Connection never works and payment issue

Paid the full amount of money around 1900 including tax on July 10th 2015. Since then every day i have been calling the customer care for the connection to work. Never ever tikona responded. At last in the month of Aug end requested for disconnection. Every time i speak with the executive they say, with in one day your issue will be solved. But still now no one responded. Guys from my experience i m saying, Govt should ban this company....

Billing after unsubscription

As I received Bill of 2000 for which I have not consumed a mb. And they called me on phone and threatened that they are filing case on non payment ( which I have not used ) And so I paid amount.
