I am Ashish Nirmal, I had lodged a Tikona disconnection (connection no [protected]) on 11 April 2015 as I was moving out of Delhi on 12th April 2015, I made the payment till 11th April 2015 too. I requested the Tikona customer care people to disconnect the connection right away but they kept insisting me not to continue the connection, rather transfer the connection to your new location or to your friend/relative to which I clearly said NO and told to disconnect the connection for which they said OK and we'll do it. From June onwards i started receiving calls from them to pay the outstanding bill for the connection to which everytime I told them the same story for disconnection request which was made in April, to which everytime they responded saying it is a mistake from their end and it will be resolved soon. Today (12th October 2015) I received a threatening call from some goon calling himself an advocate from Delhi Court named as MUKESH (phone no. [protected], [protected]) saying me to pay rs 1500 to Tikona else he will drag me to court. Requesting you to please let me know the procedure to sue Tikona into court as I have all the necessary proofs with me to take this forward.

Well thanks Tikona for atleast responding to this!!! You guys gave me a lot of pains through your THIRD GRADE SERVICES, I am really shocked from this tactics of you extracting money illegally from your customers by THREATENING them over phone/mail. I have now started reaching out to people over various media to highlight your real face to your current and prospective customers so as to save them from the sufferings that I faced, the effect of this will soon be realized by you I promise that.
Finally I would like to inform you that I have sufficient proofs with me to prove my stand against you, now dare to send me any threating or intimidating calls, I'll drag you to court and will make you suffer for this

Again received threatening calls today, this time it was some LADY GOON shouting over the phone to pay the bill. Tried to call back on the number [protected] but the number doesn't get connected. In spite of all these complaints done by me, Tikona doesn't ever care to respond on this.
Unprofessionals to the very core...

Anyways FYI, I have informed about the unprofessional and unethical attitide of Tikona to around 20 of my friends and relatives and they have already DISCONTINUED your services. I also assure TIKONA TEAM to take this movement to the next level, Keep watching...

i believe you have not read the complaint made by me properly... I am iterating it again i have paid the full and final settlement amount before terminating your connection. I am not going to pay you a single penny for the services i have not used. Please produce before me the internet usage details from 12th april 2015( the date from which i disconnected your services). Attached is the final bill that i paid to you online.

Finally, two things that i want you to answer are -

1. WHY SHOULD I PAY you for the services i have not used in the first place.

2. Produce any evidence that your services have been used after 12th april 2015, i will pay the amount.


Also, resolve this as soon as possible as i do not have time to write back to you over this non sense thing.

The next step that i can do is lodging a final complaint in the consumer court against you.

One more act o[censored]nprofessionalism shown by Tikona today, received the same kind of threatening calls from these two numbers ([protected] & [protected]) claiming himself to be an advocate from Delhi Court threatening to pay Rs 1538 or face legal actions. Interesetingly when I searched these numbers on Truecaller, it is giving me the owners name as Ruchika and Nidhi.

Tikona Team, please stop being a prick now. I am not going to pay you anything :)

    Hello customer care, I am writing this email to confirm that i am not using tikona services from april 15th all my dues till april 15th are paid . Kindly withdraw the services as I am receiving calls from tikona and has caused inconvenience to me and my family.i already spoke to tikona rep in april paying my dues . Still they added my bills till may month and asking me to pay Rs1400 . Can I know why the services have not been taken out from my residence upon confirmation done by tikona rep and repeated calls is causing harassment to my family. I finally request to close this case else i will take this further . User ID =[protected] TPC[protected]payment made for outstanding Rs672/- Regards. Anshuman =================================== I would request team to advise, as me and my family is continuously harassed by tikona and they are not acknowledging for service withdraw, I have repeatedly sent them emails for discontinuation of service .

      Dear Tikona Team, My Name -Smijo mathew My tikona ID - [protected] Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 8/26/2015 10:54:03 PM I have requested for termination of my account on 26 th August, 2015 as I am moving to a different city. As per the advice of the customer care staff, I stopped using the service from 26th August, 2015 . I got a mail stating that with in 15 days it will be disconnected, but today 12 th October 2015, nothing has been processed so far. Every time I call, the customer care says to wait for 2 more days.. I am in trouble now. And further more, they are not replying to my mail now a days. I am waiting to handover all the equipment's to Your engineer .(Tikona installed equipment and material including indoor and outdoor CPE, POE adopter, cabling etc) Please do the need full in immediate basis.         User ID : [protected] I have given call multiple times to cancel my service but its never done. 1st time I called then in july to cancel the service but they just keep on ignoring or prolonging it. Reason slow speed no connection, when I try to login 10 times I can login 1-2 times.. Customer service worst ever never seen such a service, everytime I call their guys hungup the call.. Lost thousands of Rupees due to their connection issues who will compensate me for that . Customer takes connection for their convience but their connection has only given me trouble. My services were suspended since last 1 month and still they will endup sending me bill for the month I have not used. I am really frustrated and planning to take it further and place a formal complain against them. All I need it they take the modem back and disconnect the service wit waiver of the bill, if they cannot waive the bill, I ll pay the outstanding bill and they compensate me for the losses I had to incur. Please get this resolved

          My tikona user of Id is [protected] and I requested for disconnecting tikona on July 13th 2015 and on sep 29th 2015 I received the final bill amount. The bill has been wrongly charged as for the month of July 26, 2015 to Aug 26, 2015. I have requested for disconnection on July 13th 2015 and for this period I have already paid the bill. After requesting for disconnection and further processed by tikona, I haven't availed tikona services. In the subsequent bills, amount has been adjusted but late fine has been incurred for non payment of bill.I am not liable for paying the late fines as I didn't have to pay the bills for the months which were under disconnection process. Further I found out that I am eligible for refund from tikona for the period of July 13th 2015 to July 25th 2015 as I had paid the bill in advance. After several mails and calls to tikona customer care I have not received any reply from Tikona. Please look after the matter and initiate the refund process.

            My Internet Connection is not working Since 05/10/2015.I am Contacting to Tikona Customer Care But no proper response is provided till DATE.Yesterday i have called to customer care For "15 TIMES" Every One Disconnected my Call SUCH A BAD RESPONSE I HAVE NEVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.

            I have spoken with So called Supervisor "SAGAR", "ADITYA" they spoke with me in a RUDE Manner and disconnected my call without notifying me.I have also mailed to the ESCALATION TEAM. i have not got a single reply from them

              HI, My user ID: [protected] FOr this broadband connection I've paid a subscription of Rs 4326.00 for a period of 6 months validity from 13-MAY-2015 to 12-NOV-2015. Last Payment Amount Rs. 4326.0 Last Payment Date 13-May-2015 This subscription includes installation charges. But this week I got a bill of Rs. 196.00 for period from 26-SEP-2015 to 25-OCT-2015 and due date is 11-OCT-2015. I really DO NOT understand why I got this bill. As per my subscription it should valid until 13-NOV-2015. On this I called tikona customer service and also bangalore service centers many times.               For your information: There is NO DEVICE is installed for this Broad Band connection.

              And I really wonder you have NOT provided details about the FRAUDULENT BILLS which I received instead again you are talking about 'Full & Final calculation amount will be calculated.'

              Is this is the way to handle the customers? A

                Tikone broadband service is just a fraud, taken money for 3 months service in advance My internet disconnects for each 5 mins as some program written and according to my tariff i should get 4 MBPS, but i never seen getting more than 2 MBPS. When i call the customer care people say they lodged a complaint and in 2 hrs themself close the complaint and send me a text issue resoved without taking any feed back from the user. I'm totall fed up with the service, i would like to place a complaint in consumer court as well My Complaint number is 1_[protected]

                  My name is Amit Kumar Sharma. My Tikona User ID is [protected]. I have been using Tikona services for around 3 years now. However, I no longer wish to continue using them for personal reasons and want to deactivate my account permanently. With this in mind, I have emailed customer care and also spoken to technical support at Tikona's call centre. My online request number is 1-[protected] However, upon speaking to the customer care executive over phone, he was very reluctant to take my account termination request and kept haggling with me to retain it, put it on hold, transfer it to relatives or friends, ANYTHING but de-activate my account. I had to at least ask 10 times before he was willing to take my notice. Even after all that nagging, he said that it will take 15 days to process the deactivation. Now my billing cycle commences on the 15th of every month, and Tikona collects the monthly internet charges IN ADVANCE for the next month. So I have already paid for usage upto 15th October 2015. Since I have given notice for deactivation well in advance of the billing cycle renewal, I am not going to pay any more bills in the future, and I told the same to the customer care executive. However, he kept pushing off the topic to the next team saying someone else will call me for confirmation of deactivation and it will take at least 15 days. Now my question is, if I am explicitly using my registered e-mail ID and registered mobile number to file a deactivation request, why do i have to wait for "conformation" call? My express directions should be confirmation enough, and the company can't force me to use a service that I no longer wish to. Why on earth would account deactivation take 15 days!? I think this 15 day policy is a ruse to push me forcibly into next month's billing cycle and collect money from me, even though I have disconnected the connection and unplugged it physically and am not using a single byte of data since yesterday. This is a pre-paid structure where the company collects money for next month's services in advance. I have already paid in advance till 15th Oct 2015. Accordingly, if I don't pay on the 15th of October 2015, they should automatically withdraw their services and terminate my connection. However, going by this forum and numerous other online forums, it seems they keep billing you and add penalty for "late" or "non-payment" of pending bills even though you are not using their services. I have decided that come what may, I am not going to pay any further charges for Tikona services as I have made it crystal clear that I DO NOT WISH TO USE ANY TIKONA SERVICE ANYMORE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. I hope this comes to a sensible and amicable conclusion, otherwise I'm willing to take legal action.

                      I have opted for tikona WiFi network on 22 September Since then I have encountered a lot of problems in this Now again I am facing the problem I tried about 100 times but the login page just don't open Even typing the IP adress i.e. 1.254.254.254 which the net operater who installed the WiFi at my home told me didnt work So I request you to rectify the matter immediately so as to restore the faith in your company Else I have to opt for other network services and also I will file it in tech guru show which may hamper your company's goodwill

                        With user ID: [protected] I was a customer of TDN for more than 2 years. After a series of technical complaints and no proper response from the team, I initiated a service disconnection request. On August 1 2015, I got mail from Tikona (Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in), that disconnection process is initiated. For a long period they haven't responded to my disconnection request but since i got a new connection from ACT Broadband I stopped using TDN since very poor speed and connectivity. After some one and half months, a Tikona executive called and offered me a new plan for me it is than Rs. 1000 for one year with 20GB usage. I explained I got new ISP and I don't need Tikona anymore. And again after a long gap, Tikona team collected back the Modem devices (CPE REMOVAL LETTER attached), I am getting the bill and a criminal case notification from the mobile number [protected]. I mailed to the TDN customer care with the scanned copy of the CPE REMOVAL LETTER, however no-response from the team. Seriously frustrated against Tikona Digital Networks for poor and worst treatment on their existing and old customers.

                          I disconnected my connection [protected] and I got a mail from tikona that my final bill amount is 453.74 on sept 2nd but I didn't check that mail. But today 10/10/2015 one guy called himself as a lawyer ([protected]) and telling me regarding legal notice and asking me to pay 2500/-. I called the customer care and they told what ever amount in the mail we sent you just pay then you wont get that call. I paid then again he called and asked me how much I paid. I told that 453.74 and I spoken to Customer care but he is not listening he is saying to come to delhi that he is filing a complaint. Now also I am customer for Tikona and these guys are just hopeless.

                              Hi Team, This is my last option as I am completely fed up with the way the service is provided. My disconnection request for USER ID- [protected] is pending since Aug 14 2015 and there is completely no action taken till date. We have stopped using the internet service since 25th of Aug. After calling the customer care / tech support multiple times the only answer we get is "It is in progress" I am not sure what progress they are doing since 2 months. I have also escalated the matter multiple times but all efforts in vain. On top of this we are receiving bills even after the disconnection which I am not going to pay as we have stopped the internet by 25th Aug, and moved to a different service provider.                                 Dear All,
                                I had taken a Tikona connection in Hyderabad with user id [protected] and registered mobile no [protected]. After 5 month I got transferred to Delhi so want to surrender Tikona Connection. Before going to Delhi I call Tikona at its CustomerCare number [protected] and ask for the same. But the Girl behind the Phone was not interested in De-activation of Services and she suggested for transfer of Tikona Connection and I was not interested for transfer.

                                After 10-15 Days I got a call from [protected], [protected] and communicate with [protected] saying that He (Manish Tripathi) was calling from Civil Court Delhi Tikona have send a legal notice that I had not paid Tikona bill a amount of 1419/- if you pay this amount in 30min then he will not send a legal notice at my residence and if I paid then he will give me a NOC from Tikona within 24 Hr.

                                Then I afraid in name of Civil Court as a normal people use do so paid immediately and send receipt of same on [protected]@gmail.com ask by him. But after two days he had not sent a single acknowledgment to me. After waiting and calling so much time for NOC I mail as de-activation of services on following mail id

                                My Questing and Complain Regarding.

                                2. If Tikona is a prepaid services(coz I got mail that due to no payment of bill your services is de-activated) then what is the meaning of pending Bills. Since we used to pay one month advance.
                                3. If I had called to Customer Care then why still my connection is not de activated.
                                4. After paying amount claimed by Tikona I got a sms as well mail that you have activated your Tikona account not that we have received amount and we are closing your account.
                                5. If I am a customer of Hyderabad then why Delhi Civil Court why not Hyderabad Civil Court.

                                    Introduction: We are engineers working in Mumbai from August 2014 and we live in a rented apartment. We first subscribed to Tikona broadband service in Nov 2014. Thereon, we have been regular customer for Tikona till June 2014. Customer ID: [protected] Complaint: When we decided to change the rented accommodation in the same apartment, we found that the wireless service available in the earlier flat are no more available in the new rented flat. So we called Tikona for proper service, but there was no response by Tikona. They were not able to fulfill there own service commitments to us. So we decided to terminate the service. Tikona was fully aware of the same and they immediately sent their personnel to collect the modem etc. The termination request was made on 30 June 15, when we already paid the complete bill in advance. Billing amount: Rs 2285/- Additional amount to Pay: Rs 600/- [If we don't pay they are threatening to drag us to Delhi court] Never-mind the refund for the remaining period, the bill was carried for the next couple of months and we were issued a demand notice. Wary of legal case, we paid for the services we never used. They are still billing us even today when we are not using their services. I would request anyone with proper knowledge for similar cases to please guide us to sue such company. For the record, I have all the mails and communications. I have a proper case to persuade.

                                      I have been a user of Tikona from November 2014 to April 2015. In the beginning, the services were delivered as promised. But after two months, the net speed started to deteriorate. Despite complaints over and over again, they took no serious action to correct the problems I faced. Since I was in a locality which didn't offer me choice for net services, I unwillingly stuck to Tikona's services. After April I was forced to move on to other operators, hence I wrote a letter to Tikona in May asking them to discontinue my services and also asked for the full and final amount to be communicated to me. Shortly after, Tikona responded saying that they will take some time(72 hours) to discontinue. But despite that they continued billing me every month. When I issued my discontinuation letter, I had already stopped using the broadband completely. Despite that I decided to pay the bill for month of May(I paid for no services rendered). After that, they kept calling asking me to retain the connection for better offers, which I refused multiple times. After a few months of calls for payment of bills for which no service was rendered to us, they took on a more aggressive role today. A certain lawyer from Delhi civil court spoke on behalf of Tikona informing me that the company intends to take legal action against me for non-payment of certain bills. After digging up reports against Tikona, I have discovered that this is the modus operandi of Tikona to harass their customers and force them to retain their connections for nothing.                                         We have been using Tikona Internet from last 9 Months. In these months we faced speed related issues a lot of times. From last one month we have been facing a lot of fluctuation in speed (sometime we didn't had internet working for many days). But we somehow managed. Now we are shifting our office from Ashram road to Nana Chiloda, Naroda and Tikona is NOT providing us proper communication and support. I have been following up the customer care from last 3 days but they are giving vague answers Our Complain No. is: 1-[protected] Earlier customer care said they will shift the connection within 2 working days and now they are saying that they cannot provide internet in Nana Chiloda (despite being in Ahmedabad) When, I asked about refunding my Money, they said they have taken my request and I will receive an email in 15 days that whether they will refund my amount or NOT. What rubbish is this. You guys ask people to pay bills on time but when it comes refunding the amount..you give such pointless excuses. Any well meaning & ethical company won't indulge in fooling the its customer. If you have such policies and continue to fool people and dont provide them proper communication & support ...nobody is going to pay you their hard-earn money.
