Dear sir,
I was used tikona connection and i requested to disconnection for the same in the month of sep-2015.i have forwarded same mail number of times to [protected]@tikona.in till date.i have gave compliant to Appellate Authority j.[protected]@tikona.in . I am receiving acknowledgement mail from them asking 3 days time and 30 days time from them.but my issue is still their and they are saying the i am using connection.same story telling from last 5 months.i requested them to stop the connection and i am not using that connection by seeing their worst beehiver. some of my complaint number are 1-[protected], 1-[protected] etc..

    I have taken the Tikona broadband on 02.01.16. My user ID is [protected]. Tikona broadband is not working since the day I have taken the connection. I called many times and they say they will solve the issue in 24 hours. But 8 days of continues call to customer care, an engineer came and corrected it. But it''s not worked more than 2 days. I have tired of calling them again and again, they are giving same answer. Even they are not taking request for the disconnection. I keep asking them to disconnect the broadband service. The are saying money can't be refunded according to company rule. I have paid Rs.2605/- through netbanking on same day. This includes installation charge plus 3 months rent. I have called through my mobile and registered the complaint many times. Kindly recommend this company to refund my money and blacklist it for herrassing many people like me.

      Dear Concern Person,
      I am a tikona customer and taken connection on 02.01.2016. Since beginning I am facing problem.

      The connection was installed by your technician name Naveen Tomar (Mobile no. [protected]) he just installed cable by hanging for demo and said will come tomorrow for proper installation. I called him many times to come for fixing the cable he said will come tomorrow n so then he stopped receiving calls. I recommend to fire that person from your organization immediately as this type of person of no use and will help your name destroy among customers. I want some action to be taken against this person.
      Till now cables are just hanging in my hose here n there.
      Now comes to Internet usage, I am facing problem since beginning and fed up as every day some problem. Most of the time it did not connect and I am trying again n again but not connected and if sometimes connected the speed comes 100kbps, what I can do with this speed as even not able to check my emails.
      I called customer care on 10th Jan (one week after connection) and registered complaint for surrendering and refund my money. Complaint reference no. is[protected]. I was told you will get call back in 24 hrs and ur connection will be closed and u will get refund.
      But till now no response and update.
      I am attaching following screen shots of normal problem face maximum time.
      1. Exception in client auth login java.net …………
      2. Authentication failed as login allowable limit …
      3. User name wrong
      I do not understand why it disconnect again n again even i[censored]sing …worst system of tikona and technology.
      Customer support is worst as maximum time their system is down so they cannot help anything.
      I am writing very strong communication to TRAI, Telecom minister and other relevant departments to suspend Tikona license as they are doing business of cheating customers and running away after taking the money.

      I am requesting to surrender my connection and refund my complete Rs. 2519, which I paid for 3 months charges. I will also ensure no one take tikona in my colleague, locality. Never seen such worst cheating company.

      Request TRAI kindly suspend license of such ISPs as they are cheating customers, their network most of time down, they claim 4 mbps speed, max time speed get 100kbps, no response from customer care as their own system is mostly down. Please help customer like me to get hard earned money refund from such cheating companies.

      I also received bad response from tikona see my complaint.

      Sir,

      I have taken the internet connection from tikona while my stay in delhi for two months they have scheme to pay two months advance rent and opt to disconnect after two months without any charges.

      I requested tikona after 2 months for disconnection and they took subsequent one month for disconnection after doing 20 to 30 correspondence over email and series of 30 approx calls with customer care (with holding/queue time of 30 min each call). There customer service was very poor and not upto mark. No doubt there technical staff is very good and cooperative but due to lack of customer care services things are delay and no information about accounts.

      There customer readdress fourm sent me wrong information about final settlement they put device and other amount, where as Tikona device was already collected and no internet usage after proposed two months. I requested the written receipt of device and no usage internet letter they refused.

      Me and my Father were mentally harassed by the services of tikona. We would advice to public not to go for tikona services.

      I am receiving threatening calls from these number like ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) these people are fighting and harassing due to non payment of bill. They are telling they are calling from court (they are disrespecting courts by doing fake calls) . The are also harassing and threatening my father who is in old age.


      My Account Tikona A/C [protected] (Delhi).

      We are law abiding citizen and respect law. We are expecting protection from harrassment and threatening call by tikona.

      I would like consumer court look into the issue and resolve.

        I applied for tikona broadband in Kaggadaspura, Bengaluru and paid 2 months rental in advance. I got connection around 2nd december, 2015 but it hardly ever worked. After daily complaints to customer care(with ~20-30 waiting time to get on call with tikona officer), issue did not get resolved even after a week. So, I requested for disconnection on 10th Dec, 2015.

        After that i was told that refund would be processed in 15 days which changed to 30 days then 45 days and then 2 months after every call to customer care to know refund status.

        Now they are saying that they tried to call me and I was not reachable on 8th Feb, 2016 even though I never got a call or any missed call notification which my mobile service provider sends if any calls don't get through due to poor network coverage. I am fed up of hearing "Please wait for 48/72 hrs and we will get back to you". I have sent several mails to them starting from 10th dec, 2015(disconnection request) to 21st Jan, 2016 (refund status) and never got any response except auto-replies.
        Please help.

          As the Leadership team of Tikona, I’m sure you would be interested to understand how your company Tikona is operating on the ground.

          If not, you can simply ignore this.

          If yes, please do use the pointers in this email (rather complaint) to improve your customer experience.

          1. I applied for Tikona connection in June 2015, and got connectivity very quickly.
          2. Despite few glitches initially, it went fine for few months. Then in the end of 2015, problem start coming.
          3. I kept on complaining to your customer care but despite their promises nothing changed.
          4. I went out on family vacation in December, and when came back on 3rd Jan 2016, I found my internet wasn't working at all. Despite several complaints nothing changed.
          5. On 7th your engineer visits, and tried to resolve the issue. But again problem wasn't resolved.
          6. I request for disconnection of service on 8th Jan 2016 but again no action was taken on that.
          7. Instead your team asked to me to check again as they have fixed the service at their end.
          8. On 12th Jan 2016, again request was made to disconnection. And for your information connection is yet to be disconnected.
          9. I tried calling up the Customer Service Desk hundreds and hundreds of times to get my service disconnected or to get my problem resolved. But every time I would get same response that
          “We are checking your problem, and it will be resolved in next few hours." And after few hours, I would get repeated calls and SMS - “Your problem is resolved”. I called them back and step 1 and 2 would repeat."
          One time, the call center executive actually hung up on me.
          10. After several such attempts, my internet worked finally for few days (10th February 2016 to 15th Feb 2016).
          11. And again I am facing problem. Despite calling them several times, my problem is still not resolved.

          Request you to help in getting my connection discontinued as your team is not able to provide any solution. Wish such a bad service; I don’t want to continue further.

          Also please help in getting my amount adjusted. I have 30 GB plan. But in 2 months, due to such bad connectivity, I am able to consume only 18 GB till date.

          I would also request you to please look into technical glitch and operational issues so that other consumers don’t go through this mental harassment.

            Hi,
            I have been now facing problms from TIKONA BROADBAND, as I have raised request for disconnection. I asked them to DISCONNECT & DEACTIVATE my account, But they are not replying over mail and acknowledging it.
            After trying for 2-3 days I got to reach the customer care, and fighting with them for transparency I got to understand that, they WOULD NOT DEACTIVATE my account. And if BROADBAND is used then again I would get charged.
            SO, ultimately, NONE IS ASSURING A DEACTIVATION. SO THIS MEANS ACTUALLY THAT :- If some thing wrong happens, My ID gets stolen, OR Some one forges/ OR FRAUD happens on MY ACCOUNT TIKONA WILL COME BACK TO ME HAPPILY AND ASK FOR MONEY. I Have seen many issues coming up against Tikona regarding Bills after disconnection, Now it seems I can see where are taking the advantage & putting the customer in Loop Hole.
            WHY I, MYSELF, DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR DEACTIVATION OF MY ACCOUNT ? HOW COME TIKONA HAS THE RIGHT TO KEEP MY ACCOUNT ACTIVE FOR INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME AS PER THEIR WISH ?
            I WANT A DEACTIVATION & DISCONNECTION OF MY ACCOUNT.

            I have not yet received any response/acknowledgement of my DISCONNECTION/DEACTIVATION request.
            As per my conversation with customer care, I understand that, even after disconnection & stopping of Rental Bill generation, Tikona keeps the user id active, and any further usage is billed at some rate.

            I intend to mention here that I am leaving the location and can not take responsibility of any fraudulent usage / Fraud /Forgery in the account.

            Hence it is very important to DEACTIVATE my Account totally along with DISCONNECTION of service.
            I have mailed many times for response, But it seems TIKONA is not ready to respond over mail.

            PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE my DISCONNECTION+DEACTIVATION request on Mail and respond here with a PROPER RESOLUTION.
            I do not want to be the victim of loop holes as many others after disconnection request.

            TOday again I spoke to customer care officer, and Miss Tripti assured me of a detailed response on DEACTIVATION withon 4 hours, but AS USUAL there is NO PARTICULAR SPECIFIC RESPONSE from any TIKONA customer care officer addressing my specific requests.
            Why NO TIKONA officers are REPLYING SPECIFICALLY on MAIL ?

            Please note I have raised a DISCONNECTION + DEACTIVATION request. I want to DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT. I DO NOT want to take chance of ANY FRAUDULENT activity/ FORGERY on my account.
            Why TIKONA would NOT DEACTIVATE my account, even though I am requesting for it ?

            I know that the request is in progress ! I am being informed as such since long and there is nothing done. And this declaration here does not mean anything, untill Tikona acknowledges my request in MAIL. Tikona needs to acknowledge my request with all the details of disconnection & deactivation DATES. Tikona Customer care officer said that TIKONA can not reply in MAIL.
            I have contacted customer care MAAAANY times, when that does not help then only I have come to the open Forum.
            So please do not give me your toll-free number of so called customer care.
            Please STOP THIS HARASSMENT.

              My ID is [protected]. i am using tikona from last 5 6 months and the speed is reticules from the 1st day. and every time at my 2ndery usage theythey give me only 40kbps speed.. i have droped lot more complaint abot this but no 1 is helpfull.

                  I moved from Delhi to Mumbai and I made the request for transfer. Initially they said that if new location is not feasible than they will refund the amount but not they are denying .

                  Called multiple times to them and send 4 to 5 mail to there customer care, every time get auto reply that we will reply in 72 hours but never received response back.

They are telling they are calling from court (they are disrespecting courts by doing fake calls) . The are also harassing and threatening my father who is in old age.

                    Experience with Tikona. I have copied below the list of all the complaints I raised towards the Internet and connection stability issue but to the saddest none of the complaints were addressed. The complaints were closed without any confirmation from the customer without solving the issue and we need to raise the complaint repeatedly for the same issues so I finally made my mind and placed the disconnection request on Sep 9th. The Tikona has not taken any action to disconnect my request and instead I got a e-mails on 22nd OCt that I am still using the Tikona service and hence they closed my complaint.They have not called or checked with me for the closing the request. Again I have e-mailed and called up the customer care and open a new request for connection disconnection again on Oct 23rd and stopped using the Internet connection completley.


                    8/22/15 - Slow connection not even .5mbs for 4 MBPS line -reference - 1-[protected]
                    8/23/15 - connection not working and will be rectified in 2 hours - 1-[protected], Shrikar
                    8/30/15 - slow connection not even .5mbs for 4 mbps line.-reference - 1-[protected]
                    9/2/15 - slow connection not even .5mbs for 4 mbps line.reference - 1-[protected]
                    9/5/15 - - slow connection not even .5mbs for 4 mbps line.-reference - 1-[protected]
                    9/7/15 - connection limited to secondary plan -1-[protected]
                    27/9/[protected]
                    27/9/15 1-[protected] - Disconnection.
                    28/09/15-1-[protected]


                    I am on advance rental plan so I have already paid rent for the period OCt 7th to Nov 6th 2015. Tikona has also confirmed over e-mail that monthly rental has been stopped on November 1st so the advance rental I have paid already covers the rental till Nov 6th but I got a bill B[protected] for November month.

                    I have asked Tikona hundred times on what basis they have charged the outstanding bill so far I have not received any response and they are keep on adding penalty for not paying the bill. I have clearly e-mailed many times without a proper response I will not pay the outstanding bill but no response other than increasing the penalty and keep on sending the bill without any explanation.

                    More importantly I have written many many times to Tikona appellate authorities ( J Nair). Tikona Appellate is just eye wash
                    they will simply say as per Trai regulation you request has passed these many days so cannot be taken for appeal. It is a standard template so it also a waste of time.

                    Friends please be wise and think many times before subscribing the connection with Tikona. It my experience when checking in the internet I can see thousands of people are affected by this company. Not sure what telecom authorities are doing . They should check and stop their service all together in India.

                    I have taken the internet connection from tikona while my stay in delhi for two months they have scheme to pay two months advance rent and opt to disconnect after two months without any charges.

                    I requested tikona after 2 months for disconnection and they took subsequent one month for disconnection after doing 20 to 30 correspondence over email and series of 30 approx calls with customer care (with holding/queue time of 30 min each call). There customer service was very poor and not upto mark. No doubt there technical staff is very good and cooperative but due to lack of customer care services things are delay and no information about accounts.

                    Your team has informed that waiver will be given for the outstanding amount which was billed incorrectly where as my rental was stopped on Nov 1st 2015 itself and I have already paid the rental till Nov 7 in advance rental plan.

                    Your team has waive off the actual outstanding amount which was billed incorrectly but they have levy fine of 201.5 for non payment of the outstanding bill. Since the actual amount due was waive off the question of payment of penalty does not arise that should also be waived.

                    My request is still open from Feb 9th but you keep on increasing the penalty every month.

                    I am posting this keep others alarmed about the Tikona service and think before taking a connection with Tikona.

                          I had taken broadband connection on 19th of Dec 2015 and is not getting connected within a 1day. Trying to call to the person who has installed it is not picking call. Continuously called to customer care raised multiple complaints. They given fake complaint numbers only. Totally cheating network. Worst Customer Care service. Peoples are simply disconnecting the call without giving any resolution. My user id : [protected]. I need full refund what I have paid Rs.2605(Three months bill, installation charge and Service tax). Totally waste of my money and time. Refund Request also they are not processing.

                          Totally Cheating purpose only they are running business.

                          I did not get any communication from Tikona regarding my complaint.

                          For increasing the rating purpose only they commented here. Totally cheating network.
                          After long time, today(01-mar-2016) I got mail from TIKONA. Like Full and Final Settlement. But payable amount is 0.
                          I called customer care and asked bill breakup details for Rs.2605. Simple they saying bill is already generated. So they are not able refund it.
                          Tikona only wasted my time for disconnection and billed and cheated my money.
                          I don't know I will get my money or not.
                          Anyone suggest me how to file case against TIKONA to consumer court. What are all the proofs needed for that.
                          Please help me to ban the Cheating Company from India.
                          Issue not yet resolved. Tikona Cheated my money. How can I ban this Cheating company.

                            I had taken broadband connection on 5th of Feb 2016 and is not getting connected since 13th night. Trying to call to the person who has installed it is not picking call and customer care is also not giving any resolution.

                                I need to escalate this complaint here, because of no response from Tikona customer care.

                                This is wrt my disconnection request, given on 9th Jan 2016. Request number 1-[protected].

                                also wrt not generating any more bill on 25 Jan 2016 with reference to request number 1-[protected].

                                Even after 35 days my connection has not been disconnected and my bills are getting generated. Customer care has refused to give any written communication for the same multiple times.

                                Need intervention to take this case seriously and please provide me resolution for the same. I want written communication for disconnection.

                                  I was told about a broadband plan on enquiry by a tikona executive in which if I pay INR 2004 inclusive of taxes, I will get 3 months of internet and installation. I had opted for ADBBM2M500 plan of INR 500 per month.

                                  However when I received the first bill, I discovered I was overcharged. I complained to customer care and also wrote an email to both customer care and appellate authority (J Nair). But till date, they did not bother to call me or inform me. They kept saying that I will need to pay the extra amount of INR 500 plus taxes which was supposed to be waived if I pay INR 2004 in lumpsum towards installation and advance for 3 months.

                                  I have written several emails to them, but they dont care. They will keep billing in advance and one has to pay. I am also planning to launch a campaign on facebook and twitter to defame them. Thats the only way to teach this crooked and bogus companies lesson. They care nothing about customers and their sales persons will lie to sell services.

                                  Everyday I have to call at least 5-6 times as internet connection is intermittent. There is a hold time of at least 25 minutes which can go upto an hour. So I end up spending 2-3 hours everyday waiting for my call to be connected.

                                  Hence, I opted to get a disconnection :P. They were not even ready to do that too.

                                    I was using Tikona connection : [protected]

                                    I raised a request to terminate the services on which i received a response of Full and Final settlement with no(zero) dues on 18th April with a condition that the device should be returned to Tikona. I have received a update later on (on 20th April after successful return of device) that you have received the device. This explains that I have no dues.

                                    Now I am receiving emails (from tikona.in domain name) and calls from random people claiming that they are advocates and saying they are taking to court.

                                    One advocate threatened me that this can be reported to CIBIL.

                                    Tikona please sort this out, it is a ledger issue and also dont destroy reputation of the company by letting these guys represent you.

                                        My internet connection have been moved out is safe custody without any prior notice.

                                        When I asked Tikona Selfcare to put my connection again in safe custody, they asked me to pay 194. After i made the payment they replied after 10 days asking to pay 746.6 more to put it in safe custody.

                                        And even after complaining for so many times (4-5 times) no body have responded and have looked into the resolution.

                                        I have kept below mails -

                                        2) [protected]@tikona.in

                                        Even after more than 10 days i have not seen any reply from Tikona. It seems like they have started cheating and harrasing, the customers. And looking onto their reaction it seems like this need to be posted on Social networking sites like Facebook.

                                        No one have contacted me on my mail, I hope so some one is looking into my complaint.

                                        Today i did received one more system generated mail for the payment. Despite so many mails to higher authority nobody have cared to look into the issue.

                                        If tikona do not looks into consumer complaints then why tikona have redressal cell.

                                        Tikona is useless internet, they are playing with customers.

                                        which Telecom Consumers Complaint Redressal Regulation says that with out giving proper service, Service provider can loot the money?

                                        I understand now since you got the payment you trying to rule.

                                        I do not want to waist any more time with you, untill Validity period i will use, if it is not allowed then further i will take this to media & to consumer court with the Screen shots & mail communications from the day 1 i have sent.

                                        then you will know the impact of common man.
