Broadband internet issue and no proper support

Harassing the customer, using foul language (donkey n all) over phone

I have requested Tikona to disconnect my connection on 5th Oct 2015. Complain Number 1-[protected] .

I was paying all my bills in advance and there was no outstanding balance till the date I have asked for a disconnection. Still I was repeatedly receiving emails saying "Kindly pay your outstanding bills". Tikona started giving me "MISSED CALLs" ya "MISSED CALLs" every now and then. Threat calls from tikona

Approximately an hour ago, i got a threat call from a person claiming to be tikona lawyer that either i settle the previous dues of tikona via out of the court settlement asap or if not done she will drag me to delhi court filing some sections of indian penal code.

I tried explaining her the following but she was not ready to listen and after 3:30 minutes of the call she said that the call is recorded. Shouldn't she inform...

Tikona has a worst customer care. The people don't give any solution for technical issues or for billing.
If we ask them for solution they say they don't have option, and we need to wait for hours, which would also be a waste as that won't be resolved.
Chennai people don't go for tikona, save time and money go for some other service provider.
They abruptly cut you call, if you ask to resolve...

Tikona cheating and poor service.

I have been using tikona since last 2 month and not a single day i get speed what i paid for.
i have been reguarly calling tikona and complaining but no action is taken, they make excuse every time...
everyday they ask for 24hour time. but nothing happens.
not even senior officer are available to listen to complaints.
and call centre people are thought to blame on customer computer if customer gets problem regularly....

Low browsing and download speeds

I bought the lowest plan of tikona that costs me ₹675 without taxes and ₹770 with taxes. I am supposed to get a browsing speed of 4mbps. Poor internet and customer care quality

Since past 20 days i am having issue regarding the speed on internet. Every 3 days i have to raise a complaint regarding this. They are doing nothing about it. Every time i ask for a senior they say the person is busy. Internet speed and poor service

I have been getting 1/8th of my desired speed since the last 5 day, i registered my first complaint 5 days ago and many more in the subsequent days but for no avail. I get told that there's a back end problem that will be fixed within 24 hours every time i complain, Now i have no choice but to openly complain about the poor service of the tikona broadband. I hope I'll be listened to here....

Need for disconnection and refund.

I installed tikona internet on 16th of march 2016, my login ID/ac no. is [protected].
i paid 3836 rupee inclusive of 500 rupee installation charges for 4mbps 50gb plan.
in these 6-7 days i have called customer care around 9 times or so 2-3 times they told me to restart the router and wait for 2 HOURS to get the speed i paid for as there is some technical issue going on. You cant expect your customer to wait 2 hours and after...

Asking money even after the connection is disconnected
