Hello,

My User Id - [protected], i have a bad experience with your broadband connection during official meeting on Microsoft Team always shows no internet during meeting, i already complain 5-6 times but issue is not resolved by the service engineer.
I am not the only single who is facing this issue but my neighbors are also facing this issue in the area of Taktakpur Near Mahaveer mandir, Varanasi.

So please disconnect my connection and return my money back and please make sure give me a call before disconnect the connect so for i will manage another network.

    It's been more than 2 months now, but the Tikona team is not initiating the refund amount of Rs 1000/- which I've paid as an advance amount (refundable). The installation premise was not-serviceable upon physical check and hence they cancelled my request. I am getting no reply to my emails marked to their refund email support ([protected]@tikona.co.in).

      Respected Sir \ Madam,

      I had requested for disconnection of Tikona service in Jun 2019 to customer care. Instead of disconnection my service was remain active and now they are forcing me to pay termination charges due to non return of device. I was lived on the same address for another year after disconnection of service. No one has came to collector called for device connection.

      I feel i am not the defaulter here. Tikona team has not complete their work on time.

      Now i am getting call and notice to pay the termination charges and threating me for court case.

      I would request you to please give me justice being a savvy citizens.

        Respected Sir\Madam,

        I was using the Tikona Bradband service in year 2019 and i have duly requested for disconnection during the Jun 2019 month to customer care number.

        Now they are forcing me to pay the 1500/- charges against device they provided. i was available on the same address for one year where service has been taken. No one has came to pick up the device or called for picked and now the they are harassing and threating me to pay the termination penalty charges else court case will be filed.

        I have done my duty to inform them to disconnect the connection but instead of disconnecting they keep active my account which was lead to termination due to no recharge for longer time.

        I would request you to please help me to get justice on my action and penalty Tikona Broadband team for their negligence.

        I would be appreciate for your quick support.

          I used tikona connection 6 months ago. I taken a 1year prepaid plan in lump sum 6000+. Before completion of my 1 year (i.e in 11 months) I submitted a termination request as I am planning to shift to another location. For the same prior to completion of my 1 Year contract I submitted termination request.

          1. After termination request i got a call from service executive from call center to continue with TIkona we will shift the connection to our new location

          2. I explained them that the location is not feasible as I already worked with tikona and I know the availability, than too she ask me at least allow to do the survey for feasibility.

          3. After few days a engineer came to my new location for survey and he updated me that the location is not feasible.

          4. Than I again mailed to tikona team for termination and collection of their device which is installed in my location.

          5. After few days I got a mail from Tikona customer care stating that my broadband connection successfully shifted to my new location. Whereas the location is not feasible already declared by the field engineer.

          6. I drop a mail to the with same remark, than they mailed me a apologies mail stating that it was our mistake location is not feasible. (i.e. Tikona is just trying to fool people which is really not good)

          7. After this all mailer discussion, I drop them a new mail for the collection of their device, but yet no one came to collect it.

          8. In between all this, they change my plan to some other rental which i never requested. Is they have rights to change the plan of customer without his requirement

          Now from past 3 to 4 months i am getting a harassment calls from the legal team ( They declaring themselves as legal team) to make the payment or they file complaint against me and I have to come delhi for hearing.

          I asked them that I have all this record on mail share your mail id i will forward you all the records and the reply is "Sir aapka sab recording sun liya payment to aapko karna padega nhi to Rs 1000 1 din ka penalty bhi lagta rahega. Aur legal charges bhi aapko pay karna padega"

          Is this the proper ways to talk, where a person ready to share the records. Finally I asked them to not call me again send me court notice will give you answer over there.

            I had paid an advance subscription fees of 1000/- for Tikona Broadband on 4th November'2020.
            On very next day, before initialising any service from Tikona, I requested them not to go ahead, as my plan for getting broadband connection was postponed due to kid's exams, and requested for refund of 1000/- paid and received by them just one day before.
            They told me that refund will be automatically done after 45 days of realization i.e. 45 days from 4th Nov'20.
            Today more than 2 months are over, but they are neither refunding my money nor responding to any of my emails or phone.
            Please help me.

              I was informed by the salesman that there's a connection in your area. The technician had different answer. Now you keep my money for not fulfilling the service contract? Why do you take money if you cannot keep up with the service. Even if you do take deposit, you return it in a weeks time frame. Isn't that how it works? Maybe you folks are extra terrestrials. I will have my lawyer deal with you on this. I was looking forward to get a free connection, now it will be through restitution.

                I have opted for tikona wifi plan and a few months before, I cancelled it and the tikona company employee has taken the router also. But today, I got many spam calls from fraud persons saying that they are working in Delhi high court and lodge a case against me if I do not pay the Rs. 1350. They are calling and saying that if the payment is not done within one hour, the case will be filed. I have totally paid all the dues some 7 months before and now I am getting spam calls from a lady saying she is a lawyer. Please take action against this.

                  Many time I face the issue Connected, no internet and it exists for almost a day. Whenever I try to register the complaint through mytikona app, app doesn't work and whenever I try to call customer care they either don't pickup or say Register complaint through app. I have been facing this problem for many days now but I don't know what should I do.

                    Had purchased a new connection from Tikona Internet and paid Rs 4123 for an 40 mbps speed. The Installation hasn't been done even after 18 days and the guys don't respond.

                    Infact when we repeatedly call them, the y use abusive languages and threaten us with dire consequences.

                    Have esclated totheir Customer care with an cc to their EVP but no revert .

                    I demand my money back.

                      We have recently activated Tikona internet as our home network but the speed is extremely slow for almost most of the day, every day. We have sent multiple emails to their customer service but forget about the providing resolution they haven't yet acknowledge the emails. Nither their customer care is responsive to my calls.

                      The utmost speed is up to 0.96 Mbps and I opted for 15 Mbps.

                      The speed is still in degraded status, it is causing disturbances in sister's studies. Even the mobile internet in the roaming network is 5 times faster than this.

                        With reference to my complaint no in Tikona 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] & 1-[protected], I have registered complaint with Tikona care, but my internet is till date not working. Today is the fourth day, the internet service at my home is totally down. Tikona is not responding. I told them to refund my amount for a day for which internet service is totally down due to break down from Tikona end. Also customer care no [protected] is not in working condition. Tikona is mis guiding me.
                        In digital era of India, authority should take strict action against this.

                            Many time on call, I told to close the account as none of the member are there on prescribed location because of covid 19.
                            Tikono was not working properly hence I cleared dues after 1st or 2nd billing cycle and asked to closed. Please find details below:

                            I had talked to CC in the month of March only to closed this account as it was not working properly and another reason was my roommates and I moved to our hometown because of covid19 but there was no action has been taken by Tikona.
                            Also, there was no option to close the account thru digital services they just want to suffer their customers.
                            I just googled there were multiple instances about same.

                            As my flatmates and I are out of station since March and haven't used Tikona and asked to CC to closed the account still they are asking to pay the dues I think which is not correct.

                              Tikona user id [protected].

                              Ongoing issue since 2018.

                              Called Tikona customer care for Disconnection, Because moving to a new building and at my new address there is no permission to install tikona connection, customer care asked me to write an email.I wrote in the Email to disconnect my service . Still They did not disconnected my service.
                              They waited for the new month to start so they can bill me.

                              Till date I am getting calls, text and email to pay month bill of Rs 460.

                              I Didn't even use the service also requested for disconnection but still tikona is harassing for payment after Disconnection request.

                                Tikona is making harassment calls, Emails and Sending harassment letters to me from last many months. They are forcing me to pay the amount for the services which I have not used. I tried many calls to customer care to disconnect services number of times before itself. l also emailed them to Disconnect services. They are charging me amount for the services which are already paid I have prepaid for the services which I have used. But still they are charging me for the services. This is not acceptable.

                                Ignore it. Don't ever suggest tikona to anybody. I got my connection 3 years before because of slow speed. They send a bill for 1500 and threatening to pay to prevent myself from legal actions. They're beggers I think. I'm not gonna pay. Leave it don't consider them. Search everywhere you will know what tikona is.

                                  Hi, I enquired for a internet connection in my area through which I got call and msg from a no. He provided us a different for a different connection and the other person took money from us and switched off his phone. When I called this person who abused me to check about that person's status he simply denied of knowing him and started abusing me. He abused a girl who was checking for her own money. These people take money from people and don't provide services to them and rather abuse girls on calls. If just dial don't take action on this case ..I will lost trust in just dial and will head to legal way. I hope my complaint is taken seriously. His no- [protected]

                                        Earlier, I was using a plan of 10mbps for Rs589 including GST of Tikona Broadband and I got an offer for 40mpbs for same amount of Rs589 and when I had spoken to the customer care person regarding this offer, he told me that you have to pay in advance for 3 months which was 589*3=1767 and my SEP and OCT bill outstanding amount 589*2=1178+118 of late payment charges and 250rs for shifting charges, So I told him to provide me total amount and give me waiver on my late payment charges, He told me to pay a total amount of 3195 Rs and on 28 OCT, 20 I paid 3195Rs, Now I am getting messages of bill payment of Rs632 and when I have spoken with the customer care person regarding this, they are saying that there was an installation charges of 632rs, I told them that this charge was not said by the customer care at the time of payment, know they are doing apologies for this and telling me to pay the bill of 632rs. If the charge was hide by the customer care side then why should I bear this.
                                        I request you to take action on this fraudulent act by Tikona Broadband that they have hide the charges from me and given me an ultimation that if you not pay this then the service will been stop.
                                        I have attached ScreenShort, highlighting the payment amount and bill generation amount. Please check it.
