection good, when click test ip will be zero, from few days i have complained regularly even morning time and night it is working properly but whole day speed is so slow even mail could not be open properly, when loading page open ie 1.254.254.254 then connection will be reestablish, even window network diganostic it shows dns not responding, kindly solve my problem.

                                      Since past 20 days i am having issue regarding the speed on internet. Every 3 days i have to raise a complaint regarding this. They are doing nothing about it. Every time i ask for a senior they say the person is busy. When i asked them to disconnect the connection and give me a refund they said refund was only possible for a problem which didn't have a solution. Your problem has a a solution !!! They have a solution for my slow internet still even after so many complaints nothing is being done about it. All i asked was for a refund or a full speed and they arent doing either.
