Spam calls of advocate

I have opted for tikona wifi plan and a few months before, I cancelled it and the tikona company employee has taken the router also. But today, I got many spam calls from fraud persons saying that they are working in Delhi high court and lodge a case against me if I do not pay the Rs. 1350. They are calling and saying that if the payment is not done within one hour, the case will be filed. I have totally paid all the dues some 7 months before...

No internet

Many time I face the issue Connected, no internet and it exists for almost a day. Whenever I try to register the complaint through mytikona app, app doesn't work and whenever I try to call customer care they either don't pickup or say Register complaint through app. I have been facing this problem for many days now but I don't know what should I do.

Need my refund

Had purchased a new connection from Tikona Internet and paid Rs 4123 for an 40 mbps speed. The Installation hasn't been done even after 18 days and the guys don't respond.

Infact when we repeatedly call them, the y use abusive languages and threaten us with dire consequences.

Have esclated totheir Customer care with an cc to their EVP but no revert .

I demand my money back....

Network Issue and slow speed

We have recently activated Tikona internet as our home network but the speed is extremely slow for almost most of the day, every day. We have sent multiple emails to their customer service but forget about the providing resolution they haven't yet acknowledge the emails. Nither their customer care is responsive to my calls.

The utmost speed is up to 0.96 Mbps and I opted for 15 Mbps....

Internet service totally down since last four days

Today is the fourth day, the internet service at my home is totally down. Tikona is not responding. Tikona getting threat calls from legalcolls (tikona's recovery agents)

Many time on call, I told to close the account as none of the member are there on prescribed location because of covid 19.
Tikono was not working properly hence I cleared dues after 1st or 2nd billing cycle and asked to closed. Please find details below:

Payment related

Tikona is making harassment calls, Emails and Sending harassment letters to me from last many months. They are forcing me to pay the amount for the services which I have not used. I tried many calls to customer care to disconnect services number of times before itself. l also emailed them to Disconnect services. Complaint Against Fraudulent Act by Tikona Broadband

Earlier, I was using a plan of 10mbps for Rs589 including GST of Tikona Broadband and I got an offer for 40mpbs for same amount of Rs589 and when I had spoken to the customer care person regarding this offer, he told me that you have to pay in advance for 3 months which was 589*3=1767 and my SEP and OCT bill outstanding amount 589*2=1178+118...

Paid full amount WIFI installed, next day onwards WIFI no longer working

Threat of CIBIL Case

I got a call from Tikona Lawyer today telling that the company has filed case against me in CIBIL for not paying bills .Please note that these bills are generated after I stopped availing their broadband services as I moved to a different address .

After making do the payments there executive came to our house and denied stating there is no connectivity available in this vicinity. it has been more than a month now they are not giving money refund. moreover their staff Satish Devtwal started using abusive language during followups. whereas he has never called upfront to give any details....
