Took connection of tikona brodband service on 5th of this month(USER ID:[protected]).i paid 3k for 6 months connection 15mbps no fup.but now leave speed and fup i am suffering from continuous disconnections.1st day when i talked to customer care i told them i want 25mbps speed atleast.but they told its not availabal for now because of heavy demand.they offered me 15 mbps i said ok i will manage.whan first 1-2 days disonnection...

Misguiding / Fraud / Misleading Info

Address:Tikona Infinet Private Limited Registered Office: 3A, 3rd Floor, „Corpora‟ LBS Marg, Bhandup (West), Mumbai –400078 Maharashtra India.

Nature of Complaint: I wanted to upgrade my internet speed, so had to have a new connection in August month, So had paid in Tikona of Rs4713/- During connection.
As per salesman he had told me that there are 2 plans,
a. with router connection & b. without a router connection.
So had taken with router service as he had told me that with the router as he cleared out that the router you will get will be at low cost...

Obstruction in refunding advance amount against unfulfilled connection

Tikona Digital Networks also known as Tikona Infinet Limited collected INR1000 as advance amount via Field agent for installation of Broadband connection (Receiver device and modem) on Oct 05. Amount was paid to Agra's Shahaganj Area Manager Tarun Parashar (UPI ID: [protected]@okicici) via Google Pay. After chasing for 3 days company mentioned non-feasibility of connection due to non-availability of Receiver Device requested. On complaining...

Fraudulent activity

The company has been calling and threatening to file a case against us if we dont pay them 1836 rupees. We emailed and called and asked them to cancel our subscription but they did not reply and now they are calling from different numbers and threatening us. The lawyer that called us told her name is nikita kalra . She called from tees hazari court delhi. Help....

Threatening Call From Tikona Lawyer

Today I received a calls from couple of numbers claiming to be lawyers of Tikona. They are asking me to pay a bill which is generated after surrendering the connection. They are threatening me of dire consequences such as Jail, bank account freeze, CIBIL score impact etc etc. They were asking me to pay the amount in next 15-20 mins or else they will file a case in Delhi court and I will have to come to Delhi to defend my case.

Tikona not refunding my money

I had purchased a new connection on 17th October and after one week person come for installation then he said they cant install there network our office.So, I asked them to refund us Subscribed amount still now i haven't get any revert from them, many times call them but here is no response from them.

I have installed Tikona broadband on january 15 and i did recharge for six months because the sales guys were very polite and they made me believe that their service is the best. After some days i have faced too much problem because all of my classes were online and my tikona broadband was almost down(not working) every other day. I complained so many times and they did not responded me .I just got fake messages that their engineer will contact...

Refund

I am moving to my hometown due to some family emergency. I have given advance for 6 months for wi fi and use it only for 2 months.now they are saying you have to use it we can not refund your amount. They mean to utilize the full amount I have to stay here for next 4 months. Disgusting guys they are, they cant understand someone problem.please resolve this.

Harassment post cancellation of the internet connection

I had cancelled the internet connection at my Ahmedabad residence more than a month ago and i still receive calls and messages from the Tikona company to pay an amount to 1255Rs as "bill amount".

Firstly, I cancelled the connection, so why there a bill being generated?
Secondly, the connection I had was prepaid one, so why is there a bill generated?

Kindly help me out because now it feels a complete harassment...

Internet service and customer service super disappointing

I have been harassed by Tikona over months and in the name of the lockdown due to covid I had to bear their poor internet service and cus tomer service because my money was paid to them.
I have raised so many complaints to them about the poor service and dropped so many mails. Even called their customer care number, but there has been or resolution.

Service disconnection

I took tikona 6 month plan but since that day services were too bad. Now the 6 month plan is near to close n I have sent 3-4 emails to close complaint. On every email I got a call why u want to close connection n asking to extent it will give waiver. But I strictly said donot continue please close it. But still no revert on closure. I had taken 6 month plan for which I made payment in advance.As internet service was pathetic, i decided to close account. Hi Team, I am feedup of your service.
Facing speed issue since a month but my problem is not at all addressed. Your app gives a fake status of the complaints that we register, your call center doesn't receive our calls.

Kindly do something else, I have to lodge a complaint with the consumer grievance portal....

Not providing Service as per promised

I have opted for 40Mbps plan for 6 month. Accordingly i have paid the ammount for 6 months. For initial 10 days service was fine but later they are unable to provide speed as per plan. Also, thereis frequent network issues and flutuations happening from last 3 months.

Not receiving internet service.

Despite of many follow ups no body is looking into my issue, I got internet connection on 11th oct 2020, for 2 days only the internet worked properly but after that I am facing a lot of issues like no connection or very less speed. Tikona team kindly improve your service. Being an IT professional and working from home I am unable to do my job. Please do your job so that I can do mine.

Customer care not responding

I am trying upgrade my plan since last 2-3 months. But still I am helpless to upgrade any.

I have renew my plan in April or may at that time i want to upgrade my plan but customer staff told me that new plan require new device so due to lockdown it is not possible to install new device. Not received refund

I had done online payment from tikona link on 'payment.tikona.in' on 8th Feb of Rs 2404 for my new service id [protected]. Later I was told to do another payment of 1490 for another new user id [protected]. I did it on 11th Feb and the old account was going to be transferred to this new one. Due to some challenges, installation was stopped by the guy who was to do the installation. I have been expecting refund ever since then....
