Hi Team,

I got Tikona internet services on 08th Feb, however since that day I am not able to use the services, and I have paid advance for 3 months, however nobody is taking care of this, I have tried every medium to get the issue resolved however nobody helped me in that, I have paid Rs 2176 + Rs 150 (Verification) that was taken from me in fraudulent way. Now, Tikona people says they will not refund my money at any cost....

I have disconnected tikona service on 30th jan and i called on the same day for refund the promise was made to my tikona employees rhat you will get yr refund till 14th feb but after 15th feb i kept calling them they are just yaking customers for grabted granted, i am fed up of this people pathetic customer service plz whoever is gona buy tikona broad band never purchase it huge lossss...i have been calling them from my num [protected]br...

We had tikona connection plan 699 per month till last year September 2015. due to some technical and local issues we requested for the disconnection and they did. They told us to pay the due amount 795 Rs till Sep. 2015 and no other amounts. we did the same but after sometime they called us for due amount of rupees 100 . we talked to them and they said its by mistake u don't have to pay the amount and then we got another call form senior...

I take the new connection of tikona internet service, due to not working of internet, i disconnect the services and ask for refund. they agree on it but after 5 months of disconnection they never make a payment nor any information about progress.
i mailed them several times with CPE removal letter also for refund [protected]@tikona.in but they never reply on mail also....

Company is not giving speed which i bought in plan and countinue disconnecting the net and not giving proper responce of complain.
I had done complain about 6 to 7 times but there is ni solution of problem...

they are charging money of 2890 rs for 4 mbps speed and they are giving only 1.5mbps and not responding calls also...

I am a tikona customer and taken connection on 10.02.2016. Since beginning I am facing problem.

The connection was installed by your technician name SHAILESH PARMAR (Mobile no. [protected]) and Sales Executive Rushabhkumar (m.no: [protected]) they just installed cable for demo and said will come tomorrow for proper installation. I called him many times...

My id no-[protected] i would like to cancel my internet connection bcz of speed and no proper customer care service.i would like to cancel it from next billing cycle from march and i need a proper information about my refund amount .I have seen many compaints regarding refund amount only .i need a proper assurance ....

Even after repeated complains for slow speed and inconsistent net service the issue has not been solved. and now no internet for 1 week. already advance amount taken for 3 months. need compensation for the entire duration. after taking connection from tikona the pathetic service has increased my mental tension....

I am facing the similar problem as all of you are facing with Tikona Customer Service.
I decided to file a case on consumer court against Tikona.

I had called Tikona service so manyyy times when my internet was not working but every time they said withingn 48 hours someone will come and correct it. For 20 days this went on and on but no one came. But I still paid the bill. Finally I decided to get rid of Tikona service. I called the service center and told them to disconnect and I specified them to disconnect it ASAP and I wont be paying from next cycle if no one came and disconnected...

I have used tikona service. They HV a very dirty customer service. I was receiving harassment calls from tikona...saying that they HV been compiling to civil. They r asking money for non using data. And didn't disconnected the service even we have requested for several times. And now they r generating bill as usual. Thisis not fare. And we won't again refer this service to any friends....

I was used tikona connection and i requested to disconnection for the same in the month of sep-2015.i have forwarded same mail number of times to [protected]@tikona.in till date.i have gave compliant to Appellate Authority j.[protected]@tikona.in . I am receiving acknowledgement mail from them asking 3 days time and 30 days time from them.but my issue is still their and they are saying the i am using connection.same story telling...

I have taken the Tikona broadband on 02.01.16. My user ID is [protected]. Tikona broadband is not working since the day I have taken the connection. I called many times and they say they will solve the issue in 24 hours. But 8 days of continues call to customer care, an engineer came and corrected it. But it''s not worked more than 2 days. I have tired of calling them again and again, they are giving same answer. Even they are not taking request...

I applied for tikona broadband in Kaggadaspura, Bengaluru and paid 2 months rental in advance. I got connection around 2nd december, 2015 but it hardly ever worked. After daily complaints to customer care(with ~20-30 waiting time to get on call with tikona officer), issue did not get resolved even after a week. So, I requested for disconnection on 10th Dec, 2015.

Hi,
I have been now facing problms from TIKONA BROADBAND, as I have raised request for disconnection. I asked them to DISCONNECT & DEACTIVATE my account, But they are not replying over mail and acknowledging it.
After trying for 2-3 days I got to reach the customer care, and fighting with them for transparency I got to understand that, they WOULD NOT DEACTIVATE my account. And if BROADBAND is used then again I would get charged.br...
