I had paid an advance subscription fees of 1000/- for Tikona Broadband on 4th November'2020.
On very next day, before initialising any service from Tikona, I requested them not to go ahead, as my plan for getting broadband connection was postponed due to kid's exams, and requested for refund of 1000/- paid and received by them just one day before.
They told me that refund will be automatically done after 45 days of realization i.e. 45 days from 4th Nov'20.
Today more than 2 months are over, but they are neither refunding my money nor responding to any of my emails or phone.
Please help me.
