Hope everyone is safe and healthy.
I have been using Tikona since May last year and have been pretty happy. Initially, started with 10mbps for 6 months by paying 4620. Then upgraded in December for 25mbps by paying 5k. Now recently, upgraded to 40mbps on 15/06/21 for another 6 months and paid Rs 5451.
The new plans you offer for 6 months with 40mbps is 2994. So, I feel somewhere you guys have cheated and charged more. Expect you to refund, if you are professional enough.
Secondly, since last 2 weeks, your service has been dreadful. Multiple phone calls, complaints raised. You fix the issue but it would only last for a few minutes, then again the same old story.
I am tired of raising any more complaints or calling you. Your calls are chargeable, plus your customer service team will never call back. Your team says, we will only call you back if your call is disconnected twice. Bloody we wait on hold for long time, time & money is wasted. When we request and tell them that balance is low, can you please call back, it's ignored.
Look, I have been happy with you guys before and possibly want to continue.
However, you guys need to fix the frequent disconnection & speed/bandwith issue at my place at the earliest. If that's done, I will be very happy.
Recently, because of this I have had loss of login hours leading to paycuts and leave cuts.
Please Please Please. It's a humble request. Fix it.
