I have paid and terminate the internet service in OCT'15 month, also called their representative regarding the service termination.
Tikona representative confirmed that the service has been de-activated. However, he dint send any written confirmation.
But they have generated the Nov month bill, which was not at all informed to me, and after 2 month, on 15Jan'16, i got the call from Delhi court saying that a case have been registered on my name from tikona, and i had to pay 1524 rupee otherwise i have to come to Delhi for further clarification.
Since then i am continuously trying Tikona Toll free number[protected] at each and every possible number which is mentioned in their website to get the things clear. However, no one is picking up the call from 2 days.
They had tricked by generating the bill again which they shouldn't have.
If anyone can look into this matter and help me, it would be highly appreciated.
