Initial payment of 2 months done on 17th Jan 2015, while booking the connection.
After repeated complaints about connection not working, their tech support could not help and had very poor response. (most of the times they don't pick up the phone. If they do, they just hang up)
After I lost patience, Connection disconnected on 9th of March 2015. (Last login: 9th March)
A person named C. Murali ([protected]) comes and collects the Tikona devices from me the next month. (Jacket, PoE, Charger, Cable) - no dues.
Now Tikona advocates are calling/texting me every day and harassing me to pay 1300 pending bill.
When I ask him which month is the bill pending for, he says May-June 2015. I say the connection was disconnected in the month of March 2015, how come bill is generated for May-June? He stumbles for a min and says, "aa, hmm, all that I dont know. Tikona generated the bill, you have to pay it. else we are putting a legal case for you and you have to come to Delhi to fight it".
I'm calling Tikona Customer care for a month now and no one responds. (I can give you my call records from Vodafone)

Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
