I have recharged for 6 months plan and since i don't want to use the services anymore I requested customer care to disconnect my services. I have used the internet only for 3 months but the tikona customer care says they will not refund the remaining money of my account if I disconnect the services. They didn't gave any explanation for that. I want my connection to be terminated and the remaining balance refunded.

    I have already stopped using the connection before 2 months of due dates also I have emailed multiple times for disconnected service.

    Till I have facing unnecessary recovery calls from your legal team and asking for payment for not used services.

    So Dear sir this is a request please look into this urgent basis and waive all charges and closed the connection.

    Your staff did fraud with our company, She told her name as Riya.SHE told me that you should pay your bill, after 2 hours of paying the bill, the mail of disconnections will SEND ur email id .I waited when the mail did not come, then I called Riya ji that the mail has not come yet, Riya ji tells me that she will come after one month When I forced him to send me disconnection mails, he said aapko jissi bolne: tell me I am not afraid of anyone.

      This is a request to disconnect my Tikona broadband service. I am putting this request since I am moving, and I can’t continue to pursue this connection. But I am unable to contact Tikona or send any email to them as they are blocking all my emails and also there is no way to communicate over the phone with any of their executives.

      My current plan details: PRIME_ULQ_C5 (Currently from 15-May-21 to 14-Aug-21)

      Also, as per my quarterly prepaid plan I have already done the payment in advance till 15 August 2021. So I should be getting some refund too.

      I have also provided acknowledgement mail from Tikona team stating that there are no dues.

        I'm a old tikona user with Id [protected] and I update the speed from 10-40 mbps .Due to non availability of other service providers in my area, I have to tolerate tikona .I have 40 mbps plan for 6 months, but I am getting only 1-28 mbps speed which is also with frequent, they took amount in advance and at the time of service, they only say our backend team is working, I have raised a complaint more than 50 times, but still no resolution to issue, I haven't seen this much worst service in any other fields, I am really frustrated with the service, I recommend no one to go for Tikona, because the service is really disgusting

          Hi Team,

          Hope everyone is safe and healthy.

          I have been using Tikona since May last year and have been pretty happy. Initially, started with 10mbps for 6 months by paying 4620. Then upgraded in December for 25mbps by paying 5k. Now recently, upgraded to 40mbps on 15/06/21 for another 6 months and paid Rs 5451.

          The new plans you offer for 6 months with 40mbps is 2994. So, I feel somewhere you guys have cheated and charged more. Expect you to refund, if you are professional enough.

          Secondly, since last 2 weeks, your service has been dreadful. Multiple phone calls, complaints raised. You fix the issue but it would only last for a few minutes, then again the same old story.

          I am tired of raising any more complaints or calling you. Your calls are chargeable, plus your customer service team will never call back. Your team says, we will only call you back if your call is disconnected twice. Bloody we wait on hold for long time, time & money is wasted. When we request and tell them that balance is low, can you please call back, it's ignored.

          Look, I have been happy with you guys before and possibly want to continue.

          However, you guys need to fix the frequent disconnection & speed/bandwith issue at my place at the earliest. If that's done, I will be very happy.

          Recently, because of this I have had loss of login hours leading to paycuts and leave cuts.

          Please Please Please. It's a humble request. Fix it.

            I’m hell frustrated!

            Help me resolve this no connectivity issue permanently. Check my router no issues from it. This is the 10th or 12th-time I'm raising a request. Simply once in a while a technical agent will call and ask to do a speed test and hang up the call. Multiple times I have requested for someone to visit and fix the network issue. None of your service engineers visits my place for the connectivity issue, still the backend team is going ahead and closing my request. The problem is still not resolved, I’m constantly facing no internet connectivity (Unable to browse), unable to do anything. We’re working from home, things are becoming very difficult.

              Hi,

              I would like to inform you that I no longer wish to take your internet service since the standard of your service is not up to the level of satisfaction. Although I complained about the speed of internet and its connectivity problem for a number of times you failed to take necessary steps to improve the service. Such an indifferent attitude is highly unacceptable and as such irritating to certain extent.

              I will not pay any amount from next month.

              Under the above circumstance, please cancel my account (User ID: [protected]) from the next next month.

                I took tikona broadband plan of Rs.5200/- on 8.12.2020, plan name PRIME_ULA_C10 and user ID is[protected] in Gandhinagar (Gujarat).
                I was relocated to Ballabgarh (Haryana) in January, 2021 where the service is not provided as per your customer service agent Mr. Salim Khan I requested for refund the proportionate amount since i have been permanently transferred to a new location where tikona service is not available. However company has still not refunded or promised to pay the due amount.
                On 13th march, 2021, I received a mail from Tikona in which they wrote:
                "The request for refund will be considered in case of Tikona's inability to restore the connectivity due to reasons such as site out of service, due to permission issues or other situations with similar effect."
                However till now no amount or assurance of refund has been given to me.

                  I took 6 months Tikona internet connection on 28th March 2020.
                  While taking connection I told them I need a plan with speed of40+ mbps but they provided me plan of 10mbps as they don't have high speed device and assured me will upgrade my connection within a month. But after multiple complains they didn't upgraded my device.
                  Now after completion of my 6 months billing cycle I asked for discontinue of the services but they didn't showed up instead they sent me another 6 months bill. After complaining to them they told me it will not be a issue but they keep on sending bills and new package options instead of taking away their connection.
                  Now, on march 2021 I asked them to stop calling me and take your setup away but they insisted to try high speed packs with promise of good service. They asked me to pay ₹707 for 1 month 25mbps pack. I paid that online.
                  After 2 days when my connection still didn't resumed I called them again to which they replied that 25 mbps per month pack not available in my area.
                  Now when I asked them to refund my money which I paid they started to resist and tried selling me 10 mbps plan again which I denied and asked them to refund and take away your system but instead they again asked me to pay 6 month bill (sep 2020 - march 2021) for the service which I never used and also deducted my paid ₹707 in that bill.
                  Now they are asking me to pay around ₹4500. Threatening and harassing for legal action via calls. The caller stating herself as a lawyer which I doubt.
                  Kindly help me out from this fraudsters who are mentally harassing me.
                  Also, they have already not refunded my router money around ₹800 which was given to me giving wrong information by their ground staffs.

                  How many times do I need to raise the complain in your forum.
                  I have also attached multiple email chats in this complain as well and I have bunch of more left as well.

                  Let me summarize the problems in short here:
                  1. Return my router money ₹800 taken at the time of installation by giving wrong information.
                  2. Return ₹707 which was paid for 25mbps plan but then never started (as after payment your customer
                  care person apologized for wrong information because that service is not available in my area).
                  3. Take all your device and setups away from my home after refunding my amounts.

                    Dear Sir/MAdam,

                    I would like to bring to your notice a serious matter many customers will be facing. My plan with Tikona was finished by Feb'20 end and i was not at all happy with the service as every alternate days there's service issue they just cheat customers by giving high speed data plan but its actually nothing compared to other competitors. So i had not renewed my services and in March i had drop and email saying i don't want there service anymore. Even after that they called and harrased me for continuation and to renew the plan then too i disagree so i thought the matter is over.
                    But today 24th June'21 i have received a letter from Tikona Advocate saying they will take legal action if the bill is not paid. I have not even renewed the plan or used the service that how i am liable to pay those charges i dont understand.
                    Please look into the matter on urgent basis as they are cheating and harrasing lots of clients like this and taking unlawful benefits.

                      These guys reduced their tarrif and also increased its Gbs but kept collecting higher amount from me . I was paying rs 472 per month for 100gbs of 10mbps but now they have a plan of 15mbps unlimited. They never notified me.
                      Now i have logged plan change request 1-[protected] on 19th June and they promised to change it within 48 hours but it is not processed.

                          I got a Tikona connection thinking that it will be fast and nice..but the service is not so satisfying.. i needed to call them every month because the wifi stops working every month ...Their mechanic use to come and solve the problem but again after few months the same ...
                          Though I continued the service for almost a year...then I thought now its enough And called their customer care for disconnection..but thought the executive was repeatedly saying please ... and was requesting me to continue the connection..(which sounded very unprofessional)
                          Even after the request of disconnection tikona continued to send emails about our payment and even calls ... Even after I paid them prior only ...thought they continued sending emails ...
                          Then after I got exhausted and just pluged out the router and kept away...
                          Then I received a call from a mechanic saying that your connection is discontinued and he is coming to pick up the router...I kept everything ready but no one came to pick them up .
                          And before 2 weeks I got a call from a lady stating that she is a lawyer in Delhi court and she will file a case if we dont pay and her language was very rude a sounded unprofessional.
                          tikona had sent me a bill of something around 856 rs even after disconnection..
                          Even on the bill which they sent there usage is showing 0 but though asking for the money...
                          Again after a week the lady stating to be a lawyer called ...I asked her that if you are a lawyer the give ne your registered id ...she denied and said why should I give you?? And then she threatened me for a while and then disconnected the call ...
                          It brought me here and made me file a complaint against tikona..
                          Hope My problem gets resolved as soon as possible...

                            I have 40 mbps plan for 6 months, but I am getting only 4-5 mbps speed which is also with frequent disconnection, they took amount in advance and at the time of service, they only say our backend team is working, I have raised a complaint more than 50 times, but still no resolution to issue, I haven't seen this much worst service in any other fields, I am really frustrated with the service, I recommend no one to go for Tikona, because the service is really disgusting.

                              Tikona is not disconnecting my connection and also not refunding my money ( my advance payment of three months). I have called many times but tikona refuses to close my account or give confirmation on closure of account. Tikona is harassing me and Tikona has vicious plans to make absurd fake bills and then take huge amount from me.

                              I am asking Tikona to give me the confirmation of closure of my account, refund the advance payment that I did in May for three months (June, July, Aug).

                                Hi,
                                I had Tikona Broadband Connection in 2020.
                                I had taken 3month plan for which I made payment in advance.last payment was done on 10 Dec 2020 for 2 month plan as i was planning to shift from that location
                                10th Feb 2021 i made request to terminate the connection through call but no action taken
                                23rd feb 2021 i made formal email request as reminder to terminate connection
                                24th feb i got reply if i can shift the connection of free of cost, i denied the option and again i received calls many time if i can shift the connection. i replied as i am moving to native there is no requirement of tikona service and asked them to take the device as soon as possible
                                25th feb i got an email from tikona to pay 1884.49
                                i made call to customer support and asked why this is required as my plan was 3 month plan and i already made request to cancel the connection before the validity. customer care executive said it is automatic system generated bill so i can ignore that
                                but the emails are keep on coming regarding non payment but i have no idea why this payment is required as i am using broadband after paying amount in advance

                                I made a reply for clarification but no response came even after reminder

                                In Feb my plan got expired, since then I am out of station and device is removed, then why Tikona needs payment?
                                I have already paid for all used services so please stop harassment.
                                1) I have written 5-6 mails regarding disconnection nothing happened.
                                2)No one picks call at Customer care
                                3) all of sudden getting a threatening call saying that the person is an advocate and they will file a complaint if payment is made. i again ask them which payment as my connection is based on advance payment. they have no answer for that and getting repeated threatening calls
                                3)Need help against these harassment calls
                                Please help.
                                It creates annoying environment at home.

                                  This is with regards to the internet speed for the plan i have registered/paid for

                                  Please be informed that my internet speed is below 100 mbps since Monday 31st May'21 however my registered plan is 200 mbps (Attached screenshot FYR)

                                  I am following up with Tikona team, sales person, installation person & field support person since Monday 31st May but the issue is still not resolved & there is no response on the resolution from any of the support contacts

                                    Dear Tikona team,

                                    I subscribed your broadband internet prepaid plan on Date: 05/13/2019,
                                    Receipt attached User Id : [protected].

                                    It was plan for 6 months but I stopped using it after 2-3 months in 2019.So as it is Prepaid plan it should stopped after 6 months expiry..I never ever subscribed for postpaid plan of Tikona.

                                    Today I received call from Tikona advocate Ankita sharma from Delhi she mentioned that legal case is filed against me on User Id: [protected] and I need to pay due amount of Rs.10291, otherwise she will forward case against me. On call she asked me to pay above amount from Google pay immediately so I paid Rs.10291 for User Id: [protected] (this user id newly created by Tikona and I never requested it, Not a registered mobile number nor email id belongs to me).

                                    One strange observation :

                                    1) As prepaid plan was for only 6 months who asked you to continue plan and continue charge me.As soon as plan expired charge should be stopped.

                                    2) After 6 months of plan subscription my old User Id : [protected] removed from your system and new User Id: [protected] created against my name and address.

                                    But I observed for that User Id: [protected]
                                    Not a registered mobile number nor email id belongs to me.

                                    So I request you to refund my amount otherwise I will go with legal process and consumer forum along with large mental harassment case.

                                    During collection of wrong Billing Tikona was in hurry now for refund no reply from them..No worry Tikona I am waiting for 15 days to pass of registration of my complain so I can directly present my complain to consumer court so be ready for legal case.

                                      Hello, I had raised disconnection request to Tikona on February 08, 2021 and same was accepted by them. however they have purposely not disconnected my internet service and did not pay any refund of advance subscription paid. There were several connectivity issues and all my issue were unresolved. They failed to resolve the problems and when am asking for refund they have blocked me from calling and have been sending nonsense reply to all my mails.

                                      Now they have started harassing by sending calls asking to pay for renewal.
                                      Please intervene in this issues and help all the Tikona customers from this fraud company and repeated harassment.

                                        Tikona has the worst customer service team that i have ever come across in my life. My internet plan is getting expired on 6th June and i have being following up since mid May to get details but, no luck.

                                        Auto generated mails are sent that I am on a plan that is auto renewed. I never accepted the auto renewal option. Who does this ?

                                        Furthermore, the cost of my current plan which i paid for 6 months is now equivalent to 1yr. Who will agree to renew & there should be someone to talk about it too right. But, here no one is concerned. All they want is money. They take nearly 2 days to resolve a technical issue.

                                        My award to them will be "Most pathetic ISP in India"

                                        I have sent mail for cancellation too but, no response.
