Hi,

I got a call from a lawyer called Rajendra Chaudhary who claims to have been hired by Tikona Digital Networks for sending notice to people who have not paid their monies. The Lawyer spoke in a very rude manner and said that if payment of 1909 is not made within half an hour, my mother will have to travel to court to fight the case.

Due to this news I had to leave a board meeting and also my health was affected.

Also, I did not make payment because Tikona Digital never heard the complaints that I registered, Their complaint system is pathetic, I could never speak to the concerned person. Also they lied that the monies of the router will be given back to me and now they say that they do not have policy to return monies back to the customer when the return their router.

Guys Please do not use tikona. Its a company which will follow up on payment dues and not on your complaints. Thanks

      I had requested disconnection on 18th january 2016 to user id [protected] having billing cycle paid and ending on 25th january 2016. Reason being shifting from the present address by end of january 2016.

      Seems tikona has no policy for disconnection - intention is to delay and continue to bill user.

      Executive will not be send to collect equipment and connection will be kept active thus billable.

      My email send yesterday the 19th of january 2016 will explain


      Dear tikona,

      I am receipt of 1) a telecall from [protected] at 19th jan 2016 at 5:29 pm and 2) your email from tikona.[protected]@tikona.In recd on 19th jan 2016 at 5:30 pm

      As per 1) above the tele executive never confirmed my request for disconnection and only applied delay tactics like offering some long term hold plan or i should find someone to tranfer the connection or to process only the change of address. Despite my repeated request it was just a "retention" call

      As per 2) the email says -"efforts to resolve valid issues to your satisfaction are not successful, then the monthly bill charges shall be applicable only till the next bill cycle date based on your last usage date or disconnection request date whichever is later. Kindly note during the course of retention if your account shows usage post the current bill cycle, then your account will be kept active & it would confirm you wish to continue with the services." please disconnect at end of my billing cycle which is 25 january 2015 - no question o[censored]sage beyond 25th jan 2016 will arise.

      It is disheartening to known that tikona is not having any policy of confirming disconnection or any intent to send its executive to take away the equipment.

      I clearly see attempts to buildup a dispute under the guise of continuity and failure to surrender connection equipment.

      I am categorically stating that i would be leaving the present address by the end of this month of january 2016. It is tikona responsibility to collect and conclude the connection.

      Bill till 25th of january 2016 is paid in advance. Any further billing beyond 25th january 2016 will be illegal on part of tikona and charges or disputes if any will be contested at full cost to tikona.

        I have used Tikona for more than an year, and asked for disconnection and have paid the whole amount. but even after disconnection i have received bills from tikona and now after 3 months getting calls from some who claim to be a legal attorney, not sure if they are real or some third party collection agent.
        below is my customer id :: [protected]. i want to know how billing has been raised for amount 291. if i got an proper explanation for this i will pay or else i will raise a complaint with consumer court with out fail

          My Tikona internet connection is being disturbed for the past 1.5 months. Still I am not getting any proper solution to it. However, when I am calling to Customer Support, I have been said repeated times that my matter has been escalated for further investigations. It is going to be 2 months where I am facing the problems.

          2 or 3 inexperienced engineers were being sent to investigate, but the matter was being solved as a temporary basis. I am enrolled for 4 MBPS speed, but I forgot when I received my desired speed last time.

          When I try to leave the connection, I heard repeated useless promises that it will get fixed.

          The matter comes is the bill what I pay is my earned money which I get after spending some 14 to 15 hours in Office and I can't let it go in a dustbin.

          Really confused what to do with this...

            Dear Concern,

            I have been using tikona since December, and from the very first day i am getting various issue regarding network connectivity. from last one week, i was not able to connect to internet so i followed the procedure and called their technical support and each and every time i have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to connect with them and when i asked about the resolution they said don't worry sir it will take only 8 hours to resolve your issue. i called day and night but every time they gave the same explanation then i forced them to resolve the issue on sunday morning then they send a engineer to resolve the problem and every tikona customer knows that what kind of engineer they send. tikona engineer took 4 hours and at the end he just move direction of tikona box to another tower and said "it is network problem at our end" and from that day i am able to connect to the internet but the internet bandwidth 300 to 700 kbps and my plan is of 4mbps. i called again to the technical care and after various call they said their is a network issue which we can not say that how much time it will going to take means i am already paid the money for three months and they are not able to tell me that how many days it will take.So kindly concern below point.
            1. If i already paid you the money then i have the right to get better service and resolution on time.
            2. I do not choose tikona to increase headache if you are not able to provide the service well then close the company and do not cheat the customers as customers are paying money according to the bill cycle however you are able to provide service or not.
            3. Increase your technical support team and please reassess your engineers that you send to our home.


            we have to take action on these companies as they are not getting serious about any concern.

            But when .. Still I am getting Internet connectivity issue..I am not able to connect to internet today now what..when you are going to give me continuous 4 mbps bandwidth after this month cycle ..????

            Don't worry I am going to disconnect Tikona as you are not capable to do anything..
            after 12 days day and night complaint and 3 engineer visit tikona not able to provide resolution so finally i decide to disconnect tikona but i request to each and every one never never choose tikona and one request to this portal authority please help to teach a lesson to these fraud companies.

              Despite repeated reminders I am not getting any connectivity though opted for service of speed of 4 gbps. Even they are advising me that what should be done by me.                 Hi Tikona id: [protected] used it for only 2 months and paid for straightway 3 months (17th June 2015). After regular complaints on no service, i opted for disconnection. No one bothered to provide a regular service and complaint resolution. And now after disconnection and account suspension, i am getting regular bills for many months. They started harassing by sending legal notice on mail for Rs. 211 and after 10 days it became Rs. 900 and again after 15 days it became Rs. 600. I am getting a call from no. " [protected]" claiming to be an advocate named "Varsha Thakur" and asking me to pay the bill otherwise she will take legal action and all my bank accounts will be sealed and i need to be present the very next day for hearing.
                She also claims, if i do not pay right now she will take the other sort of action by sending the tikona representatives along with some local goons to recover the money.
                I am totally fed up with this sort of pathetic behavior with mental harassment all over on daily basis.
                Please take a action against this company, as we are suffering unnecessarily to pay an amount which we are not even liable to pay, which keeps on changing on daily basis.

                  As i got new internet form Tikona Digital Networks.but past 2 weeks i am facing low net speed .so i have contacted the customer care for the same issue.But non of their service men cleared the problem. Other issue was that i have paid the bill amout of Rupess:600 for the tikona person on 11/01/2016 around 10:00.But still not updated the bill in the system. Now i am getting the message to pay the bill.I have contacted the customer care but no one resolves or concerned about the problem. So request the concerned person to take necessary action on Tikona Digital Networks and their customer care section .so their are no other person faces the problem by taking the tikona internet

                    N Mar-April 2015, I took a Tikona connection (Billing Account Number[protected]; USER ID : [protected]; Plan Name-ADBBM4M600) and made advance payment of Rs 2585 as 3 months bill plus installation. I could never use the connection properly because the services were poor in my location. I made complaints. The site engineer and subsequently Area Manager made the visit and agreed that there is no service in the area. He said that he will submit a report and that I should be getting the refund as it is Tikona's fault and not mine. Even while my complaint was being processed their billing department kept generating bills with zero usage. The Tikona customer care department also confirmed that I should be getting a major part of my total amount of Rs 2585 refunded with only deduction being for actual data used. The actual usage was very low as this was never used properly. So I was really surprised when a refund of only Rs 554 was initiated against a total amount of Rs 2585. The worst part is their customer care department never calls you back. There is no reply to the e-mails sent. And when you escalate it to their apellate authority J.Nair, you get useless response. NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS FRAUD AND CHEAT COMPANY. I am planning to sue them in consumer court for all the harassment. Mohnish

                    You do not understand the basic point. When I have not been able to run my internet since the day I took connection then why have you charged me without proper usage. They clearly said that it is not feasible to provide service in my area.
                    Now where am I at fault? You cannot provide service. I am not using internet. My complaint is in process. Your people advise me disconnection and yet you deduct money.How do you justify a refund of Rs 584 against a total payment of Rs 2585. Why have you deducted Rs 2000?Please explain.

                    Friends you can see there is no further reply from this cheater company TIKONA. They have charged me even while I was not able to access internet and that is on record.CHEATER and FRAUD company Tikona..
                    Hi TIKONA guys,
                    You take advance payment of three months, the connection doesn't work, I lodge a complaint, your area manager visits and says that service is not possible in my area, you proceed for disconnection and then keep all my money with you refunding only peanuts.
                    This is my story in short.
                    Isn't it harassment?
                    Why have you kept my money with you when my termination was done after your technical guys confirmed that there is no proper service in my area.
                    Please refund my money.

                      8July2015 Request sent to Tikona Care via my registered email address to suspend the service until further notice All bills at this time were paid 12July2015 I got the email response with the charges for safe custody I confirmed back on the same SR number that I do not want safe custody and need to disconnect the service 20July2015 Automated Mailer received with no resolution After a few days I received a call from the customer retentions team This call lasted over 45mins where I was again and again requested to transfer connection to friend or family and not disconnect I was patient not to yell at the women but she did not do anything to help me but rather kept pushing me to transfer 7Sep2015 After months of no action I finally sent an email for transfer of connection to a known person who wanted to try out Tikona 15Sep2015 Since there was no response I sent another reminder on the request 16Sep2015 Got an email stating my phone was not reachable and the request is closed Now I have been sent a bill for Safe custody and non-usage Why on earth should I pay this bill Do you people even understand the meaning of customer service I will not pay the bill and I have all emails sent from me in PDF format which is not allowed to upload This is the worst customer service or customer cheating I have seen Tikona Equipment collected from my premises on 14th Nov 2015. They still continue to keep the billing on I start getting calls from people claiming to be in Delhi and registering a case in Delhi for non payment State of Tikona is in Shambles and no remorse for the people suffering!!!

                        Dear Concern, I just took one connection from Tikona Broadband service (my Customer Id : [protected]) on 29 Dec 2015. Due to Tikona technical problem it has not been working properly from very first day and after so many complaints it has not been resolved by Tikona. At the end I called up customer care to disconnect this connection on 6 Jan 2016 ( Disconnection reference No is : 1-[protected]) but there is no response (Email/sms confirmation) and none of the persons visit to collect the instrument/ equipment. Infect i have received invoice from them which is Rs. 2262 ( for the period 29 Dec - 7 Jan) I don't know why they send me this huge amount invoice where as the monthly plan i asked was Rs. 950/- per month. ( To get this connection i paid amount of Rs. 3550 in which installation and 3 month charges was included). After so many calls and chasing no action been taken every time when i called customer care and asked to connect with some senior person either call disconnect or told that some one from concern department will call with in 3-4 hrs time. But no one called or respond. I sent them in black & white complaint via email on 14 Jan the acknowledgment email from Tikona received with a reference no 1-[protected]. But still no action been taken. ( Since 5 Jan I had noted all call's, date timing & person names i spoke with) Every time i have been told that we will resolve your problem in 1 day's time or We will not charge and compensate for the days in which had problem. Infect yesterday i again called customer care to reconfirm the status of my refund Mr. Pallav told me that you will not get any refund as this was your initial payment which company never refunds to any customer. Call details from 5 Jan 2016 5 Jan : Monika at 1537 hrs 5 Jan : Swapanil at 19 50 hrs 6 Jan : Harshita at 1430 hrs (She disconnect call ) 6 Jan : Amrita at 1454 hrs ( She provide disconnection reference No: 1-[protected] 6 Jan : Rahul at 1543 hrs 6 Jan : Jetina 1600 hrs 7 Jan : Subdha at 1627 hrs 7 Jan : Hitesh 8 Jan : Swati at 1222 Hrs 8 Jan : Amit at 1322 hrs 8 Jan : Lina at 1532 hrs ( Again disconnection request same reference no as on 6 Jan) 12 Jan : Priyanka at 1501 hrs ( She disconnect the call) 12 Jan : Raj Laxmi at 1506 hrs 12 Jan : Kalpesh Thakur 1729 hrs 14 Jan : Pooja at 1115 hrs ( She disconnect the call) 14 Jan : Vineet at 1140 hrs ( he advise it will take 10 to disconnect your connection) 16 Jan : Pallav at 1733 hrs ( He clearly told that we will not refund you any money either you continue with our services or go to hell) I really appreciate if you can help me to fight with these cheaters and get my money back from them also take this matter ahead so they will not cheat anyone again in feature.                           My name is Shubham Goyal, & I am a resident of Jaipur. I disconnected the fraud & poor services of tikona in the March of last year. Now, suddenly after a year these guys are messaging me & saying that you have an overdue of rs 1532 out of nowhere. My ID is discontinued so i cannot even talk to their customer care. Their so called advocates keep on calling me and threatens me that they are taking legal actions against me. why would i give 1500 rs to them when i dont even understand the charges. please help me.

                          ofcourse it is terminated, I paid 1532 rs 4 days ago, so that your so called lawyers would stop bothering me every 15 min.
                          they promised me a cheque of 1500 rs in lieu of this payment, as your tikona equipments is still with me, because no one from your company would come to pick it up, even after i emailed you three times to do so.

                              Hi i have used Tikona as my ISP over an year. The service provided by them is pathetic and I have decided to disconnect the service and raised a request couple of times. The time when I raised the request, they just do some little adjustments in my roof top device and provided a temporary resolution. After this, within one or two days the connection again got slowness and sometimes it was not working. Finally I strictly asked them to disconnect the service and they didn't. Now they want to me to pay the amount for this pathetic service. They keep on calling me to pay the bill. I have decided to file a case against Tikona broadband. USER ID : [protected]

                                Paid the full amount of money around 1900 including tax on July 10th 2015. Since then every day i have been calling the customer care for the connection to work. Never ever tikona responded. At last in the month of Aug end requested for disconnection. Every time i speak with the executive they say, with in one day your issue will be solved. But still now no one responded. Guys from my experience i m saying, Govt should ban this company. I lost my Rs. 1900, lost peace of mind and 2 months every day 160 mins of my time in calling the customer support execuitve. forgot to mention my cust id: [protected], not even 100MB is used in this connection.

                                Hello Tikona, lets meet in consumer court. I have been calling the customer care from day 1, for the connection to work. Despite of my patience and I lost my 1800 u still want me to pay 270, i[censored] really are a genuine call to my number.

                                  Tikona user ID: [protected] Applied for connection: 29th Aug, 2015 Plan taken: Rs.750 for three months Paid during installation: Rs. 2850 (includes three months plan fee: Rs.750*3 = Rs.2250, 14% service charge, installation fee) Extra Payment: Rs.202 on 12th Nov 2015 Disconnection request via mail: 25th Nov 2015 I had applied for a three months plan in advance since I wanted the connection only for three months and your representatives had agreed to that plan, hence. I had paid in advance for those three months opting for an existing plan of Rs.750 and 25GB(per month). Before the completion of the three months, I had mailed you requesting to Disconnect my internet services four days in advance, i.e. 25th Nov 2015. Since I had already paid you on 29th Aug, 2015 the amount for three months usage in advance, how could you ask for the same again. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. Kindly refrain from bothering me further regarding this as I am not going to entertain it anymore. Your tikona team associates have harassed me for the payment of the bill which had already been paid in advance. I have the proof of the payment and the proof of the mail sent for disconnection request.

                                    Hi, I am having tikona broadband plan of 25 GB of 2 mbps speed. My client id is [protected]. This complaint is regarding speed of broadband plan. Its not giving me good speed. This is worst speed I have ever seen from internet. Even 2g plans can give more speed than tikona. If I call to customer care it's does not connect, even if you try for 30 minutes. Many times I have launched complaint to tikona customer care but I did not get solution, tikona representative always said that there is a band width issue so who is responsible for that? I am not happy with the service of tikona. I visited to the pune(viman nagar) tikona office but they said we will check and send an engineer to investigate, till the date nothing is happen. I am not able to surf the Internet properly, forget about the downloading, every month my data waste. Please do some needful.

                                        I have paid and terminate the internet service in OCT'15 month, also called their representative regarding the service termination. Tikona representative confirmed that the service has been de-activated. However, he dint send any written confirmation. But they have generated the Nov month bill, which was not at all informed to me, and after 2 month, on 15Jan'16, i got the call from Delhi court saying that a case have been registered on my name from tikona, and i had to pay 1524 rupee otherwise i have to come to Delhi for further clarification. Since then i am continuously trying Tikona Toll free number[protected] at each and every possible number which is mentioned in their website to get the things clear. However, no one is picking up the call from 2 days. They had tricked by generating the bill again which they shouldn't have. If anyone can look into this matter and help me, it would be highly appreciated.
