Please help me in getting my money back and terminate their services. I recently paid for one year, however don't want their service now. I paid for 40mbps and I get less than 5 mbps.

    We have taken Wifi or Broadband Internet Service from Tikona Infinet Limited. since last week (12 March'21)the internet is not working we have complete a lot of time also trying to contact with dealer he left the job and no. is off and cant not connected with customer care person no. is paid we have paid for that then to unable to get in touch with the person only ivr is say waiting time is this & that 1st time IVR said i Quote " your waiting time is 0 mints R representative will answer your call shortly your call is important to us " but after 45 mint call got disconnected. didn't get connect with anyone.
    after that we have called 10 time every time they give us time 3 mints, 5 mint so on and on but after 30-45 mints call got connect single time we didn't connect with anyone form there hand also we have complaint on thire portal as well 4-5 times but still its not working.
    we have paid in advances for 1 year. now i have feelings after paying we have to beg for services in this case i would like to have my money back and cant take this HARASSMENT anymore.

      I have already cleared alll my dues and asked the company fir cancellation of the subscription in the month of February, precisely on 19/02/2021. After that I got various from Tikona to continue for thd connection but denied every offer and mentioned clearly that I do not want to continue. So they confirmed my request and said we will proxy with the request and your subscription will be cancelled within 15 days. Now after almost a month they have still not cancelled my subscription and sent me a bill to pay. I don't know what to do now because they are not transparent about anything neither they receive calls or reply to mail and just sending bills to pay.

        I am requesting you to kindly help me with the legal procedure on this one.

        As I have already made the payment and requested for cancellation in the month of may 2020, which is almost a year ago, I am not really sure how your team understands the meaning of disconnection and what is the real meaning of it.

        Now I know that the charges are placed for the usage after the rental was suspended, I need to understand how the cancellation works as the cancellation was requested almost a year ago however I am still being allowed to use the connection and now this legal noticed been sent without even doing anything for the cancellation as this is getting ridiculous and no one is interested to do anything about it.

        Please let me know who I should contact in terms of further process as your customer care does even talk properly and no one bothers to resolve this matter.

        Customer care can not help and keeps on disconnecting the call.
        Email sent multiple times however it comes as non registered even though the same has been used to send communication by tikona.
        Please let me know how can we proceed as this is not a way to treat any customer

            Since day 1 to till today, I faced speed related issues, I requested customer care on phone, mobile, engineer visit however every time speed as much as low to 2 mbps . After so many efforts rys I requested for disconnecting the connection n process the refund. But they are not serious at all to refund processing. I tried to connect mail id of Appelete but neither customer n escalation team did not listen my problem.

            I want disconnection with refund of money taken for 6 months.

              I have closed my broadband connection of tikona with id [protected] in December 2020 due to shifting to remote location permanently, i requested to tikona by email and on customer care to close the connection permanently, they accepted it, and it has been done on 29/12/2020, but still they are charging some amount every month and sending bill to me again and again, i called them on customer care, they said it's already closed, you don't need to pay any thing, bill will not be generated next time, but again it is generating eveey month, even adding late payment fee. I am emailing them they are replying on email that we have just added some data on your account you can use it, but my connection is closed. I am not understanding thei logic behind this, i have already shifted, connection is already closed, then why forcefully charging me again and again. Kindly sort the issue, as I am planning to file a suit for harassing me. I am attaching screenshots of email conversation.

                I had a internet service plan of 3 month validity that going to be expired around 10 October. After two-three days later, I shifted to other location . I raised a request of connection shifting to that place, regarding of this query they told me that that area was not feasible for Tikona internet service, So I made a disconnection request of Tikona service, A engineer from Tikona came to my address and took all devices their devices excluding router(As Router was mine ).That engineer assured me that your connection will be disconnected within 48hr. After 2 weeks, But I still receive tikona bill messages onto my phone, I called customer care Helpline, they told me they ere automatically generated messages, you don't have to pay single penny as you made a disconnection request . After end of month, A bill remainder was generated for October month of INR 648, I called the dealer and he was asking me to pay this account and told me to send a email to TIKONA regarding disconnection, then I paid that bill and send an email for same . on the same day I called to customer helpline to told that I have paid all the bill, so don't generate new bills as I am not using your services, They assured me that no new bill will be generated from now, Again after sometime, I receive all the same message from TIKONA, again i called to customer care and told the same, they again told me the same . I sent mail on Date 13 November 2019, 20 November 2019, 11 December 2019 but nothing happens also I have all the recording (Around 10-12) in which they told me no bill will be generated . Today, I received a mail of Demand Notice to asking me to pay 1461 INR This is not right for the customers to charge bill for not using their service, A customer should only charge if they are using their Service .                   I took the connection back in 2019. After the first year of excellent service, every month, I would lose 7-10 days in waiting for the service engineer to arrive post a complaint. Either their connection line gets broken, or they accidentally shut off your service, or, their modem becomes unresponsive, blah blah blah... Now, last year, I asked for disconnection of the service via e-mail. After that, for the first month, they didn't disconnect, and would call me 7-8 times a day asking me to change my plan (Btw, they were charging me Rs 2, 600 for 10Mbps speed, per month, unlimited). After the first month of disconnection request, they started giving me threat calls through lawyers asking me to pay up for 1 year, and said if I don't pay, they'd block my Aadhar Card for 25 years. I don't even know what that means, and how that can be done. I mailed to them multiple times to take the modem back, and take anything that's there, but they only said repeatedly that my request is "under process". Can anyone please tell me where can I complain, as I am a 74-yr old man, and it's very difficult for me to travel far, or in to courts. Simply put, I can't travel much, and I can't live with these threats from some Priya Aggarwal advocate!

                    I have taken service of tikona in name of my wife . I have taken plan for 6months by paying full amount in advance .
                    Since there was no modem available with them, so we got service on our own wifi router . I discontinued this service then the plan got over in November . For 20 day I checked there was no internet . Now my wife is getting multi calls for pending payment . I rcd email where it is mentioned that I have due 475rs . Then I am getting call from various people that I have to 2300rs that is for non used service . This company is cheating with their customers . I am.hapoy that I didn't continue with tikona. They are not worth . They have lot of nos to contact for new sevice but not single nos to contact customer care directly to resolve ur issue.

                      Hi,

                      Inspite of several requested nobody has responded to our concern and the service I get is Horrible and worst. Been talking to the technician and the response is as USUAL "Sir will come and see the issue", But nobody comes.

                      Nobody bothers to cater us ater the Money is been taken.

                      I paid upfront money of Rs5000 for 6+1 month plan, The speed was find for initial 2 days and after that there is been a concern. I hope you look into it and do the needful.

                      If this time if the issue is not resolved, I have to take it to the Digital Media along with the executives names along with the recording and Chats I had with them.

                        Hello All, help me to file a complaint against Tikona Broadband. I'm using their services for almost a year and since then I'm not receiving the expected bandwidth that was promised to me at the time of subscription. Most of the time, I cannot do my official work due to this issue and this caused me inconvenience. I've sent them more than fifty mails, called them 100+ times but it didn't turn out positive. Now, finally they sent me a mail saying there are some technical issues in this region and therefore they cannot provide me expected services. If this was the reason then how could they take this long period? I received threatening calls from Tikona collection team even after I paid the full amount. I want a valid compensation for my work loss and mental harassment due to this worse internet connectivity. Please guide me to proceed with this complaint.

                          Through this email I want to complain about the unprofessional act by Tikona to disturb our mental peace by threatening us to pay the money when it was already cleared.

                          In the month of March last year, I reported to close my services as I won't be able to use the services because of pandemic. Despite multiple phone calls and reminders I kept on receiving calls from Tikona on the payment part which was already cleared with an advance payment of nearly Rs. 1400/- I had already sent an email to discontinue the services and refund the additional payment back in April 2020.After having a call with their team on December 26th 2020, everything was cleared and I received a "No Dues" confirmation.

                          Today I received a call from some advocate who claimed she is from the legal team and threatened to file a case against me in court for non payment of dues, I mean I can't believe this unprofessionalism. She continously kept on calling and mentioned to make the payment. Even after proper communication right from the beginning and wasting so much of my valuable time on this, I am really disappointed to see this shameful and unprofession
                          al attitude from Tikona to disturb their customers mental peace.

                          I would like Tikona authorities to look into this matter on priority and do the needful, have already communicated my concern to them via email.

                            Hello, i have been using a tikona connection in meerut with user id- [protected] for the last 1.5yr.
                            i have already paid for full year 4 months back but due to personal reasons i have to shift to my home where there is no connection of tikona . i have called them multiple times regarding cancelling my subscription and giving me the refund for the remaining months but they keep deflecting me telling me that i must use the connection for the whole year even if i dont live at that place. i dont know anyone here so cant transfer the connection . all things has been explained numerous times by me but they keep denying me the refund . it has been 25 days since i used the connection . i dont know who to call or complaint is anyone is reading this please help me .

                              I was using Tikona services. I paid for 12 month. after 1 months they were not able to provide the services and hence they removed the connection and told me that I would receive the refund of money of 11 months. Its been 3 months they have not provided me the refund.

                                  We got a call from Nikita Kalra saying that she is an advocate from Delhi high court and charging us on the behalf of the Tikona office of rs. 1374 as according to them, we didn't make the payment on time and didn't notify Tikona about cancelling the payment plan.

                                  It's very disappointing to tell you that your staff members both Nikita Kalra and Narendra Nagar are extremely rude and very unprofessional. As a matter of fact, we sent an email to you on 1st September, 2020 regarding the cancellation of our Tikona Plan as we shifted to a new place.
                                  Now because it was very annoying to receive calls from your unprofessional team, and was hampering our mental peace we have made the payment of 1374 but got a message that the Tikona service is "re-activated". WE DON'T WANT IT TO RE-ACTIVATE, we already have airtel and don't want to get Tikona ever, and will make sure that none of our friends/family members/colleagues/anyone we know get your services ever because it's not just terrible but also UNPROFESSIONAL & annoying,

                                  We haven't received the NOC Yet, and the shameful thing is that Nikita from your team has also deleted the messages on whatsapp in which she promised to deliver the NOC. I am here saying that we won't be making any further payment to TIKONA as we have made the payment 1374 rs to DEACTIVATE AND to give the due payment as stated by them.

                                    I want to change my current plan to STDULH_VAR 15mbps unlimited for 6 months. I tried to do so via MyTikona app but app did not show option for 15mbps. I also tried filing a complaint on tikona forum but nothing happened. Please change my plan to as specified above. User id- [protected]

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I have raised a request in the last week of dec2020 for disconnecting the broadband connection. since that time, I have paid two bills amount as per their email notification.

                                      Many times, I have told customer care that, collect your device and let me confirm on the email that my connection has been discontinued as there will be no due amount.

                                      however, they calling me frequently and asking to keep this with me. I told them, WFH doing from my native place and I was using your connection since 2017 as a valued customer, this action would taken care of by them very fast and appropriately. still, they have been always telling me, it's in process and sending bill amount and I am paying them, happened two times in current months. the attached reference here for a received notification from them.

                                      This is what I am facing for the last 21 days.

                                      I have paid it again. could someone clarify me, three bills generate in one month and still you are saying I am using the connection, how ?? already I left that place and come to my home town which is a totally remote area.

                                        Tikona broadband is constantly sending mails to return their device to which I had several times written to them to send in their representatives to collect it. But none was sent and now they sending notices from Legacolls may be some legal firms.
                                        I request you to please intervene and help to resolve the stalemate.
