At First in Ghaziabad, I decided to go for Tikona because I did not have any option instead of Tikona. I paid for everything like installation charges and all.
I am going to share my issues and problems one by one below:
1- After a few while, I found my first issue that I have subscribed 4 mbps plan but not able to watch any online video with the quality of 320. This means, I was getting just 1 or 1.5 mbps speed and I paid for 4 mbps speed.
2- That time I was working from home so I needed to use internet atleast 10 hours a day, but in 10 hours I had to restart tikona router 50 times atleast.
After continuing few months with tikona, I decided to deactivate this worst internet service provider plan. Then I called in tikona billing department for deactivation and here the biggest problems got started which I am going to share below:
[B]Biggest Problem 1[/B]- First of all they refuses to deactivate the services and they are keep saying just one thing, it can be solved, we are sending the executive at your home for solving this issue. At first I agreed and started waiting for tikona executive as the billing department promised. No one came till 1 month, then I made 20 calls something then finally after 3-4 months, a tikona executive came and did something and went back from my home. Nothing solved, I wasted my 4 months subscription fees.
[B]Biggest Problem 2[/B]- Then I called again and asked for deactivation, and they did the same but this time I fought and force them to deactivate my connection. They submitted the request and my services was closed, But they (Tikona) generated my next month bill after deactivating my all services. This time I refused to pay the bill because I did not use my services.
They continuously forced me to pay the unnecessary generated bill. And I had been refusing to pay.
[B]Biggest Problem 3[/B]- One day, I got a call from a person, he told that "He is a senior lawyer from Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi and he got a case file against me from Tikona because I did not pay the bill." That time my unnecessary bill amount was something 2200/-. He (lawyer) said that if you do whatever I am saying then I can send you a KHARIZNAMA till evening. Then he said you need to pay double amount which will be REFUNDED IN 7 DAYS. Finally, I PAID DOUBLE AMOUNT (4400/-) as that lawyer instructed me and send him the transaction id as he demanded.
Before, making the payment I called tikona helpline to confirm about this case and lawyer too but my call could not connected because they blocked me. Then I sent mail and waited 2 hours for any reply but they did not reply.
[B]Biggest Problem 4[/B]- Once I made the payment and sent the transaction id to that lawyer. He did not send the KHARIZNAMA till evening. Then I called him next day, he said he is sending the khariznama in just 30 mins. And after that day he putted my number in block list. FINALLY, IT WAS A FRAUD CALL.
[B]Biggest Problem 5[/B]- Now I mailed tikona and shared each and every thing along with entire CALL RECORDINGS (I have the call recordings of everything till now) with them through mail. They did not reply that mail. After that mail, I sent them something 15+ mails but they did not reply even my single mail.
[B]Biggest Problem 6[/B]- Finally, I called in tikona billing department and asked for my extra payment which I made, I did not want to argue with them on what happened with me. Because I genuinely think that the tikona executives never understand the problem of a customer.
They said that my extra paid payment refund will be done in next 1 month, I will get a cheque of my amount withing a month.
[B]Biggest Problem 7[/B]- They have been giving the silly excuses from last few months regarding refund delay. But I did not get my payment till now.
[B]Finally- [/B] I called today on 10th Feb 2016 in tikona billing department asked for refund again then she said that YOUR UNSETTLED AMOUNT IS 0/- (ZERO). I asked to talk with a senior guy name (Arib) (we had a conversation on the same refund topic before 3 months and he promised me that my payment would be paid within a month - now 2 more months passed away). And she said that please wait for a while and then after few minutes SHE DISCONNECTED MY CALL.
Guys, after reading my entire worst experience with Tikona, do you think to go with this (tikona) internet services provider?
