I have discontinued TIKONA SERVICE IN AUGUEST 2015. I e-mail to discontinue my services for my home internet connection.

In the response tikona customer care sent me e-mail to discontinue it.
I did not use internet and they also convinced with me that there were 0 usability.
Aftere that they tried convince to keep continue the service and harrased me no. of time on my mobile.

Till today they are harassing me and sending bills the service i do not use.

I send many e-mails to notify them also called many times on their tall free number.[protected]. Each time the person who talked with me took my request but they took no action.

I also received bad response from tikona see my complaint.

Sir,

I have taken the internet connection from tikona while my stay in delhi for two months they have scheme to pay two months advance rent and opt to disconnect after two months without any charges.

I requested tikona after 2 months for disconnection and they took subsequent one month for disconnection after doing 20 to 30 correspondence over email and series of 30 approx calls with customer care (with holding/queue time of 30 min each call). There customer service was very poor and not upto mark. No doubt there technical staff is very good and cooperative but due to lack of customer care services things are delay and no information about accounts.

There customer readdress fourm sent me wrong information about final settlement they put device and other amount, where as Tikona device was already collected and no internet usage after proposed two months. I requested the written receipt of device and no usage internet letter they refused.

Me and my Father were mentally harassed by the services of tikona. We would advice to public not to go for tikona services.

I am receiving threatening calls from these number like ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) these people are fighting and harassing due to non payment of bill. They are telling they are calling from court (they are disrespecting courts by doing fake calls) . The are also harassing and threatening my father who is in old age.

We are law abiding citizen and respect law. We are expecting protection from harrassment and threatening call by tikona.

I would like consumer court look into the issue and resolve.

With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.

I have requested Tikona to discontinue my service in March 2017 and still they have not disconnected my service and sending me SMS for payment.

The service guy collect 2000/- RS for connection and say this is your two months advance payment but after one month they changed me monthly amount when I called call centre they said 1000 /- RS charged as installation changes, but at the time the service technician not informed me he said installation is free.

    I are sorry to say that, tikona broadband service is not good. There is no proper connection, no proper service, and no proper concern person to solve our problem which i have been facing till date.
    Sir I want to tell that, I had change my residence from 37 nambuliyar street sowcarpet Chennai 79 to 441 mint street sowcarpet Chennai 79 which hardly half kilometre distance between both addresses and the same I had talk to our customer care in IVR on march 2015. They record all the conversation and assure me that our connection will be change very soon. Sir I have not receive the connection for two month but in your record there’s mentioned that the connection was sifted within few days which was actually not done. And the shocking news is billing not stopped. Because of not connection I had not pay the monthly rental as per my plan.
    Latterly I receiving a call from the Delhi high court that the case going to file against me for outstanding due for long time.
    With respect to advocate and Delhi high court, I have payed rs.3000/- approx. via internet banking desk. Afterword I raise a request in IVR to cancel broadband service again they assure me that the Rs.2000/- will be refunded and unused billed amount will be wave off in proceeding month so I continue the service.
    Past four or five month before customer care officer called me for outstanding amount then again I ask wave off amount. On that time they clearly told me that there is no wave off amount eligible for me. I am shocked, immediately I told to person on IVR to disconnect my connection but they not done anything. From that day to till date I’m regularly informing to customer care in IVR, the disconnection in-charge Mr: karthik in Chennai greams road office and Mr syed in Chennai but nobody was turned up.
    Finally on 18th feb 2016 a recovery team leader Mr. Rajesh send a person also named Rajesh. He collect all the instrument which tikona company provided me at the time of connection in and Rs. 2100/- cash for pending outstanding amount. Mr Rajesh assure me that after cancellation a mail or massage will be sanded for the conformation of cancellation. But sir, I still not received any mail or massage from tikona service.
    Team leader Mr. Rajesh m-[protected], collection person Rajesh m-[protected] and one more number is there but little doubt please check that also [protected]. And there head team leader Mr. kamal sir also know this matter.
    Now, I requesting that kindly cancel my broadband connection and acknowledge me with the complete cancellation. If company like to give waver amount now then adjust in outstanding amount (if pending)

      This is the worst internet provider in the country.

      With in a month,
      1. I have raised 5 complains about speed problems in the night and frequent disconnection of internet while using it.
      2. They have a stupid billing system where they charge the post paid amount ahead of the month. For example, for usage of 1st to 30th of Jan, they will charge by 1st of Jan only. I never saw any company does the pre-billing of any service.
      3. If you request for disconnection, then they will not pay you the bill amount they have already deducted.

        If you guys can not able to contact them than go to the address which you have in your system and collect amount and close connection.

          This Service provider sucks !!
          There is no connection at all and they want the timely payment, I have been raising a ticket almost everyday from past one week and still the issue is not resolved for my broadband network.

          The customer care executive ask for 24 hour time for resolution and its just an excuse for them. BAsically never recommend or use Tikona broad band in Bengaluru.

            This is to bring attention of you towards the unprofessionalism showed by Tikona networks .

            We use Tikona Digital Netwoks in our home .
            Our cutomerID is " [protected] " .
            We started facing issue of not getting internet service properly to our home from almost a month .

            Its like internet will not get connected or it will show as limited after connecting to network but internet never connects .

            We had called customer care service of Tikona so many times and all we got is just excuse and promises but not a solution.

            Now its like more than 10 days we are not getting internet connection in our home .
            If tikona is not able to provide service to us then why should we pay to them.

            I would like to lodge a complaint regarding this fraud behaviour of Tikona .

              I have purchased Tikona service 2nd October from the day one the broadband is not working fine and I paid the amount twice throug bank of rs 3995 not even 20 days I used the service I raised about 31 complaints to Tikona but not even a single time proper response from them no one visited my home in Bangalore. Then I cancelled the service at 29th October and asked for refund of my amount still no response from them and some customer care guy call and ask me to pay due amount after disconnection of service after three months it's really horrible customer service and the way the react with customer and no proper response through email.
              I have planned to file complaint in consumer court coming Wednesday as I can't wait more than this

              I also received bad response from tikona see my complaint.

              Sir,

              I have taken the internet connection from tikona while my stay in delhi for two months they have scheme to pay two months advance rent and opt to disconnect after two months without any charges.

              I requested tikona after 2 months for disconnection and they took subsequent one month for disconnection after doing 20 to 30 correspondence over email and series of 30 approx calls with customer care (with holding/queue time of 30 min each call). There customer service was very poor and not upto mark. No doubt there technical staff is very good and cooperative but due to lack of customer care services things are delay and no information about accounts.

              There customer readdress fourm sent me wrong information about final settlement they put device and other amount, where as Tikona device was already collected and no internet usage after proposed two months. I requested the written receipt of device and no usage internet letter they refused.

              Me and my Father were mentally harassed by the services of tikona. We would advice to public not to go for tikona services.

              I am receiving threatening calls from these number like ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) these people are fighting and harassing due to non payment of bill. They are telling they are calling from court (they are disrespecting courts by doing fake calls) . The are also harassing and threatening my father who is in old age.

              We are law abiding citizen and respect law. We are expecting protection from harrassment and threatening call by tikona.

              I would like consumer court look into the issue and resolve.

                Hello Team,
                I was using the Tikona Broadband connection (user ID [protected]) for the past 2 year at my residence, Vasai. The service of the Tikona is excellent but I was move to my parents’ house in vasai. I had raised a request for disconnection (due to improper connection in area) around last 9 months and it is disconnected as well. During full and final settlement and device collection intimation (mail dated on 5/21/2015), We had to pay 313.85 Rs. It has been paid through netbanking (payment ID 1-[protected], transaction ID - [protected]TPC[protected], amount paid on[protected] and Amount – 314). Device was handed over to service engineer after requesting them to collect several times (15 days).
                After 9 months on 24th February16, me and my wife received a call from lawyer name as Mr. Rajendra Chowdhury (Cell no # - [protected]). He told us there was due billing amount – 5245 rs which we need to pay to Tikona. The lawyer is threatening me that if I didn't pay the amount in 1 hour or so, he will file a civil case in vasai court at 3:30PM and issue the arrest warrant in vasai police control room. He says he will make me to arrest for this. Even I told him, I already done full and final settlement with tikona but he did not agree with that. He threaten me ‘I will see how tikona has given you full and final settlement’
                I want to complaint about the Tikona and his lawyers Harassment behavior in this forum. Please help me to get relieve from this torture I also tried to call Tikona customer care after I got the call from lawyer, but everytime I have to wait for some time and voice mail saying that we will call you in 48 hours, but till date I didn't receive any call. Even I tried to pay amount but account is already expired due to disconnection. Please note that I've paid that 314 Rs - As per full and final settlement email received from Tikona.
                Legally you should have sent a notice to my address with the lawyer details etc. But threatening with dire consequences and like "will make you to come to vasai court and get arrested" are too much to threaten the user from a corporate company like Tikona. I was never expected such service from tikona where they have good in resolving issues and prompt customer care (for 2 years). This is bad for company’s image as well.
                Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Kindly call me at [protected]

                  Initial payment of 2 months done on 17th Jan 2015, while booking the connection.
                  After repeated complaints about connection not working, their tech support could not help and had very poor response. (most of the times they don't pick up the phone. If they do, they just hang up)
                  After I lost patience, Connection disconnected on 9th of March 2015. (Last login: 9th March)
                  A person named C. Murali ([protected]) comes and collects the Tikona devices from me the next month. (Jacket, PoE, Charger, Cable) - no dues.

                  Now Tikona advocates are calling/texting me every day and harassing me to pay 1300 pending bill.
                  When I ask him which month is the bill pending for, he says May-June 2015. I say the connection was disconnected in the month of March 2015, how come bill is generated for May-June? He stumbles for a min and says, "aa, hmm, all that I dont know. Tikona generated the bill, you have to pay it. else we are putting a legal case for you and you have to come to Delhi to fight it".

                  I'm calling Tikona Customer care for a month now and no one responds. (I can give you my call records from Vodafone)

                    I would like to inform you that I purchase this connection (Login Id- [protected]) on 28/nov/2015 and i paid 3035 for this. Its not working properly since I purchase it and i complaint to tikona to disconnect this connection and refund my amount back and they register the complain to disconnect the broadband even they didn't refund the amount and now they are telling your connection is not yet disconnected and your amount will not be refundable even I didn't use tikona connection and they are not providing better service. They send their service engineers for service so many times but nothing improvement is there now the condition is still same, so I request you to please resolve this problem.

                      I would like to inform that i have subscribed for Tikona Broadband services on 29/12/2014. Since the first month there have been disruptions in services. But they have been billing us inspite of numerous complaints. I spoke with customer care and registered a complaint to disconnect the sevices.
                      In a day they only provided 2 hours of broad band services but the remaining it was disconnected. They used to bill us every month i don't know why. When i stopped paying they lodged a complaint and forced me to pay the rest of the amount.

                        but i do not see any progress.
                        1. From the day one I am facing problems as a proof I had shared screen short as and when asked which i have taken in presence of service engineer presence. I do not hear any thing on refund from last one month.
                        Let me know where do I need to surrender your modem I will do so as your not ready to send your team.

                        2. I would like to close immediately.

                          Hi,

                          This is Suresh Maniraj and am from Chennai. I had a Tikona Broadband Internet connection and procured in the month July, 2015. Service ID: [protected]

                          I have paid 2 months advance subscription fees Rs. 2280 and been informed that this fees is for next 2 months (July and August)

                          Due to very bad services (frequent disconnection and no connectivity), I have logged complains to Tikona Customer care more than thrice in the month of July and August. But the issue has not resolved.

                          I have decided to disconnect the broadband service and raised the request through Tikona Customer Care (Aug 8/9) and ensured in call, that i had no liability and no overdue to be paid as i have paid the charges for 2 months in advance.

                          The broadband service got disconnected (Aug 24/25th) and Tikona executive had collected all their equipment from my house (adapters/wires etc.). I even confirmed with them there is no outstanding from my side.

                          I have started getting SMS on overdue amount from Next month onwards with [protected]. On calling to Number leads to IVRS and call ends up with Service ID no more valid.

                          I have sent a email (from my registered email id [protected]@yahoo.com, then) to Tikona Customer Care explaining all the above and clearing stating I dont have any Liability or Overdue amount to be paid and asking for confirmation.

                          Though i received the Acknowledgement for mails, there is NO FURTHER RESPONSES. Attached are few Email which were sent during the August Month 2015 and Jan 2016 which has Ack IDs: 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. Attaching the emails which were sent to Tikona Customer Care.

                          Please let me know how should i avoid getting such SMS from Tikona and to avoid getting further from Tikona. I want to take legal action against Tikona and kindly let me know how to proceed on this.

                          what is this Full and Final calculation all about?? I have provided 2 months rents in advance and disconnected before two months completion.

                          Also, i have got the confirmation through customer care that i don't have any outstanding while logging for termination/disconnection. Nothing is mentioned or agreed on outstanding.

                          why the amount comes all of sudden, when i haven't utilized any of your services.

                          I have multiple mails confirming i don't have any liability for which didnt' receive any response till date. The above No. is not allowing to talk to representative as the IVR is set in such a way for active connection holders only

                            From last 5 months there is poor connectivity, connection is discontinuous, on daily basis i m calling your customer care and there is no response to my solution.Daily i m told your complain will be resolved on high priority but solution is zero. i asked to raise the waiver which i m getting Rs.112 for period of(1dec.-16th feb)and bill i paid for these months is Rs.2400.i asked to disconnect my connection i was asked to keep on hold after 15min. call was disconnected.


                            I don't recommend anyone to use Tikona.

                              Hi Team,

                              I had tikona services a long time ago and which was as usual unreliable. Despite of sending mails and calls to support this was not resolved. One of the customer rep requested to send mail to j.[protected]@tikona.in. Even this did not resolve any of my issue. As I was holding meetings and other important office works, due Tikona I lost my job as I was unable to attend in time.

                              Now, I was furious and asked Tikona to cancel the connection and collect the equipment before 21st of August 2015, after which no one contacted me and despite of sending repeated emails. Now after 6 months a lawyer from Delhi TIkona calls to raise a case against me. Cheating Tikona!
                              I lost my job because of you, I lost shares because of you. Now who is gonna pay me back for my losses?

                              I requested tikona after 2 months for disconnection and they took subsequent one month for disconnection after doing 20 to 30 correspondence over email and series of 30 approx calls with customer care (with holding/queue time of 30 min each call). There customer service was very poor and not upto mark. No doubt there technical staff is very good and cooperative but due to lack of customer care services things are delay and no information about accounts.

                              There customer readdress fourm sent me wrong information about final settlement they put device and other amount, where as Tikona device was already collected and no internet usage after proposed two months. I requested the written receipt of device and no usage internet letter they refused.

                              Me and my Father were mentally harassed by the services of tikona. We would advice to public not to go for tikona services.

                              I am receiving threatening calls from these number like ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) these people are fighting and harassing due to non payment of bill. They are telling they are calling from court (they are disrespecting courts by doing fake calls) . The are also harassing and threatening my father who is in old age.

                              Hello Team,

                              Some fake lawyers are calling me telling that there is a case raised against me in Delhi court and asking me to pay the bill if not, they will get me arrested. I have the recording of the same. I know they are fake because they can't give me the proper case number.

                              Again and again I am receiving SMS about non-payment of my bill. This is really not acceptable. I have lost a fortune because of you guys in share market and now I am penalized for being a customer of Tikona! Even my cuisine faced the same problem with you it seems. I wish, I had not opted for any service from Tikona.

                              Customers are taken for granted in India! First your promise which cannot be delivered. Then you dont respond when called to customer service. Then request for disconnection is not accepted. After this has become a huge amount you ask us to pay bill. Again call us and threaten for raising a case from fake lawyers! Now please let us know where is a concept of "Service to customers"?! At last is customer who suffer for becoming a "customer". thanks to Indian judicial system for no proper penal code for customers.

                                As confirmed by Tikona customare care, There is nothing pending from my side, . I have recording of call also .


                                As wrote many times earlier seems you guys are not reading my mails . disconnection request was raised on 23rd sep 2015 (1-[protected]) and I used last on 6th Oct .


                                I paid all the bills till 7th october 2015 .


                                So I do not have anything pending NOW. KINDLY STOP SENDING ME SUCH MAILS .


                                I asked customare care to collect boxes on 23rd Sep . I waited for 3 weeks and no one came to collect it they told that they will come but they did not come after that I moved from that home. It should be still there .

                                Ask someone to collect from there .
                                When you guys told then why you did not came to collect .

                                  I have made bill payment for Rs 515 for 30 days i.e. 07 Feb to 06 Mar 16. Also, I have made payment of Rs. 1144 from 13 Feb 2016 to 12 Feb 2017.

                                  I have been charged twice for 24 days i.e. from 13 Feb 15 to 06 Mar 15. However, when I am asking for refund, they are giving me refund of Rs. 60 only.
                                  I am unable to understand why are they charging me Rs 455 for just 06 days.

                                  This is against law to charge a person twice for one connection in the same period. I even have an email from them, that they will charge on pro rata basis. However, they are not honouring their own emails.

                                  The content of email is
                                  As per your request, we have changed your tariff plan from (ADBBM1M450) to (RET_ADBBY4M999) effective from (13/2/2016).

                                  1) Plan Name: RET_ADBBY4M999

                                  2) Plan Charges: 999 + 14.5 % Service Tax = RS.1144/-

                                  3) Validity: 12months

                                  4) Speed: 4mbps

                                  5) Usage Limit: 20GB

                                  In your next bill, applicable pro-rata charges will be applied for old plan tariff till (12/2/2016) and for new plan tariff from (13/2/2016).

                                  Please refund my balance for 24 days.

                                    I have been using tikona for a while now and here is my review:

                                    a) Service is pathetic and unreliable. It will work on its own and not when you want it. Hence my advise stay away !!

                                    b) Pathetic Customer Service. You will be on hold for 35-40 mins on hold with no guarantee of a resolution.

                                    c) This is a prepaid service and they don't need if it works or not.

                                    Hence, stay away !!

                                        I took tikona Broadband connection in Pune City for below address Flat No. 5, Abhijeet building sahu colony lane 10, Karve nagar, Pune Their sales executive told me that the connection will be provided but their technical executive specified that they do not have line for connection in that area, I applied for refund but they didn't refunded me full amount, their customer executive statement is that - "our system is showing that you have depoisted only 1000/-rs which is refunded" But i am having all the proof for 2500/-rs i am having their system generated mail with 2495/-rs, and application receipt of 2500/-rs i have also mailed them the both copies but they still didn't made any progress on that, It is about to be a year. some required information user Id - [protected] Applciation no - [protected] Sale Executive Id - [protected]
