Earlier, I was using a plan of 10mbps for Rs589 including GST of Tikona Broadband and I got an offer for 40mpbs for same amount of Rs589 and when I had spoken to the customer care person regarding this offer, he told me that you have to pay in advance for 3 months which was 589*3=1767 and my SEP and OCT bill outstanding amount 589*2=1178+118 of late payment charges and 250rs for shifting charges, So I told him to provide me total amount and give me waiver on my late payment charges, He told me to pay a total amount of 3195 Rs and on 28 OCT, 20 I paid 3195Rs, Now I am getting messages of bill payment of Rs632 and when I have spoken with the customer care person regarding this, they are saying that there was an installation charges of 632rs, I told them that this charge was not said by the customer care at the time of payment, know they are doing apologies for this and telling me to pay the bill of 632rs. If the charge was hide by the customer care side then why should I bear this.
I request you to take action on this fraudulent act by Tikona Broadband that they have hide the charges from me and given me an ultimation that if you not pay this then the service will been stop.
I have attached ScreenShort, highlighting the payment amount and bill generation amount. Please check it.

    My wifi was installed yesterday and today it has stopped working . And no assistance provided from the customer care doesnt even connect nobody calls back, my work is stuck because of the stupid services provided by you people. I want assistance today it self get this resolved right now. My touter is only showing two lights
    The person. Who came for putting wifi is bot receiving my calls, i called him 50 times and the one who installed it told me mjhe sirf install ka paisa milta h uske baad aap

      Hi Team,
      Broadband ID : [protected]
      I raised a tikona broadband disconnection email on 14th May, followed by 15 th May20 on [protected]@tikona.in, as there is no other mean to reach out to tikona customer service, also final email sent on 18th May.Post which on every call i received from tikona i have informed the same, also forwarded email to Mr. Arun Gour .After informing them multiple times even nobody came to collect modem . Now i am getting threatening call and emails from tikona asking me to pay bill for duration of June '20 to Sept'20 of Rs 1591/- also pay extra Rs 1500/- for modem.

          Hello Sir,

          I have purchased a prepaid plan of 6 month, starting from 27/07/2019. my TIKONA Service ID No [protected] & Billing Account Number[protected].
          It was ending on date 26/12/2019. But, as I have to make a relocation to a new address, I had placed a request to close my internet connection through application.
          I have placed that request (I guess) 20 days prior to the due date i.e. 26/12/2019. So, technically, you shall not be in position to ask extra 567 INR from me.

          Also, as I have placed the request to close my account. So, you should call me to collect the WIFI router. I am not aware where to drop and whom to ask. Still, I have preserved it in a good condition, and you can collect it from me or you can tell me the location where I can drop it. So, You should not be asking for 1500 INR as I am having it and ready to give it back at the time.

          I am still wondering, why have you sent me a legal notice? If it is a 6 month prepaid plan, you better close the account automatically after the due date. If not, then this is so called fraud.

          Better you stop sending me legal notice, and collect your router or give me a location where I can drop.

            I got a call from Tikona Lawyer today telling that the company has filed case against me in CIBIL for not paying bills .Please note that these bills are generated after I stopped availing their broadband services as I moved to a different address .
            Before shifting I had tried to contact tikona customer care ( [protected]@tikona.in ) to disconnect my broadband connection, I also tried to call their customer care number[protected] it does not work I have not received any response from them till date,

            The lawyer who called today said her name is Nikita Kalra,
            Refused to produce any document supporting Tikona's claim and also stated that the company has not received any email from me prior to generation of bills.

            Also refused to communicate vie email instead messaged me using IM app whatsapp on which she was using a different number ([protected]) asked me to share screenshot of the payment confirmation message after paying the amount .

            Firstly you fix you customer care number ( 1860 3000 3434 ) before greeting me .
            Secondly after all this your comapny has the Audacity to generate another bill for the month of December, I just received a mail from Tikona wit a bill for 275.34/-
            What nonsense is this ?

            am I suppose to pay you for the rest of my life ? regardless of weather I use any of your services or not

            I request the authorities to take this matter seriously
            I have the same problem. The same fraud lady named Nikhita karla who is stating that she is a lawyer was calling me and talking nonsense about CIBIL case.

              After making do the payments there executive came to our house and denied stating there is no connectivity available in this vicinity. it has been more than a month now they are not giving money refund. moreover their staff Satish Devtwal started using abusive language during followups. whereas he has never called upfront to give any details.

                Took connection of tikona brodband service on 5th of this month(USER ID:[protected]).i paid 3k for 6 months connection 15mbps no fup.but now leave speed and fup i am suffering from continuous disconnections.1st day when i talked to customer care i told them i want 25mbps speed atleast.but they told its not availabal for now because of heavy demand.they offered me 15 mbps i said ok i will manage.whan first 1-2 days disonnection happened i though its temprorary, but after 3 days 4-5hrs disonnections and some small 15min disconnection were still there.so i complained, 1 week since i complained, everytime i talk to someone new guy, technician than upper level technician, engineer came at my location too he just checked antenna and said "this antenna will not work for proper signal at this location, u have to take higher speed net than only i can change antenna.i already came in this building earlier for another customer but problem was not resolved".i contacted that girl in my building and she had same problem and pathetic tikona service.i simply want to ask ..are your engineers just go to customers to roam there.he just took some screenshots and said i informed head quarter about issue.why issue isnt solved till now?leave lots of headache, i called them and asked for disconnection, again some new girl today and again same story, she need time, and she cant refund money after disconnection because of some xyz policy.i am frustrated now.i want my 3k refund as well as disconnection as soon as possible.i will go and take some other broadband connection.if tikona service and network is pathetic than you will pay for it.its not customer's fault.deal was simple i will give you money and you will give me 15 mbps connection for 6 months.for maintenace i can negotiate with 3-4 hrs weekly but everyday network error for 4-5 hrs i cant negotiate.you failed in deal, i want refund and disconnection.sorry if i ws rude.tq

                Yes, the same issue is been faced me from Tikona they don't give a permanent solution to the customer but they want to give us all the money on time also every now and then have to call for the issue that too 2-3times then they really think about it.

                    Nature of Complaint: I wanted to upgrade my internet speed, so had to have a new connection in August month, So had paid in Tikona of Rs4713/- During connection.
                    As per salesman he had told me that there are 2 plans,
                    a. with router connection & b. without a router connection.
                    So had taken with router service as he had told me that with the router as he cleared out that the router you will get will be at low cost and it will be yours. and there will be no extra charges for it.
                    So after connection of 1month in September/October, the router was damaged due to some of the technical issues in the router itself after 2-3 service request the engineer had come and took the router and had told that a recovery router of the company will be assigned to you. (OLD Router which company has)
                    ***** But Now Comes the Issue/ Complain/ Fraud. ******
                    As per salesman & also the customer care of Tikona itself had agreed that once you take a Router plan, the router which is given by the company becomes of the customer. [ I have 2Call Recording of customer care to whom I have asked they are telling that yes router will be yours ] But the local/ on-site service people - Rajesh Dube, Collection Department Dahisar, Mumbai. Told me that no if the company is telling than tell them & write to them.
                    But calling customer care they are telling no The router will be yours.
                    I am Trap in between the customer care and Local Person handling the Area.
                    - So wanted that if Tikona is wrong then Kindly reimburse all the paid amount as they had given all the wrong information and try to cheat me.
                    And if the Local Person handler of Tikona is wrong then please provide me a new router as soon as possible.
                    It's a Clear case of Fraud/Cheating - Informing/Providing wrong information to Consumer to start with there service, After paying they tell something else.
                    Have 3 Call Recordings of Consumer Care which is telling that yes the router will be yours.
                    I cannot upload in the attachment tab, please let me know how to share it with you.

                    It's a company who is responsible to give their service not customer has to run behind you guys daily.
                    I have your call recording which proves that how you take your customers for granted and also provides false information to the customer and then change your words.
                    The next complaint will be direct on the notice period of the court.

                      Tikona Digital Networks also known as Tikona Infinet Limited collected INR1000 as advance amount via Field agent for installation of Broadband connection (Receiver device and modem) on Oct 05. Amount was paid to Agra's Shahaganj Area Manager Tarun Parashar (UPI ID: [protected]@okicici) via Google Pay. After chasing for 3 days company mentioned non-feasibility of connection due to non-availability of Receiver Device requested. On complaining and not able to resolve the issue as needed I requested to close the account on Oct 07, 2020 and shared successful transaction details (raised by Area Manager) via mail to [protected]@tikona.co.in along with cancelled cheque and other required details. Account closing request was acknowledged by Customer Care ([protected]) on phone before the mail but no action.
                      After following up on phone with Customer Care 3 times neither account closing confirmation was not provided nor the mail sent for refund was acknowledged. Finally on Nov 05, 2020 Customer Care acknowledged account closing after requesting several times. They also requested to send details again for refund. Still no action is taken. After calling again on Nov 09, 2020 Customer Care forwarded a New Form to furnish same details (Bank Account) for refund mentioning no account Name on cancelled cheque (Cheque book is old and from 2013). This form is needed to be stamped and signed by Bank which again a obstruction in present times and clash of my working hours with Bank's.
                      Its been a month and Tikona company has neither taken any cognizance o[censored]nfulfilled connection request themselves nor put any efforts in reaching out or help me for refund. Upon calling everytime a new promise or obstruction is presented of future refund process. As per in-person discussions and online reviews I have found that a lot of people are refunded their money in similar cases.
                      I request this forum to help me out and guide further in imposing heavy penalty on Tikona.

                      Dear Tikona,

                      Why is Tikona trying to avoid giving direct answer for the refund query. I have completed all the requirements from my side. I shared details of payment with cancelled cheque but I was told that my name is not their so I need to share Bank verified Mandate Form for refund. I completed and shared that too. Now since a month I am trying to follow up on refund and every time I am told to wait for 2 days, 3 days, 7 days, few hours, till lunch etc. but to no avail. Why is company not able to refund meagre 1000 rupees for a promise of installation which they were not able to complete???

                      Please respond to me ASAP else I will have to go for legal actions against the company. My customer id is [protected].

                        The company has been calling and threatening to file a case against us if we dont pay them 1836 rupees. We emailed and called and asked them to cancel our subscription but they did not reply and now they are calling from different numbers and threatening us. The lawyer that called us told her name is nikita kalra . She called from tees hazari court delhi. Help.

                          Today I received a calls from couple of numbers claiming to be lawyers of Tikona. They are asking me to pay a bill which is generated after surrendering the connection. They are threatening me of dire consequences such as Jail, bank account freeze, CIBIL score impact etc etc. They were asking me to pay the amount in next 15-20 mins or else they will file a case in Delhi court and I will have to come to Delhi to defend my case.

                          When I searched the internet, I found that there are numerous such complaints and similar experiences.

                          It seems that Tikona is authorizing such people who sound more like recovery agents rather than lawyers.

                          Tikona customer care is unreachable. There is no option on Tikona app to raise a complaint. I have emailed on their customer care email id but they replied saying that the account is inactive and i will have to pay the billing amount first.

                              I have installed Tikona broadband on january 15 and i did recharge for six months because the sales guys were very polite and they made me believe that their service is the best. After some days i have faced too much problem because all of my classes were online and my tikona broadband was almost down(not working) every other day. I complained so many times and they did not responded me .I just got fake messages that their engineer will contact me . I was so stressed those days .In my 6 month of recharge their service was down about 1-2 month if we count days.After 6 month i requested to disconnection but they were generating fake bills every other day and sending me sms, mails to pay that amount . Moreover i got a call from their guy who tried to threaten me to pay that fake amount right now.I was so stressed and now few month ago their worker collected their antena and router and i got service disconnection mail too.After all this they are again threatening me to pay the amount that they have generated .All of that fake bill otherwise they said that they will take legal action on me.

                              Dear Consumer Complaints, I am a student and really stressed of this company .How can they threaten me to pay that fake amount .Moreover their service was disconnected too many days in between and non of their employee fixed that.

                              Now they are giving me 7 days time to pay their fake bill else they will take legal action on me. I am just a student and need help because they are thinking that that can charge anything and will play but i am not gonna pay a single penny and moreover i'll take this matter to supreme court if you guys will not help me. Tikona Digital Network www.tikona.in is a fraud company. Don't ever take their connection because at the time of disconnection they will ask you to pay fake bills and they will do fake lawyer calls to threaten you . If someone is facing they same just raise your voice and will do something .I will take legal action on this fraud tikona digital network. They are underestimating me.

                                Hello, this is Manjappa i am writing this mail for refund of money i paid using quick pay from www.tikona.in. i first subscribed for tikona and then i paid ₹4720/- using debit card through quick pay feature of www.tikona.in. but when am relocated after installed one month the engineer came for installation process on 5th august he found out that there is no signal in my location so he didn't installed anything and he collected CPE, but still am not get refund amount.According to terms and policies the money will be refunded within 15 days. Today a 50 days passed but there is no sign of getting the refund.
                                So kindly tikona refund my money. According to policies within 10 days you refund money but now almost 50 days are passed but we didn't get that money.

                                    I am moving to my hometown due to some family emergency. I have given advance for 6 months for wi fi and use it only for 2 months.now they are saying you have to use it we can not refund your amount. They mean to utilize the full amount I have to stay here for next 4 months. Disgusting guys they are, they cant understand someone problem.please resolve this.

                                      I had cancelled the internet connection at my Ahmedabad residence more than a month ago and i still receive calls and messages from the Tikona company to pay an amount to 1255Rs as "bill amount".

                                      Firstly, I cancelled the connection, so why there a bill being generated?
                                      Secondly, the connection I had was prepaid one, so why is there a bill generated?

                                      Kindly help me out because now it feels a complete harassment by the company in hoarding money off their clients.

                                        My Tikona connection user id -[protected]

                                        I have been harassed by Tikona over months and in the name of the lockdown due to covid I had to bear their poor internet service and cus tomer service because my money was paid to them.
                                        I have raised so many complaints to them about the poor service and dropped so many mails. Even called their customer care number, but there has been or resolution.

                                        Frustrated and disappointed I am trying to seek help

                                        Every afternoon my internet becomes slow and this hampers my ability to work. I have sent them soo many screenshots of the speed tests conducted on their own website and they have acknowledged a few times that there is a issue but most of the days they just close my request at night saying the issue is resolved. Then again the next afternoon I have to follow the same procedure.

                                        When I try to call them they say that I should call when the issue is happening.
                                        When I call when the issue is happening they don't connect to a customer service representative and just raise a ticket which is closed at night.

                                        I am frustrated by this as its happening for months.
                                        I made a mistake of paying money in advance and hence I was stuck with them
