I had applied for a three months plan in advance since I wanted the connection only for three months and your representatives had agreed to that plan, hence. I had paid in advance for those three months opting for an existing plan of Rs.750 and 25GB(per month). Before the completion of the three months, I had mailed you requesting to Disconnect my internet services four days in advance, i.e. 25th Nov 2015.
Since I had already paid you on 29th Aug, 2015 the amount for three months usage in advance, how could you ask for the same again. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
Kindly refrain from bothering me further regarding this as I am not going to entertain it anymore. Your tikona team associates have harassed me for the payment of the bill which had already been paid in advance. I have the proof of the payment and the proof of the mail sent for disconnection request.
