Dear Sir / Madam I am Vikas Aswani from Indore. My Tikona user Id is [protected]. When I got new Tikona internet connection, I was very happy for few days, but after some time I suffered badly. Every day I have to call Tikona customer care, for slow internet, or sometime net was not working up to 3 to 4 days. Every time Tikona team was apologizing and giving excuses that, some problem in tower. I saw this situation and I became very disappointed, and made decision to disconnect my internet connection. Finally I send them request to disconnect on Request Number Creation Date 1-[protected] 30-Oct-2015 1-[protected] 03-Oct-2015 Tikona Team has not taken any action on it. I told Tikona team that I am ready to pay the pending amount but disconnect my internet connection. They have put penalty on my bill and send to me. Please advise me. Regards VIKAS

    Hi, I subscribed for 4mbps plan with the name of Mr Waquar Anwar (Customer ID: [protected]). On 19th or 20th (don't remember exact date) I got disconnected from the internet and when I called up customer support, they asked me to wait for 24 hours but I got the connection back on 23rd of November 2015 around 11am but the next day on 24th Nov it got disconnected again around at 11am and since then it didn't work for a single minute. When I call customer support, they just keep repeating themselves by asking to wait for 24 hrs, 8 hrs or 48hrs. They told me that the tower (Ap) got disconnected because of some fault and their team is working on it but its been more than 10 days but no solution at all. Your customer services are just pathetic, you guys are harassing your customers. Once I asked one of the representatives to connect me to some senior and after few mins I got a call from a supervisor named "Abhishek" I think, he wad rude over the call and just simply asked me to wait for 24 hrs and said everyone is facing this problem in your area, you are not alone... Omg!! Does a customer who is already frustrated deserve such replies from a supervisor of customer support? I pay for service and I should get them, I don't give them whether others are having this problem or not.. But anyway, I waited but didn't get connection back so called customer support again and this time another guy from supervisor desk called me and said it would hardly now take 48 to 72 to hrs because he consulted with the team working over there so again i waited for 72 hrs and called again when got no connection and another supervisor told mr to wait till next morning. I called again next day when got no connection and this time a customer representative told me I didn't pay my bills perhaps that's the reason not getting connection (she wasn't even aware of my case) when I asked her to check my case history, she asked me to follow basic troubleshooting steps (isn't it frustrating?). Ok I asked her to get me connected to some senior and later I got a call from another supervisor named "Deepali" and the fun part is that she again asked me to wait for 3 days. I am begging you guys now please get me unsubscribed from this GREAT SERVICES OF TIKONA so that I can switch to some other network because I am sure that nobody has any idea when this problem will get fixed.     And no response yet? Did you guys check how many times I contacted your customer support number? Its been 20 days without connection. Now I was told that the tower from which I was getting signals has been removed and a new tower would be installed in my area soon but no idea when is this soon. So the question is, Do you guys remove tower without your customers letting know about it? No compensation at all? I have spent good money recharging 3G sim for my work and you also updated complete bill for the days I got no singals for? Your services are pathetic... I am going to unsubscribe and gonna talk to some lawyer too, I am ready to spend money to sue you guys.

      Sir i thought complaining here might slove my issues but its seems its worthless doing so becoz depsite of complaining my issues were never solved and now again a new issue. sir i installed tikona on 4th nov 2015 as there tecnician said that there router and 1 mont bill will cost 1710 so i paid it on that day only but now i got a mail of tikona saying i hav a due amount of 616 if i got insatllation on 4th nov my bill should be regenrated on 4th dec 2015 for billing purpose they can call or mail but as i posted earlier about my issues they were nevr resolved no calls nothing i got . i hav talked about the issues to my lawyer he told me to lodge an FIR should i do that. plzz reply with a needful help

        Hello, my name is sachin, my tikona id- [protected], as per the billing harrasment complaint, and the final billing settlement, i have paid the bill which was payable. and nothing is left, i had already requested for the termination of the connection, Above all of the requests, complaints and calls to tikona, finally the generated another bill again!! on 26th of nov. i already tried calling, almost more than 40 times! none, none of then got connected. Next day they called me up, and i told them to disconnect, three times i had received their call, and three times i explained them to terminate with the reasons. but again the gave me a bill..! That is very creepy. i mean how many times a person should tell speak request to disconnect a connection theres a limit.. Now this is a warning.

          Support team from Tikona never responds over the mail.

          I have mailed them to disconnect the service September 28, 2015 and there was no response from them and finally one day over the phone one of the support person agreed that they will disconnect the service and the date of termination for the service is November 10, 2015.

          As per the discussion with them they do not want us to connect the device for 15 days so that the connection/service will be disconnected automatically.

          Till the usage of November 10, 2015 their billing was settled. Now they have not sent any update for the termination, but they are keep billing for the connection.

          Below is the mail copy that is been sent to Tikona support team.

          On Fri, Nov 20, 2015 at 3:08 PM, K Parthipan wrote:

          As discussed over the phone, the disconnection will be automatically taken care from your side from if the connection was not active for 15 days.

          Also you have confirmed that last day that the connection was active is November 10, 2015.

          The due amount Rs:1696 is also been settled.

            The internet service provider company name called tikona is providing one of the worst services for me. Its been two months(8 weeks) with they providing me internet service and there was no internet connection for me for almost 5 weeks. They say its 3G but i doubt on their speed. 2G speed is better than their speed. I have complained many times to their customer care number [protected], but the response is zero and they are not worried about the customer problems. They talk nonsense and does not respond to the customer problems at all. Kindly take the proper legal action on them for not providing proper services to the customer for the money they charge. for further details you can contact me on my mobile no: [protected].                 1. You never get the speed promised and get frequent disconnection of internet. 2. If you have taken a little bigger plan and it is remaining till the end of your next billing cycle, they will change your password without even informing you and you will not get connection until your next billing cycle. 3. Don't ever think of customer care support. They are just trained to say “ turn off your modem and turn it again” 4. In case you want to change your mobile number it takes at least takes 2 months. 5. Speed at night drops down to only 10% for your actual speed that you get during the day. For example (They say you get speed of 512mbps, in actual you will get 256. So 10% of it at night is 25.6mpbs, which hardly opens any page. 6. Resetting of your password takes 15 days. 7. Customer care normally respond to your email in just 25 days. 8. There is no even a single responsible person in the company whom you can expect a support from. 9. If you truly need reliable internet connection, this is not the one for you. My ID : [protected]

                  Hi All, Who ever planning for taking Tikona broadband, pls think 100 times before taking connection. The most horrible internet services i have ever seen. They don't bother if you have any technical issue thy just worried for monthly bill to pay in TIME. Im facing internet issue since past 3 weeks, Though their SLA is 24 hrs to solve but those Technical team such inefficient to solve problem, they simply keep you saying we are monitoring your account. Its Been 3 weeks still im having internet issue. The CC support is "masha..allhaa" Guys.. go for other internet provider instead for tikona. You will waist your money and valuable time calling up CC for internet issue. The Worst Broad Band Ever/ Worst Technical Team/ Worst Customer Care

                  If you want to WASTE TIME then take broadband connection from Tikona.

                  Worst service and worst support. I have disconnection request open since 3rd Oct 2015 (today it is 2nd Dec 2015).
                  I have been receiving bill continuously since almost 3 to 4 SMS and calls as well as emails for payment reminder.

                  Just called toll free number and chose #2 to go into billing department to find out why I am getting the bill.
                  Person I spoke to "Harish" told me that I no need to worry about bill.
                  He will also be able to stop payment reminders (I hope he can do that but I really doubt Tikona for anything now).
                  He also told me that disconnection request usually takes 15-20 days but due to technical difficulties it is not processed yet. Amazing! isn't it. They cannot provide service and also cannot cancel it :)

                  AGAIN - DON'T EVEN THINK about taking any service from Tikona they provide today or may provide in future

                    It has been 20 days from when I started getting connecttvity problem...my plan is of 4 mbps 1250 per month..nd am getting continoes disconnects nd super low speed as much as 15kbps... I complained it in customer care several times...they cant resolve my problem...nd I also request for disconnection.. They cant even do that...always try to convince me that in 24 hrs the issue will be resolved but there is nothing... User id [protected]

                    Today I called engineer who installed my connection... He said that the tower in your has to be replaced from current building.. Nd they are not able to find a new building to install the tower nd also asked me to help them find..wtf is that your are the service provider... And he said I will face this problem until the tower is fixed and he even dont know when...I am very disappointed

                      I have taken TIKONA broadband two years before. Form the begining it was not working fine. there where frequent disconnections, slow speed etc..Every month i had to make a complain to resolve the issues. issues were not at all resolved. Engineers will come and make it work for the time being and they will close the complaint. I paid 1000 rupees without much use. My tikona user id is [protected]. After really fed up, i decided to disconnect. I called customer care and asked them to disconnect in september 2015. They said they will disconnect. But after then there was no response from them.They generated bill for october. Then I understood that because there is no proof that I have asked for disconnection, I wrote mail to the customer care to disconnect. A mail from tikona came mentioning that my request is taken and it will be resolved in 72 hours. But again they generated bill for November. I called customer care and enquired . They told you have to pay the bill and since the issue is resolved, you can continue the service. Now I dont no any way to disconnect.

                          Cust ID:[protected] I have requested for disconnection (on call from registered num)on 4th April 2015 and asked them to disconnect immediately. I even asked them to take away whatever they have installed. But tikona didn't disconnect after so many times calling them. (I called for more than 20 times, is this not a harassment? and every time i called them i said please disconnect i even pleaded them sometimes). But no response and they were generating bill every month (all the bills were wrong). On September 8th they mailed regarding disconnection( 5 months later i even forgot about that disconnection request). I got a call from unkown number stating that we are going to take away CPE, i said yes you can. But they never came. I called customer care so many times about wrong billing and to take away the device. Now they are haressing me saying i didnot submit CPE.

                            Hi All, I have requested Tikona to close the complaint. They are not closing that connection and sending bill on every month.                               Sir, My name is Sourav Khemka. I had a Tikona connection (user Id-[protected] user name Anita Khemka).My connection had been disconnected on 9th August and since then I didn't use the services, but still I received my monthly bill of 1100(approx) in September which I didnt pay.I talked with the customer care, they said u need not pay anything.Now in November I receive a call from their advocate saying that I need to pay a sum of 270 rupees and that person tries to threaten me and say that he would file a case against me (his no [protected]).Actually what the company has done that they have added -770rs to my account which is my security deposit and thus they ask me to give 270 rs.Essentially the company owes me money and not the other way round.I would like to have this matter solved and want a strict action to be taken against this company for harassing people for no reason

                                Hi, I am currently using Tikona broadband internet, mainly based in Delhi. At the time of connection they promised me to give speed of 4 MBps @ Rs. 850/monthly. I started using this service but from the first week it started troubling me, I never got promised speed and connection. It got disconnected several times in a day. I registered complaints about this issue several times to tikona care regarding issue the connection. Every time I only got fake promises. still I am facing the issue, I am fed up with this service.

                                  I have tikona broad band internet service. I have been facing connection problem. The service provided is absolute horrible. The service man does not turn up for checking. Every call to the service provider takes half hour to one hour. Since past one month I have got to use the service only for few days approximately 5 days and I am expected to pay the monthly pay. Every time the person on the other end is giving stupid reasons for interrupted connection. This is absolute exploitation and at the same time humiliation. If the service is not efficient why have providing facility and nab consumers.. This is fraud . I hope some action is taken against the problem or this issue will be taken to law personally.

                                    This is what happened. I requested for cancellation of service. Then tikona asked me to pay balance amount. I paid that. And then registered the cancellation request. After I raised the cancellation request, I have never used service. And after the cancellation request, they have tried called me many times to retain me. But I refused saying that I dont need service. They asked me to keep the connection in safe custody. I agreed to that provided I will not be charged. They too agreed and kept service under safe custody for a month. After the safe custody period, I again asked to cancel the service. Again there was a series of call to retain me. But as I refused they told that they will cancel it. Their person took their modem and devices back. In mean time they were sending bills and at same time I was calling the customer care and I had told them I have not used service ever since I raised the request. Their customer care checked the logs and confirmed that I dont have to pay any amount. They also asked me that I can ignore any mails related bill or payment. Even the last bill sent in October, same thing happened. Customer care told me that I dont have to pay any and I can ignore any such mail. Now last week I got mail from Legalcolls saying that I ignored bills and havent paid. I have to pay within 7 days else they will file case against me. I have the calls with their customer care recorded in which they say that I dont have to pay and can ignore bills. After getting this mail from Legalcoll, I kept trying to customer care, and I never got my call connected to customer care. Every time I got a auto-response saying they will contact me in 48hrs. But I have never received any response. I also posted this message in Tikona's twitter account and to sent mail to customer care. No response. My tikona customer ID is [protected] Please help!

                                    Please tell me why I have to pay 615. I was told by Tikona customer care that I don't have to pay because I haven't used your service after I requested cancellation. I have this telephonic conversation recorded. If you want I can send you that.

                                    Call me on my mobile. The number you have given is not working. 3weeks back customer numbers was keeping on queue, but never connected to any of your executives. Sometimes had got response that my number is noted and will call back in 48hrs. But I never got a call back. I must have tried at least 50times for 1-2weeks.

                                    Now the customer care is not even connecting. Call gets ended before connecting.
                                    Now again call is getting connected. Expected wait time is 2mins in the beginning and it never gets connected even after 10-12mins The call gets dropped saying number is noted and can expect a call back in 48hrs.


                                    All I wanted to know is
                                    1) why I have to pay 615, as I havent used your service after cancellation request
                                    2) why are you telling now that I have to pay, when your own customer care executives confirmed twice(sometime in Aug-Nov) after checking the usage log

                                      Hi, My user ID - [protected] city - chennai name - Lalitha I had applied for a Tikona connection in February 2015, I had paid 3 months advance payment as well. The internet barely worked for few days and then even after multiple followups no one rectified it; I then wrote an email for cancellation and refund; still no response; I then ignored it and decided to go for an alternative connection; Now after the 3 months period; they continuously call me to make payments; even though the connection is not active and no body uses the connection; Today an advocate calls me and threatens me to appear in a civil case in delhi. This is going beyond limits; I'm going to raise a consumer court case afains tikona for harrasing me; I have all the proofs where I had requested for cancellation and refund from Tikona
